I'm gonna be honest....

.... i considered that plot. And i even considered putting R on trial for assault.

Courtroom drama and pregnant Wanda. What-ifs.

just a little ifiss/iss/ilgoss angsty what if... what if R doesn't leave but instead blames herself for being such a bad wife that wanda felt like she had to go to someone else for affection so she stays and just tries to be the perfect wife again but the whole time wanda is just wishing R would hate her and punish her bc she doesn't feel like she deserves R's love after betraying her so in a twisted way she slowly becomes more cold and cruel towards R hoping something will finally make R hate her but nothing ever does

it would just be interesting to see how like toxic it can be to idolize someone that much where nothing wanda ever does could make R see her in a bad light, it must have been R's fault that wanda did what she did

and then wanda's guilt eating her alive like she's already disgusted with herself for the affair but then seeing how much R loves her and sees her in such a pure light that she blames herself will be even more gut wrenching

(even worse if this au included vision knocking wanda up and R trying to love the kid even tho she sees it as living proof that she drove wanda to turn to someone else and wanda trying to love the kid even tho she sees it as a reminder of how she much pain and suffering she caused R)

idk i'm just in a weird mood and want my heart to be crushed a little bit

But kidding aside, this is going to wreck me and everyone. This could work as a oneshot, to be honest. The level of angst is delicious. I don't know... maybe a long one shot could work just for this idea to see the light of day.

anon that was wild gaslight R thinking it was their child and not vision, this level of angst is something i’m not ready for but i crave it so much.

imagine shattered hearts R has when she’s discovers it’s not hers, but someone else’s. after R built a crib, painted a room, bought rattles, baby bottles and other stuff.

mostly how she’s gonna feel so bad knowing wanda got pregnant by a young boy and R and her tried to many times failing each time.

yes, and i don't think im cruel enough to write this story and it's definitely not going to be wanda endgame going this route.

i really really want to ask you to write a what if..? about wanda getting pregnant from vision and R finding out

you're not the only one who's wishing for this alternate universe, anon. But it's a big universe. One that would require more than 100k words to reach a satisfying conclusion if we ever explore that possibility, and I just don't have enough inspiration for it.

Someone asked me if they can write a fic of ILGOSS, and I gave them my blessing. Perhaps someone else will write it one day.

(Or we'll never know, I might change my mind. Never say never.)

In Flames was good, had my heart breaking, I didn't think it could get any worse but somehow it coming from Wanda's pov just ripped my heart to tiny pieces. HOW COULD SHE?? And of course it has to be Vision 😒😒😒 LOVING this series!!! Excellent work!! 🏆💐

Wanda's POV was the most difficult piece of fanfiction I've ever written, and I'm glad it did to you what it was supposed to do--rip your heart to pieces :D

No problem lol. My take is that the baby might finally break R and make her leave Wanda.

I mean, imagine if the baby comes out looking like Vision, that would finally break R and Wanda's relationship completely.

it would be painful, and R would believe that wanda really fell for him, and R will also bitterly think wanda can be happy now having a "complete family" with someone and yes, you're right, she'll probably let go completely

I think you have already answered this but what would happen if R had just decided to move away after the divorce? Like she just decides to leave everything behind and start a new life? Would that have happened?

I would say that Wanda will look for her. Doesn't matter if she had to beg Nat to help her. Though if Wanda never finds her, there will just be that wound R will carry around, thinking it scabbed with time.

I think she would, one way or another. If you look closely, she was in it for the sex, for feeling good. And stuff like that do run its course when there's no deeper meaning to it.

the epilogue is 10 months after r and wanda meet at the train station; how do you think the relationship progressed in those months, given how short it really was before they both proposed?

i imagine the first time they had sex was a pretty big milestone despite the fact that they were together for years… in my head it was all soft and slow and shy at least at first.

You're right. They didn't pick up where they left off. They got to know each other again first, but the sex probably happened on the third or fourth date hehe :P If you remember, Wanda kissed you the moment she saw you again. Imagine missing each other for two years, and trying to hold back from the pent-up yearning.

It would be sweet though, and Wanda and R would take their time exploring each other, re-learning and re-discovering. They will constantly check in on each other, with Wanda being the one always asking if R is okay if she's doing it right, because she doesn't want to ruin this second (or third? lol) chance of being with her. And R will be just like, "Just let go, love." Some thing like that.

Before reading your series I was completely on the side of if someone cheats that’s a done deal of ending the relationship however even though I still think that I feel like I would maybe I wouldn’t be so fast to make a judgment. Idk you have me so damn confused because I feel like maybe I feel like this because I like the characters or maybe I’ve actually had a change of heart. Idk you confusing me and I don’t wike it. hah but in all seriousness this is an amazing work of art and I honestly think if you changed the names (for legal reasons) you could have a best seller. This is great pal!

I think one of the best compliments ever is hearing you take a double take at cheating and what it means for you... Personally, I went through the same reflection. Before ILGOSS i kept telling my partner of 5 years that im gonna leave her if she ever cheats on me, but like, one night i was watching her sleep and thinking about how much i love her and wondered if i really will leave her right away if she does.

Some might think it's easy to forgive wanda because we are biased to the character and lizzie olsen's perfect face, but i dunno. I try to switch reader and wanda and i still came up with the same ending.

Sorry if you got confused about how you feel towards cheating now, but at the end of the day, cheating really ruins lives and it's best we avoid it at all cost.

I am not into (Wanda) angst stories kasi di ko kaya yung sakit LOL kaya medyo conflicted pa ko nung una to read ILGOSS but I’m glad that I gave it a shot coz it’s really exceptional.

Grabe yung therapy sessions; I can say na isa yon sa mga favorite parts ko sa series na ‘to. How did you come up sa mga dialogues ni Calliope? Did you research about it or are u perhaps a Psych major? Coz tbh her povs are really on point and I have to commend you on that.

first of all, omg thank you for reading all of ILGOSS (and I guess IFISS rin?). I know it's freaking long for a fanfic, but it had to be written that way cause cheating is nooo joke. it's seriously was a deal breaker for me. you know what, same tayo, i actually like reading complete stories only out of fear na hindi tatapusin ni writer ung series :)

re: therapy sessions - yes, I did a lot of research for this. I asked my friends who've been to therapy how the session usually goes, and I watched a lot of reality show that na about couple going to therapy (yup, they exist!), and then channeled my inner "friend na taga advice" to create Calliope :P No, I'm not a psych major, I'm actually a software engineer :D

I already published one oneshot, but that's Yelena X Reader pre-IFISS/ILGOSS. But YAS! A lot more oneshots centered around Wanda and R will be written :) Especially the time when they first got together in college. So, watch out for that :)

Thank you! That is such a nice compliment, really. The only problem is it was originally inspired by the movie "Unfaithful" so I really can't publish it I think :/
