Nifty Navigation post!!

In my characteristic fashion, this post is horribly long and poorly put together, but look! I've learned how to use the cut function!! Anyway, this post will probably be a bit helpful for getting around this mess:

As you may have noticed, I have a little worldbuilding thing and this is where I post the stuff I make for it!!

It's called Wreck Hounds, named because all these guys are metaphorically just dogs living in a junkyard.

Through some horrible cosmic coincidence, humanity only managed to meet extraterrestrial life by literally crashing headfirst into them, stranding them all in a pile of their own megastructure rubble with no hope of reaching their old star systems. The present setting is a couple hundred years after this Crash, with 7 species trying to coexist in the limited land that they've managed to make habitable:

While I like adding a pinch of biology and realism, Wreck Hounds is by no means a hard scifi setting. There's powers and brain worms and a buncha other silly stuff that I want to have in there, so keep that in mind.

There are a few other important intelligences hanging around (particularly of the artificially created and evil space radiation consciousness variety) and some other important stuff in general I still have to introduce pbut I'll have to add them to this post when I get to actually making updated info on them!!

I'm just going to straight out ask for help. I'm broke as hell and can't work. I don't know how long disability will take to be approved, and the tdap isn't at all enough. Dad and I can barely make ends meet or save for anything we need (like dentures for him). And pain management doesn't come cheap for me.

This was entirely hand drawn, and colored with colored pencils. I have very, very little digital art, my medium has always been traditional by hand. I don't paint much, but I want to get into it more. The only writing on Instagram is poetry, but I have stories on deviantart. Keep in mind, that's mostly much older stuff, and I've said things in years long past that I feel deeply uncomfortable with now.

Finally began reposting my Planes 2 fanfiction. Only available on DeviantArt at the moment but I'll eventually add it to other sites when I can.

The fanfic follows the Planes 2 movie, delving into the lives of the Piston Peak Air Attack team. It especially explores the lives of the team's chief, Blade Ranger, and his fiancee, Toni, as they experience this year's fire season which is going to be a chaotic one...

This fanfic story takes place during the Planes Fire & Rescue movie, with some extra scenes and added OC's.

In Chapter 1, Blade Ranger, the chief of the PPAA team, is having some time off with his fiancee, Toni. This is a calming, quiet chapter to start the story off, before things really start to heat up later on.

The rot cult

This is just a post archiving what i find on the rot cult the muppet joker (called Kermit throughout this) moved in with

The four "members"/ people who live in what I'm calling "the rot house" are: Athena (the leader of the cult), Sage (the first member), Milton (the second member), and of course Kermit (the clown prince of crime himself).

From Sage and Miltons blogs it is confirmed that they are siblings. Milton states that him and Sage met in a hospital, and that his parents are dead. Sage states that "Our parents aren't dead" and called meeting in the hospital is "a weird way to phrase it" (Im not directly looking at the posts so these aren't word for word).

Sage does state that he met Athena on deviantart. Milton moved in later after being kicked out of/ left their cousins house who he was staying with after his parents kicked him out. Milton, however, is extremely vague when posting so it is hard to tell what he truly means in some situations. It also seems he is deep into the cult due to claiming that he "needs to be punished" and claiming that it isn't a cult or an abusive situation.

The sleeping arrangements goes as follows: Athena gets the only bed with four out of six of the blankets (the other two are earned by the top two members of the house). Kermit sleeps under Athenas bed and has conformed the blanket arrangements on his first night there. Sage sleeps on the couch but has proved that the sleeping arrangements can switch when Athena has been made upset, proven by when Milton got the couch after Sage broke something of Athenas. Milton sleeps in the closet which "The Rot" has been stored.

On one of Kermits blog posts he posted an image of a glass with what looked like it had left over blood in it. he later found what could be blood vials. Milton has responded to asks questioning him if he was anemic do to him posting about him being extremely woozy at times, and Athena has posted responding to an ask saying "Milton > Sage" to which she responded "Only in the terms of blood flavor" (around the 25 july 2024). She has many posts about being a vampire and has even banned Italian food from the home due to it having many recipes that include garlic.

A reddit post was posted by a neighbor titled "WIBTA if i told property management about my smelly neighbors?" where I will post about more in depth later but for now I am just using it for some basic information. Using this post we can definitively know it is an apartment due to the update claiming "The bad news is that the smell is now coming through the vents, and we had to turn off the ac to air out the apartment." the op also states "This usually isn't a problem, but in recent weeks I've noticed the smell of death coming from their door and a fly problem which is slowly becoming a me problem at my place of residence." He goes into some detail on their Tumblr accounts after Athena which he calls A gives hers, Sage's and Milton's accounts to him and inviting him to join the coven.

