Iteration in Review: Iteration 3, 1st Jul - 30th Sep 2024

Last Iteration, the following happened:

1. We documented 1 new star system on the wiki:

UFIPA-A1242-Nitsia-Kar

And discovered many more.

2. The moon project was abandoned.

3. We started selling pride merch.

4. Our system tag was overhauled, introducing letter rather than number designations to regions.

5. Foundation Day was celebrated for the first time.

6. The Kiwakas Spur, Licenia, Justabra, Ihoemaina Boundary, Kihiko Shallows, Uculik Adjunct, Poteper Nebula, Ezhdes Boundary, Sea of Joarbacoc, Hehebyseh Expanse and Usulei Quadrant regions were discovered.

7. The Pax Cosmica was founded by noomintroll and DaLJMan420 of the Prometheus Collective.

8. We allied with the Wild Space Confederation, Solara, Empire of New Raxxla, Kingdom of Mandoran, and Jolta Republic.

9. The revamped discord server began construction, and will hopefully be completed in the next few months.

10. 5 new members joined us, and one left, bringing our total member count up to 9.

We gotta remember that not only is Knuckles the last echidna in existence (which would make him very valuable for some), but has the same kind of powers that made Sonic into a target.

I can see him being hunted by wealthy warlords who see Knuckles as an exotic adquisition for display, or by fighting arenas who want him as their newest chamption. And you don't become known as "the most dangerous warrior in the galaxy" without having a few dozen bounties on your head too.

The fact that for movie Knuckles getting chucked into gladiatoral arenas is a regular thing plagues me.

And the fact that it seems like he’s got people actively hunting him down.

This planet was supposed to be hostile and abandoned one and yet right after Knuckles falls (not sure exactly how long) there are people who grab him and take him to an arena

So like, were these people somehow have a way to watch him and were just waiting for a moment where Knuckles is weakened to snatch him up?

How does he even deal with that?, because in the next panel he’s not surprised in the least, just asking where they’re taking him. THIS IS NORMAL FOR HIM.

dose that mean he has to deal with the idea that there are unseen people watching waiting for him to show any sign of weakness so they can snatch him up and throw him in a fight for other’s entertainment?

Even now when he’s with the wachowskis that’s got to linger. Is he worried that if he gets sick and can’t defend himself he’ll get snatched up and taken away? Or is he so used to it that it’s just ‘a thing that can happen’?

Common historical misconceptions:

Suits and ties were not used by everyone: they were mostly used by people of high status on formal occassions.

Daft Punk represent some of the earliest androids registered outside fiction, they were not two humans in suits (this is still disputed)

There are many men who are substandard: too smart or too weak. This is not an excuse to resist recruitment. Those men who do not meet the standards will undergo mechanized transformation and become cyborg soldiers with uniform specifications.

Those men who persisted in resisting will be arrested by converted soldiers and sent to transformation factories. They will be transformed into unconscious soldier drones and will eventually join the battle to conquer the earth.

You should be honored because you are fighting for a noble goal and your new master. Your time of freedom and wisdom is over, and from now on you are left with only your true gifts: obedience and muscle.

A mainly nomadic interstellar group moves to different planets frequently every year, and you are one of them. This time your temporary residence is Xianzhou Luofu, and you followed a familiar companion to this ship.

Jing Yuan didn't pay special attention. The Alliance had promised you months ago to rest and settle here temporarily, in exchange for treasure and trade… until he saw you on the street. Your ears drooped and you bent down to look at Xianzhou's souvenirs, a short, round plush tail on your butt. Some rude people comment on you. "Nice butt, lamb." "Please don't-don't say that." You could fry eggs on your cheeks, accompanied by a wagging tail and a faint bleating sound. Of course the caring Jing Yuan stepped forward and helped you get rid of the harassment from those people. You really believed that it was just desserts and coffee of gratitude and friendship, not noticing that it was the most famous space restaurant, and chatting with him about the beautiful scenery he had seen in the past. When it's time to check out and you're intimidated by the credit required, ask the waiter to confirm. "We just had drinks and a few desserts and we need so many credits…?" Jing Yuan paid the bill generously, but you owed him more. You offered to pay him back and split the bill, even though it would be more than your interstellar relocation fee. The caring Jing Yuan doesn't want you to feel guilty. He suggested that maybe it could be repaid in another way.

Goat milk - Goat milk? Your eyes widened innocently. "Yes." He confirmed. There are rumors in Xianzhou that General Jing Yuan has to drink Steamed Puffergoat Milk every morning. He doesn't, but he can start now. Pay back some credits, plus interest (you: interest?), goat milk is enough to pay it back, isn't it…? He did explain it more confusingly. You frantically check the deposits in the space bank. The expenses for collective relocation, no, this amount… you can't pay it back. You must pay your debt with goat's milk. You gathered up your courage and nodded. The white-haired man immediately narrowed his eyes, smiled, and patted your head. "Okay, then you can start providing goat milk at this address tomorrow."

The next day, you arrive at the address and are shocked to discover that it is the General's Mansion. Is he General Jing Yuan? You brought him a bottle of goat's milk. He shook his head. Checking the quality is a must. And the most authentic way to drink is to start from the source. "But-but!!" You were startled. Drink from the source? Milking in a tent is already awkward.

"Let's begin." Those golden eyes sparkled with sincerity. You stiffly and slowly pull up your top, releasing the fragile nipples underneath, which are swollen with white nipples.
