6th house synastry - my experience

This is honestly my LEAST favorite synastry to have with someone else, but only if I’m the 6th house person (which seems ironic, however it’s really true). I don’t know it this is due to the fact that I don’t have any 6th house placements on my chart…

Also I think this might depend on the sign it is in. In my case, it’s in Aries and they honestly get on my nerves. I’ve had this synastry with SO MANY people in my life. Friends AND family. My mom has her moon in my 6th house, my dad has his SUN and my sister has her MARS in my 6th house (guess who annoys me the most... cough cough mars, although sometimes it’s hard to tell who’s worse). I’ve also been gotten romantically involved with a man who’s mercury was in my 6th house, one of my longtime friends has her venus and one of my college friends has her ascendant in the same house.

Based on this, I would say the venus and ascendant synastry in this house is the easiest to deal with (and the moon in second). My problem with these people is that I often feel as though they’re like overly nitpicky, even cruel and unfair in their critiques - they’ll point things out unnecessarily thinking they’re “protecting me” when really they’re just making me doubt myself. I’ve found that they’ll also criticize me for things they do themselves ALL THE TIME - so they’re basically projecting onto me. And I would be lying if I said they don’t make me feel like shit sometimes. Oh and they’ll do it in public too…

Another detail - these critiques are never constructive… hell nah. They’ll just point out my flaws like no other. Then I try to tell them that they’re crossing boundaries and call them out, ask them to stop… yet they don’t stop and keep pushing ‘till I break. Oh and when I break they’ll literally stare at me like I’m the one who’s insane, even though they provoked everything (I also can’t act like them, ‘cause when I do I’m mean and harsh… they’re the only ones who can do it). To me, they just seem like hypocrites, who project onto me and then claim (as an excuse) they were doing it for me… when really they’re being selfish.

Just to give you an exemple… the guy I was romantically involved with began critiquing my looks soon after we started hanging out… he would often point out my break outs (which he knew were a sensitive topic for me and one of my biggest insecurities, as I was bullied for having a lot of acne when I was younger). Soon he started pointing out my stomach when I was bloated and my weight (I literally have a flat stomach and I’m skinny af… THESE ARE MY ORGANS SIR). As you can pretty much tell, it didn’t workout. I started getting sick of his BS and broke it off, as he would also be rude to me out of nowhere sometimes… then pretend he didn’t do anything And this guy is just a light case, as I was done way worse by both my family and some “friends” with placements in my 6th house.

To me, people with placements in my 6th house just seem rude, bitter and insensitive for NO REASON… no really…. NO REASON AT ALL. Yes they CAN be of service… but they can also be so invasive and even controlling. These are the people who have backstabbed me the most and I was so loyal and respectful towards them. See I would forgive them (yet call then out) so many times, but they really NEVER stop. Because they’re Aries placements they probably won’t be the ones who’ll serve you… I feel like depending on the sign this will work in different ways and let me tell you: aries will never be the submissive ones.

REMINDER: this is just my personal experience. This doesn’t mean aries placements are gonna treat everyone like shit either, it just depends on where they sit in your chart. Please tell me the experience with the sign of your 6th house and which sign it is.

ik heidi sucks but one thing i gotta give her credit for was her being able to see the good in cartman when no one else could. i hate how in this scene all the girls try to treat her like she’s crazy for pointing out cartman has good qualities which he clearly DOES have which was why she fell for him in the first place. they’re just tryna gaslight her and be like “but he’s racist and a sociopath!1!!1” to dismiss her feelings and what she legitimately saw in him, which deadass is how the entire fanbase acts when cartman fans try to explain why we like him and they’ll just use the same ass arguments over and over saying how we shouldn’t like him bc he’s a racist sociopath LOL, but that’s a whole different story. also wendy’s bitchass is tryna pretend like she didn’t fall for cartman and kiss him too that one time like OK WENDY SURE. i’m not getting into that right now lol, but that bitch knows damn well what heidi is talking abt here.

