Alright, it’s gotten to the point that I need to make a post about this, which is quite frankly disappointing. I have gotten numerous dm’s and messages about this.
Please STOP asking me to draw “diaper art”, especially under the guise of disability/incontinence.
I don’t even often draw my original characters in their underwear, nor in nsfw situations. Normalizing protective underwear (i.e; diapers) is important for disability justice and acceptance, but I’m tired of people trying to get me to draw fetish art under the disguise of it being “progressive”.
I don’t feel comfortable drawing NSFW, which includes characters in their underwear… WHICH INCLUDES protective underwear. Just because it is a part of disability doesn’t mean I will inherently draw it. I have mentioned incontinence in many pieces of my art, whether it is my au’s or original work. I am not ignoring it as a part of disability, but it IS a private and sensitive subject for a lot of disabled people, myself included. If this changes in the future, you will know.
Please don’t force me to draw something, at the end of the day I am just one severely disabled artist, and I can only do so much. I want to use my energy to be happy and draw things that can make me happy.
Thank you.

MATURE/DARK THEMES, NON PROOFREAD MATERIAL, & NUDITY. READ WITH CAUTION
Ghost found himself setting up for you as he usually did around this time of month the mirror he stood in front of was steamy his balaclava secured over the imperfections of his face as he sat down th-
no no no
He was Simon, Ghost… was long gone from here by now
Simon found himself setting up for you as he usually did around this time of mon-
There was another one, it wasn’t the time of the month this was abrupt, unexpected, sharp and blunt giving you no time to prepare
Simon found himself setting up for you as he usually did trying to absently find a familiarity from it all he was used to the unfamiliarity he was a soldier in the SAS at that he didn’t bat an eye when there was a revised order going over his coms he carried it out accordingly protecting his soldiers in the process
But just about nothing could prepare him for this it wasn’t in his training, or in a handbook, or in any type of manual. He was to the point where he began to construct one on his own because for the first time he didn’t have anything to say yet the image of you in that position… it was indelible burned into his brain with a freeze marking branded into his skull
You slumped against the wall blood smeared between your thighs and the tile of the bathroom floor while staining your hands all at the same time a few stray tears sliding down your face even though it looked like you’d been crying for hours on end and Ghost Simon could corroborate the fact because majority of it was partially dry and tacky on the fingers rather than wet and thick to the touch
His head hurt and screamed at him for not being there sooner for not staying home with you even though his gut had screamed at him in advanced when you didn’t get out of bed with him like you usually did when you didn’t share your accustomed routine of you sitting on the counter him standing between your legs as the kettle screeched in the comfortable silence of your shared flat
But no
It wasn’t like that today,
Today you didn’t slip behind him and wrap your arms around his toned waist while lying your head on his back while he brushed his teeth in front of the mirror, Today you didn’t help him become Ghost early morning just so he could travel to base to come back to you in the evening, Today you didn’t sit on the counter while he stood between your legs, Today you didn’t fuss over him taking an extra jacket or doubling up on socks because of the cool weather Today you didn’t bid him goodbye at the door before going on with your own day you stayed
Today you just didn’t.
Instead he got ready alone without you clinging to him using him as your personal space heater, Instead he put in his own mask becoming Ghost by himself, Instead he sipped his own tea alone and extra cup made for you that he would sit on your nightstand, Instead today he didn’t bring an extra jacket or double up on socks and he found it ironic how today he ended up being cold while cool wind nipped at his skin, Instead he was at your bedside on his knees pressing a kiss to your forehead urging you pain killers and the cup of tea he made you making sure you downed it before putting you back to rest and making his way out the door
You can’t kick yourself you didn’t know would happen
Simon tried to reason with himself but Ghost had won the battle before it even began he should’ve knew, all the signs were in his face flashing red, he should’ve stayed.
He should’ve stayed!
He could’ve stayed,
He wished he stayed.
Instead of lying down a pad or tampon on a set of military style folded clothes or wrapping bandages around your thighs like you were thinking
He lied down a pair of ‘Postpartum Incontinence Underwear’ as it read on the packaging,
But you didn’t just bare a child
There was no nursery put into place at your three bedroom flat
There was no sign of a child
Instead for the newborn onesie that you had made yourself because all of the other ones you had looked for online were corny and non fitting with bright colors and the same saying on each one “hello daddy see you soon!” or “can’t wait to meet you!”
