There he is, the last person you wanted to see. So why did his mere presence in your doorway steal your breath? Maybe it was how he stood there tall and slender, hair in a pristine swoop, red armband snug around his bicep, and soft brown eyes focused on your starstruck face.
The two of you stand there, staring at each other, unable to think, speak, or move.
His apologetic face makes it all feel raw. Once more tearing open your wounds. Seeing his hurt expression did exactly what you feared it would. The love never went away, it pangs your heart to see him. How are you supposed to work together when there is this much tension caught between you?
“May I…may I come in?”
“I guess”
Kakashi hesitantly strides into your new office, inspecting the floors, walls and oak desk.
“Congratulations by the way.”
“Thank you Lord Sixth”
Kakashi visibly cringes. “Please don’t ever call me by that title again.”
“Kakashi, there’s a time and a place-”
“Not with you there’s not.”
“Kashi…”
You don’t know what to say in response to the pain coating his face. He regretted it. He has so many regrets in his life but the ones that lead to losing you hurt the most. One expects to lose loved ones during times of war, but he never expected to lose you. He thought you were his just as much as he was yours, but he was wrong.
“How-how are you doing?” you ask
Kakashi looked down. A normal question for most conversations but between the two of you it was loaded like a gun.
“I don’t think I can bring myself to answer that honestly right now.” he says with downcast eyes.
Your gaze drops to the floor. “I’m sorry.” you whisper. You never wanted things to be like this between you.
In a deep low voice you hear Kakashi respond, “That’s what I should be saying to you.”
“You’ve already apologized enough.”
“No, I haven’t. I could never apologize enough.”
“Kakashi, I-” but the words get caught in your choked throat as your eyes turn up to see tears streaming down Kakashi’s cheeks while he continues to stare at the floor. You rush over to hug him, incapable of seeing him so heartbroken. You bury your face in his chest. “It’ll be okay Kashi.”
He silently hugs you and cries as you feel your heart being ripped from your chest. You did this to him. You caused him this pain. This is what regret feels like. You start to bawl into his vest.
“I’m sorry Kakashi. I didn’t mean it. I was just hurt and I felt like I was backed into a corner. I wish I could take it back.”
“Don’t apologize to me.” He squeezes you tight. “Please, I only have myself to blame.”
“No Kakashi, you’re a good man.” You lift your teary face from his chest to stare into his eyes. “Amazing in fact.”
Kakashi’s soft eyes sparkled as they looked down on you. Overcome by a wave of affection, he leans down to press his lips into yours when you pull back.
“I’m sorry. I can’t. I-”
That’s when it hit you. It felt wrong. Pulling away from Kakashi felt wrong. Trying to tell him there was someone else felt wrong. Choosing Obito was wrong.
You look back up at Kakashi’s crushed face. There was someone else, he knows it. And he’s pretty sure who knows who too. “I’m sorry. I overstepped.” Kakashi quickly withdraws from your arms and retreats to his office, trying to collect his emotions.
“Kakashi, wait!”
You run after him, grabbing him by the arm and pulling so he’d turn around and face you. “Please Kakashi, don’t go.”
“Are you dating him?” He snuffles
“No…it was only one night and we never got the chance to talk about it.”
“What do you mean you never got the chance?”
“He kinda freaked out when I said I was going to take the position with Gaara.”
That piece of news caught Kakashi off guard. “You were gonna leave?”
You bite your lip and l look to the side feeling a little awkward. “...well, yeah… I just didn’t have any reason to stay and it would’ve been a promotion for me so...”
Kakashi’s eyes fall to the floor. “I’m sorry I put you in a position where you wanted to leave. I-I would’ve really missed you but… I would’ve been proud of you too. It was a good offer.”
“Thank you…but please stop apologizing.”
Kakashi’s eyes fluttered up to look at you. “I don’t think I can.”
You feel solemn and need comfort. “May I hug you again?”
“You don’t have to ask”
You dive in to embrace him, squeezing him tight.
“I still love you.” you whisper
“I love you too.” he whispers back.
Tears leak out of your eyes as the two of you stand there holding each other. You almost feel yourself center as you soak in his body heat and his scent. You take one last deep breath before he speaks.
“I, um, I need to get back to my office. I have a mission briefing to complete.”
“Okay” you whisper as you withdraw from him.
He kisses the top of your head before he lets you go. His glassy eyes looking down at you with complete adoration. You catch his hand as it drops from your shoulder and hold it in yours.
“I uh-I think I need to have a talk with Obito…”
“Yeah?...”
You can hear the hope in his husky dry voice.
“Yeah.”
After giving his hand a quick squeeze you let it go, walking backwards towards your door, maintaining eye contact with him till you reach the threshold. You lean against the doorframe staring at him. A small smile gracing your lips.
“I’ll see you later Kashi.”
He turns away to walk to his office when he stops and looks over his shoulder.
“See you later, Angel.”
A smile stretching his lips under his noir mask before he walks away. You linger a little while longer, watching him walk away before you turn back inside your office and close the door, finishing what you started.
********************************************
Kakashi sits down working on his mission report for Obito. After a half hour he hears a knock on the double doors.
“Enter”
Obito turns the knob, stepping in a bit nervous. It was the first time he’d seen Kakashi since professing his love to you and he wasn’t sure how to act. Should he tell him? Should he ask permission to date you? Should he wait? He didn’t know what to do.
“Hey Kakashi”
Kakashi clears his throat, “Uh, Hey.”
Kakashi extends the mission briefing that was on his desk towards Obito. “Here’s everything you need to know for your next mission.”
“This is the one that’s gonna be a little over a month?”
“Yes.”
“Alright.” Obito grabs the scroll and unfurls it, giving it a once over. He turns to leave but before he walks out he pauses. “I’m sorry Kakashi...”
“I’m sorry too, Obito.”
Kakashi’s response caught Obito off guard. He had no idea why Kakashi would apologize to him. He had done nothing wrong, but instead of questioning him he just nodded his head and strode away heading home to pack.
At his house Obito put a change of clothes, some food pills, and medical supplies in his pack. Stashing some creature comforts in his void, he stopped a moment in the vast gray space to think. He needed to see you. He didn’t want you to leave him but maybe he could come with you. The Leaf and the Sand were allies. Maybe they would welcome him, allow him to join their shinobi forces. Taking a deep breath he focuses on the image of your home and materializes there.
You leap off the couch out of terror. “Obito!! What the hell?! You scared me!”
Obito only laughs in his rich raspy voice that makes you close your eyes and hum.
“Sorry Princess”, he says as he approaches and kisses you deeply in a breath stealing kiss.
You melt slightly in his arms, enjoying the feeling of him embracing you.
This is gonna be harder than I thought.
He finally releases your lips and presses his forehead against yours, “Hi Princess.” He pecks your cheek before standing up to his full height.
You take a moment to recover from the searing heat on your lips and cheek as you gather your wits. “Hi Obi”
You look up into his adoring eyes and feel yourself shrink.
“I leave for a mission tomorrow and I wanted to talk to you.”
“I wanted to talk to you too.”
“I’d like to go first.”
You bite your lip before you agree, offering to sit down while you speak. Obito takes  your hand and begins to play with it, watching how he toys with your fingers as he speaks.
“I know you want to move to the Sand and if that’s what you need to do, I support you and maybe…maybe I’ll go with you.” His eyes snap up to your face, reading your expression. “I love you and, I-I want to make this work.”
You feel your heart twist in your rib cage. Your eyebrows falling to an empathetic gaze.
“Obito…I umm…”
He takes your hand and squeezes it, lifting it to his lips to give it a kiss.
“Obito, I have news.”
“Yeah?”
“Lady Tsunade, she came to the flower shop last night.” he looks at you with keen interest.
“And…she offered me the position of Intelligence Department Head.”
“That’s amazing!” He hugs you tightly and you can tell he’s brimming with pride.
“But-um, Obito, I…” You push him off of you to look him in the eye as you speak the next few words. You close your eyes and take a deep breath. “Obito, I, I don’t think-”
“-don’t say it.”
“Obito-”
“Please Princess, don’t.” He looks down in his lap and you can quite visibly see his heart shattering before your eyes. “I already know where you’re going with this.”
“Obito-”
“I was in Kakashi’s office earlier and he apologized to me. …now I know why.”
“I’m sorry. I have feelings for you but-”
“I already know.” Tears start to leak out of your eyes as he speaks. “You’ve always been his…I wish I had met you first. If I had just met you first then just maybe…”He drops his head defeated, tears freely falling from his lashline.
“I don’t know what to say.”
“Do you love me?”
“Yes…”
“But you love him more…”
“I’m sorry. I really am, but Obito, you don’t deserve to be someone’s second choice. You should be her first.”
“Not if she’s you.”
“No Obi.” You begin to cry.
He pulls you into a hug and you can feel tear drops fall into your hair. “It’s okay Princess. I’ll be okay.”
“You sure?”
“I’m sure.”
He squeezes you tighter before pulling back to kiss your forehead. Murmuring softly,
“I love you. I probably always will, so just be happy for me. Okay?”
“Okay” you sob.
He pulls you in for one more hug, “I gotta go finish packing for my mission. I’ll see you around, Princess.”
He releases you and stands up. His eyes locked on yours as he swirls away. Leaving you alone on your couch staring blankly at the space he left.
********************************************
Sunday passed in a blur but now it’s Monday morning and you are a nervous mess. You changed your outfit several times before settling on a simple cream colored knitted body con dress with gold stud earrings, and low heels. You stride into your new office and take a seat behind the big oak desk, taking a moment to savor it.
You hear a familiar light knock on the doorframe and look up to see Kakashi holding a flower in his hand.
“May I come in Ms. Department Head?”
A smile splits your face. “Yes, Mr. Hokage.”
Kakashi walks in and extends the flower in his hand. “This is for you.”
“Thank you.”
You grab the flower, resisting the urge to pull down his mask, giving him a peck on the cheek instead.
“I’m sure Lady Tsunade will be in soon looking for you. There’s a translation about the Otsutsuki that she wants your opinion on.”
“Oh, that could be serious.”
“Yes, it could be. Plus she’s your biggest fan. …besides me of course.”
You can’t help the rose color that flushes your cheeks at his words. Looking at the ground unable to handle his flattery. A singular finger lifts your chin, causing your eyes to flutter up to his.
“You’re going to be brilliant. You’re incapable of anything less.”
Your cheeks tint from pink to red.
“Don’t go giving me a big head, Kashi.”
He chuckles and kisses your nose. “We have a briefing with the entire Intelligence Department in 30 minutes and then a council meeting right after. Then you and I are grabbing lunch. Okay?”
“Got it.” you smile with a nod.
Kakashi turns to leave just as Lady Tsunade walks in.
“Lord Sixth”
“Lady Fifth”
The two smile as Kakashi turns down the hall.
“Well Y/N, I see you’re in your new office.”
“Yes. Just as you asked”
“And I see you and Kakashi are doing better.”
“Uh, I uh…” you scratch the base of your ponytail as Tsunade laughs at you.
“Oh this is gonna be a fun day!”
“Lady Tsunade-”
“Relax! Come on, here”
She pulls out a small vile of sake from her coat pocket and takes a sip, extending it to you.
“Lady Tsunade!” you squeal with wide eyes.
“Come ooon! It’s not big deal. I did it all the time as Hokage.”
You quickly glance over to the door before taking the bottle and having a drink.
“Thata girl!”
“You’re so embarrassing.” you laugh as you hand the sake back
“Come on, let me show you what the current projects are before we get to the department briefing.”
“Sounds good.”
The rest of the morning went well. There was not a single smirk or snicker during your introduction as the new department head. Shiho talked to you afterwards and told you that they had been struggling quite a bit since you left. This gave you some vindication as you enjoyed the thought of them regretting their earlier teasing.
The meeting with the counsel went well too. They did bring up some rules about interpersonal relationships which left you flustered but all around they seemed pleased to welcome you into their ranks.
After everyone was dismissed, you went to the breakroom to get some hot water for your tea. You stand up in the empty room and put your mug on the counter as you steep the tea bag when strong arms envelop you.
“Hi” a deep whisper softly speaks in your ear.
“Hi” you hum back as you sink into Kakashi’s arms.
You spin around to face him and bury your nose in his chest as your arms sling around his waist. He nudges the top of your head with his masked nose and you look up at him.
“There’s those pretty eyes I missed so much.” He smiles
“Yeah? What else did you miss?” you giggle
Kakashi slides your mug to the side and lifts you up onto the countertop, spreading your legs so he can slot himself between them. He lowers his mask before wrapping his arms back around you.
“I missed these lips.”
“Yeah?” you breathe the sound barely audible as you lean in.
Your mouths connect in a hot and passionate kiss swirling your minds and leaving everything hazy. You forget for a moment that you’re not on your kitchen counter at home as you moan into him, wrapping your legs around his waist and threading your fingers into his hair. Deep wimpers come from him as he pulls you closer, letting desire get the better of him. His hands fist your clothes and he feels himself about to get carried away when he pulls back.
The both of you pant heavily as you calm yourselves down.
“Sorry, I-I missed you.”
You nuzzle your face into his neck. “I missed you too.”
You continue to hold each other as you let your ankles unhook and fall to either side of Kakashi’s hips.
Kakashi hears footsteps approaching and grabs your hand, to steady you as you hop off of the counter.
“Lunch?”
“Lunch sounds good.”
The two of you hold hands as you walk through the halls. It felt right to stand by his side, your fingers interlaced with his. You hold your head high as you walk past the gawking faces. You weren’t going to let other people’s opinions bother you anymore. They can say what they wanna say. You know your worth and you know how you feel. You grip Kakashi’s hand tighter causing him to turn and look at you. He sees your lips pull up at the corners and he can feel his heart soar.
********************************************
After a week, everything was going good. Like really good. Not even your period could ruin your mood after the week you’ve had. The transition into your new position went smoothly and on Friday you left the building with a skip in your step. On your way out you stopped by Kakashi’s office but noticed he went home already. You couldn't blame him for slipping away after all the late nights he had this week. So you went on your way home to go relax on your couch. Only when you arrive home you find Kakashi standing outside your door with a bouquet of roses and baby’s breath.
“What’s this?”
“Y/N, will you do me the honor of going on a date with me?”
“Us? Go on a date?” You say with a smile on your face.
“Yes. A date. A real date. Like a real couple.”
“I don’t know, that sounds a little too normal for us.”
“Don’t make me beg.”
You laugh as you throw your arms around him. “Of course I’ll go on a date with you, but can we wait till my period is finished? I don’t wanna be all bloated and gross.”
Now it was Kakashi’s turn to laugh. “You could never be bloated and gross to me.”
You give him a smooch on the cheek. “I know, I know, you love running red lights.”
Kakashi laughs nuzzling into you. “So when can I take you out?”
“Monday.”
“Then I’m making a reservation for Monday.”
“A reservation? Where are we going?”
“Don’t worry about it. Just dress to impress and let me handle dinner”
You give him a slightly suspicious look before breaking into a smile. “Fine, I guess.”
“Now about running those red lights…”
“Sorry, Mr. Horn Dog.” you say as you poke him in the forehead with your finger.
“Fine …”
He nuzzles into the crook of your neck before you finally move to put your key in the door.
“Come on, let's go inside.”
********************************************
All day on Monday Kakashi was an absolute tease. You walked into your office to find a bouquet of flowers already sitting on your desk with a note: Can’t wait for tonight, my Angel
You smile as you set the note down on your desk.
During your weekly briefing with your team, you catch Kakashi slide into the back of the room. He leans against the wall, folding his arms, and gives you that stare you only see when he wants to take you in the closet. Your throat goes dry mid-sentence causing your voice to crack. You gave Kakashi a quick look before he smiled and walked out of the room.
In a council meeting he sits down next to you and keeps his hand on the inside of your thigh, making you clench your legs together. Moreover in the hallways, when no one is around, he presses you up against the wall, his breath tickling your ear as he tells you exactly what he wants to do to you during dinner tonight. The two of you hadn’t been intimate since before your last mission and the sexual tension is causing you to slowly snap. Finally you were nearing the end of the day, however, after a quick meeting in the Hokage’s office he corners you once the room is vacant. Kakashi cages you in with his arms and props his leg between yours.
“Ms. Yamanaka, where do you think you’re going?”
The position steals your breath away.
“I, umm, I was going to go back to my office, Lord Kakashi.”
“I think instead you better head home and get ready for a very important evening.”
“I should?” you say as a whisper, still feeling breathless from the compromising position.
“Yes, you have a very hungry man anxious to see you.”
“But I don’t get off for another hour.”
“Maybe the Hoakge is willing to grant you permission to leave early. He also wanted me to tell you to wear this.”
Kakashi slips out the pink vibrating pad from the Gala and pushes it into your hands. Your eyes dart back up to his and you immediately chew on your lip out of nervousness.
“Consider it an apology for sleeping with Obito.”
“Yes, Sir” you whisper in his ear as you tuck the pad away feeling your mouth going dry at the memory of last time he made you wear this.
“Now hurry home, Angel. I don’t want you to be late.”
********************************************
Kakashi was right to send you home early. You took an extra long time getting ready cause you wanted to look perfect. Just like you did for the Gala, you style your hair into long soft waves, pinned back on one side. You bring out the earrings and bracelet Kakashi got you for the Gala, and slip on your strappy black heels. Standing in front of the mirror you smooth out the wrinkles in the black fabric with your hands as you admire your choice in dress. It was a beautiful all satin strapless corset top with a calf-length flowing chiffon skirt, complete with a little thigh slit just how Kakashi likes.
