The fifteenth consecutive year mix album, A State Of Trance Year Mix 2018 has left no stone unturned to find the tracks of 2018 that mean the most to the loyal Trance fans. Do you know all the staff members who work with the Cambridges? I know that Kate have all those people who work for her, like Catherine, Natasha, Sophie and Emma. But who work for William? I only know Miguel Head, do you know who are the others? Sorry for my English, Iâm Brazilian and I may not speak so well đ
Your English is perfect! Never apologise for it! @mr-mrswales probably knows some people Iâm missing out but for Kate I know of the people you listed and then thereâs also Natalie Matthews (now Barrows) who works as an assistant private secretary. Natalie is the one who actually does most of the day to day stuff like site visits and diary planning. She also has Amanda Cook-Tucker who does her hair, Maria the nanny, Emma Boyce who is housekeeper in Norfolk, and Antonella Fresolone who is the KP housekeeper.Â
William has Miguel Head as his Private Sec and Laura Baker as Assistant Private Sec. He and Kate share Emma Mager who is specifically a tour secretary. He also obviously shares Maria, Emma and Antonella as he lives in the home! He and Kate and Harry share some staff members: their advisors David Manning and Jamie Lowther Pinkerton (heâs just an occasional one), their Personal Private Sec Helen Asprey, Head Comms Sec Jason Knauf, Deputy Comms Sec Kat McKeever, Comms Sec Charlotte Pool, and Spokesperson Paddy Harverson. He also has his orderlies who used to work for Philip, Corporal Stewart Harvey and Lance-Sergeant Stuart Hayes.Â

I Realized I Could Take Control Of My Health
Itâs Monday, everyone! And that means another Primal Blueprint Real Life Story from a Markâs Daily Apple reader. If you have your own success story and would like to share it with me and the Markâs Daily Apple community please contact me here. Iâll continue to publish these each Monday as long as they keep coming in. Thank you for reading!
Yup, success stories are back! And Iâm looking for more. Follow-ups, mid-progress reflectionsâevery story at every stage has the potential to inspire folks out there who are getting started or contemplating a new beginning. Contact me here to share your storyâlong or not so long. You never know who youâll impact by doing it. Enjoy, everyone!
I honestly didnât see this comingâŠ. Iâve been blessed with good genetic health and energy my whole life, avoiding significant health challenges. Sure, Iâve suffered from an occasional pulled muscle or turned ankle, and over the course of a couple of years I nursed a right shoulder rotator cuff back to full capacity.
When I turned 46 years old, I started noticing discomfort in my right IT band. I had gotten back into some longer distance cardio training, and I assumed it would work itself out. It never became uncomfortable, just persistent at mile 4 or 5 of a trail run. Like many, I ignorantly blamed my age for slow declines in my health. On New Yearâs Eve 2016, I joined up with two of my cousins to for a somewhat steep 6-mile hike up Frary Peak on Antelope Island, Utah.
Our conversation turned to age, energy and body weight. My cousins, Kevan and Brent, were both hovering below 170 pounds whereas I had somehow climbed from 171 pounds up to 184 pounds over the course of a few years. Given that we were all roughly the same age with similar familial traits and genetic factors, I took particular interest in our diverging body compositions. A couple of months later I had a routine physical with my family physician who attributed my mid-section weight gain to ânatural aging factors.â I pretty much accepted this diagnosis.
That said, when your doctor says, âThatâs just because youâre getting oldâ donât believe it.
My 180-degree lifestyle change began a month later in April 2017, when I decided to support my wife in her Whole30Âź nutrition program as suggested by her sister and a couple of others.
Those who know anything about the program will sympathize with my discomfort in abandoning my go-to foods such as dairy, grains, legumes and sugars. But over the course of 9 or 10 days I noticed unexpected improvements in my energy level throughout the day and lack of bloating and burping after meals.
Suddenly I realized I could take control of my health, and that the natural aging process was merely incidental to my current and future state of well-being. Then, I stumbled upon a Bulletproof Radio episode where Dave Asprey interviewed Mark Sisson of The Primal Blueprint. From there I was introduced to the Primal Endurance book, along with a logical and intuitive set of immutable primal lifestyle laws.