So you had bought a plain black onesie the smallest on the rack and had printed the words “I was daddy’s fastest swimmer” with a tadpole looking sperm cell under it and when Simon had it presented to him along with two tests with those pink lines, a pack of pacifiers, and little black soft bottom converse, had him letting out a breathy chuckle tears collecting at his waterline before engulfing your frame entirely spinning you around in a circle as your giggles echoed off the walls
It was just a memory now it was no longer a reality as Simon cleaned the blood off the floor that had took a fraction of forever to get up and he didn’t even want to mention the placenta, His head ticked upwards as he heard the running water shut off immediately coming to a stand military perfect
When the curtain drew back your bare body was in front of him he had seen it more time then he could count but this time it was different you were tense, eyes foggy, not acknowledging your surroundings.
you were glad you hadn’t told anyone else
What wouldre took you six stepts to get you to the shower from the door took him two While helping you out the shower with rough hands but a gentle touch he reaches for a towel he had lied out wrapping it around you the sofest one he could find gently urging you to sit on the cold porcelain toilet settling on his knees lying a hand on your thigh whilehe tried was to cry
He hasn’t since Beth, Joseph, and Tommy
But he needed to be strong
He took the disposable underwear Slipping it up your legs and to your thighs the gentless of it was almost cherishing worthy
How ironic
He finished getting you in appropriate attire which only consisted of one of his shirts the dropped you the beginning of your knees along with a pair of loose fitting sweat pants to keep pressure off you abdomen and vulva
It shouldn’t have been this way
Simon led you to you bedroom gently setting you down on the usual cloud like mattress felt like the tip of an ice berg in your side you didn’t even hear Simon walk out of the room you didn’t hear him come back minutes later with a cup of tea with a confirmation on his lips
“Gonna take you to the hospital tomorrow darling” He muttered setting the cup on your nightstand his voice soft like if he were to speak to loud he would break you
He noted how you didn’t respond nor look at him just staring at the wall eyes glossy and glazed over in fog it hurt his chest, After pressing a kiss to your forehead he slipped next to an arm wrapped gently over your hip
The next days were a blur
At the hospital you had mother to say to Simon or anyone for that matter the way that you sat in a void state of mind on that table in that disposable gown…
The nurses gave sympathetic looks that you didn’t catch asking you questions you didn’t answer to the point where they just directed everything to Simon and he had to keep himself seated in his chair grounding himself from jumping out when one of the nurses uttered
“At least it happened now rather than later”
He didn’t care if you were only 6 weeks.
You could’ve been 6 days for all he cared nothing would’ve softened the blow,
The only noise you’d made is when they had checked around your lower abdomen and your vulva putting the slightest pressure on it that you letting out a small grunt and had Simon out of his seat by your side in a second
Simon remembered everything, you only remember the warm engulfing feeling in your palm and the rest was a blur of nothing
Once you were back dressed still in loose clothing a matching sweat suit that he had to dress you in the nurses gave him a run down of what he might see in your behavior and body in the next week or so and the medication you were getting prescribed ibuprofen and misoprostol and-
Somehow you you were back in bed the cold sheets against your skin while Simon approached the bed the pills in hand as he sat next to your legs a warm hand running up your calf it felt familiar too familiar but you couldn’t place it
Just how long has it been,
You’d took you ibuprofen and the more exposing part of it card where Simon had slipped your underwear from you thighs having to insert the misoprostol in a aching place leaving it to disintegrate for half an hour
He had seen your body plenty times but this time it was embarrassing and degrading no matter how soft his touch was and without any words he was sliding next you cradling your back making bc sure you were asleep before drifting away
When the alerting temperature change of the sheets under him awoke Simon from his sleep he was immediately up scoping around the room for your trace with deadly precession his heart pounding in his ears
But thankfully his heart didn’t fail before he saw you in you closet a small box open by your legs as you cradled that onesie to your chest faint sniffles erupting from your nose and all he could do was hold you close
Holding all the pieces together
As the days passed on Simon was more and more concerned for you as the days passed and it sounded insane when the words came out of his mouth but you were doing too… well
The day after you we’re suddenly up, and bright, and talking after being mute for almost a four days your voice was back like it never left and he had to remind you to rest instead of gently pushing you up to take your medicine and stretch your bones
He was internally begged you to cry, scream, grieve anything other than that stale smile
You’d also been taking excessive time on your laptop typing up things that he hadn’t gone over with you and it was abnormal you had published one of your firsts books last year using a pen name and your sales were going amazing still to this point but the timing was off
Simon had an idea of how you felt in the beginning of your relationship when he was cold towards you while you were begging for any crack to slither through his walls he built around himself but he thought this was worse as he sat on his knees while you looked up from your laptop blue glasses secured on your face
“Please love just, just tell me what you need… what’s the matter?” And you stared down at him before shutting your laptop a little chuckle escaping your lips as you bent down to kiss his cheek
“Nothings wrong Si, I’m gonna go shower ‘kay?” But you were already leaving before he could give you a response
His eyes adverted to your laptop it was wrong, but he was worried about you.
