What I love about Tanthamore is how Jade isn't a very physically affectionate person until she reunites with Kit and hugs her. She cares enough about Kit to show physical affection. Which can be so hard to do for people who have a hard time with touching other people. And it makes this scene so much more intimate than any kiss or sex scene.
