Got up at 6.30 showered made a flat white, ironed my uniform, got in said uniform, panicked coz i was gonna be late to grading, got there and id forgotten this is nz so were late to everything, hanged out with this guy in the belt below me in my club for like 10 minutes waiting for the masters to arrive and let them into the gate, watched the youths grade reliazed how male dominated it is had my sister bring me snacks watch the new black belts get given pretty certificates, grade, do shit, my adrelin crashed, watched the other belts grade, tell everyone from the other classes how to put the mats back in the right order because some how im the senior-es member of my club and were hosting went home my vision was going wild ate pancakes got a really bad head ache tried t watch the adam project ended up faling asleep arund 3pm woke up around 7pm for dinner ate in my room finished the adam projected fucked around on the internet watching spn complications and come to the slow daunting reliasation i have a double shift tommorow