Should he betray your trust and invade your privacy for the truth or let you come to him yourself along with the possibility of you never telling him.
Gently peeling the cover open he was greeted with the sign in page where he had to type in your password and he held back a grimace at what he was about to do but as his fingers moved along the keyboard making sure to hit every single one correctly and a sharp breath was sucked in through his mouth and out through his nose
You’d change the password.

MORE (hopefully obvious and well known) REMINDERS FOR ABDLs AND CG/L DYNAMICS AND RELATIONSHIPS
For some people, roleplay is important. For some, BDSM and power exchange dynamics are important. For some people, both or neither are important. They all get to be included in the community, and YOUR expectations of a good dynamic isn't welcome in anyone else's relationship(s).
Diapers aren't the entire fetish: explore your interests and see if there are related communities that tickle your proverbial pickle. You might just be pleasantly surprised!
Lots of people into ABDL can't stand ageplay, and really dislike it even among abdls. That's ok! Everybody can decide what is it or isn't for them!
Lots of people into ABDL live for ageplay or age regression play. ALSO ok! As above: Everybody can decide what is it or isn't for them!
Your vanilla friends don't need to know your fetish interests any more than they need to know your sex fantasies... you can stay civil without having to live 24/7 focused on kink!
You don't need a caregiver/dom/domme/ owner to be into this kink. You can, in fact, enjoy it alone or with partners, and both are ok.
Diapers are just another type of underwear, and shouldn't be used as an excuse to expose people to kink.
99% of people who see an adult diaper think "incontinence" over "fetishist" so don't panic so much if you think people know your terrible 'secret(s)'.
Someone being a "sub" or "little" doesn't make them less of an adult who needs to give informed and considered consent. Even if you just think you're 'flirting' you need to respect them as real adult people with complex feelings and needs.
Diapers are kind of a weird kink to a lot of people, but the reality is that there's a lot of weird kinks out there, and as long as you aren't hurting anyone and are being safe, sane, and consenting you're probably fine!
Sexism, racism, or any kind of prejudice doesn't fucking belong in this community. We owe each other the right to enjoy what we like how we like it, without judgment or prejudice. When you encounter prejudice, educate them or avoid them, but try to never stay silent, that only helps the baddies!
Scammers are common and prey upon ignorance and shame. When you smell something fishy, protect yourself and protect others by alerting any available authorities to bad behavior, abuse, or manipulation, even if it's just a scammer online.
Nobody really gives a fuck about your underwear outside of a small small number of people. You can enjoy diapers privately if that's what you need! You don't need to make it a huge deal in your head!

New story
Instead of being disgusted, his best friend is intrigued and joins him in his diaper wearing and messing adventures. Together, they explore their newfound pleasure and secret incontinence together as they navigate the challenges of high school and their changing relationship.
Josh had always been a bit of a late bloomer. He was always one step behind his peers in certain areas, such as getting his driver’s license or his first kiss. So, it wasn’t surprising that he was still struggling with controlling his bowels as a senior in high school.
