Realized I haven't posted this anywhere! So uh.. those who knew me on quo knows who these guys are :D sorry for it being crappy, I made it a while back.
Anyway, these are my silly lil OCs from my childhood that I remade.

Curtwen Week Day 4: Haunted
#fuck yall I really wasn’t sure about this last night but looking at it now I think it’s grown on me#I tried going for a 1960s comic book look#because I really like the vibes of old comics#they’re very cool#honestly this came out very different from what I had planned originally#but then I had this idea and ran with it#also I made the executive decision of doing long hair Curt because A) It’s my drawing and I can do what I want and B) I love the idea that#curt had the long hair like in SAD post fall#whoever originally had that idea is a genius- I wish I could remember who it was#but yeah I love doing stylized stuff like this#I don’t do it as often as I want to#I have another saf idea similar to this that I’ve had on the back burner that I might do soon ish#i suppose we’ll see#I’m not making any promises#but yeah this one is a bit different from the drawings for the other three days#I got a bit of reprieve from all the rendering I’ve been doing#fun fact: palm trees are technically a type of grass#because it doesn’t have bark and it doesn’t have rings to tell how old it is#curtwen week#Curtwen week 2024#Curtwen#spies are forever#tin can bros#tin can brothers#agent Curt mega#curt mega#owen carvour#Joey richter#my art#cw guns

ok i have two questions. To you have a name for that group of OCs you got. You always seem to group them all together. If you don't know what OCs I'm talking about it's Daniel, Val's Jack, etc.
Question two is how would those guys react to WH?
Also like- what is their basic story concept because idbudbdhd
Oh howdy friend! Oh, I do have name. I'm calling them Monster Mansion, just for now lol.
And they would probably treat them like they treat anyone. They don't meet people often (seeing how they physically can't leave the boundary of their mansion eheheh...) So they might be a bit rusty.
Now the WH gang, I think they would be a bit concerned, and you can see why. Some of them are falling apart at the seams!
And for basic story concept.. I'm not entirely sure. Originally it was going to be a puppet show or something, seeing how everyone has this sorta.. dynamic, especially with Daniel and Emily, who are basically the main characters of the gang. The reason I call them the main characters is because they were my very first named OCs and I just built my word from there. Sadly though, all my old notes on them are unreadable.

my latest adventure in teaching myself Ibis paint. The goal with this one was just to try to define things well enough that I could remove as many hard lines as possible. One neat thing is that the more I do this, the less I find myself relying on tracing and referencing

I dont know how to do beards#also I tried for ages to get that little forehead wrinkle correct but it is just above my skill level. have mercy on me I am baby#this is sappy or whatever but its just very cool and meaningful to me to see an actor playing a wide range of roles#with facial asymmetry#a lot of people who love acting (including me. and probably joey richter according to mamd)#get told that we'll never make it because of some facial or body difference or disability#and while it isnt inherent to the character of owen carvour. joey's jaw will always be part of the character to me#so a big big part of wanting to teach myself art is so I will one day be able to draw The Character the way I see him#anyways heres some art I guess#smy art#joey richter
