Currently Watching? Raising Hope, Once Upon a Time rewatches with la madre and Legend of Korra for myself having been informed I'm cutting my nose off to spite my face by doing otherwise.

Currently Craving? Really good murgh makhani, all our local places seem to assume it should be utterly flavourless which is an actual crime, frankly.

Coffee or Tea? In theory both, strong and sweet, but I drink water 98% of the time so technically neither due to tedious health issues.

I love the slinky vibe of the song and then I read somewhere that she envisioned the video as that they’re both supervillains and I am always really, really here for villain ships, what can I say? Win/win! 😁

Yes, the ENTIRE SOUNDTRACK. Because ODST’s soundtrack is an ABSOLUTE VIBE and there’s something both so melancholy but uplifting and peaceful about it to me. I love pretty much all of the various Halo games’ soundtracks but ODST... Yeah, this is some powerful stuff here, IMO. *nodnods* 🎵😍🎵

I listened to this song over and over in the months leading up to me leaving my last job and I think it gave me a spark of hope to hold onto that leaving was going to be the best choice for my life. Last month when Zack and I went to go see Halocene for their tour, Lauren talked a bit about the pandemic lockdown and got a little bit emotional talking about how hard it was... and then performed this. 

Like. Hearing this song and hearing the lines like tear me to pieces, skin and bone when I was at my deepest point of burnout and trying to crawl out of that to get a clearer picture that what I was doing was not working... quitting, taking a paycut at a new job, finally getting my spark back, going to a live music show and hearing this after ALL OF THAT was a magical moment.