For years, Josh had dealt with occasional accidents, usually just small leaks that he could manage. But recently, his accidents had been getting worse and more frequent. It was embarrassing and frustrating, to say the least. Josh found himself checking the location of the nearest bathroom everywhere he went and constantly worrying about whether he would make it in time.
One day, during his last class of the day, Josh’s worst fear came true. He was sitting in the back of the classroom, trying to focus on the lesson, but his stomach was cramping and he knew he needed to use the bathroom. He raised his hand to ask for permission to go, but the teacher refused to let him leave until after the lesson was finished.
Josh shifted uncomfortably in his seat, trying to hold it in, but it was becoming increasingly difficult. As soon as the bell rang, he made a mad dash for the bathroom, but it was too late. He had already pooped his pants.
Panicked and mortified, Josh quickly cleaned himself up as best as he could and threw his soiled underwear in the trash. He then proceeded to use the bathroom, feeling completely embarrassed and defeated.
On his way home, Josh stopped at a drugstore and nervously perused the diaper aisle. He had never thought about wearing diapers before, but after his humiliating accident at school, he knew he needed some sort of protection. He grabbed a pack of adult diapers and quickly made his purchase, hoping no one he knew would see him.
Once home, Josh felt a mix of relief and shame as he put on his first diaper. It felt strange and comforting at the same time. He was glad he wouldn’t have to worry about accidents for the rest of the day, but he couldn’t help but feel embarrassed by the fact that he needed to wear a diaper like a baby.
The next day at school, Josh was noticeably more relaxed knowing he had his diaper as backup. However, he still made sure to use the bathroom regularly to avoid any more accidents. But as the day went on, Josh started to feel the familiar cramps in his stomach. He began to panic, knowing he wouldn’t make it to the bathroom in time. He quickly made his way to the nurse’s office, where he could change in private.
However, as he reached the office, he was stopped by his best friend, Jake. Jake had noticed Josh's frequent bathroom trips and decided to check on him. But as soon as he saw the look on Josh's face, his eyes widened in realization.
'Did you have an accident?' Jake asked, a mix of concern and curiosity in his voice.
Josh's face turned bright red as he looked down in shame. He had never told anyone about his struggles with controlling his bowels, and he definitely never wanted anyone to witness it firsthand.
Before he could even answer, Jake's face lit up into a grin. 'Dude, that's so badass!' he exclaimed, much to Josh's surprise.
'What?' Josh blinked in confusion, not sure if he had heard Jake correctly.
'I mean, it's not top of the cool list, but it's still pretty badass to just own it like that,' Jake clarified. 'And you have extra diapers with you? That's some next-level preparedness.'
Josh's initial embarrassment and shame slowly gave way to curiosity as he looked at his best friend in a new light. He had never expected Jake to react like this and it made him feel validated and understood.
'Um, yeah. I started wearing them recently because my accidents have been getting worse,' Josh admitted, feeling a weight lifting off his shoulders.
'Well, you're not alone anymore,' Jake said with a reassuring smile. 'I've actually been thinking about trying them out too, just for fun. And after seeing your badass diaper skills, I think I definitely want to give it a go.'
From that point on, Josh and Jake became partners in their diaper-wearing adventures. They would secretly wear their diapers at school and sneak off to the bathroom together to change. But they didn't stop there. They started to experiment with wetting and even messing their diapers, finding a strange thrill in the taboo act.
Josh couldn't believe he was actually enjoying it, but with Jake by his side, he felt a sense of liberation and acceptance. They even started to wear their diapers outside of school, during movie nights or sleepovers.
As their friendship evolved into something more, so did their diaper-wearing. They became more open and unapologetic about their kink, sharing it with select friends who were accepting and supportive. And even though they eventually moved on from their diaper phase, Josh and Jake remained closer than ever, bonded by their secret and shared pleasure.
They may have started their journey feeling ashamed and alone, but they ended it feeling empowered, accepted, and free.

