inspired by this random post I saw on my tl
Tumblr media
so here you go:
words: 1.4k (how the actual hell)
was inspired by a modern family scene, Claire and Phil<3 (very much NOT proofread), also barty slander(in a silly way)
(didn't actually make him jealous in the traditional sense, iykwim? just something silly that came to mind)
♡✿♡
James had noticed what was happening at the Slytherin table, and now that he had, he seems to have lost his appetite. Sirius was complaining to him about something the Slytherins had gotten their hands upon when a very impulsive prank he had tried to pull last night went wrong. Remus rolled his eyes at his complaints but both of them noticed James' reluctance to indulge Sirius' tantrums.
"Mate, you look.... gloomy. You alright?" Sirius asks, a bit surprised at the sullen mood James was in, which was unlike him as he he's laughing and joking around in the morning most days, much to Remus' dislike.
"Yeah, I'm okay." Sirius doesn't push it, unfamiliar with this attitude and goes back to talking to Pete, apparently Bertie botts is releasing a new flavor. Sirius and Pete were both fighting over what it could be. Normally, this would very much entice James, but right now he was focused on only thing.
Regulus was laughing. With someone else.
Jealousy or envy were not familiar to James, he always laughed about it, because he understood. Of course you'd try to flirt with his boyfriend, have you looked at him?
But this was different. He was stabbing at the uneaten carrots on his plate when he heard it again. His boyfriend's loud, beautiful laugh. He groaned and rolled his eyes and to his favor, the bell rang and he got up and left the Great Hall.
Sirius, Remus and Peter all saw him leave, very confused by this sudden change in behaviour.
"What do you think got up his ass?" Remus asks, tidying up his plate.
"Dunno."
The first two classes had passed and James' mood had gotten better, being out of the presence of the hilarious Barty Crouch. Jr, who was just so funny.
James now had Ancient Runes, the only subject he had taken to have a class in common with Regulus. James hurried to reach the classroom but was stopped by McGonagall asking for explanation as to what Sirius was doing by the dungeons so late at night.
Why was he being questioned? He wasn't even there. But nevertheless, he promised the professor that he would talk to her after his lesson, and she had to oblige.
As James practically ran into the room, he searched the room for Regulus. Or any seat with an empty seat. But the only one he could find was beside Pandora, who he is usually fond of, but at the moment, his fondness was sullied by the sight of Regulus sitting with Barty Crouch, again.
James' face must have held an expression of betrayal because when Regulus saw him after laughing at something you know who had said, he mouthed the words I'm sorry with an apologetic face. James had a neutral expression on his face, or so he thought but Regulus again laughed at his lost puppy expression and turned around to write something down.
James felt a bit better, though he couldn't explain why and took a seat beside Pandora.
"Hello, James."
"Hello, Pandora."
She smiled at him and returned to her work. A note fell into James' lap, he opened it and read,
I'll make it up to you, promise. -R.B
James looked to find Regulus looking towards him and James offered him a smile, but it didn't quite reach his eyes.
The entire lesson he had to endure the hilarity of Crouch. Jr, and when class ended, James took his time to exit the room, to avoid the comedian that was Barty Crouch Jr.
But when he stepped out, he found Regulus outside, waiting for him, alone.
"What took so long?" Regulus asks, not before setting down his supplies and James' to wrap his arms around him.
"Nothing." James returns the hug, but Regulus can sense something off.
Regulus breaks the hug to look at James with a raised brow.
"You're in a good mood today." James says, a hint of sarcasm in his voice. Now Regulus knew something was off.
"What? Should I not be in one?" Regulus teases, his tone humorous to lighten his boyfriend's mood.
"No, it's just- I saw you laughing with Junior today.. a lot." The last part was said as a mumble but Regulus heard it anyway. Regulus didn't say anything, going over his responses in his head but James continued,
"It's just I've never seen you laugh so much with them." James was explaining, unclear whether it was to himself or to Regulus.