The reddit post and the Kermit plush rescue arc has also brought to mosts attention that Sage is the only one with a car. Kermit asked Sage to drive him to his moms house believing to have left him there and was planning a break in. he was unaware that Sage didn't have any obligation to drive him back as stated in the house rules Kermit seemed to be unaware of at the time and had to walk back kermitless. Milton has also claimed multiple times that even though they have an etsy shop they do not get the money do to Sage managing thee money.

This part of what I am calling "The Rot Saga" seems to be heating up with Kermit learning that the Kermit plushie was put in the rot for days on end and from what i can see from the blogs from when I am typing this, has most likely to have been burned. Kermit has stated he has stabbed Gerard Way out of Athenas body and I'll wait for more info before writing about any of it.

I also want to add in a theory that the black mold found by Kermit recently is causing some of the things in the house to happen. We don't have much if any indication of how long the mold has been there (I'm not a mold expert), if Athena lived there before the mold showed up, or if she held the beliefs before the mold showed up. However black mold is dangerous and I wouldn't be surprised if it is contributing to all the issues.

I'll try to write more as more things happen.

Remembering My Roots - Rest in Peace, RateMyDrawings

I've talked about my old art before on here, but never really fully in-depth about the site that hosted it. I was reminded of it today while going through my FB memories and felt like I should actually write a true eulogy towards what once was.

Once upon a time, before LORE | REKINDLED, before Time Gate: [AFTERBIRTH], before I had even started drawing webcomics, I entered the world of digital art through one website - not DeviantArt, not Pixiv, but a little site called RateMyDrawings. Back in the day, it was one of the most popular browser-supported art tools, offering multiple different art tools that were, at the time, revolutionary. A flash drawing tool which could replay the progress of your drawing (but the tradeoff was that you had a limited amount of 'ink' aka recording data), a Java-supported tool that was essentially Photoshop Lite (but didn't come with the recording), and later, a more refined tool supported by HTML5 (?) that offered more 3D-like brush tools. There was also DrawChat, a live drawing flash tool where you could draw with others and chat.

And on that site, I created my first works of digital art. No drawing tablet, just a mouse and a loooot of patience. They'd host contests every now and then to win budget Wacom tablets. Sometimes I'd enter, I'd never win. I did eventually get my first drawing tablet, but by then, I'd moved on from RMD onto actual software such as GIMP and Photoshop Elements.

That site is gone now, one of the first art site deaths I'd ever experience in my teen years. I was around 12-13 when I started using this site and I adored it. When people talk about missing the 'tight-knit communities' of old, I don't think of DA, I think of RMD, my first home. Unfortunately, the site couldn't survive in the 'modern' era of the Internet, overshadowed by more advanced tools and art-sharing sites like Deviantart, Facebook, and Instagram.

But I did manage to backup some of my old art pieces before the site finally became completely shuttered in the early 2020's. For a while the site was awake but lacked any content or features, with a message from the site's creator Mick that it might come back, it might not.

It didn't. The old ratemydrawings.com URL now redirects to the inactive FB page. Any attempt to bypass that kill screen like before leads to an Error 404.

But while the site was in its comatose state - before it was shuttered permanently - I was able to access my old profile and extract some of my art pieces of old. I posted them to my FB about 3 years ago, and today they showed up in my memories.

I share a lot of art pieces from creators like Rachel Smythe in an attempt to preserve media. But I also need to remember to preserve my own. So here are a handful of the 100+ pieces I drew on RMD. Enjoy ( ´ ∀ `)ノ～ ♡

Don't be confused by the '1987' part of the username, I picked that number because I was a huge Zelda weeb and 1987 was the year the first Zelda game was made. Whoof.

What's ironic is I actually didn't have the Featured Artist award last time I was actively on the site, so it clearly happened while I was inactive in its final days. The one award I wanted the most and I wasn't there to witness getting it. RIP.

