ʚїɞ - "Stop..." Fern held out an arm to stop a young girl from continuing down the path she was walking away from. She had wanted to walk that path too since it was the faster way to return with her groceries, but she'd encountered a problem along the way.

"You can't go that way. There was a traffic accident of some kind. I heard no one was hurt, but the road and both sidewalks are closed off a ways down."

⠀⠀⠀❛ ⠀Not at all. At least you had the decency to aim it upward.⠀ ❜ ⠀⠀⠀THERE ⠀was a lack of alarm or indignation in her voice, rather composed all things considered. Don't misunderstand— she's extremely curious. That curiosity just happens to overpower any sense of fight or flight; after all, the Grail War exposed her to much more potent magical energy... and even that was only the beginning of a lifelong journey.

⠀⠀⠀Still, curiosity hasn't robbed her of her common sense. Rin stays at her ( relatively ) safe distance, pushing her hair over one shoulder. ⠀⠀❛ ⠀... Well ? Don't let me interrupt you. With a spell that potent, you'll need all the focus you can get... Just pretend I'm not even here.⠀ ❜ ⠀

Hikaru knows there's no one there to use her rarely-used spell so, she practiced aiming on it as she did it upwards where no one gets hurt of its power, asides from limited use of five, now four. The glove she wore was the main source of her magic, after all.

Her eyes tilted to a girl with a red sweater in the middle of the incantation that she had to stop immediately.

"I, uh just trying to test my magic. Yeah, magic..." Awkward situation aside, well she's just trying it. "I didn't hurt anyone and you, right?"

Least Ruby Lightning was indeed her strongest spell, unfair aside with her friends with three spells and four.

✧*:･ﾟ| HE isn't a fighter by nature, but if he's going to prove himself, he'd best grow accustomed to this mirror world. With every step taken, he's confronted by a sense of WRONGNESS, buildings slightly shifted out of place or signs displaying different images. Every so often, he finds his steps turned back around to the place he began. Not even maps could help, for he's always been the sort to rely on his intuition for directions.

A sigh, as though he's finally been broken down. Palms rest upon his knees, eyes lowered. He doesn't want to GIVE UP yet, with a determined glint to his lilac eyes. ❝Young miss, you also look a little lost,❞ he says, when those eyes catch a teenager who seems to have herself turned around. ❝Or, at least … not yet accustomed to this Spirale. Am I correct?❞

Kunikida had been invited to this strange game show where the premise was to break as many targets as possible. without his notebook, however, he really didn’t have a good way to accomplish that. He also didn’t really know why he, of all people, was chosen to even try.

It wasn’t his turn to attempt anything quite yet, but he figured he’d have a chance too soon enough. His eyes were focused on the current contestant, and he occasionally jotted down what he saw in his new (and very lackluster) notebook.

After a few minutes, he slammed his notebook closed and sighed, then turned to the next contestant in line.

“The staff said that we can work in pairs for this. I’ve been writing down what the contestants have accomplished so far, so I think if you paired up with me, we’d have a good advantage.”

    Yukiko enjoyed being in the open fields, surrounded by nature-- Perhaps it reminded her much of Inaba. She liked the rather quiet, quaint areas. It wasn’t often Yukiko was able to summon her persona, either. She hadn’t been given many chances. If Chie was around, she’d probably want her to keep training. “If I summon my persona here, I wonder what would happen.”

    “It’s been a while, Konohana Sakuya..!” With that, Yukiko and her persona stood out in the open fields. Maybe it looked odd to an outsider, given the fact she looked like a nymph. Somehow, saying that name again felt empowering. She couldn’t do much with only healing spells, but nonetheless, maybe she would be able to find some sort of usage for it-- Whether it be herself or training someone else.

"Haru is like a family to me. Like my little brother so to speak." There was no master and pet when it came to Hanabi. Haru was the only family Hanabi had left.

"I know it's not the same thing, but you can have a pet here. Haru was brought here with me. The stars were kind enough to allow it, I think. But I heard you can get these eggs? And from it, an animal of your choosing can hatch!"

"Just like my times with Hikari, my pet dog." Hikaru was used to have a dog at her home, grown even. After the time she defeated Emeraude, her time with her pet was temporary until she ended up in Spirale for years now. She's glad to see master and pet together as Haru is taking baths happily.

"Ah, i'm jealous. I wish i could have a pet here too. A dog, would rather." Can't blame Hikaru having a penchant of dogs.

✧*:･ﾟ| HE would not deny his relief, which comes accompanying a sigh. Lips tick upwards, but he has enough sense not to prattle on about how grateful he is. 

❝I won't lie, I'm glad I'm not the only one. I hate using maps as navigation, but I really should have swallowed my PRIDE.❞ He scratches the back of his neck, put off by his own foolishness. At my age, I ought to be an EXAMPLE to others!

❝DREAMING? No, I am certain this is reality. And… ❞ Well, nobody says that they have to spend their reality in misery. ❝What do you say we try to FIGURE things out together? Two pairs of eyes and all that.❞