A very pleased and amused grin spread over Regulus' face,
"James.... Are you jealous?" He asks.
It was strange to Regulus, how unbothered James was if people flirted with him. He chalked it upto his unfaltering confidence, and it was a comfort to know James trusted him. But just sometimes, he would wish for James to be a little jealous.
"No, I'm not jealous, why would I be jealous of that git," James. exclaimed as if the idea was preposterous, "It's just it took you so long to openly laugh with me but I guess with him..." James says, his hands gesturing as if he's explaining, his eyes looking anywhere but on Regulus.
Regulus was delighted. His boyfriend was jealous because he was laughing with someone else. He clapped his hands and held James' face in his hands to steady him, "So, you ARE jealous."
"No, I'm not-" James insisted, but Regulus shut him by planting his lips on his lips, that is if he could stop smiling.
James groaned at the interruption, but it wasn't an interruption he was complaining about. He let his hands wrap around Regulus and pulled him close as Regulus tangled his hand around his curls.
"You don't get jealous when someone asks me out, but you get jealous because I laughed at someone's joke." He asked, his eyes alight with a mischievous glint, his lips pressed tight to hold back a laugh.
"That was NOT what was happening, you were constantly laughing like someone had possessed you or something, and I'm not jealous, alright? I was just-"
Regulus again, shut him with a peck on his lips, "I like it when you're a little jealous, okay? It makes me feel special." He says, shaking him a little to make his point.
James smiles at the admission and caresses his thumbs over his boyfriend's cheek, "And I feel special when I make you laugh. Not the reserved ones you do for others, just the one I see."
James had fallen in love the second he saw Regulus laugh like no one was around, he had noticed that his eyes crinkle, his mouth open, his body body curled forward clutching his stomach. He was loud when he laughed, a sound which he could hear over and over, and that's when he knew he wanted to hear that laugh, forever.
Regulus composed himself to reveal the news, but it was so funny even before he could say it, or maybe it was the lasting effect.
"I was laughing with Barty, or at him, I suppose," Regulus paused for a second to figure out the distinction, but shook his head and continued,
"because, well, he was testing out this spray bottle he had snagged from Sirius, when he found him near the dungeons. Apparently, it was laughing gas..? How does something like that even exist?" He scowled, an annoyed expression taking over his face as he remembered the experience.
If a lightbulb could have generated just above James' head it would have, because he just remembered what Sirius had been complaining to him about, how his prank had failed, and how James' had betrayed him by ditching the prank and hanging out with his 'shithead brother', something that James' did not agree with.
James started laughing so hard that he had to lean on the wall to support himself, and a frown took over Regulus' face.
"This isn't funny, okay? I felt like I was dying." Regulus complains, slapping his chest as if to empty himself of the gas.
James tugged on Regulus' tie to pull him close and asked with a teasing smile, "So, he wasn't making you laugh?"
A small smile graced his features, a one that seemed to have turned into his default expression whenever he was around James, "No, silly. No one makes me laugh like you do." he says, just before he kisses James.
....
guys idk if this is good or bad honestly. but I was feeling inspired.
hope this isn't as grossly terrible my mind is making it out to be, and also this is very unedited because I can't be bothered.
