Is there a name for this trope of groups in fiction?

UPDATE!!!

I actually googled “villainous trio”—or whatever I searched, I can’t remember—a while ago and hadn’t gotten around to updating until now.

Anyway, “Terrible Trio” seems to be the term I was looking for(Power Trio being the general version of this from what I can understand) I know, half the examples I showed are more anti-heroes, but tropes tend to be flexible with that sort of thing, so don’t get so hung up on the alignments.

One of my faaaaaaavorite things (said with heavy sarcasm) is a general trend of, when drawing Deep Cut in clothing besides their idol fits, Shiver will often be put in more feminine clothing while Frye gets way more neutral/masculine fits, and it's always. hmmmmmm.

Because like . I don't know. I feel like Frye is decently fem herself? Not that Shiver isn't presented femininely in canon either, but it feels telling of... something, that people will look at them both and go okay... what fashion should I put them in? Well the stereotypically pretty Japanese character shall go in very feminine clothes and can have a skirt or dress. And the darker skinned Indian character can have pants.

Fun fact! All three seasons of the Neon Series (including the unreleased Neon Memoriam) had the same first kiss theme song planned for them in the original sound track and all three times it got replaced by another song. It was "What a Feeling" by Irene Cara.

In the Neon Barbarian it got replaced with Faded Memory by TimeCop1983 and Jessie Frye. This song only appears in the playlist version and isn't present in the compiled version.

In Neon Wings it was replaced by Chicago: Demo Version by Sufjan Stevens.

In Neon Memoriam it will be Naked Tongues by Pertubator. It will be present in both the playlist and compiled version.

Mystreet/mcd (more mystreet) because i watched it when it came out and it has a huge nostalgia factor for me, and i love headcannoning them!

SPLATOON!! I love splatoon sm! I became a fan at 3’s release and im so sad final fest is soon but also so excited!