You hear a light rap on the door and go to answer it. There stood Kakashi in a white button up with a black tie and gray dress slacks. And of course in the hands of the Copy Ninja is a bouquet of flowers.
“Wow Kashi, you look so handsome.”
“Look who’s talking. You are absolutely breathtaking, my love.”
He steps inside so he can remove his mask to give you a proper kiss. After your lips disconnect he hands you the flowers.
“These are for you, Angel.”
You take them and giggle. “At this rate I’m going to run out of vases Kashi.”
He lets out a light chortle before he grabs your waist and pulls you near.
“You ready for dinner?”
“Of course.”
Arm snug around your waist, the two of you walk to a beautiful and very fancy restaurant. Apparently it was an establishment frequented by the Feudal Lord. They had live music and extravagant decorations. Everything was plated in gold, the walls, the plates, the chopsticks. You felt timid to touch anything so expensive, lest you break it.
“Kashi, this is quite the space”
“I wanted to go big for our first date. Plus there are certain perks to being Hokage.”
“I don’t know if I belong in a place like this.” You say as your eyes dart around the room nervously.
“Angel, you most definitely fit in a place like this. You are finally standing in a room almost as beautiful as you are.”
Kakashi tucks a loose strand of hair behind your ear looking down on you with every drop of adoration a human could possibly muster. The two of you are led to a secluded table near the back of the restaurant. You sit down beside each other and not a second too soon your breath hitches as Kakashi turns on the pad. Your hand immediately shoots out to clutch his bicep in an attempt to brace yourself. Kakashi cooly reaches over, resting his hand on your thigh, stroking it with his thumb.
“Something wrong dear?”
You turn your head with wide eyes and Kakashi increases the intensity. Your fingers dig deeper into his arm as you attempt to catch your breath.
A huge smirk is seen under his mask.
“It’s not funny Kashi!” you say in a panic, feeling yourself pant from the vibrations tickling your clit.
“I’d beg to differ. Now be a good girl and enjoy yourself.”
“Kashi-”
“Good Evening!” The waiter interjects.
“Good Evening!” Kakashi greets sitting up straight
“Hi” you say looking down. Redness flooding your cheeks in embarrassment.
“Can I start you off with any drinks tonight?”
“Two glasses of awamori, please”
“Great, and have you had a chance to look over the menu?”
“Actually we will get two of what the Feudal Lord normally has.”
The waiter raises a brow at Kakashi, knowing the price tag of the meal but Kakashi simply smiles beneath his mask and nods. Satisfied, the waiter returns the nod and heads to the kitchen. As soon as the waiter is out of earshot Kakashi turns off the pad allowing you to breathe.
“Well that was fun.” he says as you pant beside him.
“It most certainly is not.”
Kakashi turns the pad back on. “I wholeheartedly disagree.” he muses before leaning in and whispering in his deep voice, “I love watching you squirm in public.”
“S’not fair, Kashi.” you cry as your eyes screw shut in the intense pleasure of the vibrator.
“Sweet Angel, can we have a nice meal before you get so needy?” he jests
You open your eyes pleading with him to turn it off. You feel your underwear soak and you’re worried your arousal is seeping onto your dress.
“Tell me, how wet is my Angel?”
“Kashi,” your hand goes back to gripping him “People will think I’ve wet myself.”
You spread your legs and readjusted the position of your hips to let the pad sink between your folds even more.
“Mmmm, seems like you wanna ride.”
Your head nods to the side, your mouth falling open. You feel yourself going dumb to the stimulation and shift slightly back and forth on the pad.
‘What a good girl.”
You turn towards him and bury your face in his shoulder. “This is so embarrassing.” you whisper as you continue to rut on the pad.
“I’m going to need you to cum before our waiter gets back, my love. I’d hate for him to see you like this.”
Your embarrassment dusts a shade of crimson on the tips of your ears as you rub more purposefully against the pad. Kakashi bumps up the vibrations and your knees begin to shake. Your breath catches in your throat before you fully collapse against Kakashi. Finally he turns off the toy right as the waiter arrives with your drinks and food.
Everything about dinner was nothing short of amazing. The food, the drink, the conversation, you wanted to commit every moment of it to memory. This was turning into one of the best nights of your life until a member of intelligence approaches your table.
“Lord Hokage, forgive me. A raven came in, they need Ms. Yamanaka’s assistance urgently.”
You and Kakashi look at each other, then back at the messenger.
“Give us a moment to settle our tab and we will be right there.”
The three of you make your way over to headquarters, speed walking across the village in your high heels. As you walk you are briefed on the situation. The Sand asked for an emergency intelligence consultation. A band of rogue shinobi have been raiding the outskirts of the village but are starting to escalate in violence. Tonight they came across a warning in an unknown language. They don’t know if it’s a cypher or a dead language but since the Leaf is notorious for their intelligence team’s translations, they are asking for your help. The only clue they can make out is the date which shows tomorrow.
Upon entry, you ask that the memo and the scroll be brought to your office where you have your textbooks. All the usual faces arrive including Shikamaru and Shiho. Much to your dismay it is not in fact a rare language but is rather a cypher.
“Kakashi, can you get Gaara on the phone? We’re gonna need someone with more knowledge about the Land of Wind to help us crack this one.”
********************************************
With the help of Gaara, Timarri, the Sand’s Intel team, as well as Kakashi, Shiho, and Shikamaru, you discovered that the note worked two ways. With one letter shift, it warned of a bombing to the village gates, however with a different letter shift it warned of a robbery to the village treasury. Shikamaru was the one who wondered why the bandits would warn of the bombing when they had never left clues for an attack before. Something told you it was an ego feeding itself and there may be more to the message than what they originally thought. It was quite an impressive feat. You felt disappointed in the decisions of the brilliant mind who could pull off such a work of art as this cypher. It was one of the most impressive intel projects you worked on.
You dismissed everyone around 4am however you and Kakashi stayed behind to finish up the paperwork that went along with the request and put together the invoice for Gaara. You felt so tired you didn’t think you could walk home. Kakashi suggested that the two of you spend the night on the sleeping pad in his office. You happily agreed and thought it was a humorous turn of events to have to have pulled an all nighter on your first date. It definitely fits your love story.
You and Kakashi enter his office, holding hands and lock the door behind you so no one will disturb you as you sleep through the day tomorrow. He pulls out the small mat he keeps on hand for days like this and climbs in with you, both still wearing your dress clothes.
Though the mat was small you shared it while you cuddle under a wool blanket. You lay facing each other, Kakashi with his mask off, each staring into the other’s eyes. The two of you memorizing your faces in the pale light of night. You couldn’t help but get lost in his mahogany irises, watching how they bore into you.
You gazed at his face, feeling his chest push into yours with each deep breath. Each inhalation coursing oxygen through your vessels, replenishing the weary cells, and centering your mass. You tuck your arms into your chest while he holds you close.
“I’m so sorry, Y/N.” he suddenly confesses. You realize he’s not talking about your date getting interrupted but about everything since the gala.
“I know,” you whisper. “and I’m sorry too.”
Like magnets, your lips draw together. A long soft kiss, resetting the balance of the world. The usual butterflies returning to your stomach as you lay with him. He is your person. He owns your soul. This is a fact. No matter the difficulties, you will always fall back into his arms.
As you kiss you begin to feel hardness form on your thigh.
“Sorry.” Kakashi says, embarrassed. “We haven’t, you know, in awhile and now that you're here it just um…”
You smile, “I see I was missed.”
“So much” He says as he dives back in to kiss you but this time with more heat. You return his passion as you lift your leg wrapping it over his hip. He rolls on top of you, laying all his weight on your chest before tucking his knees between your legs and pulling you up into his lap. You sit straddling him, rolling your hips and you feel his erection through your pants. It’s enough to make you moan.
“I missed those sounds. I thought I would never hear them again.” he says as he buries his face in your neck pushing his hips up into yours.
He begins to suck on your neck. “Kashi, please, people will see.”
“Sorry” he whispers as he lowers his head to suck at the top of your breast.
“Just take the damn thing off if you’re gonna do that.” you say.
You don’t have to tell him twice. Your black dress disappears to a dark corner of the office before you could take your next breath.
He runs his thumbs over your collar bone, tracing your shoulders before he drops his gaze. He stared intensely at your chest. His eyes tore over your smooth skin now adorned with goosebumps. He studied the peaks and valley of your breasts, ingraining them into his memory. The small bumps around your nipple and the color of your areola, memorizing it all. He lowered his head to taste the familiar soft skin, salty from the day's toll. He licked the entire surface, savoring the flavor before making his way to the nubs. He lightly petted them with his tongue. They were delicate but they were too tantalizing and he couldn’t resist the urge to sink his teeth around them when they were so close to his mouth. You let out the most erotic whine he has ever heard and it’s enough to make precum soak through his briefs.
Pushing you down on the ground he rips off your panties and rids himself of his clothes. He needs you now. He attacked your chest with his mouth unable to restrain himself. Your breathy moans as he assaulted your sensitive skin were euphoric, ringing in his ears. He could’ve cum from your sound alone. You planted the soles of your feet into the floor as your hips bucked up, rutting your fluids all over his chest, one hand in his hair,  while the other searched for fantom bedsheets to hold on to.
“Kashi, don’t stop.”
“‘Wasn’t planning on it.” he breathed as he broke your skin. Blood pooling in his mouth. He sucked on the copper taste, licking his lips before trailing down your body.
“So fucking wet for me. Always so wet. I could feed myself for the rest of my life down here.” he says as he dives in on your slippery folds. Bare feet still planted, now both hands search for something to grab onto as his tongue plays with your slit. Diving in and out, nose tickling your bundle of nerves, he was a ravenous wolf and your hips straining to free yourself from his jaws.
“Kashiiiii! Oh gods!” You raised your hand, grabbing a fistfull of his hair, pushing him into your heat as he happily lapped away licking and sucking on your lips and clit.
He kissed a trail of hickies up to your collarbone before licking along your clavicle and the column of you neck. He landed a wet sloppy kiss on your mouth while he aligned his tip with your slit. Prodding your clit as he rubbed your labia with his shaft.
Your mouth dropped into a sinful O as he pulled back and slid inside of you. You exhale with a broken breath, feeling the familiar stretch. You melted into a puddle under his strong figure. He could swear he saw stars in your eyes as you gazed up at him.
Establishing a slow rhythm, he savored the feeling of his veins catching each ridge in your gummy interior. Nothing felt more like home than being inside of your warm walls, having them hug his manhood tightly as you lost your breath with each stroke.
He holds his body close to yours, feeling your stiffened peaks rub against his chiseled chest while he glides in and out of you. You feel the tension build in your lower abdomen. Each sweet kiss of your cervix eliciting a soft sound from your lips directly into his ear. You could feel him twitch with each little noise.
One of your hands grabbed a firm hold of the back of his neck but the other wandered freely. Slowly exploring his arm, then his chest and gliding up to his back, feeling the scars of battles fought long ago. Thrusts continue to slide his girth in and out of you, still you aimlessly glide your hand along each indent of muscle overlapping with another, feeling up his spine and into his hair. He closed his eyes as you toyed with the silver strands. Focused on the feeling over his entire body, not just what your cunt was doing to his length but on every touch of your delicate hands.
He was brimming with love for you. It was taking over his entire body. Studying each stray strand of hair, each eyelash, each pore on your skin, lowering his gaze to your newly adorned chest, covered in fresh love bites. He started to snap up into you sharply, feeling himself ready to cum.
“I love you, Y/N” he whispers
“I love you too, Kakashi” you breathe back
And with your confession you feel the familiar wave of orgasmic warmth flood through your body reaching each finger and toe. Kakashi thrusts as he finishes, letting your needy walls milk him for all he’s worth. Once done he falls on top of you, tip still inside, catching his breath as his spend begins to leak out.
Grateful that he locked the door ahead of time, you and he fall asleep just as you are, on his tiny sleeping pad with only a wool blanket covering the Hokage’s bare behind, feeling the kind of peace of mind that had eluded you for months.
********************************************
Life sped past over the next few weeks. You took really well to your new role and all the teasing you used to receive for dating Kakashi finally slipped down the storm drain. You felt at peace but furthermore you felt a sense of smugness knowing that they now know how much they need what’s between your ears. They no longer care about who’s between your legs and the more you and Kakashi interact publicly, the less stares you receive. Everything is finally going according to plan.
You sit at your desk and start to think about lunch when you smell something wonderful waft down the hall. It smelled like someone was cooking something over a campfire. Suddenly craving whatever was being had in the break room, you decide to head down the hall so you can ask what it is. When you step into the break room you see none other than Obito standing there holding a bowl of chicken and sticky rice.
“Obito?”
“Hi Princess.”
You feel your chest tighten, your eyes closing at the sound of his voice saying your nickname.
“How-um-how…how was your mission?”
“Long, but it gave me plenty of time to think.”
You feel your stomach flip in anxiety. “Obito, I’m so sorry.”
“I know Princess I-”
“Oh my gods!”
You run to the trash can and throw up what was left of your breakfast.
“Princess, are you okay?”
“Sorry, I just ah-I guess I’m not feeling well.” You didn’t want to admit that the guilt of everything made you empty your stomach of its contents.
“Hmm, maybe you should go home.”
“I’ll be fine.” you say feeling incredibly embarrassed.
Obito gives you a questioning look.
“Really, I’ll be fine. Maybe just some rice and water for lunch and I’ll be fine.” you say with a shrug as you speed walk away from the break room. You turn towards Kakashi’s office hoping he had some water for you to rinse out your mouth when you realize the smell of ramen is getting stronger with each step in his direction. Sure enough, when you open the door to his office the smell hits you like a ton of bricks. You try to wave the smell away from your nose with your hand as you speak.
“Geez, Kashi, what’d they put in your ramen?”
“What do you mean?”
“It’s a bit strong, don’t you think?”
“What are you talking about?”
“Your ramen. I can smell it down the hall.”
“Really?”
“Yeah! Do you have water?”
“I think I have some over in that corner.” he says as he points “Why? Forget your tea?”
“No, I just threw up and I need to wash out my mouth.”
“You threw up?”
“Yeah. I smelled some delicious campfire smell and then I ran into Obito and felt sick all of a sudden. It was really embarrassing.”
“You smelled Obito?”
“What?! No! I smelled a campfire and…oh.”
“Angel, when was your last period?”
“Right before our date…”
“Angel, I think we need to get you checked.”
You zone out a bit as you consider what this means. You look over at Kakashi, “But I’m on birth control. You really think that we’re, that I’m...”
“Possibly.”
Kakashi rounds his desk and kisses your forehead before pulling you into a hug.
“Kashi…” you whisper, ‘I still haven’t rinsed my mouth out yet.”
He chuckles and lets you go to grab your water. “Here, make it quick cause I want to kiss you.”
You blush and take the water and swish. You chug the remainder of the bottle before Kakashi pulls you into him to kiss you as if it were your wedding day. When your lips disconnect he holds you close, eyes closed, foreheads touching.
“What was that for?”
“Marry me.”
“What?” Kakashi opens his eyes and stares at you through your lashes.
“Marry me.”
“Are you joking??”
“No. I want to marry you. I’ve wanted to marry you from the day you first saw my face.”
“Kakashi, we don’t even know if I’m pregnant.”
“It’s irrelevant. I love you and I want to marry you. What do you say?”
“Kakashi, are you seriously proposing after I just threw up?”
“I’ll give you a real proposal later. Just tell me yes.”
You swallow and nod your head, “Yes. Yes, I’ll marry you.”
He squeezes  you tight and spins you around the room.
“Kashiiii I’m gonna throw up again.”
“Right.” he says as he sets you down, “Let's get you to a doctor.”
Leaving his lunch behind, you and Kakashi interlace your fingers as you walk down the hallway and out the building towards the hospital. The medical staff set you up in a room with a paper gown, where the two of you wait for Sakura to join you.
You’re swinging your legs as you sit on the table when finally a head of pink hair comes breezing through the door.
“Kakashi sensei, do you mind explaining why my other appointments got bumped back fifteen minutes?”
“I needed you to check on Y/N.”
You wave your fingers, feeling a pink tint your cheeks. Sakura’s eyes scan you up and down and she understands. She pulls the sonogram cart from the corner and asks when your last period was.
“It was about 7 weeks ago.”
“And you’re just getting checked?”
“I didn’t really think about it. Time kinda slipped by plus I’m on birth control so I didn’t think-”
“Well things can still happen.” Sakura squirts jelly onto a probe and directs Kakashi to sit near your face. “This is gonna feel a little cold.”
“Okay” You nod before looking over at Kakashi and nervously grasping his hand. You feel the probe get inserted and soon after you hear a tiny fluttering pulse. You watch as Kakashi’s eyes widen with joy while looking at the screen. You peel your pupils off of him and turn to look.
“Yup, congratulations you two! You’re having a baby!”