like it’s commendable af that heidi not only saw the good in cartman, but OWNED the fact that she liked him and gave him a chance and wasn’t embarrassed to date him or anything. wheras bitchass kyle is always pretending he doesn’t like him and when wendy liked him she freaked tf out and kissed him so she could get rid of those feelings and move on. bebe is prob the real snake of the group bc she also was mean af to wendy when she liked cartman dhdjwksks so wendy prob feels like she has to be a bitch too to go along with bebe’s bs.

like i’m sorry but the proper reaction when u find out ur friend likes a guy is NOT this. it’s to support them and be like “aww you should ask him out” or whatever like even if u don’t like that guy and wouldn’t date him yourself. SMH. (and also this was s4 back when cartman had hardly done anything wrong yet. he was just fat, stupid, and lazy so bebe was rlly just being a bully here for acting like he wasn’t dateable). that episode comes to mind from drake & josh when josh thought drake would hate him for dating mindy bc drake finds her annoying but then he turned out to be supportive af bc he was just happy that josh finally found a girlfriend lol. drake was a real bro for that bc that’s the right way to handle shit when someone close to u is dating a person even if u don’t like them.

Fragments - episodes 12-14 author notes

Hi hello and welcome to yet another ramble about Fragments C: I’m doing these regularly because there’s so much I wanna say about my idiots, and I like looking back and appreciating the work I’ve done.

You can find similar breakdown posts on older episodes in my pinned!

I haven’t commented on any of the ShB episodes yet, so here we go. Chapter 2 is estimated to last for over a year real-time, it correlates to the msq events up to Amity. The name honestly I’m not too proud of, I didn’t wanna spend too much brain juice on it :’> But the cover.....

Obligatory ShB spoiler warning!

- Investigating each other. They’ve become completely new people since ARR.

- Despite what he thinks of himself, our lord and savior Crystal Exarch has the ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ grandeur ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆.

- Vivi’s self-image is similar, he doesn’t see himself as anything grand no it’s not a height joke but Exarch rapidly grows in his eyes as he learns about him.

- He sports an outfit I once doodled and found cute, I’m just being cheeky about his newfound obsession.

- He also appears fragile to Exarch, who’s literally seen a world where he died being this young. Exarch wants to protect him, to say the least.

- Vivi’s perceived helplessness and lack of agency in ShB, although it’s nothing he hasn’t already been through in his other WoL misadventures.

- The Light, of course the wicked white surrounding them.

Episode 12 I’m proud of writing-wise, but not art-wise. Turns out the Ocular is a bigger bitch to draw/paint than I’d anticipated, and, although I’ve mostly figured it out by now (having just released episode 16 for patrons), the colors and light in the episode 12 will forever stick out like a sore thumb to me, probably until I find the time to redraw it. Same goes for the Scions, learning to draw a whole bunch of new characters over a week (roughly, an episode takes 7~14 days to complete), well, I should’ve taken a bigger break and practiced some more.

I’d even apply the ugly word “crunch” to this episode. But ah, the best page wasn’t crunched, hell started breaking loose a bit later. Yeah I don’t work in order, usually I do the most important frames first.

A bit of a sidetrack: even though I sometimes find myself wanting for more time between episodes, I don’t think I can afford making the releases even more sparse, current 2-week cycle ensures that this story WILL reach its finale in some distant 2028 if not later, I’m not kidding, it might take even longer and I’ve only been working on the script for a year. The broad strokes are complete, but I indulge in adding more sweet nonsense here and there. Or sometimes a raw af dialogue pops up in my head and MUST be included in some chapter. In other words, help, this behemoth keeps growing.

Personally I’m loyal to my fandoms, and not in a rush to finish the comic, but my mmo experience bangs on that nothing lasts forever: I don’t know where the xiv community would be in 5+ years from now, and I need A LOT of people supporting me, allowing me to work on this full time. So I’d rather keep a steady pace while it’s still possible.

