The Harold and Maude 1967 Jaguar E-Type hearse replica.

The Jaguar E-Type hearse was first shown in the 1971 movie Harold and Maude.

The movie follows Harold Chasen, a 19-year-old young man who is obsessed with death. He soon develops a friendship and eventual romantic relationship with 79-year-old Maude who teaches Harold about the importance of living life to its fullest. Harold stages fake suicides, attends funeral and drives a traditional hearse. After his mother swapped his old hearse with a Jaguar E-Type, Harold decides to convert the car into a hearse which takes him only two days to complete. At the end of the movie, Harald drives the car off a cliff after he has learned about Maude's death.

This car is a replica built by Ken Roberts, who wanted to build himself a movie car. Ken always loved the movie Harold & Maude and the Jaguar hearse, which lead him to start this project with his friend Don Kessler.