Kakashi yandere or jealous nsfw plss??🥺
Ooh gosh thank you so much for the request 😍 it's as if you knew I wanted to write today 👀 It's my first time writing someone as a yandere though it's gonna be interesting 👀
Let's go 🏃‍♂️⚡
Tumblr media
Yandere Kakashi Hatake :
Yandere Kakashi Hatake would never let you leave the house without visible teeth marks and purple hickeys on your neck. If he sees that you are trying to hide them, don't even bother… you won't go out today, or tomorrow… not until he has immaculately marked your body to show that you belong to him. In addition your wrists are often bruised because of the ropes he uses to tie your wrists
Yandere Kakashi Hatake who when you come home after a long time feels obliged to take you against the nearest surface whether it is the front door, the dining room table - it doesn't matter as long as in the end you are full of his cum
Yandere Kakashi Hatake overstimulating you until you cry, hips banging against yours vigorously, filling your apartment with the very viscous sound of your releases - especially yours - mixing a little more each time he thrusts his cock into you
Yandere Kakashi Hatake who sniffs you when you come back from the village to make sure that no one gets too close to you and if he has the misfortune to smell someone else's scent he will personally make sure that they never gets close to you again
Yandere Kakashi Hatake who considers you at times more like an object that he owns. Tying you up in his worst moments in a corner of the house and only untying you to fuck you - sometimes he leaves you tied up
Yandere Kakashi Hatake who asks you to open up for him before spitting in your mouth because it's one more way to show that you belong to him entirely
Yandere Kakashi Hatake asking you very specific questions about what you did during the day while he is hammering away at you. It's hard for you to speak because of the pressure that is building up in your lower abdomen but you have to speak and be clear otherwise you know he won't stop thrusting into your body... you both know he has the stamina to keep you up until tomorrow morning - he has already proved it once or twice
Jealous Kakashi Hatake :
Jealous Kakashi Hatake who feels jealous every time you talk to Naruto, Lee or Neji, because now they are men and he is afraid that you will leave him
Jealous Kakashi Hatake who then feels obliged to fuck you very hard in his Hokage office knowing that one of the boys has an appointment with him. Knowing very well that they will hear how much you love his cock and that you will never think about theirs
Jealous Kakashi Hatake who grabs your hand as soon as Guy or Iruka says hello to you and he squeezes it very hard… a little too hard even. So much so that your other hand has to force him to let go of his viscious grip
Jealous Kakashi Hatake like Yandere Kakashi Hatake feels obliged to mark you to be sure that nobody will come to take what is not theirs. He does them more on your wrists or on your shoulders as you wear a lot of clothes with naked shoulders
Jealous Kakashi Hatake who edges you a lot. He is so frustrated with all those people who look at you too much that he eats you as if you were his last meal without ever letting you come. He licks you while he fingers you and when he feels you tighten up around his fingers he stops abruptly. Even if you tell him repeatedly that you want his cock, he doesn't give it to you until the pression for him is too much and he starts rutting his bulge in the mattress
Jealous Kakashi Hatake who has a breeding kink and once he decides to fuck you he doesn't stop until streams of his cum flow from your hole

