This set is a collection of items based on the Lolita J-fashion Subculture, specifically 90s-early 2000s, which often has a mix of Gothic, Doll-like, "Tacky" elements which may be considered "ita" (painful to look at) in many modern Lolita Coords. However, I love the experimental attitudes to the fashion that Lolitas had in those old GLB street snaps and wanted to emulate that for your Sims. Embrace the frumpiness and most of all enjoy! ^_^
