Jun: I'm not too clear on the details either, but apparently it was some facility built by some important guy. 'Cause of that, they can't tear it down even though it's kinda in the way, and the school's teachers don't wanna have anything to do with it.

Thanks to all this, it makes a good hideout for that group.

Even though the teachers are aware of that, they're turning a blind eye 'cause they don't wanna deal with any resulting wrath from the head honchos who built it.

And I mean, you sunk down here thanks to crossing the line with some sort of taboo, too. There seriously are lots of 'em here in Reimei, aren't there? Prohibitions, and... what was it again? Commandments or something.