Between Shadows and Light - Kakashi x Reader (Pt 1)
I'm trying something new, and I am feeling nostalgic. Do tell me how I'm doing?
Part 2
In the aftermath of the Uchiha massacre, Y/N finds herself grappling with loss, duty, and an unexpected connection with Kakashi Hatake. As she cares for Sasuke and navigates her feelings for the enigmatic Copy Ninja, their bond deepens amidst missions, village gossip, and unresolved emotions. But with Sasuke’s protectiveness and Itachi’s shadow looming over them, can Y/N truly find love and normalcy, or is her heart forever tied to the past?

Tumblr media
The soft hum of the cicadas filled the warm summer evening, blending with the crackling of a small fire in the yard of a modest home on the outskirts of Konoha. Y/N Uchiha sat cross-legged near the flames, her dark eyes reflecting the light as she meticulously sharpened a kunai. She was surrounded by an air of calm, but her thoughts were far from peaceful.
The massacre haunted her every waking moment. Every shadow seemed to whisper the names of her kin, every quiet moment echoed with their cries. She'd agreed to take care of Sasuke, but her own grief felt like a relentless weight. The truth Itachi had confided to her before leaving—the burden he'd carried, the impossible choice he'd made—was both a curse and a mercy. She couldn't hate him, even though she desperately wanted to.
She had just returned from a simple mission that morning, and had arrived later than expected, she knew her parents would be angry. When she stepped into the compound her thoughts vanished. The first thing she saw? Itachi, holding a Kunai in his anbu uniform. Blood, bodies.... "Itachi...." he turned to her carefully, tears in his eyes. He walked to her, and fell on his knees. He told her everything, in turn he asked for two things: Take care of Sasuke, and never tell anyone what he shared with her. With that, he was gone. He had meant the world to her, as young as she was, Itachi was the love of her life.
A sudden knock at the door shattered the stillness. Y/N tensed, kunai at the ready, before she remembered herself. Few dared to venture out to her home, and fewer still would come without warning. She set the weapon down and rose cautiously, brushing the dust from her hands as she approached the door.
When she opened it, Kakashi Hatake stood there, his mask hiding much of his face but not the exhaustion in his visible eye. His slouched posture and the faint sag of his shoulders spoke of battles fought, both on and off the field.
"Kakashi," she said, surprise coloring her tone. "What are you doing here?"
He hesitated, one hand resting on the doorframe as if it were the only thing keeping him upright. "I need your help," he said simply.
Y/N's brows furrowed. She stepped aside, gesturing for him to enter. "Come in," she said softly, her earlier wariness replaced by concern.
Kakashi stepped into the modest home, his gaze sweeping over the sparse but functional interior. He didn't sit, though, remaining near the entrance like he didn't belong.
She crossed her arms, leaning against the wall. "What kind of help are we talking about?"
Kakashi's hand moved to his headband, fingers hesitating for the briefest moment before pulling it up. The red glow of the Sharingan in his left eye was sharp against his pale skin, but there was a faint tremble in the lid. "This," he said.
She held back to ask where he had gotten it, thinking back to the relationships he had with Obito before he died.
Y/N's lips parted in surprise. She hadn't seen the Sharingan outside her clan, ever, to be fair she was just 14 when the clan disappeared. Her gaze softened. "You're struggling to control it," she deduced, stepping closer.
He gave a short nod. "It drains me faster than I can keep up. It’s… not mine"
There was a heaviness in his voice that she recognized all too well. Loss. Guilt. A desperate need to honor the dead in a way that only the living could.
"Does anyone know you have this?" He hesitated for a second and looked away, the insinuation was clear. No.
"I can only teach you what I know, which isn't all" He nodded and accepted what she could give.
She inhaled deeply, her mind already racing with the lessons she'd been taught as a child. "Sit down," she instructed, motioning toward a cushion. When he hesitated, she gave him a pointed look. "You came to me for help, so let me help."
Kakashi complied, lowering himself with a stiffness that came from too many missions and too little rest. She sat across from him, her dark eyes locking onto his mismatched gaze.
"The Sharingan..." she began carefully. "It requires more than just physical energy—it takes something deeper. Something you need to learn to balance." Her tone softened. "I can teach you, but it won't be easy."
"I didn't expect it to be," he replied quietly.
For a moment, neither spoke. The weight of their respective losses filled the room like an unspoken truth, pressing against them both. Finally, Y/N broke the silence.
"Why now?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper. "Why come to me after everything? You could've gone to the elders when they were still alive"
Kakashi's gaze flickered, the Sharingan fading as he let his headband fall back into place. "Because I thought I could handle it on my own," he admitted. "Besides, you understand where this came from."
Her heart twisted at his words. She knew exactly what he meant, and she hated how true it was. They were both haunted by the past, bound by love and loss in ways no one else could comprehend.
She reached out, placing a hand lightly on his. "We'll figure it out together," she said firmly.
For the first time that evening, a faint smile touched Kakashi's lips, hidden though it was behind his mask. "Thank you," he said simply.
As the fire outside burned low and the night deepened, the two found a strange solace in each other’s presence. Neither dared to say it aloud, but for the first time in a long while, neither felt entirely alone.
Years Later
The sun hung low in the sky, casting a golden glow over the dirt path as Kakashi and his newly assigned Team 7 made their way back to the village after a routine patrol. Naruto was complaining loudly about the lack of excitement, Sakura was scolding him, and Sasuke trailed behind, his expression as unreadable as ever. Kakashi, walking ahead, tuned out the bickering and kept an eye on their surroundings—until he saw a familiar silhouette approaching in the distance.
Y/N Uchiha.
She was returning from a mission, her travel-worn cloak dusted with dirt and her weapons pouch slightly askew. Despite the weariness in her step, her gaze was sharp, and the faintest smirk tugged at her lips when she spotted the group.
"Well, well, what do we have here?" she teased as she stopped in front of them, her eyes immediately seeking out Sasuke. "You’ve got yourself a squad now, huh?"
"Y/N," Sasuke greeted with his usual detached tone, though there was a flicker of warmth in his eyes.
"Wait, you know her?" Naruto asked, pointing at her dramatically. "Who is she?"
Sakura, more composed, bowed slightly. "It’s nice to meet you. I’m Sakura Haruno."
Y/N’s gaze softened as she regarded them, then flicked over to Kakashi, who stood silently watching her with his usual aloof demeanor. She grinned, mischief sparking in her eyes. "I’m Y/N Uchiha, Sasuke’s... clan mat and," —she nodded toward Kakashi—"I’m the reason they call him the Copy Ninja."
Naruto’s jaw dropped. "What? No way! You mean you taught him how to do that crazy stuff?"
Kakashi sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "Don’t give her too much credit."
"Oh, please," Y/N shot back, her grin widening. "If it weren’t for me, you’d still be trying to figure out which end of a kunai to hold." Y/N shrugged, a playful glint in her eyes. "He was hopeless on his own. Let’s just say he’s lucky I took pity on him."
"Now you’re exaggerating," Kakashi interjected, though his tone was more resigned than annoyed.
"You’re just mad because it’s true," Y/N teased, crossing her arms and tilting her head at him. "Anyway, I’m guessing this is your new team? Good luck—you’ll need it, especially with this one." She nodded toward Sasuke, who just scoffed.
Sasuke cleared his throat, clearly ready for the conversation to end. "Are you heading back to the village?"
"Yeah," Y/N replied, her tone softening. "Mission's done, and I’ve got reports to file. I’ll see you at home later."
As she turned to leave, she paused and glanced over her shoulder at Kakashi. "You’ve got your hands full with these kids, but don’t slack off on them. They deserve the best, Copy Ninja."
Kakashi raised a hand in lazy acknowledgment, though a faint smile tugged at the corner of his masked mouth.
"She’s awesome!" Naruto declared as they continued walking. "I didn’t know you had someone like her in your clan, Sasuke!"
"She’s annoying," Sasuke muttered, though his tone lacked any real bite.
Kakashi, watching the interplay, found himself smiling faintly under his mask. Y/N had a way of livening up the quiet moments, her banter leaving an impression long after she was gone. Though her words had been playful, the truth in them lingered. She had been his guide through a part of his life he wouldn’t have navigated alone, and for that, he would always be quietly grateful.

