The Skoda Octavia station wagon suffered severe damage to its right side due to a collision. It is now securely mounted on a Celette Sevenne frame machine, using our Universal jigset, Cameleon, to restore it to OEM specifications.(Cameleon US Patent 62/525,074 )

The restoration of the 1961 Chevrolet Impala on the Celette Sevenne frame machine is complete, with all the metal work finished. They were waiting for donor parts and managed to find a complete rear clip from a four-door model. They scavenged many parts that were missing and didn't know what they looked like to replicate.

The BMW iX, an all-electric vehicle, is undergoing repairs on its right rear side. It is securely positioned on a Celette Sevenne frame machine, using the Cameleon universal jig set with the side gantry. The Lamborghini Huracan STO is currently on a Celette inground Rhone frame machine (VAG certified) to address significant collision damage to both the front and rear. Update on the Mercedes Benz 280SL: It is currently undergoing a full restoration and has been placed on a Celette frame machine with dedicated jigs to ensure it is restored to its original factory condition, just as it was when it first rolled off the production line. Bare Chassis Restoration Project update.

The chassis has passed the 3D alignment test at @garage_yoshida and now getting ready to get its strut towers replaced.

In order to properly replace the strut towers, the chassis is mounted on a Celette Sevenne framemachine to measure the chassis before and after the strut panels are replaced.

All measurements are made sure it’s within the manufacturer tolerance figures. Next they cut the struts out.

The truck frame, which has become twisted, is being corrected using a Celette BPL system. The process involves securing one side of the frame in a fixed position while applying upward pressure on the opposite side and simultaneously pushing down on the other. This technique allows for a precise and controlled straightening of the frame, restoring its original alignment.

The Celette BPL system is a heavy-duty straightening system used primarily for repairing truck and bus frames. It’s known for its high productivity and innovative design.

The metalwork restoration on this 1958 Porsche 356 Speedster is nearing completion, all done on a Celette frame machine. The front end is fully welded, with headlight buckets and braces in place. The front bumper has also been fitted and precisely gapped.

The specialized frame rack is being utilized to stabilize and support the vehicle during the repair process, ensuring it can safely return to the road.

Recently finished up this big repair. This BMW iX all electric vehicle, needed a new rear body panel, floor pan, quarter panel extensions, floor extensions and the rear frame rail crossmember replaced. The rear suspension had to be removed and the car mounted on the Celette to facilitate the repair. To add to the challenge, the car came here already disassembled from another shop who could not continue the repair due to parts restrictions.