also idk about the ancient runes thing, i kinda forgot what subjects they even had

Non-magical AU, Poet!Remus and Musician!Sirius
A continuation :D • After their last encounter, Sirius's “little” crush with Remus has become quite the inspiration for writing songs. In his lyrics, he compares Remus's freckles to the beautiful stars he used to stare at while living in his abusive home, the man's eyes shining like the moon in the darkest of nights. While looking at his face, the universe felt like it could not compete with such stunning beauty, not even after a hundred’s years. It the galaxy was as unknown an infinite as people said, then Remus was a galaxy. He had the ability to rip his heart out of his chest and decipher the words it was trying to say, making a beautiful map of who he was, truly. That made Sirius weak at his knees. • He was very embarrassed when James read the lyrics and started laughing because, “I can’t believe you are already in love with him after one date!” “I’m not in love with him, James!” • But the funny thing is, it has become the same for Remus. As he slowly traces the edge of the sheet of paper where he is writing, he realizes all his most recent poems were about a black-haired man with a magical voice. A voice that could lure people to feel desperate and content at the same, a voice that could sink hearts, just like mermaids can sink ships and the people inside of it. Sometimes, Sirius’s voice was like a warm and welcoming embrace after you had a long day, but then it could shift and become the dagger behind your back, keeping you awake. • Even though they clearly had it bad for each other (James noticed, Peter noticed, Remus's friend, Lily, noticed too) they kept their feelings shut for some time, writing letters that every day would become more and more personal. • One day, something happened. Right on top of Remus's letter, was another letter. It was smaller, and more refined. In big capital letters, the initials RB were written. • Sirius froze, he knew exactly who wrote that letter, his younger brother. He and Regulus stopped being in contact once Sirius finished school, but they stopped talking long time ago before that, back then when Sirius ran away and took refuge with the Potter family. Regulus took that as a betrayal, and he stopped acknowledging Sirius's presence when they were in the same room. • And now he had sent a letter. A letter to Sirius. He felt strange seen his brother’s handwriting again after so much time without seeing it, but at the same time a feeling of relief was taking over his body as he grasped the paper with strength. He was still alive. • He was so scared that something was going to happen to him after he left the house, that piece of paper was the proof he needed to confirm his brother was okay. Surprisingly, the only information it contained was an address. • Sirius knew that address; it was the place where he and Remus had met the last time, and the memory brought colour to his face. He still felt embarrassed when thinking about how he made a fool out of himself by acting like a teenager having his first crush. • But he had no time to be blushing about something that happened weeks ago. If his brother had sent him that letter, he had a reason to. So, he grabbed his coat and left quickly, wishing that his instincts were right. • When he arrived at the place, even without entering, he saw the figure that was drinking a cup of tea close to the window. He was holding an old book while he drank. Regulus. • Sirius entered without thinking twice, but thanks to being rushed, he tripped over a napkin in the floor, and ended up falling on top of someone. • And, oh, what a surprise. It was Remus. What a lucky event. • Remus noticed immediately that it was Sirius because who could have not recognized the tattoos in his arms, his long hair, his- well, yeah, Remus pretty much memorized how the vocalist looked. “Oh, are you okay?” “Me? Oh, yeah, just… fell, silly thing. I am sorry, I didn’t expect to see you here.” • Sirius was clearly panicking, and Remus noticed it, and he couldn’t help but laugh at the sight. While he did that, Sirius remembered something. • And when he lifted his gaze, his brother was staring directly at him. • His face went even redder. • “Maybe we should… distant ourselves. Wouldn’t like that pretty face of yours to become permanently red. Not that I do not like it, though.” • Did Remus just flirted with him?? Right in front of his brother?? Sirius was going to explode. • Luckily, without exploding, he was able to get up, gaining a few glances from the people that were sitting there while he helped Remus get up too. • Regulus was still staring, and Sirius didn’t know if he could take it any longer. So, he did the last thing he could think about. • “Do you want to start our second date today?” • Remus was taken by surprise, his eyes widening. He was planning on asking Sirius on another date, but he didn’t expect it to happen so soon. But of course, he accepted. • As they sat down at a table nearby, Sirius could feel how Regulus’s eyes were piercing through his back. • He was pretty sure that Remus could sense it too, a question mark appearing all over his features. • And the cherry on top: Regulus was walking towards their table. • Sirius was about to run away from the