since the naruto timeline is so… you know… inconsistent, for a word, i think it’s really funny if obito and rin are older than kakashi by some years. because then obito is really just having beef with a toddler like kakashi is 6 and obito is 9 or 10 and he finds this little feral dog child to be a major threat to his psyche. meanwhile rin has to be his voice of reason, saying no you can not hurt our 6 year old teammate, look at him he’s just a baby. and kakashi is snarling, on his hands and knees, barking like a chihuahua at them. and minato who’s a very busy jounin asks rin and obito to look after kakashi because he’s very messed up and could use a friend or two. but obito takes it as minato wants him to babysit his ankle biter teammate whom he loathes. but of course rin agrees and obito begrudgingly goes with her. and he doesn’t know how to deal with kids, being one himself, so he tries to boss kakashi around but little selectively mute kakashi glares at him and snaps his teeth at him any time obito so much as breathes air wrong. rin who understood minato’s assignment and asks if kakashi needs help cooking dinner or washing the dishes and is just generally friendly rather than bossy. obito still not understanding and trying to inflict bath time on a dog boy who viciously does not like water and the only people who can actually get him to take a bath are his dead father, minato, and pakkun. kakashi who likes rin enough and lets her sit on his furniture and kakashi who does not trust obito as far as he can throw him and growls at him when he so much as walks into the room. obito who’s had enough and decides to teach the baby a lesson. kakashi and obito who end up having a brawl in the living room while rin watches cartoons because hagoromo otsutsuki she’s just a girl! and she does not have the patience to deal with her asshole baby teammate and her stupid best friend teammate. minato who shows as up eventually and separates kakashi and obito and thinks they’re finally getting along until kakashi lifts his leg and pisses on the ground to mark his territory. the rest of team minato who finally realize that kakashi is actually just a puppy in human form and he is not housebroken…

Been thinking about the trope of losing one’s memories for kkg
Instead of the regular “hits head too hard and forgets all about their friends and partner” I was thinking Kakashi getting hit right in a spot where he loses most human behavior and ends up acting more like a dog / animal.
Kakashi waking from a coma and upon seeing Gai starts cuddling into him like a puppy

thinking about jealous!kakashi who hates seeing other people flirt with his partner.
jealous!kakashi who is seeing red the moment you give the person even a semblance of a smile, already making his way across the room in large strides, the cup in his hands being placed roughly down on the nearest surface as he makes his way to you.
he makes his presence known quickly, clearing his throat and snaking an arm around your waist, not even bothering to hide the look on his face.
“this is kakashi! my boyfriend” you smile, looking up at the taller man and noticing immediately how pissed off he looked.
“boyfriend?” the other person says, giving him a once over.
only an idiot would try and flirt with you some more after taking a look at kakashi. his eyes were slightly narrowed and brows furrowed a bit, his arm that wasn’t wrapped around you was flexing a bit, due to the fist his hand was forming.
kakashi rolled his eyes as they said something stupid and turned to leave, letting out a huff when you turned to look at him.
“did you really have to come over here looking like you were gonna bite his head off?” your tone was serious, but there was a smile creeping onto your face.
kakashi couldn’t stop the heat rising in his cheeks, his ears beyond red as he runs his hand through his floppy hair, “you expect me to watch my partner get chatted up and do nothing?” one brow lifting and you smile, leaning into his side and walking out into the fresh air.
“y’know i can handle myself kashi” you state, intertwining your fingers with his as you two head home.
“i know, just don’t want you to worry about that when I’m around” he quips, placing a kiss to the top of your head.
jealous!kakashi who as soon as you step foot in your home has you backed against a wall, making out with you until you’re pulling away, struggling to breathe. he’s smiling down at you, loving the way your nose twitches because of the silver hair tickling it. only giving you a couple seconds to catch your breath before he’s crashing his lips back onto yours, making your legs wrap around his waist and carrying you to bed.
jealous!kakashi who’s sure to leave a just barely visible mark on your neck, so on the off chance you see that person again, they know you’re only his.

The Flower Prince: Gather 'round The Campfire
Prompt- At first, he felt prideful of the praise his teammate [Sakura] was getting from the Prince. But the moment he saw the blush on her face and the arm around her waist, pride was no longer what he was feeling.
Word count: 1,688 words

It was Naruto who had found a safe place to make camp, a small clearing surrounded by massive trees nestled next to a cave where they could sleep, a small stream only a five-minute walk away. Daiki, ever eager, was instructed by Kakashi on how camping worked and how they would set up their camp. Sakura was quite annoyed that Daiki had decided on camping- she had already made detailed plans for what she’d do once they’d arrived at the Flower Village. Said plan involved convincing Sasuke to come with her to try some of the festival games and watch the fireworks, something she’d assumed they’d have for Daiki’s return. Building up the courage to do so, she made her way to the stream where Sasuke was fishing to ask him.
Approaching the focused boy she noted that he seemed hyper-focused on the flowing water, like he was lost in thought. “Sasuke-kun?” she tentatively asked. Sasuke glanced at her an indication for her to go on. “I was wondering when we get to the village would you want to-” A huge splash cut her off as both she and Sasuke turned to the source of the disruption.
“Eh?!” Naruto whined as he brought his head up from under the water. He stood, his new attire fully soaked and the firewood he had been instructed to fetch now wet rendering it useless for a fire.
“Naruto!” Sakura yelled, concern just as evident as the suppressed laughter, “Are you okay?” She had made her way over to where the jinchuriki had fallen in. He nodded in affirmation and complained about someone tripping him even though no one was near. After Sauke commented on it being a ghost, he quickly shut up and scurried his way back to camp scavenging anything that could replace the now-soaked firewood. Sakura allowed a smile to form on her face before turning to look at Sasuke- who already had his eyes on her. Her face burned as she looked away and mumbled about helping him catch fish.
Shaking his head he brought the almost full bucket in his right hand. “We should head back.” his voice plain. After two minutes of silence, Sakura decided to break the silence.
“Daiki seems nice doesn’t he?”
Sasuke only shrugged.
“I mean he’s much better than some of the other escort missions we’ve had, remember Hitoshi- san? We had to carry him to the sand village.” Sakura reminisced.
“You mean Naruto had to,” Sasuke smirked. Sakura let out a small giggle. She enjoyed spending alone time with Sasuke. Although he wasn’t as social as she’d like him to be, she was happy that he’d listen to her and often entertain her conversation- although she knew he wasn’t always fully there.
“I was going to ask earlier Sasuke-kun, but would you want to go to the festival with me tomorrow?” she eagerly waited as no response came. Sasuke simply stayed silent, as if contemplating a life-altering decision. “No worries if not, I’ll enjoy it myself. I’ll make sure to win you something too!” A strained smile made its way onto her lips, glassy eyes not shining as they usually did.
“I’ll think about it.” Was his final response as they entered the campsite, he parted ways with her as he headed to make the fire. Smiling brighter now, Sakura went to set up their sleeping bags in the cave, making sure to place hers right next to Sasuke’s.

“Ne Daiki, how old are you?” Naruto inquired as they sat by the fire, fish and a small portion of rice cooking.
“I’m 14, I'll be 15 in a few months. Why?” the brunette tilted his head to the side.
“Wha-?!” Naruto nearly jumped off the log he sat on at this revelation, “Then how are you a prince- you’re barely older than we are!” he gestured towards himself and his teammates.
“Well…” Daiki paused in contemplation, “I’m technically not a prince or anything, I’m the heir to the Yamanaka clan in my village. My dad is basically in charge there- similar to what a Hokage is in your village except we’re civilians. If my dad were to die, get too old to perform his duty, or if he resigns then I would take charge.”
“So you’re a prince?” Naruto restates, confused as what Daiki described sounds like a prince to his understanding.
“I guess so but I don’t have a kingdom or anything. When I think of a prince I think of all those fantasy stories- so in that sense no.” Daiki lets a gentle chuckle escape his lips.
“But you are the son of a monarch who’s in charge of a village, it doesn’t have to be a massive kingdom or anything.” Sakura explains, “So you are a prince by definition.” She states matter of factually.
Naruto gasps at this- “So does that mean when I become Hokage I’ll be king?” his voice low as if he were discussing top secret information.
“No.”
“No one asked you teme!” Naruto glares at his teammate who meets his glare with just as much intensity.
“Sasuke’s right Naruto,” Kakashi adds.
“Oh.” Naruto sulks staring up into the night sky, his stomach rumbling. It had been three hours since they first made camp and he was starving. He’d never admit it out loud, but right now he hated Daiki for making them camp out. They would’ve been at the flower village by now staying in the compound’s comfortable guest quarters after being treated to a five-course meal prepared by the best chef around, instead, they had to eat boring ol’ fish and share two portions of rice because the prince wanted to. Naruto rolled his eyes at the thought and tried to shake his discomfort. His mind traveled to recent events.
A lot had happened since the formation of Team 7, Naruto himself had grown a lot from the neglected little boy to a slightly less neglected teen with some respect being put on his name. His teammates had also done a lot of growing. Yet Sasuke was the one who’d puzzled him the most, his personality was always so wish-washy that he’d have better luck making sense of tidal waves than Sasuke’s moods. It was ironic, the stoic member was the most emotional out of them- and they were on a team with Sakura who bore her feelings on her sleeve. Even so, Sasuke had learned to work with him and count on him which Naruto knew Sasuke hated.
In his own strange way, Sasuke had grown to care about his team despite his efforts not to. Naruto grinned at this. Sasuke really was an idiot, despite his best efforts to push them away he only solidified their bonds- especially with Sakura. Now, Naruto wasn’t stupid. He knew the extent of Sakura’s feelings for Sasuke. She put her life at risk to save Sasuke, she had cried when they all thought he was dead, she showered him with undeserved affection, and even caught him when he’d fall both emotionally and physically. Sakura had developed real feelings for that undeserving jerk, she loved Sasuke. The hug she had given Sasuke at the hospital was confirmation of this- it was such an intimate moment that even he had caught on. But… Naruto wasn’t sure if Sasuke felt the same. Yes, he did care about her but did that go any further than comradery? Looking over at the two he pondered on this.
“Naruto-san?” Daiki, who had suddenly appeared next to him, piped up. Startled by the sudden appearance Naruto flinched back. “Ah, I didn’t mean to scare you. You looked lost in thought but I have something important to ask you.”
“What?” he leaned forward, genuinely interested in what he wanted to ask. “Is- God this is embarrassing-” Daiki blushed and lowered his voice, “Is Sakura seeing anyone? Like… does she have a boyfriend?”
Naruto’s eyes widened at this. “Uhhhh, no?” Although coming out as more of a question Daiki’s face lit up.
“Oh- that’s great! You know, Sakura’s an interesting girl, I’d like to get to know her more.” he bashfully confessed. Naruto wasn’t sure how to respond, he’d never heard anyone so outwardly display an interest in his female teammate besides Lee.
“Why don’t you go talk to her, then?” the sudden sound of Kakashi’s voice startled the boys. Kakashi remained in his squat position next to them, sparing a smile as he continued to read his book adding, “I bet she’d want company at the festival, I overheard she was looking for someone to go with.”
Gobsmacked, Naruto looked at his sensei as if he was insane. Although never confirmed, it was pretty established that Sakura was set on Sasuke. However, Daiki would treat Sakura better than Sasuke ever could, hell he’d already displayed that. Gah- this was none of his business, although aloof, Naruto knew when to stay out of something… on certain occasions.
-
“We could be in a warm bed right now.” Sakura grumbled as she sat down on her sleeping bag next to Sasuke, who nodded in agreement. “It’s a good thing Kakashi makes us bring our sleeping bags just in case, it finally came in use.”
“Hn. We wouldn’t have to if we just kept going.” Sasuke added, a subtle jab to the prince.
“Yeah.” the kunoichi continued, “I don’t know why Kakashi agreed to the idea.” She yawned and allowed her head to fall onto Sasuke’s shoulder. The rise and fall of his shoulders as he breathed luring her deeper into her drowsiness.
“If you’re that tired then go to sleep.¨ He softly moved his shoulder causing a piece of her hair to cover her face. Moments like this had started to feel normal to him, her touches being such a common occurrence that he no longer felt the need to fight them, not that he felt the urge to anymore. Her tired eyes looked into his before she gave him a small smile and nodded.
Slowly pulling herself off his shoulder and settling into her sleeping bag she slowly spoke, “Good night Sasuke-kun.”
“Go to sleep, Sakura.”