even to this day, no one has been able to give a good UTILITY reason for wearing underwear,,, "it protects from rough textured pants" dont wear those ones "it helps keep a sensitive area warm and secure" get better pants, look im just gonna say it cuz no one else will,,, underwear was invented by either a fetishist or someone with incontinence who wanted a socially normative softcore diaper everyone agrees to wear for an extra layer of protection just in case look im sorry but you know im right someone had to rip the bandaid off

speaking of being fetishized..and like, how there’s an oc with crohn’s do you… do you think you’ll ever make a character who uses diapers/incontinence aids for their disability too..? or is that too controversial? i…i would love to see that representation in a not stigmatized light
I have Lishai, who uses an intermittent Catheter and does not hide it. But as for one with diapers, That’s usually underneath the clothes, so I’m not sure how I’d show that artistically that doesn’t come across as “fetishy”.
Don’t get me wrong, diapers and incontinence needs to be treated with respect and not have such a huge stigma around. I have experienced it in my own disabilities, I’d just need to figure out a respectful way to represent it!
Like, for example, in my paravolley au, Hinata actually experiences it, and it’s because of his multiple sclerosis, which is a VERY common symptom. I didn’t show anything, but it’s written down in his information about his disability.
I’ve also had people in my dm’s or email me fetish mining for a commission, claiming it’s “for disability” but then obviously having a fetish for diapers or incontinence, aka from the way they talk about it (wanting me to draw a soiled diaper, “sexy girl in diaper”, etc). I hate that this is quite a popular fetish and porn category, because it makes the stigma surrounding being open about it worse.
I want to show that it’s completely normal and okay to have incontinence and need protective underwear when disabled, it’s such an incredibly common symptom that people are often too scared to talk about. I just want to make sure the right message gets across and the right people see it. If that makes sense.

I wish my period would stop. It's been like 3 months since the last time I had a few days without bleeding and for a while it was fine because it was all pretty light. But now it's been 4 or 5 days straight of my "normal" amount of bleeding which is enough that I can't wear pads and have to buy maximum protection incontinence underwear and even those I have to change multiple times a day.
It's a concerning amount of blood to lose and I don't imagine it's great for my body. I've been struggling to keep hydrated enough to combat the blood less.
I'm looking forward to December when I get my hysterectomy consultation. Here's hoping they let me get it. I think that this year I've spent more time on my period than off it. And that's counting the multiple months I went without it at all.

To the incontinence anon, abdl diapers have a much higher capacity than medical ones, and with a plastic backing they don't usually leak as often. It is not uncommon for incontinent people to resort to them instead of medical diapers for this reason. That said, they are incredibly noisy by design. This can be mitigated somewhat by wearing underwear that fits snuggly over them. You can buy sample packs from most retailers for a couple bucks, that includes two. As well I hear the Northshore Megamax (a medical product) has similar capacity and comes with color options and has cheap bulk prices. Northshore also sells samples of some major abdl products.
Also to incontinence anon, make sure you are activating your incontinence products (basically just fold them and twist them lightly to loosen the absorbent beads to enable them to swell easier (Also I might have forgotten anon on that last one(not sure), please make sure my identity is protected for obv reasons)
Thank you, and no need to worry about it if you'd forgotten anon on both I would have just made it a post all it's own not gonna out anyone for anything like that.

what is incontinence supplies and equipment's?
Incontinence supplies and equipment refer to a range of products designed to manage and alleviate the symptoms of incontinence, which is the inability to control one's bladder or bowel movements. These supplies are commonly used by individuals who experience urinary or fecal incontinence due to various medical conditions or age-related factors. Here are some examples of incontinence supplies and equipment:
Absorbent Products: These include disposable or reusable pads, adult diapers (also known as incontinence briefs or pull-ups), and absorbent underwear. They are designed to absorb and contain urine or fecal matter to prevent leaks and maintain hygiene.
Protective Underpads: These are large, waterproof pads placed on beds or chairs to protect furniture and bedding from leaks or accidents.
Bedside Commodes: These are portable chairs with a hole in the seat and a removable container beneath. They allow individuals with limited mobility to use the bathroom without having to walk to a traditional toilet.
Catheters: A catheter is a flexible tube inserted into the bladder to drain urine. Different types of catheters are available, including intermittent catheters (used periodically) and indwelling catheters (left in place for continuous drainage).