shop, scared of what Regulus might think. What If he wanted to tell him something, but after seeing him with Remus he changed his mind? What if he wasn’t supportive? It would have been devastating to have his heart broken thanks to his family again. • But he didn’t have enough time, and in a quick movement, his brother was already there. One eyebrow arched at Remus. • Sirius was panicking. He didn’t want to make himself look stupid in front of Remus, but he also didn’t want to end in bad terms with Regulus again. • Luckily (or unluckily) Remus was the first to talk, speaking directly to Regulus. “I’m sorry… can we help you with something?” “I want to talk to my brother.” • Oh. Now Remus was looking at Sirius's and Regulus's face, alternating between the two. He was putting the pieces together, after all, those two DID look quite alike, so it was surprising for him to not have noticed it before.   • The oldest of the Black's mind was a mess. Full of thoughts like, what is going Remus to think about me now? Will Regulus get mad at me? • To Sirius's relief, Remus didn’t seem that… in shock. He got up, excusing himself with a quick bow, smiling at Sirius, and then kissing his cheek. He said he was going to the bathroom to not interrupt the two. • He had just left when Regulus broke into laughter. • Sirius was really confused. • “Why were you so nervous? Were you planning on ditching me to go to a date?” • Regulus sat down and started explaining first. Even though between the two of the brothers he seemed calmer, he was still fidgeting with one of the buttons on his sleeve. They slowly started to open up, trying to fill out the years where they were absent in each other lives. • Then, a crazy idea appeared in Sirius’s mind. • And, of course, since he didn’t have any rational control about his actions left, he did it. As soon as Remus came back, he left the table, saying he also wanted to go to the bathroom and was waiting for Remus to not leave Regulus alone. • He spent about five minutes in the bathroom, just to go out and find Remus and Regulus talking excitedly about something he couldn’t pinpoint. • They were laughing and smiling, and Sirius just knew. • Things would get better with them by his side.

Show your feelings
Soooo I bring a new thing about Young!Sirius. Enjoy it! Bye!
Warning: Swearing. There's no fluff or smut, sexual tension maybe? IDK They aren't in a relationship but they liked each other or at least they started to feel that way?
Tumblr media
The Slytherin common room wasn't funny anymore. They started to talk about how those mudbloods were staining the magic community and she was bored about this already.
Gadea Salavert left the room without saying anything to anyone and if someone noticed that she was leaving, they said nothing.
She was used to loneliness, she lived in loneliness since she can remember. Her house wasn't a place where a child could learn about making friends and share with others. Her house was a small family that had achieved pure-blood status only three generations ago and were struggling to improve it so all her education was focused on the purity of the blood and how to improve herself and the family. So things like play around with other kids wasn't an option, she quickly learned to observe what was happening around her, hear what was being said near her and be silent long enough to know what to do with that information.
It was obvious she would be a Slytherin.
She was educated to focus on her own future, she had a legacy to protect, she needed to know how cruel this world is and how quickly they can take away all that was important to her.
Gadea was thinking now on that legacy. Lost in her thoughts she used a red ribbon to make herself a quick and messy half-collected bun so this way her ash blonde short hair would stay out of her face so that her cold, calculating and gray-blue eyes could analyze the facts that surrounded her life.
At age of thirteen she was told she would get married with a person to improve the family name. Although she didn't show it on that moment, she was so mad at the situation.
Sirius Orion Black.
She knew him. Not only from that fatuous parties her parents took her: she knew him from Hogwarts. He didn't act like a pure-blood: he was hanging around with mudbloods and blood traitors and fooling around without any care of his future.
Her thirteen years old self just asked one thing:
-Why him?
And the answer wasn't complex.
It was an open secret the Black's heir was a lost cause but the name he had -Black- was a big open door for her family. With this marriage the Blacks would have their heir controlled and the Salaverts would climb socially.
Even for that thirteen years old little girl this noble game was a waste of time, she would prefer climb socially with her skills. At Hogwarts she was learning things that at her house never have been told and she started to think that the purity blood wasn't that important like her parents told her but she would never said that to anyone.
She keep this things at her heart.
The thing is, when Gadea and Sirius met that summer at the noble and ancient Blacks house they weren't excited with this marriage thing. Although both acted politely in front of their parents there was a slight tone of annoyance in Sirius's voice as Gadea's face showed indifferent.
