Penitence introduces bracelet weaving and bead animals to Heart as a form of dexterity therapy for his hands and the second Heart gets the hang of it BAM. Bead animals EVERYWHERE in his room. Bead lizards on the WALLS.

He weaves friendship bracelets for the three of them :D. Perseverance acts reluctant but wears it everywhere, Penitence is doing a STRUGGLE he already has 5 bracelets. They end up wearing it as an anklet instead (plus! reason to roll his pants up again)

Penitence 100% joins Heart when he crafts. He's the Craft Sibling and maybe getting back into his old hobbies is a Good Thing Actually. Perseverance is NOT a craft person have you seen the chicken plush its lopsided, but he is good at paper origami.

I've got this mental image of like. Heart and Penitence on the floor. Heart making bead animals and Penitence doing sewing projects. Perseverance on the couch behind them filling a jar with origami stars. Soft bonding mental image ough...

gael had a rough night, well...could it really be called all that rough if he had spent it feeling as light as a feather yet somehow placed under a weighted blanket at the very same time? one may make the argument that there's never such thing as too much weed, but there was. there most certainly was, especially when it had been paired with hard liquor. which may have been the true root of the problem. the man wasn't usually a big drinker, but he'd found himself chasing practically half a bottle and paired up with the thc was a serious combo for needing a good lie down. he'd somehow managed to crawl in to the backseat of his car to pass out, but the next morning -- or was it already afternoon? he woke up to the confusing sensation that he was... moving? he hadn't even remembered falling asleep in the car at all, but he groggily wiped at his face until he felt awake enough to sit up and realize that someone was in fact driving...and this wasn't his car. "where we going?" he had the audacity to calmly ask while peeking in to the front seat.

decided to try and draw how I envision shades tent in camp looks. the tent is actually quite open, so to offer more protection and privacy she has pinned a piece of patchworked cloth across the front. inside is a simple sleeproll with an added blanket and her lantern. outside is a table of shadow-cursed wood with a tarnished silver plate holding a shadow vestige, a pile of books, and a badly broken tarnished mirror. may add more decoration, but in general she doesn't have much and her tent is obviously very beaten up and worn, pieced together from whatever she has managed to scavenge in the shadow-cursed lands. as far as placement goes, her tent is usually on the edge of camp, a bit distant from the campfire or tents of the other companions. this isn't out of a desire for solitude or dislike of the party, but more awkwardness and not knowing where she fits into the group, so she stays on the fringe.

because friday is my art posting day i've literally been in a conundrum about stuff... like not every commission that comes my way is some big bitch!!! and i kinda built a brand for awhile on posting my big beautiful catgirl on fridays. im slowly working through like. doing this stuff As A Job™ (which is insanely difficult believe me) while still being aware that im on a time limit because i'll be back at school in the fall...

but im almost through my queue! i'll be starting my last wips tomorrow and then probably reopening slots early on in the week! once im through this current queue honestly i'm probably gonna. not do stuff for a week or so as i take care of other stuff (i have a completely different job in ttrpg work, believe it or not).

the next batch of commission slots will be a bit pricier than the last and there'll be fewer, but its moreso because at my current rate its just not tenable! after i open slots again towards the end of this month, i'll probably open them one last time towards the latter half of august and that'll be it for the summer. i might take one or two here and there throughout the proceeding school year, but in all actuality im probably staring down the barrel of the most stressful one i've ever had.

my crackest crack theory is that the graphic novel clary was drawing in cog was actually about will herondale. and through her powers she actually made up the shadowhunter world, and then it took on a life of its own (very cyclical) . and the reason chot is set up like a play is because, in a meta way, we the readers are going to realize that none of this actually happened. it was all just a story

HEADCANON

Damon has no friends and a LOT of hours in the day to kill. Plus all those hours at night when he can't sleep. Before the invention of modern entertainment, he spent a lot of those hours reading anything he could get his hands on. He's not as studious as his brother, but he's still incredibly well read.

Nowadays though? Damon loves to watch teen dramas. Which ones you ask? All of them. He has very strong options about some of them and is not a single bit embarrassed about it. God forbid some shit go down that makes him miss one of his shows - he'll be pissy about it for at least a week.