As I get more xp in painting backgrounds and learn all the ShB character designs, it should become easier for me. Currently I’m fumbling through a new field, so please bear with me :’D

Back to the main topic: I came up with and scrapped at least 2 ideas of the transition between ARR and ShB, the timeskip was always planned, but Vivi needed some more introduction still. Current iteration of Exarch “interviewing” the Scions seems the most fun and creative to me.

Also, tea parties with Urianger and Feo Ul :> They’re his only two friends in my hc, Urianger he purposely revealed himself to, and Feo Ul, merely being a soul in a sparkly shell, can see Exarch’s soul as well, hoods are useless. All while they’re somewhat reliable, truly the paragon of pixies who wouldn’t randomly spill his secrets (probably).

Vivi’s a mirror. Every single one of us is, to some degree. We react and adapt to the way the others treat us, and so does Vivi. Unintentionally, of course. It’s a natural “passive trait”. All the Scions except Urianger (for the same reason he managed to trick the pixies, he’s just a special smartass) see their reflections in Vivi, direct or warped.

Y’shtola is basically this:

Can’t promise equal amounts of screentime for all the Scions, but the twins and Thancred are the closest to Vivi, you’ll definitely see more of them.

He’s 26 now, which is still rather young by the elezen standards, and he’s way too tired (tm) probably like most WoLs at this point in time.

Maybe not of life itself, but he’s definitely sick of the Source and all its inhabitants. For all he cares, this place can go to hells.

His state just so happens to be perfect for the isekai love story that awaits him. How did he get there? I know, you’ll have to stick around until I deem it appropriate to drop some flashback episodes. I’m leery of loredumping too early on: firstly, you current readers will get more invested over time, therefore have more fun learning about him at a later point; secondly, I’m personally not a fan of tragic backstories right in yo face, before the main story gets a chance to breathe. And, mind you, Vivi’s past isn’t even THAT tragic, just, well.. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes \o/

In this episode I wanted to show his practical approach to things. He may possess an Echo, Blessing, soul stone and whatnot else, but gotta stick a good ol’ dagger in a boot just in case. He’s a doubter, just a tiny bit paranoid.

Also he has The Chair (tm) where he dumps clothes on. His room in the Rising Stones looks vague for now because we indeed don’t return there for years in real time, I don’t need to spend my energy on designing this room in detail just yet.

Most items don’t hold any special meaning, he simply prepares for a journey into the unknown. Well, there’s the journal he dumps his cringy thoughts in, and doodles sometimes. The trinket he holds here is a Princess Ai easter egg:

Exarch’s glorious meltdown does a good job averting eyes from Feo Ul being right there in the beginning of the episode 14, but yeah they’re present not for no reason :>

Gotta mention that there’s no amnesia, insanity, or other sad brain fuckery ever in this comic. Vivi’s head’s made of dense and sturdy stuff x’D

We don’t see Exarch in this moment ingame, so I took my creative liberty to illustrate the range of emotions he goes through in like 5 minutes before finally rushing out to meet his hero in person, forgetting that he can teleport at will (yet another hc of mine) anywhere in the Tower’s vicinity, and doing so on foot.

Caroline could have also been way more interesting in later seasons. The girl was in a physically and emotionally abusive relationship!!!! She was turned. She was as a child. Instead we got what we got and all the meta (do we still use that term idk) does not erase the nonsense. In response to feeling rejected by Stefan for Elena, Bonnie tells her it’s not a competition. Caroline’s response is given in the most terrifying tone, “yeah it is”. She needs to be studied 😭

I feel similarly about Tyler. What a waste of an interesting character. They gave him a redemption for what?

The budget for the music in season 1…the Fray?! Shocked. Florence + the machine…flabbergasted

The amount of sex on teen shows is kind of wild and makes it’s so much harder to watch as an adult.

I hate Damon this rewatch too lmao. As a former Bamon shipper we had strength and dedication fr. We loved the potential bc omg he was terrible.

