How did so much go wrong in a few seconds-

I tried to put a remote down, the battery fell out, so leant down to pick it up. I meant down TOO FAR and I fell off my bed. I fell onto a draw, cracked it, then pulled another out and all my medication fell out of it, THEN my foot went into the spaghetti I had for dinner, THEN I dropped a bowl so now there's yogurt on my carpet.

God help me.
