Ajwain periods ko regular karne mein help karta hai. Ajwain mein kuch aise compounds hote hain jo uterine muscles ko relax karte hain aur periods ko regular karne mein help karte hain. Yeh uterine lining ko bhi balance karta hai, jo irregular periods ko rokne mein help karta hai.

Menstrual cramps ko reduce karta hai:

Ajwain mein anti-inflammatory properties hote hain jo prostaglandins ko block karte hain, jo menstrual cramps ke liye responsible hote hain.