I cannot stand the amount of layers on these kids. Is it that cold when they’re wearing bikinis at a car wash?!?

The show did so much better at showing not telling in season 1. Elena is loyal bc she wants Damon to know that Caroline is her friend and she’s won’t hook up with him. She’s fiesty and fierce when she slaps him. We get that’s part of who she is. In later seasons it’s just telling us shit that doesn’t and hasn’t applied.

Suspense is where this series thrived (even when there was no pay off to it). Very fun. I’m still surprised by so many things. There’s so much I forgot.

Did not remember that the humanity thing started this early. It’s so obnoxious and didn’t have to be. Seems like your humanity had yall sleeping with the same girl. Idk how much weight that is supposed to hold, Brother.

Everybody failed Vicky. Period. Like why are Tyler and Jeremy arguing about sleeping with her in front of Matt. Sick. We also just forgot about Tyler forcing himself on her…

Class differences in this show were very pronounced in the beginning. All the founder’s are delulu.

Matt and Vicky got a deadbeat and a deadbeat predator, Caroline got emotionally abusive parents, Bonnie got deadbeats but one is successful, Tyler’s parents are emotionally and physically abusive, the Gilberts died but isobel and John were terrible, and they all lose their parental figures all as literal children…and this is a show about family… this is a show about consent, codependency, addiction, and grief. I can’t even say it’s truly about found family bc they treat each other like shit

Elena and Stefan’s relationship is sooo toxic. How many teenage girls were brainwashed by this show? Bc he is violent and it is wild it was marketed towards teens. They’re literally the couple where the girl is breaking up a fight and holding his face because she’s the only one who can calm him down but x 100000%

full disclaimer i started this intro when i was half awake then i completely forgot where i was going w it so :) 

introducing...wu yuhua! best known as the face of house wu (in the early years anyway), infamously known amongst the grapevine as house han’s favored honeypot as well as a black widow (this is, after the deaths of her husbands ofc), and formerly known as the lady wei of the fire nation and lady jing of the earth nation from her prior marriages.

now for... the face of house wu!

as the oldest amongst her sisters, yuhua bears the burden of upholding the family name—or more specifically, catering to house han’s needs. (be fkn fr the arrangement for house han’s support to their rise in nobility is sus af) 

jack of all trades but master of none, yuhua has under her belt a plethora of skills—she’s learned about as many instruments (pipa, guzheng, etc) and just as many dances as well as carries a pretty tune. and yet, nothing substantial that her sisters can’t overshadow her in later on. still, because she’s a beauty, she’s never had to be best. (mom beats this into her early on)

it is her beauty that makes her renowned, that boosts the family name. (+ the fact that when the sisters move in public together, they go in a crowd of pretty girl next to pretty girl next to pretty girl, with yuhua at the head; so they’re pretty Infamous ~*~) 

then there’s... the honeypot and the black widow!

given the eternal debt (as mother would like to put it) to house han, yuhua has done her share of buttering up and schmoozing under the orders of house han. read: secrets are best extracted the way, with honey rather than vinegar. yuhua to a degree prides herself in the ability to pry open the chests of men, take their secrets as her own.

yuhua’s first marriage is just shy of her 20s to a wealthy man just shy of his 50s. details of their sudden engagement is kept purposely vague yet the wedding itself was obnoxiously extravagant and noisy. the two moved out of hari bulkan to her husband’s land shortly after the marriage. and yuhua returned alone, just shy of twenty months later. 

strange, but one look at the tears on her face excuses any and all skepticism (he was rather old anyway).

so, we move on. she returns to the stage after ‘mourning’ her husband and the world continues to spin.

and soon (give or take 4-5 years), comes her second marriage; mind you, details are also blurry here.

yuhua remarries in her late 20s, this time a ways further away than a little bit of land outside of hari bulkan. rumor has it she picks a lord from the earth nation simply because he knows little of her reputation. but the ceremony all the same is grand, held within the walls of ba sing se with all her sisters and mother in attendance.