Note
"I think we need more champagne for this."
“I thought this would be a dream come true for you.” Jiraiya teases. He did grab the bottle and fill her glass. “Relax. We can start things off if you need a moment… right?”
He turns his head towards Kakashi and offers his glass to cheers it. He’s very comfortable doing things with someone just a perverted as he is, especially to a girl just as perverted as them but shy.

Between Shadows and Light - Kakashi x Reader (Pt 3)
part 1 Part 2
In the aftermath of the Uchiha massacre, Y/N finds herself grappling with loss, duty, and an unexpected connection with Kakashi Hatake. As she cares for Sasuke and navigates her feelings for the enigmatic Copy Ninja, their bond deepens amidst missions, village gossip, and unresolved emotions. But with Sasuke’s protectiveness and Itachi’s shadow looming over them, can Y/N truly find love and normalcy, or is her heart forever tied to the past?

Y/N strolled back toward her house, the quiet streets of Konoha a welcome reprieve from the chatter of the market. She’d run into Kakashi earlier than expected, and as always, his presence had left her thoughts unsettled. He had a way of lingering, even when he wasn’t physically there.
When she reached her doorstep, she paused, her hand resting on the wooden frame. Inside, she could hear Sasuke moving around—probably sharpening his kunai or organizing his gear. He was meticulous like that, a trait he’d honed as he grew older.
She stepped inside and found him sitting at the small dining table, a book open in front of him. He barely glanced up as she entered, but she didn’t miss the faint tension in his shoulders.
"Back so soon?" he asked, his tone neutral.
"Errands didn’t take long," she replied, setting down her bag. She studied him for a moment. "Something on your mind?"
He shrugged, not meeting her gaze. "Training’s been... frustrating."
Y/N pulled out a chair and sat across from him. "Kakashi giving you a hard time?"
Sasuke finally looked up, his dark eyes narrowing. "He holds back. He treats me like I can’t handle anything serious."
Y/N’s lips twitched in a faint smile. "That’s because you're still traiming. The basics are an essential part of solid foundation."
Sasuke scowled, but she could see the flicker of acknowledgment in his expression.
"Give it time," she said softly. "Kakashi’s not one to rush things, but he sees potential in you. He wouldn’t waste his time otherwise."
The corner of Sasuke’s mouth twitched, almost forming a smile, but he caught himself and looked away. "Whatever."
Y/N chuckled, standing up and ruffling his hair as she passed him. "Dinner will be ready soon. Don’t make that face for too long—it might stick."
Later that evening, after Sasuke had gone to bed, Y/N stepped out into the backyard. The moon hung high in the sky, casting a silver glow over the small garden. She wrapped her arms around herself, leaning against the wooden railing of the porch as her thoughts drifted.
She didn’t hear him approach at first.
"You’re quieter than usual," Kakashi said from behind her, his voice low but unmistakable.
She turned her head slightly, unsurprised to see him leaning casually against the side of the house, his arms crossed. "What are you doing here?"
He shrugged, pushing off the wall and walking toward her. "Couldn’t sleep. Figured you might be awake."
Y/N raised an eyebrow. "And why would you assume that?"
He gave her a look that made her stomach twist in an infuriatingly familiar way. "You've always had a terrible sleep schedule"
She exhaled sharply, turning back to the garden. "I didn’t realize I was that predictable. Besides, it's the only time in the day I get to myself, Sasuke has always been an early to bed sort of kid"
Kakashi stepped closer, his presence warm despite the cool night air. "It’s not a bad thing. Just means I pay attention."
Y/N’s heart gave an involuntary lurch, but she kept her voice steady. "What do you want, Kakashi?"
There was a pause, and when he spoke again, his tone was softer. "Maybe I just wanted to see you."
She turned to face him, her arms still crossed defensively. "You know you make things harder whenever you say things like that"
"I know," he said simply "But you can handle it". His gaze, visible through the mask and his one uncovered eye, held hers steadily.
For a moment, the space between them felt impossibly small. She was acutely aware of the way he was standing, the way his voice had dropped just enough to make her pulse quicken.
"Kakashi—"
Her words were cut off when he stepped closer, his hand reaching out as if to touch her cheek but stopping short.
Neither of them moved.
Her breath caught in her throat, and she could feel the tension like a live wire between them. He leaned in, just slightly, his gaze flicking to her lips.
"Y/N—"
The sound of the sliding door slamming open shattered the moment.
"Y/N, where’s—"
Sasuke’s voice broke through, and the two of them sprang apart like they’d been caught doing something forbidden.
Y/N turned toward Sasuke, her heart hammering in her chest. "What is it?" she asked, her voice higher than she intended.
Sasuke frowned, his gaze flicking between them suspiciously. "I forgot to ask if we have more shuriken. I’m low."
"In the weapons chest," she replied quickly, avoiding his gaze.
Sasuke lingered for a moment, his sharp eyes narrowing slightly before he turned and disappeared back into the house.
As soon as he was gone, Y/N let out a shaky breath.
Kakashi rubbed the back of his neck, his posture as nonchalant as ever. "Well, that was... unfortunate timing."
She glared at him, though her cheeks were still flushed. "You should go."
"Are we going to talk about—"
"No," she said firmly, cutting him off.
His visible eye crinkled slightly, though she couldn’t tell if it was in amusement or something else. "Fair enough. Goodnight, Y/N."
She didn’t respond as he turned and disappeared into the shadows, leaving her alone with her racing thoughts and the unmistakable feeling that something between them had just shifted.
The days that followed were a blur of normalcy, yet the air between Y/N and Kakashi felt undeniably different. She avoided him as much as her responsibilities allowed, throwing herself into training with Sasuke, mission briefings, and mundane village errands. Despite her efforts, the memory of that almost-kiss lingered, replaying at the most inconvenient moments—when she was alone in her room, when Kakashi passed her in the market, or when Sasuke mentioned his name offhandedly.
Sasuke, sharp as ever, didn’t miss her newfound tension.
"You’ve been distracted," he remarked one afternoon during training.
Y/N turned to him, kunai in hand, forcing a smile. "Have I?"
He raised an eyebrow. "You keep pausing like you’re somewhere else."
She let out a quiet sigh and crossed her arms, trying to appear nonchalant. "I’ve just had a lot on my mind."
Sasuke’s expression didn’t change. "Does it have to do with Kakashi?"
Her breath hitched, but she recovered quickly. "Why would you say that?"
"You’re avoiding him." Sasuke’s tone was matter-of-fact, but his eyes held an edge of suspicion. "It’s obvious."
Y/N hesitated, weighing her response carefully. "Kakashi and I have worked together for a long time. Sometimes… things get complicated."
"Complicated how?"
"It’s nothing you need to worry about," she said, her voice gentle but firm. "Focus on your training."
Sasuke didn’t push further, but the doubt in his eyes lingered.
That evening, after Sasuke had gone to bed, Y/N found herself restless. The house was silent except for the faint chirping of crickets outside. She sat on the porch, her knees pulled to her chest, staring at the stars as if they held the answers she couldn’t find.
"You’ve been avoiding me."
The voice startled her, but she didn’t turn around. She knew who it was. To be honest, he was the only person to ever step foot into the Uchiha compound besides herself and Sasuke.
"You have a habit of sneaking up on people," she said, her tone dry.
Kakashi stepped into view, his hands in his pockets, his ever-present mask obscuring his face. "Only when they’re trying to avoid me."
She let out a small sigh, looking away. "What, Kakashi?"
He sat down beside her, leaving a respectful distance between them. For a moment, he didn’t say anything, his gaze fixed on the horizon.
"About the other night…" he began, his voice quieter than usual.
"There’s nothing to talk about," she interrupted quickly, hugging her knees tighter.
"You don’t think so?"
She glanced at him, her eyes narrowing. "Kakashi—"
"You felt it too," he said simply, his tone steady but laced with something she couldn’t quite place. "Didn’t you?"
Her chest tightened, but she forced herself to remain calm. "It doesn’t matter."
"It does. We've been feeling like this for years Y/N; why do you keep running away?"
She turned to face him fully, frustration bubbling to the surface. "Do you think this is easy for me? I can’t—" She stopped herself, taking a deep breath. "Sasuke’s my priority. Everything else comes second. Including… whatever this is."
Kakashi studied her, his visible eye softening. "I understand," he said after a long pause. "But you don't have to be alone to take care of Sasuke"
"I’ve been alone for years," she replied quietly. "It’s easier that way."
He reached out, hesitating for a moment before his hand rested lightly on her arm. "You’re not alone, Y/N. No matter how much you may think you are; you've never been"
The weight of his words settled between them, heavy and unspoken. She looked down at his hand, then back up at him, her resolve wavering.
Before either of them could say another word, the sound of a door sliding open broke the moment.
"Y/N?"
Sasuke’s voice was groggy, but it cut through the tension like a knife.
Kakashi immediately pulled his hand back, his demeanor shifting to something more neutral. Y/N turned to Sasuke, her voice steady despite her racing heart. "What’s wrong?"
"Can’t sleep," he mumbled, rubbing his eyes.
"Go lie down," she said gently. "I’ll be in soon."
Sasuke nodded, glancing briefly at Kakashi before retreating back inside.
Y/N stood, brushing off her clothes. "You should go," she said, not meeting Kakashi’s gaze.
He hesitated, but eventually rose to his feet. "Goodnight, Y/N."
She didn’t respond as he walked away, disappearing into the night. Once he was gone, she let out a shaky breath, her emotions a tangled mess.
No matter how hard she tried, the walls she’d built around herself were beginning to crack. And Kakashi, whether he realized it or not, was becoming impossible to ignore.
After she helped Sasuke settle back to bed she found herself sitting on the grass of her backyard again. As late as it was, the quiet helped to dig through her memories. The house was silent except for the faint chirping of crickets outside. Her knees pulled to her chest, staring at the stars as if they held the answers she couldn’t find. And yet, her thoughts drifted back to Kakashi.
Her mind wandered to the beginning, to the time he had first come to her seeking help with the Sharingan. He had been hesitant, awkward even, in the way he asked. At the time, Y/N had been drowning in her grief, struggling to make sense of her place in the village after the massacre. Teaching Kakashi had given her purpose, a way to channel her pain into something meaningful.
She remembered the early days of his training vividly—the quiet mornings in the clearing outside the village, where they practiced until the sun dipped below the horizon. Kakashi had been a quick study, but the strain of using the Sharingan without an Uchiha’s natural chakra reserves had worn him down fast. Still, he never complained, and Y/N admired his determination even when she refused to say it aloud.
There were moments, though, when she’d catch him looking at her—moments when his mask slipped, not physically, but emotionally. His gaze lingered a second too long, and sometimes, when their hands accidentally brushed during a sparring session, he would pull back just a fraction too quickly, as if burned. She had written it off as nothing, attributing it to his aloof nature and her overactive imagination.
But others had noticed. Even before the massacre, even before they became close. She could still hear the teasing whispers from years ago, back when their sessions together were a common sight. “Do you think Y/N was meant for Kakashi, not Itachi?” someone had said once. She’d laughed it off, her heart too preoccupied with thoughts of Itachi to even consider the idea.
Kakashi, for his part, had never addressed the rumors. He was always quiet, always respectful, but there had been times when he would glance at her in a way that made her stomach flutter. At the time, she hadn’t known what it meant—or maybe she had been too afraid to know.
One memory stood out in sharp relief. It had been late in the evening, the sky streaked with purples and reds, and they were packing up their training equipment. She’d turned to him, a casual remark on her lips, and caught him staring. His eye had softened in a way she hadn’t seen before, a faint blush coloring the tips of his ears.
“What is it?” she’d asked, her voice teasing. “Do I have something on my face?”
He’d looked away quickly, rubbing the back of his neck. “No. Nothing.”
She’d laughed, brushing it off, but the moment had lingered in her mind for days after.
She remembered the day he had stood beside her at the riverbank, their sandals sinking into the wet sand as the water rushed past their ankles. They’d been just teenagers then, still figuring out who they were meant to be in a village that demanded so much from them. The massacre was a mere years behind her, still filling her every thought, even as she refused to grieve. She had been staring at the horizon, lost in thought, when he handed her a small paper crane he’d folded.
“Why the crane?” she’d asked, turning it over in her hands.
“It’s supposed to bring peace,” he’d replied, his voice quiet but steady. “Thought you could use some.”
At the time, she had simply smiled softly tucked the crane into her pouch, grateful, but never giving the gesture much thought. But now, years later, she could still feel the weight of that small offering, the way his gaze had lingered on her as though he’d wanted to say more but hadn’t known how.
Now, sitting on the porch, she felt a pang of regret. How many of those moments had she ignored? How many times had she chosen to look away because she was too focused on Itachi, too afraid of what moving on might mean? But then again, he was focused on Rin. She wasn't the only one ignoring it... but at the end of it all, she continued to reject it even when he finally set his full focus on her.
Y/N sighed, resting her chin on her knees. She had spent so much of her life running—from her feelings, from her pain, from the possibility of happiness. But Kakashi… Kakashi had been there through it all, quiet and steady, waiting for her to see what had been in front of her all along.
“Why are we like this?” she muttered to herself, the question a quiet plea to the universe. “Why can’t we just… be honest?”
And now? Now she wasn’t sure what to do with the knowledge. Part of her wanted to run to him, to tell him everything, to see where this road might lead. But another part of her, the part that still clung to the past, whispered doubts into her ear. What if it’s too late? What if you’re too broken to give him what he deserves?
Why hadn’t she seen it? Was it because of Itachi, because she had been so consumed by her feelings for him? Or was it because she had been afraid, afraid of what it would mean to let someone like Kakashi in?
She sighed, her breath shaky. “How could I have been so blind?” she whispered, her voice barely audible.

