Yatora is a bisexual icon. I hc he had a crush on both Mori (another bicon) and Yotasuke (at least that's partially how I interpret that scene on the stairs where Yatora was hallucinating, and the way he put both their drawings on his wall in chapter 42)

We already know Yuka's into guys and girls canonically (well, one girl in particular~), but I also I headcanon her as a trans girl (i read she started using the feminine I pronoun in japanese after chapter 20, so that's what I'm basing this on)

Yotasuke! My beloved! I think he's on the aroace spectrum, no further comments.

With Maki I'm not quite sure, I'd say questioning for now, I don't think she's had time to give it much thought.