and for a while, all was well. 

then the fire nation (chaehwi) attacked...!  

the earth nation, though thoroughly unaffected, watches anxiously as war begins to unravel on fire nation land. and it is during this state of tension amongst bss that her husband Suddenly falls deathly ill—passing eight months later.

yuhua herself returns to her home country around 48bg; perhaps the only one in the nation thankful for the war, given that no one seems to bat an eye on the suspicious circumstances of her return.

stereotypical wu enforced conditioning has whipped her into a kind of demure, sultry, damsel that men love to stick their necks out for. she’s prim, proper, and moves with a grace that’s been beaten into the spine since young. yuhua, however, has never claimed to be kind or generous and no one has ever expected such of her. despite that, she’s known to be quite amiable and popular amongst ladies her age (generally because she’s a “trendsetter” and all); not that she’s particularly close to any one of them (she knows exactly what they think of her). doesn’t have any specific interest in gossip (unless it’s something related to the hans/wus or something the hans want her to gather info for), yuhua is incredibly self-centered and therefore is only interested in things that revolve around her.

I just need to vent about an old fandom of mine

So today I ventured back into my old twitter account with my old fandom just to see what was going on. There’s another scandal, to no one’s surprise. There’s fighting amongst the fandom but the main drama comes from the band themselves. This time it’s about a concert that they’ve announced about 2 months ago and sold VIP tickets for but the tickets for the actual concert never went on sale. Like there’s a date but there’s no venue and stuff like that. The people who bought the VIP are wondering what the fuck is going on and the band is dead silent about it. I do not understand why and I’m honestly genuinely surprised they even still have fans at this point. This is not a first time offence. They’ve had multiple issues where they say absolutely nothing.

My concert was canceled and they did not say a single word about it. We found out on ticketmaster. Instead of posting a statement they posted stupid tik tok dances. Nearly the entire fandom begged them to speak up and still not a word. The day of the concert they posted a photo of them at a baseball game. This was the final straw for me, I did not want to be associated with them after that.

I’m venting about this because this is a band I’ve dedicated my life to. I’ve been a loyal fan since 2010. For 10 fucking years I’ve been a loyal fan and I get treated like garbage. Now they’re doing the same shit to other fans. But this situation is worse. At least I got my money back from the tickets and their scam club. People paid money for these VIP tickets and they have no other info for their show that’s supposedly happening in February. It’s really shitty to treat their fans this way. I don’t think they’re bad people but this whole tour rubbed me the wrong way before the cancellation of my show. Like the whole thing screamed cash grab to me.

My issue started when they did their membership fan club, which was $100 ($140 for me) for a pre sale code and a mystery gift that they didn’t reveal until a month later. It was basically dollar store school supplies (the water bottle came in handy though lol) Already this tour was feeling like a cash grab. Then when they canceled my show that’s when I was done. I’ve went back occasionally to see what was going on. They introduced an app that you had to pay for, it was basically twitter but with a paywall. And now they just announced they’re doing a livestream of an old concert and you have to pay to watch it. Tell me this isn’t a cash grab.

Anyways I don’t know where I’m going with this. I’m just very bitter and petty about this. They need to stop screwing over their fans before there’s no one left. Loyalty only goes a long way. Take it from me who is a loyal af person and they’ve managed to lose me. I’m petty enough to say that I want them to lose more fans and I want it to be painfully obvious to them. Once that income from loyal fans stop rolling in then they’ll take notice. I’ll be right there laughing in their faces when it does.

it’s actually disgusting what they are doing to Trev, they probably would have done the same to mason last year, I’m surprised they’ve not done it to Conor too. Like how to fans expect academy players to be loyal and call them snakes for leaving even when the club isn’t loyal to them. As a United fan, our academy players are really important because we’ve seen a team built with a core from the academy go on to do incredible things, I don’t understand how Chelsea’s owners don’t see how much value and importance an academy has.