Since that day, Sirius's purpose was show her his discontent with their marriage. Everytime she entered in a room, he started flirting with any girl that was around and eventually she could see him making out with some of those girls. They were fourteen now but he wasn't losing his time. And they fight about everything.
She wasn't interested in those things, she had more interest in her transfiguration and dueling skills. Even professor McGonagall was impressed with her and told her she could have a great future if she wanted it.
And she wanted it.
So she investigated the best witches of all the times; Rowena Ravenclaw, Morgana Le Fay, Cliodna, Circe, Hecate... They were so inspiring for her...
But no one seemed like shared this opinion and she never shared it with no one. It was something personal.
And her parents wanted for her to married with this Black guy even if he wasn't discreet at all with his romantic adventures. All Hogwarts talked about it so of course the Blacks and her parents discover this: the Blacks scolded her parents from not teaching her how to keep the interest of a men so her parents scolded her about it too. It was an embarrassing talk with her mum but none of the consequences of Sirius' actions stopped him from continuing his love affairs during his fifth year. But she did learn something.
So she investigated him. She founded that this guy -Severus Snape- had something against Potter and they joined forces to discover the Marauders secret. She didn't want to know why Snape was so determined to find Potter' secret but she needed something big to blackmail Sirius and make life easier for her to achieve her own goals. She didn't care that there was no love between them, she just needed her parents to stop pressuring her and be able to focus on her studies. Snape and Gadea weren't friends, he didn't help her in potion class where he was an excellent alumni and she never defended him from the abuse of Potter and Black, but they worked together. Only for that year.
In the summer between their fifth and sixth year a new flew to all pure-blood families: Sirius Black had denied his family and ran away from home. This caused a big discussion between the families: the Salaverts were demanding compensation and the Blacks were trying to withdraw the marriage agreement. Gadea wasn't worried about it, she just wanted to become a famous and well-known talented witch. She returned to Hogwarts with the idea her mother put in her head:
-If you can make Regulus Black fall in love with you, maybe we still have a chance.
And she was so angry about it. Why she needed to marry anyone!? She was a talented witch! Everyone in Hogwarts saw it but her parents not.
It seemed like Regulus Black think like her mother because the moment she put a foot on the train ready to start her sixth year, he stopped her.
-I don't know if you're concerned about it but our families are working on a new arrangement. If we ended up marrying I want to know you.
So her sixth year started bad. Really bad. Regulus was nicer than Sirius, he was much more talker and the things he said weren't boring at all. Their conversations were interesting actually so she was surprised enjoying talking to him but there wasn't passion and love at all, at least not from her. He was just... like her parents. And she didn't like that.
She was lost in her thoughts. She signed and stopped to look at the gardens where a lot of kids were enjoying that sunny afternoon.
She was angry about everything lately: her parents thinking of her like an object to catch their ambitions, the Blacks and their shit, Regulus and his boring attitude, Sirius for making her waste energy trying to find a way to blackmail him.
But at the end she was so jealous of Sirius.
She wanted so desperately be able to be herself, found the courage to said no to her parents and work on her own future. But she wasn't that brave, she wasn't ready for it.
-Salavert -a well-known voice took her attention from the other side of the hallway- How come my dear little brother is not with you today?
Sirius was smiling like they were friends. He was wearing his uniform carelessly; the sleeves rolled up, his tie half loose and the first buttons unbuttoned. Almost like her, he wore his hair in a carefree ponytail from which a few strands of hair escaped but he didn't seem to mind.
-Do you actually care? -she replied looking at the gardens again.
-Of course I am concerned if my brother tries to flirt with my fiancee -he answered walking until he was next to her leaning against the wall.
-Oh, you don't know, Black? -she talked with fake kindness- Apparently when you ran away from home you caused our arranged marriage to dissolve. Congratulations -at the end she show how mad at him she was.
