Will these characters become canon or not?? I dunno! Some already are! I dunno about the rest of them!! But they are cute, and I LOVE THEM.

and Qi Haoyu is 100% based off the "Destined One" in Black Myth: Wukong (NO SPOILERS! I HAVEN"T FINISHED THE GAME! I just love this concept of Wukong having a child that is basically him but all serious and doesn't talk. I don't even know if the Destined One is his child or not, or some clone?? Or descendant?? I dunno!

We got their names, powers, some fun facts, what the World refers to them as/their titles, and then what Macaque nicknames them cause he gives all of them the cutest nicknames~

I was skimming through the manga after only knowing the core children basically for so long because I wanted to know more, then I wanted to see if the time-skip outfits were really that bad for the girls (Salad my baby 😭 no), then I went to the newest chapter and the Kashin guy started talking and suddenly— suddenly my fannon was kinda cannon!

My really basically thinking before was “okay, I’ve given my SI one crazy power that’s not a jutsu or jutsu connected thing. Hidan is crazy and honestly acts modern and SI like. Hidan also has that kind of single power thing. People think Jashin is Otsutsuki. SI is made by Toneri. Hidan can be made by Jashin. They both get special powers gifted from Otsutsuki. Boom!- I have a core system in place for my characters, especially if I ever get to write for Boruto.”

Then I read the manga and everything at 2AM and the rest is history— meaning now—

I know I’m talking to a void, but I just wanted to share the neat little experience I just had, even just with the void (since I’ll probably forget to bring it up to my readers when the time is spoiler free). :)

i’m gonna cry it’s raining right now and i just passed by a family where both parents were without an umbrella but their kid who couldn’t have been older than like 3-4 was proudly holding this GIANT umbrella whose diameter was as tall (if not taller) as the kid. both the parents were getting absolutely drenched but u could tell the kid was just so happy to have an “adult” task and carry the umbrella themselves and i think that sacrifice is what love is all about

Doctors should snark at each other more, be a bit mean. Not for no reason, mind you. But if five doctors blow me off about symptoms and doctor number six FINALLY runs actual tests and gets a diagnosis, I think it should be Doctor Six's right to call up the other five and tell them they're lazy pieces of shit. That should be socially encouraged. Those first five doctors clearly can't listen to patients, but maybe another doctor might finally get to them.

The way people demonize seagulls is actually unreal. Almost all of their natural habitat has been destroyed (almost all coastal areas have been developed, destroying natural sand dune ecosystems) and they're doing their best to adapt. They're literally just trying to survive. You're in their home. The vitriol some people have for these gorgeous sea birds just because they're not shy about snatching food if you're not cautious is insane

i feel like a lot of the 'i hate kids' crowd would be more tolerant if they understood that due to a kid's limited experience of the world that 4 hour flight might just be the longest they've ever had to sit still for or that trapped finger might literally be the most pain they've ever felt in their short life or they might not have ever seen a person with pink hair ever so of course they want to touch it or nobody's told them yet that they can't run around the museum and they only just learned cheetahs are the fastest animals so of course they want to put that to the test. how were they supposed to know etc etc.

The angst potential alone haunts me. How long do you think he waited for Ford?? When did it start to sink in that nobody was coming to save him, that nobody would miss him? Would anybody even want him back? How long did it take for his anger, his heartbreak, his grief to turn into acceptance and a belief that this was divine retribution? How long did he work, how many jobs did he take, how much wealth did he accrue, how many brushes with death did he have until he believed he’d “earned” the right to go home and see his brother?? Many such questions. I need to go deeper
