Changeling: Ivan Ooze can assume the form of creatures he has seen. While in the form of another creature, he cannot liquefy himself or he will return to his normal form when he reconstitutes.

Controlling Slime: Creatures who come into contact with Ivan Ooze must succeed a DC 13 Wisdom Saving Throw or become charmed by him. Creatures charmed this way will follow his orders unwaveringly until rinsed clean with water.

I blame the 1995 film Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie for giving me unrealistic expectations about growing up in Sydney. To this day I have never been skydiving, nor have I gone rollerblading through Darling Harbour Angel Grove. I'm old enough to have been on the monorail though! Thankfully, it completed its route without interference from Ivan Ooze and his minions.