Sirius face was surprised but no because of the marriage dissolving but for her tone. It was like she was mad at her -like always- but this time he didn't know what he did.
-I thought you didn't want to marry me.
-And I don't, Black, but I prefer marrying you than anyone else because I know you and I could use that information to our benefit. We could both have what we wanted and pretended to be a happy marriage.
-And you would be happy with that? Pretending to be in a happy relationship?
He was looking at her so concerned as if he had not tried all those years to make her see that he didn't agree to the marriage and that he wanted to be free. It was easy for him, he had nothing to lose.
She had this confrontation all the time with the part of herself that wanted to be free and the part of herself that had a legacy to protect.
-And haven't you thought that I didn't want to pretend? I may not want to get married soon but definitely when I get married I would like my partner to say yes freely.
That was a way of thinking that Gadea didn't think she would see in Sirius. I mean, yes, it was an easy concept to catch even for him, but it was the first time that the two of them had really spoken and had never said why they didn't want to marry the other. This sincerity was new to her.
-I just want to be able to study -she confessed too- My parents think I should stop studying once I finish at Hogwarts that I should get married soon.
-I see -he crossed his arms and looked at her seriously- And what do you think?
-I think... -she stopped looking at him to look at the gardens and she smiled ambitious- I can be the best witch Hogwarts has ever seen if they let me study a little more.
Sirius laugh openly and she blushed abruptly. It was the first time she said it to someone and she was embarrassed.
-I would not expect less from you, Gadea -he said when he could stop laughing- I'm willing to see how great you would be.
She thought she could die right there in embarrassment. His words made her blush but the sincerity made her feel more nervous. He, of all the people she knew, was the first to hear her dream and encourage her to achieve it.
-But you're still gonna get married as your parents want? -he asked the question of a million galleons.
She thought about it. Her parents didn't say anything about a new arranged marriage but she hoped there would be none.
-No -she whispered as if she was afraid her parents would listen her.
He looked at her proudly and she was more confused about it. It was like he was waiting for that answer.
-Good. Because I would not like to see you married to anyone else.
-What? -she looked at him frowning.
Sirius simply smiled at her confusion. Over time he had learned that she was smarter than she let on and it bothered him a lot that she pretended to be someone she wasn't. Although the two of them had never agreed on anything, he had learned a lot from her both in class and discussing. Did he admire her? Yes, it could be said so. James would say that he was obsessed with making her angry? Yes, it could be said so too. The important thing here is that after so many years and right after their marriage was canceled, they were really talking. He was showing her the most sincere part of himself and she was showing him the most ambitious part of herself. He was delighted with this in a way no other girl delighted him. And it was way better than making her angry.
-Is bothering you this troglodyte?
It was Regulus at the other side of the hallway, where she came from. His uniform was neatly perfect, as was his hair and his well-worked friendliness.
-Watch out, Reg, I don't recommend starting a fight you can't win -Sirius threatened him leaving the wall to stand in the middle of the hallway looking at him nonchalantly.
-Are you really so conceited as to believe that I wouldn't beat you in a duel?
-For once I am not talking about myself, asshole. I'm talking about her -he shook his head to point at her who just crossed her arms and dropped against the wall- You know, she gets very angry when interrupted. Believe me, we were at the same class for six years.
Regulus' gaze was a mixture of surprise, annoyance, and some embarrassment, perhaps some fear as well but this could be from the intensity of Gadea's gaze. He always seemed a little intimidated by her when they were alone in the same room.
-You two are actually talking? -he was asking at her, ignoring his brother- I thought you couldn't stand him.
-And I can't -she answered without leaving the wall- But he is my fiancee, we can have a nice talk even if we mostly fight.
Those words surprised the two brothers who were staring at her.
-I-I thought the arrangement was...
-I didn't say that I agreed to end it, did I?
Regulus' face was red but she couldn't tell if it was from anger or shame. He simply went the way he had come without saying anything else but she knew that this would reach her parents' ears and for a blessed moment the future retaliation did not matter to her and she enjoyed the spicy taste of rebellion and the refreshing taste of freedom.
