Hi! I was wondering if you could recommend your favorite InuKag works. It can be about anything. ☺️

Hello, @heynikkiyousofine, long time no answer! When we received your ask, we'd had an few mod favourites grace the blog, so we put it on the back burner for a time. The time is now so we can introduce @kstewdeux; our newest member of the Fic Finder Team!

To answer this, we set ourselves a goal: pick 3 fics that have never been recommended. Each mod has listed theirs below, and we've included our previous lists at the end! Happy reading ♥

Important Note: Some of these fics are incomplete, despite being marked as such, and have not been updated in a very long time. We've marked incomplete fics with an asterisk (*) before the title for those who wish to avoid them.

When Inuyasha collapses in front of Kagome's house, its a race to find out what's wrong with him. As a hanyou, Kagome didn't think he could even get sick but is he enjoying being ill? Up until he's rushed to hospital, at least.

“The fact that you so easily walked right across a very clear boundary that I had set with you really hurt me.” Her voice reflected a tremble as she fought the tears that threatened to fall. “You broke the trust that I had in you and I—I,” the words where right at the tip of her tongue, “I don’t know if we can make it without trust.” Koga leaned back forward in his chair. He held his head in his hands as he looked down between his feet. He was the picture of defeat. The warm pressure behind her eyes caused her vision to blur as she looked at Koga. The tightness in her chest and the small sting in her nose made her choke back a sob. She didn’t want to break down like this—not after the way he had treated her. Before she would allow her tears to fall, she cast her gaze to the side and back out to the yard, taking breaths to steady herself.

Afternoons were becoming longer every day.

Kagome could feel it in the air, on the people passing by her, in the way her thoughts would clog and lead her to a unique, pleasant and obsessive idea; InuYasha.

It was getting harder and harder to endure the two weeks they had proposed to put between their visits. He had gone back to live in Nakano almost two weeks ago; a couple of days after their reunion, an encounter that had kept them between four walls throughout the whole time he had been in Tokyo. Now it was her the one who had to make her way there, for a weekend, albeit she didn’t know if she’d be able to finish the task she’d been assigned today before that. She was sure, however, that she wouldn’t miss the chance of seeing him again, of embracing and kissing him as if he were the only nourishment for her famished soul.

It was before that desire that Kagome understood afternoons weren’t the thing that seemed eternal, but rather the hours themselves; and the whole of her thoughts seemed to be inside an alleyway with just one possible light, there, at the end.

The apartment she lived in felt comfortable, letting enough light in as to make winter appear less dramatic than it usually was; or maybe it was the memory of InuYasha, strolling through the place while barely dressed, and sometimes with just a towel. Kagome sighed before the bittersweet memory; It was a treasured one, but it was also the source of her loneliness, a misery on her shoulders, heavy like an oni stealing her energy.

As soon as she took off her shoes, her hands moved to her purse in search of her phone in order to call him. She turned it on, and the first thing she saw was the picture she chose, of his hands as he decorated a ramen bowl with a couple of sticks. To anyone looking at this picture, she knew, it would look like a mere photo of an average cook, yet for her it had the spice of InuYasha’s undressed state during that moment, and of how delicious food had been that night, by his side.

The ringing signal was melodious to her ears, as her heart echoed it, until Kagome heard the voice that she had been yearning for.

“Hi, my girl for every day.” She heard him say, a smile blossoming on her features as if she were a teenager before the words of the boy who stole her heart.

She wasn’t so different from one, she comprehended then, there were but a few years between her and that time.

“Hi, my boy for every day.”

Her answer was filled with her beating emotions, emotions that only soared when his laugh came through the speaker.

For the final day of InuKag Week, a story about Kagome's return to the Feudal Era.

It's amazing to me that people are still making InuKag content all these years later. Inuyasha started airing when I was in middle school. It ended while I was in high school, and Adult Swim happened to rerun episode 1 the night of my high school graduation. I was lucky to be studying abroad in Japan while there was a Rumiko Takahashi exhibition at Kyoto Station, and I watched The Final Act the night before my college graduation. These kids raised me, y'all!

Unsurprisingly, this is all Miroku's fault.

Hey can you help me find a fanfic? I haven't read any stuff in a while but I remembered this one about there being a war between humans n demons and sesshomaru was leading it and Kagome was a priestess, but also like, a general, on the opposite side. Inuyasha wears a mask that conceals his half demon nature n fights for the demons side. he fights Kagome and she damages it and its revealed that hes a half demon. And Kagome gets taken as prisoner of war. Their father is dead but neither brother can use tetsusaiga. Kagome catches him on the night of the new moon as a human and considers killing him. Do you know what I'm talking about? Do any of ur followers?