Naruto men and some of their sex quirks
Including: Naruto, Gaara, Sasuke, Kakashi, and Shikamaru
Warning- NSFW + implied women reader
Tumblr media
Naruto
A man who’s more romantic than you’d thought. He’s gentle, even when he’s twisting your nipple between his fingers or when threading your hair from behind you as he fucks you deeper.
Yet he’s cheeky too, of course he is. He’ll pull the band of your panties, snapping it against your hip to draw a gasp from you. “What? … if you want me to stop you can just take ‘em off,”
——
Sasuke
A man that craves praise, oh you like when he slides his tongue against your folds? You bet he’s gonna make you beg for it next time, god complex.
Jealous jealous jealous…He sees you talking to a guy earlier that day? That same night he’ll make you whimper that he’s the only man that can fuck you right, the only man that can give you what you really want. “I’m not jealous, I just know I can fuck-“ he thrusts deep,“-You better, huh,”
——
Kakashi
Sex is great, but what makes it better is when he has you on your stomach, fucking you from behind so good as you read him icha icha. And if you stop, he’ll stop with the most devilish smirk. “Come on baby, keep reading I wanna hear that pretty voice of yours,”
Also a man who loves outfits, he’ll splurge for sure his pay checks on new skimpy outfits for his gorgeous wife. He’ll love to rip the fabric, like a starved man who hasn’t seen you for months- the last time you guys fucked was that morning.
——
Shikamaru
Morning wood everyday. Every. Single. Day. He’ll cuddle up close behind you, his clothed dick pushed right up against your plush ass. His fingers slide into your undergarments, lazily teasing your clit.
He wants you on top 85% of the time. “Get on top,” he’ll be blunt, sitting on the couch with a sodoku puzzle in his hand. But when he does choose to be on top, it’s brain mush worthy. Knees pushed right up to your chest, his chain slapping against your cheek.
——
Gaara
Definitely likes to fuck you in his office, on a rare occasion but it does happen. If he finds the bedroom getting too boring, you’ll be in the next night, bent over his desk- he’ll even wear the kazekage robe.
“Shh, my love,” he’ll whisper in your ear, footsteps ascending outside the closed but not locked door. His thick fingers pressing inside your mouth to keep your quiet as he continues his relentless thrusts that hit you in every right place. “Be good for your lord, yeah?”

Playing with naruto boys hair ──☆*:・゚
Slightly suggestive (kankuro ofc)
Characters: Naruto🦊,sasuke🗡️,Itachi🥀, kakashi🍃, kiba🐺, shikamaru🀄️,shino🪲,neji🎋,Lee🥋,choji🍥,gaara⏳,kankuro🪆
Tumblr media
Naruto🦊-*
He loves attention so honesty he is down for anything. Weither your petting his head or braiding it he will always rub into your hand like a little puppy😭 he doesn’t beg for you to play with his hair but he never refuses the offer~
You were braiding his hair while he slowly fell asleep, thinking he was already asleep you started to talk to yourself “ ugh your so cute with your fluffy hair” you whisper “tsk, and you think it makes you look like a hedgehog, a cute hedgehog if anything~” then you can hear him giggle and turn a soft pink “oh my god your awake?!” “Hehehehe…yeahhh” “thanks y/n~”
Sasuke🗡️-*
He thinks he’s so tough and mostly it is but when he gets all soft with you late at night all he wants is to cuddle and for you to play with his hair. He just lays on your chest and when you don’t start playing with his hair he will clear his throat in a very dramatic way!
“AEhemHHHH” “…yes?” “Well? Arent you going to…?” “Huh?” “Play with my hair y/n!!!” “Ohhhhh! I knew that I just wanted to hear you say it~” “Y/N!” You giggle at his neediness
Itachi🥀-*
Straight forward, to the point, just “play with my hair.” And that’s it. He can be very timid but most of the time he’s not ashamed to ask for things!
“Y/n? My darling?” “Yes?” He sits down infront of you “can you play with my hair?” You reach down and kiss his hair softly “of course!” And you drag your fingers through his soft hair you ask “anything else baby?” He whimpers softly at the head massage “I love you y/n…” you giggle “I love you too!”
Kakashi🍃-*
Every time you see his hair down it’s just an urge to go up to him a play with it, it looks so soft honestly! You never have before but one day after he takes a nice shower and walk out with his hair down and freshly dried you just had to ask!
“Why are You staring at me y/n? You think I’m that handsome?~” he teases “well you are handsome but I’m just looking at your hair” “ah why?” “It looks so soft!” “Oh!…want to touch it?” He walks over to you bowing his head in front of you while giving you cute puppy eyes. You reach for a strand of his hair and just as you thought it was soft as silk! “Oh my god what conditioner do you use babe?” He giggles while sitting down next to you, not moving his head away from your loving hand. You sat there playing with his hair for hours!
Kiba🐺-*
He always sees how excited akamaru gets when you pet him so he kinda wondered what if felt like, but he didn’t want to be weird so he didn’t know how to ask. So he didn’t ask!
“What’s up kibaa?” “Hey y/n!!” He lays down on your lap which he does often but this time he did something different “can I have your hand y/n?” “Of course puppy!” He grabs your hand and immediately places it on his head waiting for you to get the hint. “Uh? Heh what are you doing…OHHHHH you want me to play with your hairrr how cutee!!” “Shut up y/n!!! Gosh cant a guy get some pets without being teased.” You laugh at his response. But you gladly gave him all the pets he wanted! (Akamaru was jealous)
Shikamaru🀄️-*
Similar to kakashi, you rarely see his hair down so once you saw him relaxing in bed with his hair down you couldn’t resist
You crawl in bed with him which Suprisingly he didn’t realize, but once you started playing with the ends of his hair he opened his eyes to look at you “uh, what are you doing dear?” “Playing with your hair” “w-why?” “Because I Love You?” “Hm, Ok……can you brush it out while your at it? It’ll get frizzy and I’m to lazy to deal with it” “of course! But only if you don’t whine about it” “be gentle and I won’t whine!” He closes his eyes waiting to feel the brush softly dragging through his hair (for now on he always asks you to brush his hair)
Shino🪲-*
He doesn’t mind what you do to him as long as your happy! I feel like his hair gets frizzy in humidity and your happy to take care of it, kind of like shika. Except he asks you to help not because of the frizz he just secretly likes your hands on his hair
He walks up to you after a fresh shower and hands you a comb, detangle stray and a normal brush. You look up at him a little lost just to see his hair poofy and slightly curled “…do you want me to do your hair?” “Yes I don’t know how” (he does he just wants you to do it) “hm Finee, cmon sit in front of me” you took very nice care of his hair which he appreciated so much. Now most of the time when you play with his hair it just turns into you playing salon with him (LOL)
Neji🎋-*
I’ve said it before he loves it when you play with his hair but he will never ask. Normally he just sits next to you and play with his own hair until you do it for him. He thinks he’s so sneaky when he does it but in reality it’s so obvious he wants your attention
He’s currently braiding the ends of his hair which he never does so you knew what he wanted already “neji what are you doing sweetheart?” “Just braiding my hair” He looks up at you with a small smirk hoping you caught on “oh ok!…may I help?” “YES” “…” “uhm I mean…sure!” He’s not smooth at all but let’s just pretend he is- he just lays on his stomach and let’s you do whatever you want to his long hair. You can put it up in a bun or maybe a ponytail, whatever you pick he just likes the attention!
Lee🥋-*
He also LOVESSSS attention, love and care no matter what! He would just jump onto you and beg for you to pet him! Which you always do, especially after a long day he lovesss ittt
“Y/n-Chan! Please! I would do anything just for you to play with my hair!” You look at him for a while just to soak in his pouty lips and puppy dog eyes, but you took to long to respond so he took it as a no apparently. “PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE,PLE-” “YES LEE OK!!” “YAY!” He tucks his head into your hand so you could hold onto his face while playing with his hair, also so he can stare at your beautiful face with love in his eyes
Choji🍥-*
Now this boy has a lot of hair, it’s a like a blanket! So sometimes you just cling to his back and bury your head into his fluffy hair. Other than cuddling into his hair you also love playing with it. One time you put them into two pig tails and he looks ADORABLE! He didn’t take them out the whole day
“Your sooooo CUTEEE AHHH” He is currently twirling his hair which you put into a cute ponytail “ya think so y/n?” “Mhm!! But let’s try something elsee” you take the band holding his hair up out gently as to not put any hair out, then you dragged both hands from his scalp all the way down his hair which made him shiver. You grabbed two pieces of his hair from the front of his head to put them into two buns. After that you took a look at his cute face. “Oh my gosh you look like a cute little bear!” “Ha little?” “Yeah your just a silly little guy!” Which made him blush. He loves moments like this
Gaara⏳-*
He is very timid with any new form of physical affection so when you suggested playing with his hair he was a little shy but also confused, why does she want to touch my hair? Is it because it’s red? He didn’t understand but was willing
“I’m ok with you touching my hair I’m just wondering why?” You smile at his curiosity “it’ll feel good sweetheart, I’ll give you a nice head massage~” he likes massages so that comforted him a little. Once you made contact with his hair he felt a little less anxious. “Feel good?” His eyes softened while he turned drowsy “yes…thank you” he fell asleep not to far into the massage, but now you know any time he has trouble sleeping you could put him to sleep by playing with his hair
Kankuro🪆-*
I’ve said before he LOVES his hair, you rarely get to touch is. But he will let you touch it if you pull it play with it which he does like but never admits it
“Why would I let your touch my glorious hair!” “You let me pull it last night?” “SHUP UP?!” Teasing him is always fun so you get a laugh out of it, but you do really want to play with his hair “no serious let me play with it! I promise you’ll love ittt~” “Ughhhh fineeeee” he mumbled while he sits on his knees infront of you. Once you actually started playing with it He visibly relaxed “told you you’d love ittt” “I don’t love it! I just…yeah fine you win I love it”

