We have a good friend who lives here. But even before I knew anyone here, I enjoyed visiting. I flew into the defunct Kai Tak airport in the middle of apartment buildings. I bought my very first aloha shirt from a street hawker on the walk up to Victoria Peak. I watched my first Peking Opera there - the Legends of Monkey. I've discovered many foods and have never had better or more diverse dimsum. I saw that HK is not just the city - there are green areas, beaches, small harbours and villages that are part of Hong Kong.