Unfortunately that's all I really have in the way of high-resolution drawings as I wasn't able to preserve much else (though if I find anything more I'll definitely add it to this post!) That said, I was able to nab some screenshots of my homepage via the Wayback Machine where you can see more of the pieces I did back then:

There are so many dorky ass drawings here, some from Time Gate (because it's that freaking old!!!), some are screenshot recreations from anime that I enjoyed (a very common trend on RMD), some are collaborations. There was a point where I learned how to color with the mouse by using low opacity colors and layering them one at a time. Really upped my game there LMAO That Ocarina of Time Link drawing was the first one I ever did that made it to the front page of RMD and y'all, I was so proud, the site back then I think had 50k users total which is nothing compared to the Internet today, but achieving that was one of the greatest things ever LOL The Skyward Sword drawing that followed was one that really felt like a milestone in terms of my art evolution, I felt like I was finally creating something good. I believe I did that Skyward Sword drawing off another DA piece at the time, it was really common to do redraw challenges on RMD what with the technical limitations of the site - I suppose redrawing stuff I liked back then should have been foreshadowing LMAO

That feeling wouldn't last forever ofc once the art high wore off, but even to this day I look back on the pieces from that era fondly. It's where the mysteries of digital art finally started to 'click' in my brain, and I had still barely gotten started.

I also have a few drawings preserved that were done after I got my first drawing tablet, and you can really tell with the improvement of the lineart LOL That said, I think I was around 18-19 when I did these:

Now, one thing that I really enjoyed doing on RMD were collabs - specifically, trading collabs where users would exchange drawing files through the RMD PM system with one another to do steps of a drawing together. Often times I took the role of coloring other people's lineart pieces, which is probably where I started to really learn digital art coloring and come into my own with it.

So I guess I drew this next little thing in 2021 when the site was still 'live' but not functional, I completely forgot I did this though LMAO Basically the main URL took you to that kill page I showed above, but if you knew any of the extension slugs, you could bypass that kill page and get into the rest of the site, which I was able to by using my username URL. So I got into the Java drawing tool and made this little thing in the hopes I could upload it. Of course, it didn't work, but hey, it was worth getting a screenshot, I suppose:

It's equal parts nostalgic and bittersweet to go through these drawings. Life back then feels so far away and yet I still remember it so vividly, the hours I'd spend drawing on the family PC, feeling more at home with the friends I made online than the ones I had in real life, listening to music that I still listen to to this day. It's far away now, but it still lives through me, in the work I do today. Even someone like me can go from being a complete noob drawing with a mouse to a professional making their living stabbing ink into other people while still drawing the same stories they drew as a child.

There is one piece I had to dig up outside of FB memories, fortunately it wasn't hard to find because I knew I had shared it ages ago on my FB so the search bar saved my skin. My very first digital art piece, of Sheena Fujibayashi from Tales of Symphonia, one of my favorite games of all time.

Past me went through a lot, and they'd be doomed to go through even more still (they hadn't hit the plague yet). And yet they're going to survive, they're gonna keep getting better and better with each passing year. Thanks past me - you've done a lot of dumb shit in your life, but sticking with your craft wasn't one of them. Thank you for walking - through all the good and the bad that you've had to weather through - so that I could run for us both.

It was elementary school. 5th grade or so, but I was deeply invested in TMNT 2012 with a few of my friends. We would all talk about it, and at one point I wrote a little story in my notebook by hand without knowing what it was called about the show (its long since lost in a flood that happened years ago rip) but I found ff.net months later because I had two infatuations. TMNT 2012 and the original teen titans. I even remember reading fanfic on deviantart. I was really big into April and Donnie and Beast Boy and Raven. I didn't start posting anything until my Wattpad days around 14-16. That was about bandom, Pitch Perfect, then Citrus (I have made bad choices and I meme on myself now but I was JUST THAT STARVED for wlw ships.) Anyway wattpad account got deleted and there was a whole thing where my email got hacked and everything just is gone. (its really soulcrushing to lose work like that). But yeah!! I got back into fanfic during 2020 and the pandemic because I had watched a movie and just decided to write for it. I don't recommend reading anything of that era because it's cringe and just... no.

Story sprints are a godsend. Also plotting helps alongside voice memos. I don't really have someone to bounce ideas off of but it helps me to verbalize what I'm thinking if I'm stuck so sometimes I talk through what I'm thinking aloud. Also making playlists or mood boards/collages of character outfits. Just giving you a more visual aspect of what you want to write.

Ed Edd n Eddy as Ponies.

Just note that I am fully aware that there are other pony versions of EEnE, and just to let you know that I drew this before I found those. I love their interpretation of our beloved Peach Creek kids as ponies and I want you to check them out over on Deviantart. The first one I saw and the second one.

The first drawing of the three Eds. After drawing this and a few of the other stuff I couldn't stop noticing mistakes so I go back to fix them or add something to the design. Now I'm happy with the results (at least to this one).

