April/2024🌖♐️Circles can turn into wheels and move forward.
🌖🔺 ☊ Yeah well, I remember the rise and fall of MANY kingdoms.
🌖🔺 ☿︎ It’s ALL a joke gone wrong. It’s lost its punchline in a circle.
🌖▪️ ♄︎ Stop. Slow down. Re-trace your steps. Rewind the tape. Hee, hee.
🌖 < ♇︎ ALL that anger. It was pure fucking hatred. I don’t know where that shit came from. It just ran through the streets like poison making everything dark in its path. It’s just a path. Let it flow where it needs to go. Back to its abyss of ignorance or whatever. That’s my only advice.
🌖 Λ 🚑 I had to shave my head again. The last time I shaved it was around the time I used that nano wand. Yeah, it was some fucking scary shit. I dealt with it like a CHAMP as usual. My hair turned black when I cut into it. It was crusted with the monoatomic gold. Then the rest of the radiation poison shit came up through the follicles. I’d neutralized it with the iodine, iodized salt, baking soda and vinegar, ALREADY. It’s always close to the last of it. I suppose that is why I keep thinking about this time loop we created.
🌖 Λ ♅︎ THINK. I was ALWAYS sending you hidden messages. You NEVER appreciated MY BRILLIANCE. Whatever. Think about MIKEY. He was super fucked up. Why was HE my only friend for so LONG? Why did MIKEY, MY GAY HUSBAND, leave me for Sylvia and the neolibs? We STILL made-up, AFTER YEARS, but it was NEVER THE SAME. Why did Mikey work at Coffee People and Rimsky’s? Dean’s friend’s mother owned that place. Yeah, Dean from Columbia Cable and ALL THOSE PARADES. It’s these connections I think about. Dean’s home was Bella’s house in that dumb fucking Twilight shit. It was a false narrative. It’s ALL so gross and stupid. They warp everything PURE. We were pure. Why were we trying to stay so pure for each other? Why did they want to warp our purity? ‘Sam’ the Aussie, was Sylvia’s ex. I know, I told Fedra. She worked with him at a bar. I know you fucked him up. Why didn’t we talk to each other? I had a tape of songs you never recorded professionally. I Didn’t Understand. I distinctly remember I never found the other version except on that tape. I know because I kept looking for it. It was too much. Too many fucking songs. I’ve lost everything, even your T-shirt. You didn’t understand me. I didn’t understand YOU.
🌖< 🌞 What are you driving? You can’t drive me. You have to learn something I can’t teach you. I didn’t write this mystery, I’m unraveling it.
🌖 Λ ♃︎ I’ve sat here with the parking brake on for too long. I’m a driver, but where do I go? You closed all the roads and bridges around me.

François Morellet
François Morellet (30 April 1926 – 10 May 2016) was a French contemporary abstract painter, sculptor, and light artist. His early work prefigured minimal art and conceptual art and he played a prominent role in the development of geometrical abstract art and post-conceptual art.
Career
Morellet began to make still-life paintings at the age of 14 as he studied Russian literature in Paris. After completing his studies, he returned to Cholet in 1948, where he continued to paint, now in the spirit of the COBRA movement. After this short period of figurative/representational work, Morellet turned to abstraction in 1950 after encountering the Concrete art of Max Bill. Morellet then adopted a pictorial language of simple geometric forms: lines, squares and triangles assembled into two-dimensional compositions.
In 1960, he was one of the founders of the Groupe de Recherche d’Art Visuel (GRAV), with fellow artists Francisco Sobrino, Horatio Garcia-Rossi, Hugo DeMarco, Julio Le Parc, Jean-Pierre Yvaral (the son of Victor Vasarely), Joël Stein, Vera Molnár and François Molnár (the last two left the group shortly after). Morellet began at this time to work with neon tube lighting.
From the 1960s on, Morellet worked in various materials (fabric, tape, neon, walls...) and in doing so investigated the use of the exhibition space in terms similar to artists of installation art and environmental art. He gained an international reputation, especially in Germany and France, and he was commissioned to create work for public and private collections in Switzerland, Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands and the U.S. One of his works is part of the permanent collection of the Centre for International Light Art (CILA) in Unna, Germany. In 2016/2017, the CILA staged a retrospective of Morellet's Light Art, the last exhibition to be curated by the artist himself, shortly before his death in May 2016.

Chromatic Circle
Saw this Joël Stein, Cercle Chromatique 66 the other day and wanted to make it in GeoGebra. Pretty fun structure! They're actually overlapping circular sectors because I don't know how to make parts of an annulus.
Play in GeoGebra!
