I did these mostly from memory and added a bit of my artistic flare to them

oh my god. I just KNOW these are so small. I remember drawing on sticky notes when I was little .. I’d love to do it again. I WISH I had these little doodles irl not only because they’re stunning but I KNOW THEYRE SOOO TINY!!! Starting with the backgrounds- omg. They all got their own and they’re all so fitting, even if the patterns are sorta ‘simple’. Each shape is PERFECT for them. The straight, organized lines for Sheep. Fun little dots for Sponge and intense zig zags for Insight. STARS FOR WHIMSY. ITS PERFECT and they look so intricate. Their name tags are amazing :’] they add such a nice touch and the bubble (is that the right word?) letters are just aaauuu so cool. How do I even begin on the design choices!!! Artistic flare is an UNDERSTATEMENT the designs are absolutely gorgeous!! SO. MUCH. DETAIL. The shading in the scales (like on Insight) is so so impressive. There’s like so much to point out omg. List of details I like: Whimsy’s lil neck stars, whimsy’s frill, the way you did the ‘plates’ on whimsy’s horns, Whimsy’s ENITRE facial structure, sheep’s fins, sheep’s glow scales, Spongy looks SOOO SOFT, Insights horns, insights scales (again), the way Insight looks so badass and menacing

Bonus Sheephead really ties this all together. The star of the show. I’m so baffled you only took MINUTES for these

The announcer began calling out the names of the fighters, lights, fire, and the big booms. The crowd cheered and hollered watching them come out on stage. You watched as an interesting, older looking man stepped out, his hair long and white, his clothes looked quite flashy with gold and silver and other shiny metals.

The other man stepped out. His hair was bright red and his eyes a shiny gold. Your eyes taking him in, desperately, like you couldn't see enough of him. His attire was jokerish, his long arms and tall silhouette emerging from the smoke. God he was beautiful. You had to have him.

You watched eagerly as the fight began. You heard the announcer call out different hits, most of which were by the red haired man. He moved so fast, his aura enveloping him and the other fighter. You could feel his energy, powerful and lustful, he was the perfect victim for you. Totally forgetting about the guy beside you, you were on the edge of your seat.

"WAIT!"

The other fighter called out, stopping the red haired man's next attack.

The announcer hollered about it over the intercom, but you were too invested in what you were seeing. The other fighter held his hands up, surrendering, his eyes pleading from his bruised and bloody face.

The announcer called off the fight, awarding the red haired man with the win. Although, he didn't seem pleased, more dissatisfied, like he was disgusted. He won the fight, why was he unhappy? Honestly didn't matter, you were already on your way to introduce yourself to your latest victim.

"You must be Hisoka." You said cheerful, asserted a seductive demeanour with the sway of your hips.

"Ah, yes." He turned around, letting his eyes drift down over your body, before making eye contact. "What can I do for you?"

His voice was like honey, thick and sweet. You could feel his lustful energy growing, easy target. He was already begging.

"I just wanted to introduce myself," You smiled at him, flipping your hair and licking your lips while talking with him. "I'm a big fan."

You let your voice slip into a more flirtatious tone, sticking out one of your hands delicatly.

He took your hand, pressing a soft kiss to your knuckles.

"Always nice to meet a fan." He held your hand in his a moment longer before letting go and turning away to leave. "Bye, bye."

Although he was walking away, you could still feel his strong energy. Something about it, the aura, pooling at your core.

You knew he would be easy prey, you could tell just how eager he would be for you, just from his aura. You could probably get a lot of energy from him, more than you really needed.

That night, you laid in your bed at the arena waiting. Checking the time once again you decided that now was a good enough time as any.

Standing up, adjusting your short red dress, and fixing your hair, you prepare yourself.

Appearing now in Hisoka's room, you could hear the shower running and decided to make yourself comfortable. You sat down in the bed, kicking off your heels and letting you dress ride up a bit as you waited.

Not much longer you heard the shower shut off, not sure why you were getting so excited over just another victim. You watched as he stepped out of the bathroom, drying his hair with the towel before wrapping it around his waist.

As he turned the corner of his room his eyes lit up with surprise only briefly, his face never showing it.

"Oh~" he only barely acknowledged you sitting in the bed, still you persisted, as he went about his room. "Usually I'm more prepared for guests."

"That's quite alright, sorry if I'm being too forward but," you played out your same, tired routine. Blah blah blah You're just so tempting blah blah blah.

Except this time, he interrupted.

"Don't be sorry, I prefer my women a little more forward." He came up to you, resting his hands on either side of you on the bed. "It's more fun that way."

he takes your palms in his, lacing his long fingers through your own, and helps you take a seat in the sand. it seems as if he’s placed some sort of blanket beneath you, considering the plush comfort that your body has in the rough environment - and you’re grateful. dirt grains are always such a hassle to clean up. “what’s this all about, jean?” you furrow your eyebrows, eyes still shut, and wait for his response to the infamous question you’ve been asking him all day. “can i open them yet?”

