Update on the Mercedes Benz 280SL: It is currently undergoing a full restoration and has been placed on a Celette frame machine with dedicated jigs to ensure it is restored to its original factory condition, just as it was when it first rolled off the production line. Here are the photos after the body restoration.

Bare Chassis Restoration Project update.

The chassis has passed the 3D alignment test at @garage_yoshida and now getting ready to get its strut towers replaced.

In order to properly replace the strut towers, the chassis is mounted on a Celette Sevenne framemachine to measure the chassis before and after the strut panels are replaced.

All measurements are made sure it’s within the manufacturer tolerance figures. Next they cut the struts out.

The truck frame, which has become twisted, is being corrected using a Celette BPL system. The process involves securing one side of the frame in a fixed position while applying upward pressure on the opposite side and simultaneously pushing down on the other. This technique allows for a precise and controlled straightening of the frame, restoring its original alignment.

The Celette BPL system is a heavy-duty straightening system used primarily for repairing truck and bus frames. It’s known for its high productivity and innovative design.

The metalwork restoration on this 1958 Porsche 356 Speedster is nearing completion, all done on a Celette frame machine. The front end is fully welded, with headlight buckets and braces in place. The front bumper has also been fitted and precisely gapped.

This Volkswagen Passat is currently secured on a Celette Griffon frame rack and dedicated jigs just for this VW, after sustaining collision damage to its rear. The specialized frame rack is being utilized to stabilize and support the vehicle during the repair process, ensuring it can safely return to the road.

The repair process for a Mercedes Benz Actros 963 cab is taking place on a Celette Sevenne frame machine, using dedicated jigs and a side gantry to ensure everything is securely supported and properly aligned during the repair.

This Mazda CX-5, which was involved in a front-end collision, has now been securely mounted on a Celette Sevenne frame machine, using our universal Cameleon jig set, to restore it to OEM specifications. (Cameleon US Patent 62/525,074 )

Jaguar XJ6 up for complete top the bottom restoration. To make sure everything is perfectly aligned and fitted, they are using a Celette frame machine, which is designed to help restore the car's frame and body with great precision. The goal is to bring the car back to its original condition, or even better.

Recently finished up this big repair. This BMW iX all electric vehicle, needed a new rear body panel, floor pan, quarter panel extensions, floor extensions and the rear frame rail crossmember replaced. The rear suspension had to be removed and the car mounted on the Celette to facilitate the repair. To add to the challenge, the car came here already disassembled from another shop who could not continue the repair due to parts restrictions.

The BMW X2 is undergoing a frame rail replacement after a minor collision, now mounted on a Celette Sevenne frame machine. The Celette dedicated jigs not only hold the vehicle securely during the pulling process but also serve as a precise template for positioning and fitting new replacement parts.

The Hyundai i30 Wagon is currently secured on a Celette Griffon frame rack due to sustaining minor collision damage to the rear of the vehicle. This specialized frame rack is being used to stabilize and support the car during the repair process. The collision damage to the back, while not severe, still requires careful attention to ensure proper repairs and the safe return of the car to the road.