More of the three Ed Boys. I thought drawing them more would help me match it up to both MLP and EEnE. Like wacky movements but with MLP. You get the idea. (What sucks about this one is how I failed to fix Edd's hat in one doodle. Oh well, they didn't add his white lines on his hat in the Jawbreakers game anyways.)

The other Cul De Sac kids as well as the Kanker Sisters. This was redone several times because they didn't match up to their canon counterparts well enough. Mostly Jimmy, Sarah, and Plank got changes.

Eddy and his Big Bro. You can't forget him. I thought since Eddy would have small wings his big bro should take a lot of the wing genes. Idk if that counts as irony or not. Probably.

Pony redraw of the last part of the intro. Getting a good freezing frame was hard so I did what I could.

To those of you who wanted to learn more, here it is.

Ed: pretty much the same. He doesn't have the ability to fly or do magic but he does have a lot more strength then your average earth pony. His cutie mark is buttered toast dipped in gravy and a jawbreaker (don't worry I actually add the butter to the toast later on). The jawbreaker is to match up with the other Eds.

Edd: He is the most powerful unicorn in the entire Cul De Sac (besides his parents to some extent) because he was studying to get into Celestia's School.

But of course he doesn't know every spell just yet. But he can levitate (not only objects but himself and others), Teleport (which he learns accidentally), and maybe invisibility (again on accident). He learns about spells but he doesn't use them until later on throughout the show, if there's my pony version of it however. Idk what I mean by that.

His cutie mark is a magnifying glass with a jawbreaker. Again, the jawbreaker to match up with the other Eds.

Eddy: we all know about his short stature in the show, but in this version he has little wings as well. He can barely get off the ground and not for long. Whenever he gets angry or agitated he hovers for a bit before landing on his hoofs. Whenever he tries to fly he falls on his stomach.

Another reason he looked up to his big bro was because he thought that one day he would probably teach him to fly, since he could be such an expert with his massive wings.

His cutie mark is a quarter with a jawbreaker. We all know his love of money so it's a no brainier. And yes the jawbreaker matches the other Eds as well.

I wanted to match up the three Eds like the CMC in MLP. So that's what I did. I'm sure I'll probably change some designs later on as I draw more of these pony versions, like Edd should probably be more orange than red orange or Jonny's hairline (maybe idk) but for now we have this.

I'll explain more about the Eds in another post, as well as the other kids in the next one. I might do three at a time tho. Next might be Kevin, Nazz, and Rolf.

Monster Kidz Oekaki is still up and i'd like to keep it that way, but i need to give it some more attention and keep people updated on what's going on/what my plans are for it. so let me jot some thoughts down...

data scraping for machine learning: this has been a concern for a lot of artists as of late, so I've added a robots.txt file and an ai.txt file (as per the opt-out standard proposed by Spawning.ai) to the site in an effort to keep out as many web crawlers for AI as possible. the site will still be indexed by search engines and the Internet Archive. as an additional measure, later tonight I'll try adding "noai", "noimageai", and "noml" HTML meta tags to the site (this would probably be quick and easy to do but i'm soooo sleepy 🛌)

enabling uploads: right now, most users can only post art by drawing in one of the oekaki applets in the browser. i've already given this some thought for a while now, but it seems like artist-oriented spaces online have been dwindling lately, so i'd like to give upload privileges to anyone who's already made a drawing on the oekaki and make a google form for those who haven't (just to confirm who you are/that you won't use the feature maliciously). i would probably set some ground rules like "don't spam uploads"

rules: i'd like to make the rules a little less anal. like, ok, it's no skin off my ass if some kid draws freddy fazbear even though i hope scott cawthon's whole empire explodes. i should also add rules pertaining to uploads, which means i'm probably going to have to address AI generated content. on one hand i hate how, say, deviantart's front page is loaded with bland, tacky, "trending on artstation"-ass AI generated shit (among other issues i have with the medium) but on the other hand i have no interest in trying to interrogate someone about whether they're a Real Artist or scream at someone with the rage of 1,000 scorned concept artists for referencing an AI generated image someone else posted, or something. so i'm not sure how to tackle this tastefully

"Branding": i'm wondering if i should present this as less of a UTDR Oekaki and more of a General Purpose Oekaki with a monster theming. functionally, there wouldn't be much of a difference, but maybe the oekaki could have its own mascot

fun stuff: is having a poll sort of "obsolete" now because of tumblr polls, or should I keep it...? i'd also like to come up with ideas for Things To Do like weekly/monthly art prompts, or maybe games/events like a splatfest/artfight type thing. if you have any ideas of your own, let me know

boring stuff: i need to figure out how to set up automated backups, so i guess i'll do that sometime soon... i should also update the oekaki software sometime (this is scary because i've made a lot of custom edits to everything)

i don't know how to phrase this any other way so i hope you don't find this rude or anything: you are (imo) a very skilled, very prolific art toaster. it's great quality artwork obviously, but your turnaround is wicked crazy fast to me. what does burnout look like for you? how do you manage to toast so many arts? what dark magics must you employ??