“go ahead, beautiful.”

you snap your eyes open, the brightness of the sun immediately blinding you for a split second before you’re able to take in your surroundings. you’re at a beach. a beach. a place that your boyfriend’s been promising to take you to for months now, but the season hasn’t allowed it. your face is consumed by a large smile, a beam that could rival the sunny rays themselves, and you throw your arms around him in happiness. he laughs, stumbling slightly, but maintaining his ground. with his strength he spins you around, concluding the act with a soft kiss to your temple and nestles your body in his own.

“what made you think of this?” you murmur, happily trapped between his arms as the two of you watch the sun begin to set over the blue horizon. shades of pink and purple dart across the sky in paint strokes, blending with the watered down clouds and flurries of golden white. if someone were to take a picture of you right now, it would be worthy of the louvre. “really, jean - this is more than i could ever ask for.”

“well, you never ask for much.” his body warmth keeps you from shivering in the creeping nightly breeze. “so, i did what i could - and it’s beautiful isn’t it? i don’t think i’ve ever found the ocean so…serene.” the words dripping from his lips drag on, it’s as if his train of thought cannot find its station - the cargo is lost on the tracks that have no definite end. “maybe it’s because i’m here with you. maybe you’re the reason i’m beginning to love this place.”

“- but no matter how much love i gain for this moment, i’ll always love you more.”

         he   IS   attached   to   it   ,      yes   !!      i’m   always   worried   that   people   think   of   it   as   just   him   being   materialistic   but   i   think   it’s   more   than   that   ..      in   my   canon   ,      it   was   actually   his   nonna’s/grandmother’s   sweater   ,      and   he’s   had   it   for   YEARS   now.      like   ,      since   he   was   7.      euhh   nonna   was   a   very   important   person   in   his   life   until   she   passed   ,      she   took   care   of   ercole   and   took   up   the   role   as   guardian   and   caretaker   when   she   visited   when   he   was   younger   because   ercole’s   parents   were   doing   a   shit   job   ,      basically.      her   pink   sweater   seemed   to   be   something   she   wore   a   LOT   ,      nearly   everytime   she   visited   the   mansion   she’d   HAVE   IT   with   her.      she   always   let   ercole   wear   it   if   he   wanted   to   ,      if   he   got   COLD   ,      if   he   was   hurt   ,      she’d   wrap   him   in   it   and   tried   to   make   him   feel   better.      i   have   a   whole   DRABBLE   here   based   on   how   he   GOT   the   sweater   in   the   first   place   after   she   died   ..      granted   it’s   old   and   it   might   sound   like   trash   but   it’s   comprehensive   !      basically   though   ,      whenever   his   parents   went   to   nonna’s   house      (   in   central   italy   ,      &   this   would   be   around   ~1949   )      to   deal   with   all   her   stuff   ect   ,      ercole   nabbed   the   sweater   in   her   room   and   he   was   allowed   to   KEEP   IT.

      there’s   a   COUPLE   things   i’d   like   to   point   out   ,      too   :      in   the   movie   ,      the   sweater   itself   seems   VERY   small.      like   ,      not   ercole’s   size   at   all   ,      and   certainly   not   nonna’s   size   either.      i   like   to   think   that   ercole   had   FUCKED   UP   washing   it   when   he   was   younger   because   he   didn’t   trust   the   maids   to   handle   the   sweater   right   ,      so   he   tried   doing   the   laundry   for   it   himself.      unfortunately   ,      he   didn’t   know   QUITE   what   he   was   doing   ,      and   ended   up      SHRINKING      it   quite   a   bit   over   time.      safe   to   say   he   learned   quickly   how   to   PROPERLY   wash   a   wool   sweater   to   keep   its   integrity   very   soon   after   his   realization.

         also   also   ,      it’s   interesting   to   note   how   his   sweater      ((IN   CANON!!))      has   a   bit   of   wear   around   the   sleeves   and   bottom   hem   ..      indicating   it’s   been   well   -   loved.      and   i   think   that’s   neat   :-)      i   think   that   definitely   plays   into   my   headcanons   very   well.      the   only   reason   it   looks   LESS   raggedy   than   it   could   is   just   because   he’s   been   very   protective   of   it   over   the   years.      it’s   a   COMFORT   ITEM   ,      to   be   precise.      it’s   the   one   last   attachment   he   has   to   his   nonna.      he’d   like   to   KEEP   IT   as   pristine   and   perfect   as   he   could   ,      tearing   it   or   damaging   it   anymore   than   need   be   only   tells   ercole   he’s      HURTING      nonna   in   a   sense   ,      and   he   doesn’t   want   that.      so   he   does   his   BEST   to   keep   it   in   good   shape   ,      avoiding   anything   that   could   possibly   DAMAGE   it   ect.

      okay   i’ve   gone   on   for   long   enough   but   ONE   LAST   THING.      please   note   how   ciccio   is   the   first   and   only   person   ercole   seems   to   GO   TO   for   anything   regarding   his   sweater.      he   hands   ciccio   and   ONLY   ciccio   his   sweater   twice   ,      and   ciccio’s   also   seen   with   it   at   the   end   of   the   movie         (      right   before   it’s   dropped   in   the   fking   fountain   but   anyways      )   ..      just      ANOTHER      point   to   feed   into   how   ercole   trusts   ciccio   so   fucking   much.      it’s   never   anybody   else   :’)
