PT PMA. Key steps to open a company

To initiate the process of the registration a company in Bali, you will need to provide the following information:

1️⃣ Company Name

According to Indonesian law, your company's name must be distinctive and consist of three English or Indonesian words, with 'company' or 'corporation' terms not being counted within the name.

2️⃣ Determining Roles

For the registration of PT PMA, a minimum of two shareholders is mandatory, whether they are individuals or legal entities. 

3️⃣ Ownership Percentage

Currently the immigration service is in the process of implementing new regulations; however, the precise changes and the timelines for their implementation have not been officially confirmed yet.

Canada Express Entry Program – Myths And Facts!

When it comes to immigration to Canada, ‘Express Entry’ are the hottest keywords that you are likely to come across. 1. 2. A Job Offer Is Required To Qualify For The Program – If you are able to secure a job offer from a Canadian employer, it does help you by getting you extra points in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). However, it’s not mandatory. If you receive a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) approved job offer, it helps you earn 600 CRS points, which greatly improves your chances of securing the Canada PR Visa.

3. Express Entry Is The Only Way You Can Immigrate To Canada – No doubt, Express Entry is the most popular immigration program run by the Federal Government of Canada, but this isn’t the only pathway for Canada immigration. There are other popular programs as well, among them are the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs). Canada has 10 provinces and 3 territories and all of them have their own PNPs or similar immigration programs. PNP is a great alternative to secure Canada Permanent Resident (PR) Visa for those who are unable to secure this through the Express Entry program. In fact, PNPs by provinces such as Alberta, Ontario and Saskatchewan are quite popular.

4. You Will Have Enough Time To Submit Your Documents For Canada PR After You Receive Your Invitation To Apply (ITA) – Once you receive your ITA, you will have a period of 60 calendar days to submit your documents for Canada PR application. However, there are a number of documents that you will need to submit for this purpose, and a period of 60 days may often prove to be insufficient to gather and submit these documents that include educational credentials, medical exam report, languages test results, employment reference letters along with the required forms. Therefore, you must keep these documents ready beforehand.

5. Language Test Is Optional For The Program – This is not true. English and French are the two official languages of Canada and all the candidates are required to have proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and listening in at least either of them. It is mandatory and to prove your efficiency, you will need to take a language proficiency test such as IELTS, TCF, TEF and submit the language test results.

6. Express Entry Candidates Can Check Their CRS Ranking In The Express Entry Pool – Not true. Although, as a candidate, you can view how many CRS points you have, you can’t see your CRS ranking. This is because CRS is meant to be used by the official Canadian immigration authority and for this reason, it provides limited information to the immigration candidates. This is also aimed at saving the system from being predictable to prevent its misuse and manipulation.

7. Once You Create An Express Entry Profile, You Can’t Update It Later – You can always update your Express Entry profile as you gain more work experience or add to your educational qualification or secure a better score in a language test. It is advisable to keep your profile up to date to stand a better chance of receiving an ITA.

8. You Can Get Away With False Information In The Express Entry System – This is not true and you must strictly avoid giving any false information for your Canada PR application. The scrutiny of information and documents submitted by you for Canada PR is done very diligently. If caught with any fictitious or false information, it will severely impact your chances of receiving Canada PR, or any kind of visa for that matter. “The Week In Tory returns for the second time in 4 days.

The weeks grow shorter, but the days last forever...

1. The consultant who advised the government to look for "alternative arrangements" on the Irish Border is in line for a £200m contract if alternative arrangements go ahead.

But to facilitate this, the government has to break international law with the Internal Market Bill (IMB)

Nobody can tell us what the "alternative arrangements" are, but the IMB passed through parliament anyway.

2. The UK’s highest-ranking law officer in Scotland resigned over the IMB

& The UK’s special envoy on media freedom, Amal Clooney (yes, that one) quit over IMB

3. The former (Tory appointed) ambassador to USA said the IMB was "hugely damaging to our international reputation"

4. Those snowflake liberal Remoaners Toby Young, Peter Hitchens and Tim Montgomerie turned on the govt over IMB. As did every living former-Prime Minister.

5. Joe Biden said there would be no UK/US Trade Deal if the IMB went ahead

But, Iain Duncan Smith said "we don’t need lectures" from Joe Biden

Trump’s special envoy to Northern Ireland also said there would be no Trade Deal

Apparently, Iain Duncan Smith does need lectures. Who knew?

