Trans Chishiya headcanons.

1. The first person to find out Chishiya was trans was Kuina.

2. When Mira found out, she was very supportive and she even bought him a new binder.

3. When Chishiya was a child, he got yelled at by his parents for wanting to be a boy. Kuzuryu stood up for him and tickled him to cheer him up.

4. When Arisu and Chishiya met was before Chishiya transitioned into a boy. Arisu called him, his girlfriend. Arisu found out Chishiya was a boy about a month later and called him, his boyfriend.

5. Chishiya was a girl when he started learning medical stuff at college and after a month of learning medical stuff at college, he transitioned into a boy and no one could recognise him.

6. When Chishiya was a medical student at a college, he got bullied and deadnamed everyday after he came out as trans.

7. When Chishiya dressed as a boy, his dad walked in on him doing it and hit him so hard that it left a permanent bruise on his face and Chishiya uses makeup to cover it up. He's blind in that eye, but he uses contacts.

8. Chishiya got his first period at Kuina's house when he was 9 and Kuina was 10.

9. Chishiya and Kuina have matching trans bracelets.

10. When Chota found out Chishiya was trans, he didn't know much and had to educate himself.

11. After Chishiya came out to Ippei, he made everyone that knew Chishiya was trans to decorate the room with trans stuff for Chishiya. He ended up crying from happiness.

12. When Chishiya was 6, he went binder shopping with Mira.

13. When Hatter first met Chishiya, he was insisting him to be shirtless because most of the other beach members were, but after learning that he was trans, he allowed him to keep his shirt on.

14. When Chishiya and Kuina were growing up, Kuina punched anyone who misgendered him.

15. When he's on his period, he'll only eat biscuits and the others think that it's adorable. He'll also eat full cake frosting from the can and then he gets bad cramps.

16. Kuzuryu poured acid on someone's head for calling Chishiya his deadname.

17. On Chishiya's 14th birthday, Kuina bought him a book on how to be more like a boy.

18. His deadname is Cassie.

19. Mira knew before he knew.

20. When he was a girl when he was 4, he often played with cars.

21. When he was at the pool, he got dysphoria just by staring at boys with no shirts on.

22. He was bullied a lot because he was different.

23. He gets frustrated when people misgender him or use his deadname, but he pretends it's fine because he doesn't want people to think that he was too sensitive.

24. He isolated himself from others because he felt like he didn't fit in with them.

25. Usagi gave Chishiya her hoodie when he was having a really bad dysphoria day.

26. When Niragi found out Chishiya was trans, he made a disgusting joke. Arisu punched him and he had a black eye for a week.

27. When Chishiya had top surgery, Aguni was the one who carried him home.

28. Kuina knitted Chishiya a sweater which had a cat on with trans colours.

29. Chishiya has a scar on his hand from punching a mirror after someone deadnamed him.

30. Once, Niragi deadnamed Chishiya on purpose. Kuina almost stabbed him and Aguni had to hold her back.

31. Usagi got Chishiya a cat teddy and it had a trans colours on it.

32. Once, Niragi tried to corner Chishiya in a hallway and misgender him. Aguni saw and threatened Niragi.

33. Once, Niragi tried to flirt with Chishiya by calling him, "Cute for a girl." Ann slammed her drink down and said, "He's hot for a boy. Learn the difference."

34. Once, Niragi called Chishiya, "Princess." Kuina said, "Actually, it's Prince. But you can kneel to him either way."

35. Once, Niragi mocked Chishiya's voice during a game. Ann stepped in and said, "If you mock him again, I'll cut your head off."

36. After Usagi found out that Chishiya was blind in one eye, she stitched a heart with trans colours on the corner of his pillow.

37. Once, Karube noticed a group of players mocking Chishiya about not being a real boy. He just stared them down until they walked away.

38. When a new player deadnamed Chishiya, Hatter overheard and banned them from the beach.

39. Chishiya had a breakdown after someone used his deadname during a Hearts game. Mira immediately disqualified the player.

40. Once, Niragi mocked Chishiya's scars. Mira walked over to him and said, "If you say one more word about him and I'll kill you."

Here’s some cool art by Ippei Gyoubu, a very cool mechanical designer for Gundam, among other things.

I am now going to talk about it. (There will be spoilers for Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans)

Gaelio did everything he possibly could to save Ein, going beyond human biology. Eventually, Ein is left as part of Gundam Vidar. He is there, but not human anymore, as represented by being in shadow.

After this is done, Gaelio swears to take revenge on those who left Ein this way, even adopting the name Vidar (Norse god of vengeance, according to minimal internet searching). (Also interesting to note that Vidar is named after a god while all other Gundam frames are named after demons)

It is also stated in the show that he spends ALL of his free time maintaining and tuning his mobile suit. Clearly he truly cares about this thing that everyone else only knows to be a soulless machine.

When Gaelio fights, he states that he and Ein are perfectly in sync. Sharing the same name, they ARE one being.

But Ein is not human anymore. He never truly will be again. Gaelio can not be with him, thus the physical separation in the artwork and Ein being in shadow. The only way they can be connected is through this Gundam.

i think chishiya just has a soft spot for pathetic dorks. arisu ryohei? literally changed his perspective on life. ippei oki? adopted on sight.