And then Sirius brought her back to reality.
-Fiancee? -he was smiling, this arrogant smile that he reserved to mess with her.
She looked at him still without leaving the wall, the indifference still on her face.
-Don't get excited, Black. I just broke up with your brother.
He laughed loudly, openly and she wondered how it feels to be able to laugh like that. So carelessly, so openly, until your side hurts and you cry with happiness. He wasn't crying, of course, he was this careless.
-What a short and boring relationship it would have been -he smirked, his hands in his pants pockets.
-You have no idea -she rolled his eyes but she was smiling- It was like dating my parents.
-That's gross, Salavert -he looked at her, still smiling- So even you can really smile.
She stopped smiling to look at him irritated.
-I smile a lot, Black.
-Not really.
It wasn't a question it was an statement. And it was so true that she trembled wondering how he knew.
He knew because he was watching her. She just couldn't openly show her feelings, but he knew what a real smile looks like on her. The way she acted with other Slytherins, the way she smiled when McGonagall complimented her in class, or the way her eyes shone brighter when the spell they have to learn for class resisted her. Her smile after each dueling club victory made his own losses worth challenging her. It took him a while to notice that she was stunning in a way that no one had ever shown him. He did not understand very well what he felt but that she called him her fiancee in front of his brother made his heart jump to the astronomy tower and return to his chest painfully excited.
Staring at her now, he could see her clearly trying to keep the indifference on her face but she was putting too much effort into it.
-I suppose I can play the fiancee game around Regulus if you want me to -he offered as if he was doing her a great favor.
She was silent for a moment and he let her think because he knew that was what she was doing. He could see how her brain worked with the information it had and the consequences that her actions could bring. She was that foxy. And then something new flashed in Gadea's eyes and he was sure that she was not aware that she was showing some of how she felt at the moment. But he was dying to know what was that shining in her eyes.
-I can get my ass out of this. Just watch me.
And with that she went the way Regulus had taken, from where she had come, to the Slytherin common room.
He smiled looking at her. She was taking a new challenge, he can see it in her smile -just like in class- and he was willing to see how she afford it.
-Believe me! -he had to yell so she could hear him- I'm looking at your nice ass!
-Fuck off, Black! -she yelled back but didn't turn to look at him.
She didn't want him to see she was smiling.

Regulus Black
Hello, my darlings! here it is, after a billion of years of waiting I’ve finished the Regulus Black imagine. I hope you enjoy it.
Love you all.
Request:  Hello! Ok, this is about the Regulus X Reader request. I was wondering if you could write something about him being jealous whenever the reader is around some Gryffindors? But he does nothing because they're just friends and he get increasingly grumpy until the reader notices something is wrong and confronts him about it. Idk, maybe he kiss her. anyway, thanks
Character: Regulus Black
Words count: 1, 099

There she is. Walking her way through the corridors with such elegance and class, that even the most refined princess would like to imitate her. Her beauty is the inspiration of the most delightful poems. She’s sweet like honey, smart, confident and kind. Her sense of humor is envied by comedians. and she treats everyone as her equal.
Of course, everyone would love to date her, she’s perfect. They look at her with hungry eyes wishing they could get her attention for at least a second. But they don’t deserve her, she’s too pure and precious for them to even think about it.
“You’re drooling” Sirius laughed at me. “ If you like he you should invite her on a date,” he said walking past me.
I rolled my eyes and focused my attention back to her, but I could find her anymore. I panicked thinking someone could’ve been flirting with her or trying to make a move until I heard the sweetest voice next to me.
“Hello Regs, so are you ready for our study date?” She smiled at me.
God her smile. The most breathtaking thing there could be in this world.
“Date?” I asked not surprised at her chosen words, I mean she could’ve used any other, like gathering?. She suddenly went red and correct herself.
