whenever i see a man i like doing a pull up im like oh my goal should be to get strong enough to do that. disregarding the facts of 1) weight distribution 2) haven't been able to do a pull up since i was 12. but maybe that should be my new years resolution I mean. It would be hot.

#It was my new years resolution a couple years ago obv I did not succeed #I don't really lift or much strength I just do cardio and occasionally my old pt exercises #My hammys r rlly tight rn tho and GOD knows why #Idk I could do strength more than I do but we just have this weird machine #Actually my No1 goal this year is another half marathon and hopefully another full #Oh and be on a fris team lol #This post is cuz I saw. ****** ********