From the bookâs training recommendations, I went into a recovery phase before starting back up with a smarter Primal Cardio schedule. During this time, I had been eating mostly Whole30, and I began adopting more regular movement into my daily lifestyle along with myofascial release. Within a month I no longer noticed any symptoms of IT band discomfort or hip tension, and I remain free of these symptoms and any related discomfort to this day.
But even more importantly, my whole philosophy around aggressive cardio had changed, giving me a powerful perspective on balancing my cardio goals with long-term longevity. This enlightenment into my own health potential got me thinking about my immediate family members, each of whom has their own unique health challenges.
My wife and my mom have both battled varying degrees of depression and anxiety. My children have confronted daily challenges with social anxiety, asthma, poor core muscle tone, coordination, dyslexia, brain fog, allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, insomnia and more. Iâve always been in general good health and Iâm grateful for that. But as I pursued adapted new ancestral health and lifestyle habits as laid out by the Primal Blueprint and other sources, I discovered strength and wellness that I didnât even know I was missing.
My improved energy and increased knowledge are helping me to help my wife, my children, my parents, relatives, and many others.
As a trail runner, family man, and now a Certified Primal Health Coach, I specialize in helping endurance enthusiasts discover habit-forming course corrections for reduced injury and illness through diet, lifestyle and healthy training practices.
I also work with adults who want to boost their overall energy, parents looking to transform their familyâs health and companies interested in offering health-promoting programs within their business culture.
I founded Primal Utah to connect people and professionals through ancestral health community programs, events and coaching services.
A good coach helps you find your best path, discover the goals that are best for you and then, helps you stick to those goals. I love every opportunity to empower lasting course corrections in individuals, each with his or her own unique health story.
Ancestral health empowers people to live well in all aspects of their lives through sound nutrition, sleep, movement and stress reduction. I believe that healthy decisions arenât made just once, but rather require constant evaluation and adjustment. I help people to tune into the signals that their bodies tell them, so that they can thrive from perpetual improvements.

The New CounterMeasures - Series One
Latest Review: STARRING: Simon Williams, Pamela Salem, Karen Gledhill, Hugh Ross WITH: Carolyn Seymour, Tam Williams, Joanna Bending, George Asprey, Robin Weaver, Gunnar Cauthery, Christian Edwards, Vincent Carmichael, David Rintoul, Claire Calbraith, Andrew Wincott --- Written By: Guy Adams, Ian Potter, Christopher Hatherall, and John Dorney Director:Ken Bentley Sound Design:Rob Harvey Music:Nicholas Briggs Cover Art:Simon Holub Script Editor: John Dorney Executive Producers: Jason Haigh-Ellery and Nicholas Briggs  Duration: 5 hours approx Product Format:5-disc CD (slipcover box set)/ Digital Release Producer: David Richardson  --- Initial Release: December 2016 General Release: 31 Jan 2017 After the Who Killed Toby Kinsella standalone release, another eagerly awaited full series of adventures for the Counter Measures team is available â being now set in the Seventies time zone. For the most part it continues the fine work of its predecessors. --- The box setâs opening story is entitled Nothing to See Here. Starting off with the shock of Gilmore being involved in violent armed robbery, it soon is made clear that the rest of the Group were fully aware of his choice to risk his safety by going undercover. The main story concerns invisibility and the threat of long-term use of this âspecial abilityâ that causes loss to oneâs mental equilibrium, and overall identity. The themes and plot mostly concern just how vulnerable a seemingly rock-solid soldier like Ian can be, when under the influence of an unprecedented invention, with unknown powers. Guy Adams has provided a serviceable enough script and storyline, although it never quite goes beyond third gear in terms of tension and jeopardy. The majority of the antagonists are not quite imposing enough, and the deranged main adversary evokes more pity and concern for his safety than anything else.  The second story of the four is the work of Ian Potter - who has particular experience in the Companion Chronicles range - and is evocatively called Troubled Waters. With a relatively limited cast, the story makes good use of a submarine location (with latent nuclear capabilities), and explores aspects of distrust, claustrophobia and distorted views of the 'best possible' future for mankind. Coupled with a strong central mystery over why the submarine has gone âoff gridâ and what caused its crew to mysteriously vanish, the listener is fully engaged with this playâs unveiling of various answers. It builds well on the core theme of identity from the prior story, and sees all of the main quartet of regulars having their integrity and defining characteristics assaulted.  