It is an imperfect record, dependent on the willingness of individuals to participate and tents to accommodate the project. The first photographs were made in 2020 with visits to five calypso tents. During the pandemic, it was continued in 2021 and 2022 with photos done in an office at the studios of WACK TV during streaming sessions hosted by the station. this is the cover of my upcoming Zosan fanfiction Nasu to Kaiso, (Eggplants and Seaweed)

the first half of the story will focus on Sanji's parental relationship with Mori (as you recall, he's called "Gabu" by the townspeople).

this particular scene takes place when the Straw Hats are reunited, but before the Onishimaga battle. Sanji takes Mori with himself on a late evening walk and they finds themselves in a field with fireflies. Mori is amazed while Sanji has an epiphany to himself, where he finds that he can't leave the boy behind once his time at Wano is up.

unbeknownst to them, Zoro witnessed the whole thing and realized how pretty the cook looks. ;)

just...a soft moment between Mori and his Papa. :')

Not sure if you were serious about shipping Okita with Kaito but I'm interested if you ever think of some ideas for them.

Well... It started as a joke, now it's a work in progress.

I'll be honest, it started out as a silly, pointless comment to my girlfriend when I was complaining about the cousins ​​reveal, I don't quite remember what nonsense I was saying to her while venting but I said something along the lines of "You know what? We should ship Okita with Kaito, it's like KaiShin but with a 50% discount!"

As time passed and I thought about it more, I started to consider it more seriously.

I haven't seen M27 yet, so I don't know what Okita thinks of KID, but at least from the episodes that have come out, he seems like someone who would be a fan.

I had the silly thought that one day he ran into Kaito doing magic performances in Osaka (he was killing time while waiting for his heist time), when Kaito finished his tricks, Okita clapped loudly and started talking about how great Kaito's magic was, Kaito loves compliments, I don't doubt he immediately got along with him because of that.

Now they talk a lot through text, Okita often invites Kaito to Osaka, where strangely KID starts showing up a lot more often.

Okita may invite Kaito to his Kendo tournaments because he thinks "I want him to look at me and think I'm cool!"

In honor of Kairi being an absolute unit in the Re:Mind DLC, i give you, the Lotus of Heart.  

Inspired by the fragments of Kairi’s heart that Sora had to collect, which reassembled into this beautiful crystal flower, the Lotus is made from real vintage kimono silk, each petal of which is hand-dyed to create a color gradient, and then embellished with 15 glass pearls and a genuine Swarovski crystal star in the center.  The piece is approximately 2″ (5cm) in diameter, and can be mounted on several types of hardware, including several pin/brooch and hair accessory options, or a hanging charm. Each one will come with a handwritten note and a bonus mystery charm!

This piece will be available for pre-order in extremely limited quantities beginning Thursday, 01Feb2020, at 12:01am Eastern Standard Time.  

Since it is made from genuine vintage silk imported from Japan, I am only able to offer six of these.   That’s it, forever; once they’re spoken for, these will never be available again.

Proceeds will go to helping me travel overseas to connect with my girlfriend, whom I met and fell in love with because of this series, and whom I have the opportunity to see only once in a blue moon considering we currently live in different countries, divided by an ocean, and I have not yet learned to teleport.

Kurt Allen has been a working calypsonian and calypso singer for the last 42 years. This is the third year he has staged his recreation of turn of the last century calypso tent experiences, The Barrack Yard. The first editions were staged in 2015 and 2016. The tent in 2023 was titled Dragons of Carnival and was mounted as a tribute to "Chinee" Patrick Jones. On his Facebook page, Kurt paid tribute to Mr Kong Tin, his physics teacher who paid for his first recording, so his links with and appreciation for the Sino-Trinidadian community reaches back to his beginnings as a calypsonian. He chose a song written for the tent for is performance at the Calypso Monarch semi-finals over more aggressive social commentary because the message of the tent was more important to him. Kurt Allen won the Calypso Monarch competition in 2010 and the last year he competed with any intention of placing was in 2015. After taking the crown, he established The Office of the Calypso Monarch, an attempt to make the annual competition a tradition of winning calypsonians tithing their winnings to do projects that benefited their colleagues in the community. During his reign, he oversaw an effort to uplift the living quarters of the aging calypsonian Stryker, who passed just a few months afterward. "I'd hoped it would continue," he said, "but perhaps other calypsonians found different ways of helping their community." In addition to his 2010 Calypso Monarch win, he was the 1993 Young King and 1999 International Soca Monarch with Stampede. He has been a band singer, performing with Roy Cape All Stars between 1989 and 1992 and again from 1996 to 2000. He brought Blaxx to All Stars in 1999 and Destra to the band in 2000. The reason I feel overcome, listening to Pink Pony Club is because it represents for me, the gradual discovery of yourself and how beautiful it is to celebrate that.

Even the music video so tenderly embracing the cringe in dancing, of being in a place that doesn’t support the sunlight you need, acting out in the aching want of knowing there’s something more for you and looking around for the validation that you feel you should be getting.

Because you’re not happy here, but here is where you were also shaped. But here is also not something you want to put down or feel superior about, it’s part of you as much as your yearning.

How respectful was that dollar handed over? How human to human connection to see something that you might not understand fully but see how much a person wants it, and give your support to the vision? How does being a flower on the wind also awaken the empathy in others, staring in raptness, maybe seeing aspects of themselves?

The way that she strips parts of her rooted identity as she gains the confidence in bringing people to the world, the glitter falling, those that are lifting you up as they’re also on their paths.

And that’s such a queer journey, god fucking bless Chappell Roan. ETA: When she sings, "god what have you done" I swear it hooks my heart out of my chest with surgical precision, I'm disarmed in .0001.