6. Oh, and IMB also includes a provision allowing the government to break absolutely any law, absolutely any time!!!!!

7. Unrelated, I’m sure, but the number of "problem drinkers" in England doubled this year

So the government cut funding to alcohol addiction services

8. Dominic Raab, whose job it is to understand the Good Friday Agreement, admitted he hasn’t read the Good Friday Agreement

His excuse is: "it’s not a novel". True. Novels tend to be longer than 35 pages, aren't vital to solving conflicts that killed 3600 people

9. The Prime Minister, who literally voted to break a deal he signed with the EU, said the EU was "not negotiating in good faith"

The next morning, Northern Ireland minister and arch memo-misser Brandon Lewis went on TV and said "I believe the EU is negotiating in good faith"

10. It was revealed the Smart Freight System to handle post-Brexit trade won’t be ready until at least April 2021.

That’s at least 4 months without a freight handling system, during the time of year we rely on food imports the most

11. The Road Haulage Association said a meeting with Michael Gove to discuss border checks provided "no clarity" and was "a washout"

12. An official report says 2-day queues at Dover in January are "a certainty"

So the government closed a Covid test site in Kent, to convert it into a lorry park, in what experts (well, me) are calling "the world’s shittest game of whack-a-mole"

13. The government said people would be fined £1000 if they don’t self-isolate after getting a positive test

And then all tests ran out in the 10 worst-hit Covid hotspots

And then all home testing kits ran out, nationally

And then the website for booking tests broke, and just showed a series of error messages.

And then the government said the system was under strain because people were asking for tests when they didn’t know they were infected

So [deep breath] you must self-isolate after getting a test that doesn’t exist, and you can only get a test if you already know the result

14. Naturally, honesty no-fly-zone Home Office Secretary Priti Patel went on Radio 4 and announced tests were available everywhere and there were "no problems getting tests"

Same day - same hour, in fact - Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the testing system "has huge problems"

Jacob Rees-Mogg, who simply cannot shut up about fish, said we should stop the "endless carping" about not being tested for a fatal infection

15.Prime Minister Boris Johnson went on national TV and announced a "£100bn moonshot" approach to Covid, which would test "10m people per day"

Three days later, in front of a Parliamentary Committee, said he "didn’t recognise" the figure of 10m a day

And it was reported his half-brother is on the board of the business that would get most of the £100bn budget, which I’m sure is just a massive coincidence

Officials branded the moonshot as "Moonfuck"

16. And then Health Secretary Matt Hancock had to ask other cabinet ministers to stop referring to him as "Matt WankCock"

Despite appearances, these are not 7 year old boys

17. Food news, and Tory MP Douglas Ross said "I have seen the difference free school meals can make, and I want to make sure nobody falls through the cracks"

18. Prime Minister Boris Johnson said we cannot put punitive restrictions on food imports from the EU (to force them to give up on Ireland), or we will starve

And then, minutes later, he agreed with a Brexiter MP who said we SHOULD put punitive restrictions on food imports from the EU

19. Prime Minister Boris Johnson said "I venerate our civil service" after sacking the innocent heads of multiple departments to protect friends including Gavin Williamson and Dominic Cummings. And as a result, people leaving the civil service rose 14% in a year

20. Planning-ahead news: an international conglomerate pulled out of a £16bn power project because the government hasn’t performed its part of the deal for the last 20 months

21. Funding cuts since 2010 meant the government had to inject £700m to prevent further education going bankrupt

22. This week it was found the government– which last week voted not to implement the recommendations of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry – has also failed to deliver its promise to remove the same dangerous cladding from at least 2000 tower blocks. Sleep well.

And then the government said files on Grenfell were "lost forever", after a laptop was wiped. Because everything is always stored on a single laptop. We all know this.

The government runs G-Cloud, its own dedicated cloud backup service, which has been active since 2012. So... yeah.

23. At a committee in parliament, an MP read out the Covid test figures. Dido Harding, in charge of testing, said “I’m sorry, that’s just not true, I don’t know where that number is from”

It was from her own report. Page 8. In bold type.

