All-Star Flash, a Harbinger of The World That's Coming and one of OMAC's Electric Warriors. Iris West-Park was ripped decades backwards in time to the moment of the Gene-Bomb's detonation by The Pariah. Stranded after her presence at this moment resulted in a bifurcated timeline, leading Iris to seek out her Great-Aunt Irey and learn more about her mysterious great-uncle...and her missing father, Wally.

Her Meta-Gene expresses as super-speed, but actually functions as a conduit to an extradimensional energy, the Speed Force, exercised to a variety of effects. Her helmet has a millionaire pico-sensors to scan and display near-future real-time information about her environment. Her lightning rods are to help with navigation and vibrational dousing, as well as weapons in a pinch (either by slicing or being used to fling lightning). Her running blades store ambient Speed Force energy, providing a back up if her connection is ever interrupted or she needs an extra boost in a pinch.

Fleeing from the All-Stars after their confrontation with Pariah, Flash seeks out the heroes she remembers from her childhood, encountering Nightwing, Green Arrow, and All-Star Girl when they're still coming into their own. They end up forming the Young All-Stars, working to undo a future their senior counterarts the All-Stars are only barely aware of...

Flash Headcanons that are semi-canon: -Iris is autistic and low-empathy and her hyperfixations are crime and horror. -The revenue from the Flash museum and associated tourism and merchandising goes directly to improving Central City and Keystone. -Barry freaking hates cars and driving and that may have been one of his driving reasons for helping to push high speed rail in and out of Central City. Give him a train any day of the week. -To be fully connected to the Speed Force, your human body has to be destroyed. If you do not have a full connection to the Speed Force then you're subject to rapid aging and other issues. Being born a speedster means you are born with a partial connection but something is going to have to solidify it for you. -The warping effects of the Negative Speed Force are a product of self-image. The NSF asks "What does a monster look like?" and then holds up a mirror. Eobard Thawne shows minimal warping because he already views himself as a monster. -The Speed Force can also warp a conduit's physical body if their self-image becomes damaged, because a (fully connected) conduit is not really a human being, they're a collection of energy arranged to look like a human being. -The Speed Force's bonds are emotional and non-linear, meaning if you will be attached to someone one day, you are and have always been tied to them and will always be. To be loved by a speedster is to have always been loved and always be loved. -Iris and Linda sometimes proof-read each other's work but have sworn off making suggestions--they have very different creative visions, so they stick to writing mechanics.

This guy is a father to two nine(?) year olds? He’s got another kid on the way? More experience than like 99% of heroes??

I love speedsters just looking WAY younger than they actually are. Jay Garrick is like 100(?) and he’s still doing great

It’s mentioned that both Jay and Joan look younger than they actually are bc of the Speed Force (don’t ask how Jay’s Speed Force decreased aging applies to Joan, just be happy it does)

Wally and Linda probably look the same age they looked when they first met. They probably tell people “No, we’re actually a lot older and have two kids with a third on the way” and absolutely no one believes them unless they pull out their ID

Barry and Iris probably look the same age they did when Barry got struck by lightning and when he and Iris started spending a lot of time together too. People probably see them all hanging out and assume they’re best friends who went to school together or something, but Barry and Iris have to go “huh? no. We’re like a decade older. Wally’s our nephew.” and, again, no one believes them

Wally and Linda will be in their 40s with Barry and Iris in their 50s and everyone will still look like they’re in their 20s. Wally’s gonna continue to get asked for ID whenever he goes to a bar. He’s gonna buy Jai and Irey their first beer (that does absolutely nothing to them) when they turn 21 and get asked for an ID
