Kyle Mantyla at RWW:
Jack Hibbs, a far-right anti-LGBTQ pastor, conspiracy theorist, and Christian nationalist, posted a video on his YouTube channel earlier this week in which he lashed out at the protests that have sprung up on college campuses around the country in opposition to the ongoing war in Gaza.
Hibbs, an ardent Christian Zionist whose own support for Israel is riddled with antisemitism, declared that these campus activists have no First Amendment right to protest because, by virtue of protesting, they are proving that they are not even real Americans. “This morning, I turned on the news and I watched the idiocy of the news media—from channel to channel to channel covering Columbia University and NYU—say the same thing: ‘You know, they’re just expressing their First Amendment rights. This is the First Amendment in action,'” Hibbs sneered. “Those are the words of fools. Fools!” “We’ve got people who I believe have forfeited their rights to the First Amendment,” Hibbs declared. “They don’t have the First Amendment [right] to do what they’re doing on over 220 university campuses.” [...]
“That’s not your First Amendment right to shout, ‘Fire’ in a theater,” Hibbs insisted. “Neither is it your First Amendment [right] to say that you’re using the First Amendment to speak your opinion when you’re not even an American. You say, ‘Pastor, I was born and raised here.’ Just because you were born here doesn’t mean you’re an American. That’s ridiculous. You don’t even know what ‘American’ is if that’s what you think.”
Far-right Christian Nationalist pastor Jack Hibbs wrongly asserts that campus protesters who are protesting the Gaza Genocide “have no constitutional rights” and aren’t Americans.
Hibbs is wrong: the protests are 1st Amendment-protected speech.

Time For Some Snarklets
I have many … far too many … things flitting across the radar of my mind these days, and the result is what I call ‘snarklets’ … or just mini snippets of snark. With friends like the U.S., who needs enemies, right?  Recently, Donald Trump claimed that he would withdraw the United States from NATO on his first day as president if he were to be elected in November.  And then last weekend, he said…

Keep Preying on our Children – Watch the Nation Fall Like a House of Cards
California is awaiting the signature of Gov. Gavin Newsom on the newly passed bill AB 957. Already approved by the California Senate, it is a bill which requires judges to decide if parents choose not to affirm a change in their child’s sexual identity, they then will be subject to losing the custody of their own children. It is a bit of hell on earth, born in the minds of woke democrats who…

There have been an estimated 9 million illegal border crossings into the United States since the Biden administration took office. Peter Montgomery at RWW:
California megachurch pastor Jack Hibbs, a close ally of right-wing Christian nationalist political operatives David Lane and Charlie Kirk, declared on his podcast last week that people who vote for Democrats cannot be Christians. Hibbs’ influence stretches beyond his congregation through his political alliances and online followers; his YouTube channel has 659,000 subscribers. Earlier this year, House Speaker Mike Johnson invited Hibbs to give a prayer to the House of Representatives. From an edition of his “Real Life with Jack Hibbs” podcast posted Aug 1:
[Democrats, sorry. Look, I gotta tell you man, I’m gonna say it again, you cannot be a Democrat and be a believer in Jesus Christ. You can lie to yourself all you want. Jesus Christ is not an abortionist. Jesus Christ does not attack borders and say they don’t matter. The God of the Bible established borders, he says so. The God of the Bible is pro-life, he says so. So, if you’re a Democrat, and you say you’re a Christian, that means you vote Democrat, which means you vote against the Bible. Actions speak louder than words. So, I have no interest in you.]
In reality, of course, millions of Christians regularly vote for Democratic candidates, which apparently rankles Hibbs almost as much as conservative evangelicals who vote, something he has been complaining about for years. On last week’s podcast he railed against conservative Christians in California who don’t vote, saying “I have so much more respect for Democrats who go out and vote in huge numbers for their sick, perverse ideology, their godless platform.” Hibbs has previously referred to the Democratic Party as a “death cult.”
The purported focus of Hibbs’ Aug. 1 podcast episode was Christian nationalism, a term he said he doesn’t take seriously because news outlets all have different definitions. (Christian nationalism is a complex ideology, and scholars and journalists do define it in varying ways; generally, it is grounded in the belief that the U.S. was founded by and for Christians, and that Christians have a duty to “take America back” so that it remains or returns to being a “Christian nation” whose laws align with a particular “biblical worldview.”)
On the August 1st edition of his Real Life With Jack Hibbs podcast, far-right pastor Jack Hibbs told Democratic Christians that “you cannot be a Democrat and be a believer in Jesus Christ.”
That is such a divisive and hateful statement.

Daily References…
Here are some daily Christian references I use for those who are interested. I like to listen to certain pastors preach on the radio; I like to listen to Christian music (on my radio dial: mainstream and worship) and my favorite is Christian Hard Rock music; I like to listen to the Bible (easier for me to spend time in it when I don’t have time to read, busy life little time…); I like to listen to books (mostly Christian books which apply to daily living, but again, busy life…); and my favorite is listening to Billy Graham! I don’t think there is a man alive today who can rival the conviction the late great Billy Graham brought to the table, just by talking about the Bible. I would say a close second would be the late Dr. J Vernon McGee. Now he could grab your attention with that southern draw he had and teach the Bible like no other I have heard (my opinion of course). I don’t use ALL of them EVERY DAY, but I do use ALL of these randomly on any given day. I will list some examples of each down below.
PASTORS/EVANGELISTS
Billy Graham - You Tube and some serious XM radios (ch. 460)
Dr. J Vernon McGee- Through the Bible (ttb.org), various radio stations (a quick search will give you multiple places to listen).
Greg Laurie - You Tube and Harvest Church (Harvest.org)
Jack Hibbs - You Tube (Real Life with Jack Hibbs) and Calvary Chapel Chino Hills (Calvarycch.org)
RADIO STATIONs
stations - There are multiple on most FM Radio dials
CHRISTIAN HARD ROCK BANDS - all of the following can be found on YouTube with a quick search for Christian Hard Rock Music.
Skillet
Thousand Foot Krutch
Project 86
Spoken
Disciple
Demon Hunter
The Letter Black
Fireflight
Fly Leaf
Lacey Strum
Red
We As Human
Pillar
Seventh Day Slumber
Decyfer Down
BIBLE APP
I use the Bible App called “Holy Bible”. The app has multiple versions (King James, NIV, New Living Translation, etc…) and it is a simple cartoon looking picture of a Bible and says “holy Bible“ on the face of the app.
BOOKS - books I have read/listened to. Some a long time ago, others more recently.
The 5 Love languages - by Gary Chapman
The Pursuit of Holiness - by Jerry Bridges
My Utmost for His Highest - by Oswald Chambers
Revelation - A Book of promises - by Greg Laurie
The Screwtape Letters - by C.S. Lewis (I recently listen to this book on YouTube with John Cleese as the narrator it was pretty good). There are many more from these authors. All worth reading/listening to.
One more I forgot to mention:
Focus on the Family - this is a podcast/radio cast available on many different apps, YouTube, and their website. As the name implies, they mostly focus on family issues however, if you want to see/hear REAL PEOPLE with REAL STRUGGLES, then I highly recommend you check them out.
I thought this might help for those of you who are interested. So, with that…
May the Lord God be with you and give you strength.

From Now on, Yah speaks For Me
so you have any questions for me, go and ask Him. There is no other philosophy or authority i much care about anymore. Over the past three years i’ve been able to discern who’s for real and who’s for money. The pastors list i’ve been able to whittle down to a few. Pastor John MacArthur Charles F. Stanley Pastor Jack Hibbs i don’t advocate dismissing Dr. David Jeremiah i just don’t like the…