Dido Harding said "nobody could predict" a rise in demand for testing

Government scientists predicted it, and in a July report sent to Dido Harding – maybe it was a different one? - said "July and Aug must be a period of intense preparation for a September resurgence in Covid"

Oh, and standard advice says the NHS must always prepare for cold and respiratory infections to spike immediately after the return to school in September

Dido Harding wasted £13m on a "world-beating" testing app that cost £12.3m more than the German app, and didn’t work

She is now in charge of the test-and-trace service which has collapsed completely

So naturally, it was reported the government wants to sack the head of NHS England and install Dido Harding instead. Let's make the most of that successful record, eh?

24. In June the government tweeted "grab a drink and raise a glass, pubs are reopening"

The Prime Minister said "it is your patriotic duty to go out and enjoy yourselves"

This week they said the public is responsible, and "people going to the pub fuelled the rise in Covid"

So the government closed pubs at 10pm, because it’s well-known viruses only pop out for last orders.

25. Health Secretary Matt Hancock said the government "threw a protective ring around care homes"

A leaked document said care homes are now being asked to accept patients who are known to have Covid

26. Hospitals were banned from launching their own testing regime for staff and patience because… nope, nobody knows why. Just because.

27. There hasn’t been a meeting of COBRA (the government’s committee for national emergencies, headed by the Prime Minister) since 10th May

28. As Covid infections surged, Health Secretary Matt Hancock said restrictions are increasing, and pointed to a chart showing the government has "moved to alert level 3". Level 3 is "a gradual relaxing of restrictions". Not only can't he remember his own alert system, he can't even read it.

29. Despite travel restrictions, it was reported the Prime Minister flew off for a long weekend in Perugia, where his friend the Russian billionaire Evgeny Lebedev lives. He denies it, but the airport has his landing documents. So either he’s lying or... no, that’s the end of that sentence

30. In June the government spent £500m on a GPS satellite system to replace the one we lose due to Brexit

In July it was reported "we bought the wrong satellites"

This week the government cancelled the programme and began asking the EU if we can keep on using their GPS system

31. A cross-party committee of MPs found nurse-Ratched cosplayer Home Office Secretary Priti Patel "bases immigration policies on anecdotes and prejudice"

It found her dept has "no idea" what its annual spending achieves, and referred to "the wreckage that [Patel’s department’s] ignorance caused"

She is one of the favourites to replace Prime Minister Johnson

32. This is because it was reported the Prime Minister is thinking of quitting because he’s worried about his personal finances: the poor man has to "pay tax", "buy his own food" and "support 4 of his 6 children". Oh, the humanity!

33. And Jonathan Aitken – look him up – continues to get privileged access to parliament despite a ban on MPs who have served more than a year in prison. Which he did. And it was hilarious.

Welcome to the land of mesura.

This continent has two nations, Melebrinea, and the forest of ivor.

Melebrinea is a medieval nation, while the forest of ivor is more or less a collection of warring tribes.

The universe itself works on laws of light and dark magic.

Light magic mainly affects the physical world, say, casting a fireball or healing a wound. To use magic in the physical world and manipulate it into spells.

Dark magic mainly affects the conscious, thinking world. Things like souls, karma, astral projection, manipulating the mind, or turning thoughts, feelings and emotions into physical energy to put into spells.  

These two kinds of magic were created by two “gods”

Synthesis, “god” of light magic and the creation of worlds

Hades, “god” of dark magic and the reincarnation of souls.

I say “gods” because unbeknown to the world of mesura, these two beings are not gods, but corrupt CEOs with the power of the multiverse under their greedy thumbs/hooves. 

Shhhh, don't tell anyone this….

The main races in melebrenia are 

Melebrineans; pm this world’s humans, colorful eyes and darker skin, with freckles the colors of their eyes.

Elves: they’re elves. Thats...pretty much it. fair skin and hair and clear skin. 

Then there's the rarer species.

Fairies; very rare, insectus animorphs. A bug like race, very skilled in magic. They mainly all reside in the kingdom of florentia. they usually are albino, with wings and more limbs the higher up they are. they also have wing like appandages on their head, that work as ears/antenna. 

Changelings; a shapeshifting race who’s true forms are very sensitive to light. So some live in caves. Most however, take on the forms of other races or animals, just pretending. their true form has purple skin, and slightly...slimy- 

Half-breeds; they are a cross of any humanoid species and animorph species. They mainly live free in the kingdom of arrowmouth, or are enslaved in other kingdoms. 