I wanted the pranks to be as harmless as possible, more of an inconvenience than anything else. i HATE hurtful pranks so I went with the desktop background thing and the googly eyes and fake poop. and Jimin left his car in the lot over the weekend. he was originally going to get picked up in an uber in front of MC but Yoongi was already picking up Lila and Harin, so it made sense Jimin would get picked up too lol

Harin's reaction to the fake poop was hilarious! she's so cute! and Tae immediately realizes that MC has a crush on Jimin! he's been around for ages so he knows how she gets with a crush lol

I loved the Friday the 13th cake incident! i was so excited to write it lmao Harin's birthday is the 14th of October so they shared a birthday party and yes, MC was mortified when she realized she had cut and eaten Jimin's birthday cake. Jimin found it hilarious!

Jungkook and Yoongi were having a wonderful time laughing at Jimin's expense! everything just clicked! and mc can't help but daydream about Jimin lmao she wasn't expecting to meet Jimin's friends and her mom's friend of a friend who wanted to set her up with her son who happens to take her parking spot everyday lol the kiss was my favorite! they were supposed to kiss the second time they fell on each other but i wanted it to be a little more private.

Ooh ok I follow so many accs (such as yours!) that write quality Matt and Al idk if I’ll measure up, but I’ll try to say something original:

My first thought was just that they’re good bros 😂. They’re the type you can see on the street and immediately know that they’re brothers and they get along well, and not just because they look similar. (As opposed to siblings like Arthur and Alistair where the moment you walk into the same room with them you’re like 😶 what’s going on what’s the vibe here) When they’re together they make the people around them feel relaxed and at ease, because they’re relaxed and at ease with each other. However, I also believe that they’re siblings who don’t coddle each other — they tell it to each other straight, and can often be brutal af. Getting scolded by each other has more impact on them than anyone else: Al can easily dismiss a lecture from Arthur about being obstinate, but if Matt starts yelling at him to get his head out of his fucking ass, shits real. Similarly I think Arthur and most other nations have a hard time telling off Matt because he’s so nice and he doesn’t talk back, so Matt often goes to Alfred to get opinions on things with no filter.

So yeah, they’re close, but or perhaps because of that they’re also very aware of each other’s flaws (or what they perceive as each other’s flaws). Personally I think one of Matt’s biggest gripes with Alfred is his sense of responsibility/loyalty, or lack thereof. He knows that when it comes to his own duty as a nation/soldier etc. or his own people, Alfred is unfailingly loyal. But he’s wary of how Al treats others that are not necessarily bound to be within his interests — other nations, shares friends and family. A lot of this naturally stems from the fact that after Al left, all the pressure and responsibility of being the “heir” of the British Empire and the oldest child fell to Matthew. Not only that, Arthur pushed Matt extra hard and was even more strict with him because of his own hurt and fears of a “repeat” Alfred. So although Matt will never put it in as many words, for a long time he felt really bitter that even though they were brothers, twins even, Al shoved everything on Matt and pursued his own freedom. What rankled even more is that after leaving, Al tried to get Matt to join him too (by force if necessary, ahem 1812), to which Matt was like do you not understand that I have to deal with ur shit, and now ur telling me to abandon that shit on someone else and join you in pursuing an uncertain future just because you said to? So yeah, that stung. Another part of this is that Canada is friends with a lot of people that technically as an American ally he’s not “supposed” to be friends with — Cuba or Vietnam during the war are some examples. Having seen the things his brother has done/is capable of doing, he’s very aware that at any point his own relationships may be jeopardized depending on the political mood and tries to encourage Al to think about the “human” side of things in addition to the pragmatic side.