“It doesn’t have to be like a date, I mean it’s just studying so-”
“No,” I yelled at her louder than what I would like “a study date is fine. Let’s go” I said a little bit too excited.
She laughed and we started walking to the library. I looked everywhere but her cussing at myself for my embarrassing overexcitement.
Congratulations Regulus, you are a fucking DORK! Why did I yell at her? What the fuck was I thinking? Now she thinks that I’m dying of excitement, which is true, but she wasn’t supposed to find out. For Merlin’s beard, my cool factor is non-existing at the moment.
I walked a little behind her because I knew I was looking guiltily red and I don’t want to embarrass myself any further.
We went to the library to study. But I couldn't concentrate, not with her next to me. I've always been in love with her, ever since we met.
I gave up on trying to concentrate and looked at her. I admire her completely. I looked at her and how she mouths every single word of the textbook when she's focused. And how she sighs whenever she doesn't understand something, how she looks everywhere frustrated trying to find the answer on her parchment, and how she looks at me to ask-
Oh God, she's looking at me and talking, act natural. So I did and quickly, in the most unnatural way, I grabbed the nearest book and pretended to read.
"Do you know remember what was the Globlin Liberation Font? I can't seem to find what it is?"
I waited a moment before I answered. As I was about to speak John Lockheart, an idiotic Griffindor appeared from now where and sat down next to Y/N.
"You see my dear, the Goblins Liberation Font was an extremist organization who fought -"
I couldn't hear his bullshit anymore and left with boiling anger.
I grabbed my stuff and didn't listen when Y/N asked why I was leaving. I went directly to my room once I was in the Slytherin common room. Ignoring everything and everyone.
Who does he think he is? We were there, together studying and that SON OF A BITCH DECIDES TO FUCKING RUIN EVERYTHING"
I grabbed the first object I found and smashed it on the floor trying to get some anger out. "AND I FUCKING LEFT HER THERE!!!"
After my tantrum was over I decided to take this whole situation as a grown man, First, I'm not going to talk about what just happened.
Second, I'm going to pretend that nothing happened. And third, and pretty much the most important rule, he's going to be known from now on as Idiotheart.
I'm such a badass.
I didn't sleep well that night so the next morning I was tired and moody. As I walked to the Great Hall I meet with Idiotheart, le looks at me and gives a stupid egocentric disgusting smirk. My muscles tenses and my blood started to boil, but I remembered I was going to forget about it. A couple of steps behind him I see my beautiful (Y/N) I felt how my heart started to beat faster.  Idiotheart saw her too and waited for her. She saw me and was about to walk where I was but then that asshole wraps his arm around her. She looked at him and smile, I lose her. I didn't feel hungry anymore and turned around to go somewhere away from that scene.
I ended up under the shade of a tree near the Forbidden Forest waiting for my death, but instead of a gigantic mind appearing to eat me a petit frame blocked me the sunlight hitting my face.
"I've been looking for you" she simply said laying next to me.
I didn't answer, I had nothing to say.
"I don't really know what's been going on with you lately but I know you're not okay".
I turned my head to face her. Her big (e/c) eyes stared at me and her eyebrows slightly curved trying to find an answer on my face.
She sighs after I did say anything and turned her way to see the sky.
"I don't like him." My heart started to beat after I heard her say those words. I looked at her more intensely but that feeling stopped when she continued "I'm actually in love with someone else" she looked at me giving me a small smile.
"Really? Well, he's lucky" I said jealously.
"He is. You are"
"Well I hope he's good with–, wait. Me?" I looked at her perplexed and unsure of what she just said.
She let slip a small laugh and got closer to my face.
"Yes you are" our lips were inches apart but I couldn't resist any longer. I gently grabbed her chin and pulled towards mine closing the space between us.
Her lips were soft and sweet, addictive just like her. When the kiss was over I had a stupid smile on my face but I didn't care I just kissed the most amazing girl ever.
"So, are we going to have another type of dated apart from the study ones?" I asked
"Totally." She laughed and kissed me one more time.