The forest of ivor is made up of entirely animorphs.

They are anamorphic animals, essentially.

Although, in this universe they still carry many feral traits alongside their human traits.

They also look much more animalistic, but bipedal. They can however, move on all fours as well. 

There are mammilia, reptilia, avicien, amphibious, aquatic, and insectus. 

of course, there are other races and mythical beasts, but these are what are the races usually seen!

The environment of melebrenia/ the forest of ivor is on the colder side. During the winter, the sun will never rise, and the seasons feel a bit like new england. 

Melebrinea

Once apon a time, a magic mirror was brought to earth by angels. This mirror allowed people to use light magic with ease all over the nation. A society soon rose up because of this. It was named esvye lenora, ruled by two leaders. 

soon, fights broke out because of this mirror between the two leaders.

One said that they had to get rid of it for good, as it was too powerful.

The other said that it must stay, because the nation was founded off of this magic source.

Soon the fight got physical, and they both fell into the mirror, shattering it and killing them both.

Esvye lenora fell with it. 

Although, people could still use magic by putting the shards of the mirror in objects, and using those items to cast spells or distill potions...ect..ect..

Now, 8 kingdoms have risen from the fall of this empire, each with their unique trades.

Pinezus, with their rare gemstones and weaponry, along with building materials

Arvern, a deep temperate jungle with mysterious plants and animals to retrieve goods from.

Swampburn, with many herbs and freshwater fish for potion making and other witchery.

Savona, the point where routes from all of the above mentioned kingdoms meet, and thus get a ton of goods.

Deermore, a jack of all trades, although corrupt.

Aquilea; the capital for art and books, along with seafood and ivorian goods brought by ship. Plus ivorian slaves.

Arrowmouth, a kingdom made of the freed slaves from melebrenia and ivorians who immigrated to melebrinea. Full of ivorian goods.

Florentia; a mysterious kingdom of fairies...not much has been documented yet.

There is also the order of vectis, a group of rouges from all kingdoms, who found out if they imbed the magic shards of the mirror into their own flesh they can use magic like the good old days (although overexert yourself and you'll turn into a bloodthirsty monster with no turning back). So now they are trying to take over every kingdom, and unite it by force.

Vectis is led by the only human in melebrenia. They were supposed to be a prophet to put the mirror back together and reunite esvye lenora...but they went mad.

The kingdoms are fighting back in whatever way they can...but…

Also, melebrineans practice light magic and worship synthesis.

The forest of ivor

The forest of ivor is a magic woods, where everyone is the size of mice compared to the environment. 

This is because that on this island resides the granddark beasts, mysterious beings who hide deep in the woods.

There is

Ulmos, beast of the dark winter

Suros, beast of the thriving summer

Cykais, beast of the sun, moon, and all that is in the sky

Thasteus, beast of the earth, stone, and all that is growing

And qahtis, beast of wind, water and flames. 

The mortal beings who live here are animorphs.

They live in tribes scattered around the island.

The avicen and amphibous live in the trees, and hunt the animorphs and reptillia who live on the ground and in the caves.

The animorphs and reptillia hunt the monsters that live in the woods, basically animals who aren't aniphorphiszed 

The hunters use ranged weapons and tamed beasts while he hunted defend their tribes.

The hunted are well, hunted to their bones, furs, basically every part of their bodies can be put to use. (forest of ivor, ivory, bones, eyyy)

they wear light leather and thin metal armour, with the hunted use squared off, thicker swords to defend against an onslaught of arrows from the hunters.

There are neutral parties, the insectus and aquatic. The insectus live in fields with dense grass and the aquatic live underwater.

The people of ivor mainly worship hades and practice dark magic.

They do not need shards from the magic mirror to do so.

Key Provisions of IMBRA

1. Mandating Background Checks

IMBRA mandates that all U.S. petitioners get a background check and that the criminal record is disclosed to the visa applicant, regardless of the petitioner's wishes.

2. Providing Marriage Broker Disclosure

IMBRA requires the petitioner to disclose to USCIS that he or she met his or her fiance through an IMB. If the IMB you use doesn't meet IMBRA standards, you may be denied.

3. Stopping Serial Petitioners

IMBRA limits the number of K1 visas an individual U.S. petitioner can apply for in their lifetime to two. This lifetime limit doesn't apply to spousal visas.