For Alfred, his main issue with Matt is that he’s a bit of a hypocrite. Like, Arthur is in many ways just as, if not more ruthlessly pragmatic than Alfred is, and yet Matthew never admonishes him; at best he gives suggestions as to what Arthur should do and if Arthur happens to insist otherwise, Matt will still follow through. Matt is also very protective of his other siblings like Zee and Australia and even HK and Singapore etc. Plus, Matt’s *ahem* relationship with Ned is something Al finds kinda iffy too — he can understand protecting Arthur or Francis, but having feelings for another imperial power is just???? No???? All these things combined make Alfred think Matthew is not so much driven by morals as personal feelings when he tells him to be nicer to other nations, and he’s not entirely wrong. It’s like Matt can condone a little bit of bullying, but not too much bullying, and his tolerance level varies depending on how close he is with the person in question. For someone like Alfred who has very clear cut values, even when he doesn’t quite act along the lines he’s set, that’s just wishy washy of Matt — dangerous, even. (This is a trait Matthew shares with Francis: both see the world in infinite shades of grey and neither like absolutes or setting hard boundaries, for themselves and for others)

I can't find a legitimate source stating that Hori cried while writing 297, but then again I can't read Japanese so perhaps that's how that was found out. How far is the prison from UA? All Might may not be fast enough. Do you think AFO would order the nomu to take out all might (I think shig's body isnt goin w them) or would he prefer to do it himself? OOOH or maybe if such a scenario is about to happen, Stain would save All Might? All Might still has to explain his concern about the 4th user!

yeah, I haven’t been able to find a source for the whole “Horikoshi cried while writing 297″ thing either, so for now I’m going to treat it as just a rumor. the only thing I’ve actually been able to confirm is that the weekly preview for the next chapter apparently says “the worst is not over yet.” but from what I understand, these preview blurbs aren’t actually written by Horikoshi, but by Jump’s editors. and they’re more like teasers/commercials (”tune in next time for the shocking conclusion...!”) than actual hints at what’s to come. we can already see that things aren’t looking good for Our Heroes at the moment, so I wouldn’t say this preview is telling us anything we don’t already know.

as for the Horikoshi crying thing, way back in June Horikoshi made a remark in Jump’s weekly author comment section, where he said he had spent two hours “crying from both joy and sadness.” and I recall that fandom had this exact same “OMG WHO IS HE KILLING OFF IN THE NEXT CHAPTER” reaction, despite the fact that he never said he had cried because of a chapter, or while writing a chapter, or anything like that. people just sort of assumed and/or paraphrased, and word ended up spreading in pretty much the exact same way it is now.

so I’m starting to wonder if this is just history repeating itself lol. not that this makes me any more optimistic about the upcoming arc in general, but at least in regards to 297, there doesn’t seem to be any proof that that chapter in particular will be especially traumatizing. still bracing myself just in case though.

I’m not sure how far Tartarus is from U.A. but it’s at least close enough that the characters can drive down for an afternoon visit, as several of them have done in the past.

I’m not sure if AFO would have the Noumu dispose of All Might or not. he really seems to be the kind of guy who likes to torment his enemies and really drag out their suffering, and with All Might in particular he might want to make the occasion of his death as ~special~ as possible. but on the other hand, I could also see him ordering the Noumu to take him out as sort of an insult to him. sort of a disrespectful, “look how powerless you’ve become; you’re not even worthy of a Main Character’s death anymore” sort of thing. idk.

it would be badass af if AFO freed Stain and the other prisoners, expecting them to become his loyal followers in return, only to have Stain turn on him and come to All Might’s rescue. I would love that.

and yeah, All Might does still owe Deku a conversation about the fourth OFA user. however (and I won’t really get into it here because I’m already working on a meta about it), I suspect that Katsuki is actually going to be more central to that plot. I would still like to see Deku confront All Might about all his secret-keeping, though. hopefully he’ll get to do that with the actual All Might, and won’t have to settle for just having a conversation with All Might’s Vestige. :/ lol I really need the next chapter as soon as possible so I can stop worrying about all this. of all the cliffhangers to have a long break on... damn.
