Hello new Thai Constellation leaf! When I brought her home her last leaf was still hardening. This is my first monstera (not counting the proplifted Swiss Cheese Plant due to its rough origin. I didn't think it was going to survive at all 😅). I was told they are slow growers, but maybe not. I'm super stoked! Also I do plan to redo the pole to ensure it has ample room to emerge 💚

5/4/24 ~ Some new stuff I’m using this year. I’ve never used Coco Coir before today & I loooove it! So much product in a compact lil brick! And it’s repurposed natural material, so win win. I still used a little bit of my seed starting mix to mix in with it just because that’s all I know 😅😆

But I’m learning about the different medias/compost for planting!

I also got a bag of worm castings. Mixed some of it in there as well. We shall see how it does!

Well my dog may eat dirt and every single plant she comes into contact with but at least her lack of pickiness means I can literally just hand her pills like they're a treat and she eats them with no complaints

So it's almost 1am and I am ofc taking care of my house plants bc sleep is a foreign article anyway last year a plant dropped all it's leaves and basically died but the stem was still green and it still had roots so it has been sat in a jar of moss since then and I went and checked on it tonight and look what I found~

That's a baby leaf right there
