i enjoy various kinds of pizza! i am PRO pineapple on pizza pineapple on pizza is good y'all are just haters. the sweetness + tartness works very well with the savory + salty flavors of the pizza. olives are good. i tend to not be a fan of plain cheese pizza i think it's boring lol. margherita pizza is good though. not a fan of pepperoni or sausage but bacon and ham are good toppings. i'm generally pro most veggies on pizza but i don't really like mushrooms or onions, i prefer stuff like broccoli and peppers and zucchini. NOT eggplant though. i'm an eggplant hater. when i went to sicily and ordered veggie pizza at the pizza place on mount etna they literally just put zucchini and eggplant on it. the disappointment was immeasurable. also no anchovies, i had never tried an anchovy until going to sicily and then i ate a pizza and was like why the fuck is this so salty and it was the anchovies. i enjoy marinara sauce, white sauce, and pesto sauce, whatever works best for the pizza in question. my acid reflux doesn't really like cooked tomatoes though so i have to limit my marinara sauce pizza intake. :/ oh also i don't like spicy toppings on pizza? i like spicy food but pizza should not be a spicy food. it is pizza

I just already knew that said person writes about SA because they have very clear CW everywhere. Maybe you ask now: “But Sayu, if you knew that, why are you reblogging such a person and supporting them? Yet you even defend them!” I will explain it to you, my dear Anon, and I hope you take your time to read my answer. First of all, I do not like to read about SA myself. It is not that I throw a book away and burn it when the topic comes up, but I'm also not someone who enjoys reading about it in particular.

But here is the thing: There are multiple reasons why this topic appears in stories and books. One can be that the writer progresses their own experience via writing. Another can be that bad things have to happen to create a crisis that can be solved. As bad as it sounds a SA can create something like that, It is the writer's choice how to create a conflict within their stories. As long as there are clear content warnings (and oh boy am I happy we have that now. Back in my days…) I have no problem with their choice to do so. There is also no romaticing SA, so if I do not want to read that, I just skip that story. Now you may ask: “But Sayu, it looks like you really like Levi, how can you let someone write about doing such horrible things to him?” Then yeah, you are right. I really do like Levi. I’m also aware that he is a fictional character and that we all have our own tiny Levi in our heart and mind. And these tiny Levi’s help us, each in their own unique kind of way. So that Levi is not “my Levi”, it is theirs and they are free to do what they like with “their Levi”. If I don't like what they do to him, I just smh and keep scrolling. And i can already hear you: “But Sayu, just a bit hate for them, because they are nasty Eruri shippers and dislike them so much!” Well Anon, if I learned something in life then that hate gets us nowhere. It is wasted energy because hate only produces more hate. I also think no one should receive hate for their art. I mean, would you pour hate over someone who orders a pizza with pineapple? As long as no one forces me to eat their pizza with pineapple, they can order whatever they like. What I really despise, Anon, is hate. So I will support anyone who exposes haters and that’s why I support them. Even though I'm not an Eruri shipper. Even though I do not like to read about SA. Sincerely and lot’s of love to you, my sunshine.^^ P.S.: I saw you hate a lot. That is a lot of energy, my dearest Anon! Thoughts on pineapple on pizza??

I actually really like pineapple on pizza. I think it gets way too much random hate from people who've probably never even tried it. And even if I didn't like it, I still don't think I'd be making as much of a stink about it as the haters do lol.

My top 5 favorite shows, not including animes, are...

Being Human (US) - really good SyFy show about a werewolf, vampire, and ghost as roommates and their attempts to "live normally," hence being human

Gossip Girl - the original is so good, and really of it's time; I also really like the reboot because it's also of its time, but it also has a lot more racial and sexual diversity which I really like being that I'm not a cishet white person lol, but I think the decision to reveal who gossip girl was right off the bat in the reboot was a bad move; still both series are just so good imo

New Girl - there are almost no plot holes in this show, and I really love the dynamic of these characters so much... it's truly a comfort show

Steven Universe!!

Hannibal - it's not for everyone, but it's definitely for me; the characters are all so clever, despite their shortcomings, and the show itself is so incredibly visually stunning in terms of its effects but also the way it chooses to execute the shots; I'm gagged

Why do we feel the need to argue about this though? Neither are really inherently "better" then the other we all just have different taste, the same way we all enjoy different food then eachother (then again people can't be normal about that either, just look at how bent out of shape people get over pineapple on pizza, mainly the haters honestly.), I'll admit I prefer cold weather myself but I'm not going to act like there's something wrong with those that don't, we just have different preferences and that's ok, if no one could handle heat better then I could that would honestly be a problem, nothing would ever get done in the summer or in hot places if that was the case, having people who can handle different temperatures is good if you ask me

I'm a pineapple on pizza hater. I would never order it willingly.

but!

I've actually had it before, mostly by necessity, and it was perfectly fine. It's actually pretty nice because the stinging aspect is removed so it's just very sweet and juicy.

In conclusion, pineapple haters way exaggerate shit. There's still much better pizza toppings imo.

I refuse to believe anyone actually has a visceral reaction of disgust to pineapple on pizza. As far as “weird foods” go that’s one of the most tame examples and pineapple is probably the least offensive fruit to put in a savory dish. Pineapple antis are on some performative shit like the people who pretend to be really uncomfortable with the word “moist”