The Flower Prince: A New Mission

Although Kakashi may come off as indifferent to his team's dynamic,  he did pay attention to them. Which was why he chose a simple escort mission. He had noticed the slight tension between Naruto and Sasuke, hell anyone would have noticed by the way they glared daggers into each other and how Sakura always had to be near to numb the awkwardness. Kakashi had hoped that this mission would reignite even a semblance of the teamwork they once had.
Naruto and Sakura stood talking about their mornings and whatever else came to mind. Sasuke stood to Sakura’s left, looking up at the morning sky as it finally brightened. Pink and orange fighting for dominance over the blue night sky.
“Sasuke-kun?” Kakashi noted how instantaneously the boy seemed to turn to face the pink-haired kunoichi. He wasn’t shocked though- Sakura had a warm innocence to her that made the boys on her team fond and protective of her, including himself. It was something none of them had felt before due to the cards they were dealt. Sasuke had warmed up to Sakura the most, although the boy would never admit nor show it; assuming he had taken notice himself.
“Hn.” came Sasuke’s typical response.
“You’re always the first one to arrive… why’s that?” the hesitance in her question was obvious.
Shaking his head he simply stated ‘I’m used to it’ before staring back ahead. Sakura nodded in understanding. It wasn’t a secret that Sasuke had nightmares on occasion; they had experienced it firsthand on their first overnight mission. Poor kid probably didn’t get much sleep.
“Dam, that stupid flower prince is late.” scoffed Naruto, “Even Kakashi is here before him, that says a lot!” all three genin turned to glare at their sensei. Kakashi chuckled and looked behind them at the figure that approached.
“Looks like the Prince is here.” pointing behind them they all turned to look at the boy who seemed no older than them.
Sasuke noted that the boy had dark brown curls and complimenting hazel eyes- though he wasn’t dressed as a Prince. He wore a sleeveless pale blue top with a black unzipped jacket, that didn’t seem to be doing much as it hung off his shoulders, and dark wide-legged pants.
“Sorry, I’m late. I had to stop by to visit family before I left.” the prince bowed. Returning the gesture team 7 accepted the apology, Except for Naruto who had a few insults conjuring in his head while they waited for his arrival.
“You think sorry is gonna cut it?! We’ve been waiting for two hours for you!! I even skipped breakfast to be here early.” Naruto complained, pointing an accusatory finger at the poor guy. About to speak again and try out some of his ever-so-creative insults, Sakura cut him off.
“Naruto! That’s no way to speak to a prince!” Sakura pulled Naruto’s ear as she lectured him about manners. Sakura had seemed to be nicer to Naruto since he saved her from Gaara, she normally would have punched him by now.
Sasuke’s expression softened as he looked at his teammate's antics before he turned back to the prince and questioned him, he couldn’t believe a Prince would be dressed and act so… un-prince- like. “What family were you visiting?” his monotone voice came, stopping Sakura and Naruto’s arguing.
Before the prince could respond Kakashi interjected, “The Yamanaka right? You’re a part of the clan, no?” at this, the Prince brightened up.
“That is correct sir, my name is Yamanaka Daiki. I am from the branch of the family with no real ninjas, which is embarrassing-” Daiki blushed scratching the back of his neck, ” but we try to serve our village as their leaders.”
“You’re related to that Ino-pig?!” Sakura practically screeched.
“Ah, you must be Sakura Haruno. I assumed such based on your hair, Ino told me about you guys.” Daiki stated as he smiled at Sakura.
“What did she say?” Both Sakura and Naruto asked at the same time, Sasuke himself also seemed curious about what Ino had to say about himself and his teammates, not that he cared much about her opinion- she always irritated him.
“He can tell us on the way.” Kakashi ordered, “We should get going.”
They formed a line, not something they would normally do on a mission, but, they were close to the village, so, not much trouble would likely arise. Sakura and Sasuke stood to the right of Daiki and Naruto to the left.
With that, they set off on their mission, Sasuke and Sakura naturally falling into pace with each other, something they seemed to do often, Kakashi noted.
“What did she say about me?” Naruto piped up.
“Naruto right?” the boy nodded, “Well… she called you annoying. But she said that you were a good ninja. She told me that she admires your bravery, although quite stupid at times. I hear that you managed to beat that Hyuga guy?” Kakashi, who was walking in front of them, allowed a smile to form as he read his book. It was good to know that his [Naruto’s] comrades were starting to recognize him as a capable ninja.
“You bet I did! I wasn’t going to let that jerk win after what he did to Hinata-chan.” Naruto yelled.
“Stop screaming dobe. He doesn’t need to hear your annoying voice get any louder.” Sasuke gave him a condescending look, knowing that it would rile up the blonde. Naruto was about to fire back an insult but stopped as Daiki spoke again.
“Uchiha Sasuke. You seem to have quite an effect on women. Ino went on about how ‘cute’ and ‘handsome’ you are. She rambled about how you were such a strong ninja and how she was going to be your future wife.” Daiki let out a small chuckle at the memory.
Sakura couldn’t help but roll her eyes at the expected description of Sasuke from Ino. Although, she couldn’t argue much as she probably would have said something similar a few months ago.
“Ino said that you were a mysterious guy; she likes you, I guess? You should have seen how flustered and blushy she got when talking about you” Sasuke let out an unamused huff. “But she wasn’t wrong on some of that, you do seem to be strong. You’re an Uchiha, my people have heard plenty of the Uchiaha’s strength.”
Turning to Sasuke, Sakura gave him a smile signifying that she agreed with Daiki’s statement. Meeting her gaze Sasuke stared at her blankly before looking straight ahead once more.
“What did she say about Sakura-chan?” asked Naruto, he was genuinely curious as he knew those two girls had a past.
“Sakura…” his voice trailed off as he let out a sigh, “I don’t want to say.”
“Why not?” Naruto questioned.
“I wouldn’t want to offend Sakura-chan.”
“Daiki-san, please? I need-” Sakura caught herself before continuing,” It’s not like I care what she thinks but, I’m curious about what she said.” Sakura stared down at her feet. Glancing behind him, Kakashi noticed how the Prince’s gaze lingered on Sakura for a moment too long.
“Fine, as you insist.” Sakura's head shot up as she tried her best to look indifferent. “She told me about how you guys were ‘rivals’ and how you had distinct pink hair. Something about how you were weak and useless if I remember clearly?” Glancing to his right Daiki looked at Sakura’s hair, it was a nice shade of pink but it did look like it was cut unprofessionally.
“Ah- I see.” her voice came just above a whisper. Sakura’s usually pristine posture had slumped.
“But, she said that she thinks of you as a sister. She said that you also impressed her, like when you cut your hair and broke free from her jutsu...”
“You broke from her jutsu?” Sasuke asked. This was the first time he had heard of this.
Sakura carefully nodded, “Yeah.”
“You should have seen her teme- they tied, but Sakura-chan should have won. She looked so cool!” Naruto gloated for her.
She didn’t know why but she suddenly felt a wave of embarrassment wash over her as all eyes seemed to have fallen on her. She rushed ahead of the boys and walked beside Kakashi, who gave her a pat on the head to comfort the embarrassed preteen before continuing to read his interesting book. Sasuke felt some sort of pride overcome him at what he just learned. To his knowledge it was extremely difficult, if not impossible, to break from the mind-transfer jutsu, especially for a genin.
“Sakura-chan is quite impressive,” Daiki said to no one in particular.
Naruto nodded, “Yeah she is! She’s been improving a ton recently, right Sasuke-teme?”
Sasuke subconsciously nodded in agreement. He had noticed a drastic change in the girl after the forest of death. On more than one occasion, Sasuke had come across Sakura training on their off days.