The penultimate story of the set sees another sharp change in setting and story inspiration. Christopher Hatherallâs The Phoenix Strain has both a connection to The Birds â one of the seminal Hitchcock movies â and feature films from the time the story is set in, concerning animals running amok. Whilst involving vicious birds, there is also a theme of chemical engineering, designed against a very specific âenemy of the stateâ. Operating on a much larger scale of action than the first two stories, this involves several antagonists. They have rather dubious principles, but are not directly connected to one another, and their agendas and methods are very dissimilar. The play does well in keeping followers uncertain over just which of these troublemakers actually has the more troublesome moral code. This story really works well on initial listen, and has enough meat on its bones to stand up to repeated exposure. It perhaps is the most seamless of the four adventures, in terms of reflecting popular culture of the decade in question. There were many 'disaster movies' working their influence on the general public, and somehow they proved to have a winning mixture of paranoia and thrills, that kept justifying more being made in double-quick time.  The concluding story for this collection shares its title with the prototype of what ending up becoming the immortally beloved City of Death. However, A Gamble With Time is markedly different in overall story beats, and how the time travel trope is used. Allowing our four regulars to all go undercover as they investigate dealings between Gus Kalworowsky and Lady Suzanne Clare, twists and turns are unleashed with each successive track. Despite appearing to be harmless to most onlookers, Clare is actually a ruthless arms dealer who is intrigued by Gusâ supposedly alien time travel technology. One aspect that is kept from David Fisherâs markedly altered proposal, is the setting of a casino. John Dorney's story just pips its predecessor to the post of being the standout, and features well-drawn characters played with full gusto by the supporting cast. Clare is one of the best Big Finish villains to originate, from a line that is divergent from the main Doctor Who releases. She seems always one step ahead of even the smartest of people, and the ending is left open for her to wreak havoc in future.  This set of mysteries is notable for having a very loose structure in terms of inter-story continuity. Whilst presumably listeners are meant to approach the quartet in chronological order, in practice there is little to no difference rendered by selecting an arbitrary sequence instead. The main cast continue to provide excellent portrayals, and clearly enjoy the different situations and character moments that they each receive. This is a particularly good collection in terms of advancing the Gilmore/Jensen relationship. Williams and Salem clearly know how best to convey chemistry and connection, through this particular form of audio adventure. Sir Toby is notably more benign following the events of the Who Killed.. two-part release, from earlier in 2016. Ross still plays the role with depth, and in an intriguing manner, but his darker edges are less conspicuous. His challenging of Lord Balfour is particularly riveting. Yet we also see this calculating political being take a moral high ground, rather than being more pragmatic, as so often was the case in his earlier stories. Perhaps Gledhill's Allison has the least notable material, apart from her undercover work in Gamble, and the brainwashing/âromanceâ she is subjugated to in Troubled Waters is just a bit too similar to previous stories, in the original Counter Measures range. Also, I continue to find much of the music a little too harsh, and the main theme is something I personally choose to skip. However, other fans of both Doctor Who and of these characters that first showed up in a top-drawer 1988 TV serial, may enjoy the compiled music that features as one of the bonus tracks. The behind the scenes material continues to be enjoyable, with a particularly nicely done âas liveâ insight into how happy the regulars were to hear they would be recording further original stories, after this current run. --- This set does a fine job of building on the foundations of the first story, which brought the Counter Measures team into the markedly different decade of the Seventies. It demonstrates with some flair just how much there is still to be uncovered, by this group of smart and enterprising talents â whether political, scientific or military.  http://reviews.doctorwhonews.net/2017/03/the_new_countermeasures_series_one.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=tumblr
