For all my creative people out there, artists, writers, musicians: it's okay if you haven't been feeling particularly creative. That doesn't mean you are losing your talent. You can't force creativity, it comes and goes. And yes, I know it sucks, but you gotta keep trying, but still, be able to recognize when it's time to take a break. Keep observing and learning about everything and everyone around you, keep feeding your curiosity, pretty soon, inspiration will strike and you're going to create beautiful things again.

when will the fandom stop writing mituna as high support needs autistic / having downs syndrome / some other intellectual disability from birth reminiscent of a r-slur caricature based off the "most annoying special ed kid at your highschool"... please fanauthors i am begging you look up traumatic brain injuries and start writing with his actual disability in mind instead of turning him into a hodge podge of offensive traits vaguely based on your layman's understanding of some other diagnosis.

I have when characters in comics (or movies or books or etc) get killed off. There's only one real time when I'm okay with death in fiction: if you kill off characters nobody cares about (like killing off someone's parents as part of their backstory, or killing a minor character we'll only see a small number of times). When you kill these characters, I don't feel as bad as I do when major characters die. But if you kill off a hero, villian or even just a supporting character, i will notice. And if I like the character (and i usually seem to), then i will not forgive you.
Jim Starlin gets all the hate for killing off Captain Mar-Vell and Jason Todd. Shame on Gerry Conway for killing off Gwen Stacy and The Eel (sure, the eel was a minor villian. But you could have done more with him)! Mark Gruenwald forced marvel to kill off a series of minor villians, and i want to punch him for that! Why do you kill them!? You could've let them merely lapse into obscurity, but no! You couldn't do that! No, kill them instead! You idiots!

I watched it. My personal Robron feelings aside, I genuinely don't understand what the point of any of this is. He's a prick. And I'm certain he's meant to be coming across like Robert did when he first came back but It's not coming across like that. He is not Robert Sugden. He isn't pulling off Robert Sugden like either. He's just an asshole. And on top of all of that he and Aaron/Danny have zero chemistry. The whole thing is terrible and I'm already back to hating Vic. Good job Emmerdale you failed miserably, again.

Who knew that the character I hated the most as a child would become my favorite 18 years later?

The Zdarsky Batman run is really bad for Tim Drake in hindsight, because after his failed solo run we're getting a writer who props his ass up to the point where it's incredibly annoying and it'll turn a lot of fans of other Robins/Bat-Family members against him.

Still trying to work out the new program. I got two of them. Both of their UI's are now set up the way I like them, but it's still an adjustment. Lots of cool brushes I don't know how to use yet, but hey, I'm getting there.

Alfred doesn't go out of town much. But when he does the kitchen is off limits only certain people allowed in. Why? Well once Bruce got it in his mind he would make a simple lemon chicken recipe.
He on top of all his other mistakes left it in the oven for hours. Only remembering when from getting back patrol. It well.... the kitchen was full of smoke.
Damian refused to leave the cave saying the overwhelming smell of chicken made him sick. Duke, couldn't stop coughing for hours. Cass had the scent burned into her nose and slept outside. Tim, fully made Kon cone get him Incase the house burned down.

I've been unpacking and cleaning my old books and manga for my new bookshelves and it's now golden hour and I just noticed the Zayne acrylic standee I have placed on the shelf is catching the light so prettily????? 🥹 The photos aren't doing it justice. I was planning on rearranging a lot of the shelves, but I think I'll leave Zayne there. I'm loving how he looks during this time of the day. 🥰
[LNDS standees are from Weishiart]

Martian Manhunter is literally the best member of the Justice League to me. I barely read his comics, but I have a deep fondness from seeing him as a kid. Now i just hate how little respect he gets. Martian Manhunter could do so much, if we'd just let him! But no! We ignore him, and treat him with disrespect at every turn... I hate it. In the 70s and 80s, he was pretty much a glorified extra! They didn't even use him! And I'm sorry, but the justice league doesn't work without him for me. As a kid, I hated Justice League Unlimited for exactly that reason. I didn't watch it, because it ignored the only hero my child brain adored.
