DnD went pretty badly tonight. Not my fault I don’t think, but one of my players announced he was switching his alignment to chaotic evil “since that’s the only way I’ll have any fun” out of nowhere in the middle of an unrelated scene. And like. It wasn’t about me as dm. He was upset with one of the other players. But like. Dude what the fuck. What the fuck do I say to that. He was like “I’m not having fun but I’ll finish the campaign” and I was like “is there anything I can do?” And he said no. So what the fuck?? If there’s nothing I can change why say that shit? If you’re not having fun why play? To ruin it for everyone else? Ugh