4. Disqualifying Abusive Petitioners

IMBRA mandates that if a petitioner has a record of certain violent or sexual crimes, they are immediately disqualified from petitioning.

Exceptions to these statutes require a waiver. Waivers are frequently denied.

IMBRA mandates that marriage brokers conduct criminal background checks to include FBI’s NCIC protection order database checks and provide potential immigrants this information. Many dating sites don't comply with IMBRA, which could cause an RFE down the road.

What if I Met My Fiance Online?

If you met through a website online, to avoid an RFE, you should provide any specific details about this website. You must submit a copy of the signed written consent form that the IMB obtained from the alien authorizing the release of her or his personal contact information to you, or documentation to establish that the website is not an IMB. You must also indicate the city and state where you will get married.

These details should be written from the U.S. citizen's point of view. It is important to include dates such as when you first spoke and when you first met in person. One should generally not speak too much about sending money to the alien beneficiary because this may give the appearance that the relationship is primarily a financial one. Include information about meeting the beneficiary's family, if applicable.

If you have not physically met in person it is very unlikely that your petition will be approved. Requesting a waiver of the meeting requirement is possible in certain very rare situations but will normally take 1-2 years and will likely cost significantly more than just making a trip to visit in person. Financial hardship is never accepted as a reason for not meeting.

IMBRA provides that a petitioner for a K nonimmigrant visa for an alien fiancé or spouse must submit with his or her Form I-129F information on any criminal convictions (or disclosure of attempts to commit) of the petitioner for any of the following “specified crimes”:

The U.S. Department of State issues the K-1 to the foreign national fiancés of U.S. citizens for the purpose of entering the United States for marriage. Once married, the foreign national may adjustment status to permanent resident (green card holder). However, mistakes in the K-1 visa process can ruin those plans. Not Disclosing IMBRA Facts

The International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA) of 2005 is a U.S. law intended to provide protections for immigrants and U.S. citizens. Relationships arranged through IMBs can potentially create volatile situations. Foreign nationals – often women – seek entry to the United States. U.S. citizens – often men – seek a marriage. Unfortunately, the leverage that the U.S. citizen holds over the intending immigrant can be the impetus for some abusive situations. The basic provisions of the IMBRA:

Prohibit the marketing of any client under the age of 18;

Require IMB to perform a background check of the U.S. client and share the findings with the information with the foreign national in the foreign client’s primary language;

Require that a U.S. citizen disclose certain crimes when filing Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé; and

Put limits on the number of times a U.S. citizen can petition a foreign fiancé.

The law itself could force immigration officials to deny a K-1 visa. If the U.S. citizen has failed to share information about a criminal history or past petitions with the foreign national fiancé, the disclosure of the information to the foreign national could result in a canceled engagement.

Immigration officials will collect the U.S. citizen’s fingerprints as part of the K-1 visa process.

Evidence of Eligibility for K-1 Visa Process

In addition to “being” eligible, the couple must present evidence of eligibility. Failing to present decent evidence of eligibility is one of the more common mistakes in the K-1 visa process. For the foreign national to qualify for the fiancé visa, the couple must meet the following conditions. They must:

Have met in-person at least once within the last two years;

Intend to marry within 90 days of the foreign national entering;

Be legally able to marry in the state where the wedding will be held;

Have a good faith relationship that’s led to marriage proposal; and

Include a U.S. citizen fiancé petitioner (not a lawful permanent resident) that is petitioning the foreign national.

Passing the 90-Day Deadline

Once the foreign national’s K-1 visa is approved and he or she enters the United States, there’s a 90-day deadline to marry and adjust status to permanent resident. This is an extremely tight deadline to plan a wedding and submit some complicated paperwork. It’s important to have an understanding of the K-1 visa processing time line and be flexible.

The K-1 visa process stipulates that the foreign national must marry the U.S. citizen within 90 days of entering the U.S. For most, this time line makes it difficult to have a large wedding at a popular venue. Coordinating travel for immediate family members will be challenging enough. Therefore, it may be more practical to plan a simple ceremony. If you would like to celebrate with a larger group of family and friends, plan a reception or party at a later date.

What’s more, the K-1 visa holder must file Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status, soon after the wedding if he/she will stay in the United States.
