imagine, i m a g i n e, Hubert actually enjoying the operas Dorothea would perform in? Of course he'd have watched them either a) with Edelgard or b) in disguise because there's no way he'd allow himself to be seen alone in the opera house (mostly bc his father would punish him if he found out Hubert was sneaking out to watch the opera and leaving Edelgard by herself despite Edelgard encouraging it)
