This is June’s siblings (I did not do that good for drawing it in the style cuz I started to get lazy 😔) and they all have a part and have a gem similar to June and it’s like for them to feel protected in a way, it’s a symbol and so that gem is the orange they have on them.

9 hours 9 persons 9 doors is possibly the funniest game on replay for many reasons but my underrated comedic bit of knowledge is the mystery of how the Kurashikis got all the money to run the second nonary game because at some point if you remember the door 4 santa dialogue you gotta just conclude "it was probably gambling right I mean if I had postcognitive esp I would absolutely cheat at gambling" but then on replay you look at that scene and the options youre presented with and the implication is actually like "dont be ridiculous. gambling is stupid. we OBVIOUSLY used the postcognitive esp to cheat at the STOCK MARKET what kind of idiot are you"

Auggie's bad luck would be like, complementary to Donald:

Instead of having an unintelligible voice, she'd have ridiculously bad auditory processing issues and just. mess up a lot and piss off anyone who talks to her 'cause she asks “What?” too much (I'M TOTALLY NOT PROJECTING INTO A TODDLER WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT)---and instead of getting hurt constantly like Donald does, she makes other people around her get hurt on accidents she causes....accidentally.

She just stresses everyone out, so everyone just avoids her for the most part - I'd say, for the family drama, that Joey would actively dislike her.

She'd be just like Donald! Always pushed aside and misunderstood! :))

zagreus & melinoë fic brewing on the mind (zag is rescued, finds out mel found a way to break their curse, and has some realizations)

zag is elated to find out that mel can now traverse the surface freely but it quickly dissipates when he asks melinoe how it is and she just wrinkles her nose and says that it's overrun with chronos's minions and that the only mortals you'll find are ones heaped in rotting piles

now zagreus has had limited experience with mortals but he's incredibly saddened; one, by the fact that all mel knows of the surface is the pain and suffering brought upon by war, two, that mortals are in such a grave state

mel observes her brother as his face falls and his laurels sputter and she's curious because to her, this is nothing (the plights of mortals are nothing in the grand scheme of things, and even if she's had a dour time every time she goes up, how could she mourn what she never experienced?)

she voices these to zagreus who then makes an even more agonized expression before wrapping her in a fierce hug

they're both siblings who've lost a lot, but it’s only zagreus who knows the gravity of what they’ve lost and melinoë who’s been given the sole responsibility of fixing it