Drainage Bags: These bags are used in conjunction with indwelling catheters to collect and store urine. They can be leg bags (worn on the leg) or larger overnight drainage bags.
Skin Care Products: These include cleansing wipes, moisturizers, and barrier creams, which help maintain skin hygiene and prevent irritation or infections caused by prolonged exposure to urine or feces.
Odor Control Products: Deodorizers, air fresheners, and odor-neutralizing sprays are used to manage and reduce unwanted smells associated with incontinence.
It's important to note that the specific supplies and equipment needed may vary depending on the severity and type of incontinence a person experiences. It is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for guidance on the most suitable products for an individual's specific needs.

Abdominal Pads: Meet The Growing Demand Of Comfort And Protection
History and Evolution of Abdominal Pads The use of abdominal pads can be traced back to ancient times when primitive alternatives were used for feminine hygiene and protection. However, it was only in the 1970s when companies like Tampax and Stayfree started mass producing disposable pads specifically designed for use during menstruation. Since then, the design and materials used in making abdominal pads have evolved greatly to suit modern needs. They now come in different sizes, shapes and absorbencies to address different flows and lifestyles. The last few decades have seen the introduction of slimmer, less bulky pads. Abdominal Pads in wings were added to the sides to help the pad stay in place and prevent leakage. New materials like cotton, rayon, and super-absorbent polymers were incorporated to increase absorbency and comfort. With more women joining the workforce, compact, discreet pads suitable for active lifestyles also became popular. In recent times, organic and eco-friendly pads made without chemicals and plastic are gaining ground due to rising health and sustainability concerns. Categories and Uses of Modern Abdominal Pads Today, abdominal pads cater to a wide range of uses beyond just menstruation. Here are some of the major categories: - Menstrual pads: These are thin flexible pads designed specifically to absorb menstrual blood flow. They come in light, regular and heavy absorbencies. - Postpartum pads: Usually thicker and more absorbent, these pads are meant for use after delivery to absorb lochia discharge and prevent infection during recovery. Some have soothing gels. - Incontinence pads: Designed to contain urine leakage, these heavy duty pads are absorbent yet discreet and come in different sizes for varied protection levels. - Ostomy pouches: Waterproof adhesive pouches are used with an ostomy appliance to collect output from a urinary or intestinal ostomy. They help maintain dignity. - Exercise pads: Thin sweat-absorbing pads stick onto underwear during physical activity to prevent chafing in sensitive areas. - Nursing pads: Soft, absorbent pads inserted into nursing bras soak up milk leaks during breastfeeding to keep breasts dry and comfortable. Health and Hygiene Benefits Using proper abdominal pads provides numerous comfort, health and hygiene benefits: - Absorbs and contains menstrual flow, lochia discharge, sweat, urine or ostomy output effectively to avoid soiling clothes. This helps maintain personal hygiene. - Prevents contact of bodily fluids with skin which can cause rashes and infections especially in sensitive regions. Pads create a protective barrier. - Keeps the user feeling fresh, dry and odor-free through the day. This boosts confidence and makes activities like exercise possible without worries. - Helps reduce laundry since pads are disposable unlike cloth pads or liners that need to be handwashed after every use. - Medical-grade pads near wounds, incisions or ostomy sites aid healing by protecting the area from pathogens and friction. Adapting to Evolving Consumer Needs Going forward, pad manufacturers need to innovate further to meet the unique needs of an evolving global consumer base. Some emerging trends in consumer expectations include: - Organic, eco-friendly pads devoid of toxic chemicals, plastics, dyes and chlorine bleaching that are safer period products. - Thinner maximally absorbent pads that stay discreet under even the tightest clothes for an unrestricted active lifestyle. - Pads in additional sizes between regular and super for variable flows and body types. - Technology-enabled smart pads with sensors to track menstrual health data over time for predictive insights. - Specially designed pads for developing countries providing low-cost protection as part of menstrual hygiene programs. With pads being a necessity worn by millions of women worldwide every day, companies delivering differentiated products catering to these futuristic demands will create more value and loyalty in the growing abdominal pads market.