The hard truth is I worked in journalism for two years between 2010-2012 and customer service/hospitality starting at 16 years old in 2007 all throughout my life until 2022 and I don't want to go back to any of it now that I'm almost 33 - that's the main motivator to keep my freelance gig career doing art commissions going as long as possible. Fear and loathing of going back to that work environment keeps me focused.

In action...I'm not quite sure if I ever experience 'burn out'? I do experience art 'block' in that I can't think of anything to draw on my own or feel really unsatisfied with my work...so I just goof off with my canvas or do studies, but this doesn't interfere with doing commissions where I am told what to draw.

I just enjoy the physical act of drawing. Sometimes when I'm bored and restless and going for a walk doesn't help, I just draw more. When I was a kid I would just come home from school and draw crap between playing Gameboy/N64/Gamecube or browsing Elfwood/Newgrounds/DeviantART/Gaia Online, so it's literally just a habit now. If I don't draw for a long time I feel anxious and unwell. Somehow I just programmed my brain to think that art = leisure fun time, even if it's for work. I also tend to get into a "zone" sometimes and just put on video essays or music and a few hours later I'll have worked through some commission stuff.

I have three 'task lists' for my workflow:

A public trello board organized by work order types (N/SFW link)

A personal trello board organized by type/date in chronological order

A coloured tagging and folder system in my emails where I can just see the actual dates/timestamps of my last correspondence with a client so I know exactly who in my taskboard needs to be prioritized for their next WIP update

I hold myself to a standard of sending a client a WIP in stages:

rough draft (1-14 business days)

revisions (1-5 business days)

line art (1-14 business days)

revisions (1-5 business days)

final render (1-14 business days)

tweaks (1-2 business days)

So ideally, the client gets a finished commission in 3-6 weeks, so about 1-2 months. For larger projects I send more WIPs and the process is obviously longer. For simpler stuff like chibis, it's rarely a full six weeks. Over holidays I add an extra two weeks to my noted turn-around to account for IRL time off. On all my terms of service I have a maximum four months turn-around, essentially doubling the time I know my work flow is just in case there's some sort of medical or equipment emergency in my life that I need to account for that gives me a buffer (I also notify all clients)

Monday to Friday I wake up usually...late morning/early afternoon? I do anywhere from four to eight hours of artwork, broken up by walks, stretching, eating, cleaning, cooking, hanging out with my partner, etc. I look at my personal trello taskboard and emails to see what must be done and what can wait. I try to get at least 1-2 things done in a day though, be that sketches/line art/renders/revisions.

Right now I am looking at my email and task board, and the client with the highest wait time chronologically is someone who is waiting for their final render (sketch and line art already revised and done for them). Last email correspondence with them on the email says 9 days ago (so 7 business days, I'm supposed to take Sat-Sun off). Their order was paid in full and confirmed by me on November 9 and it is currently December 13, so I'm at about the 5 week mark (not accounting for delays in clients getting back to me of course) and I am very much On Course for my work load, no one has been without contact from me for 14 days or more so I'm pretty ahead of my game right now! I could take tomorrow off if I wanted, or only do 3-4 hours of work if I feel like it.

However the more work you finish and post, the more you show prospective clients your ability to finish orders and show your audience more art for engagement, so ideally I always like posting stuff when I can, it just creates a cycle of positive production and income.

musings for fic

on the new fic "Roads Untaken" I have managed to get it to chapter 3 and now i'm at a loss on where to go next with it. I'm gonna list several ideas and see if any of these might work. Don't comment if you haven't read any of it yet. Preview is here and it's on Archive of our Own under 'gclionessa1230'. Here are the ideas and I only have these four right now. Not liking any of them but I'll just go with one and see what happens. I can always scrap it and change the story if I have to.

Secret cult kidnaps Cynthia (Lion-O's love interest - human girl) and plans to use her as bait to get Lion-O to obey and take a lioness as his lawful mate. One complaint I had with this is that there's no way rebel Mutants, Lunatacs or Thunderians would get along long enough for that to work. There are two rebel princes that do not like what Lion-O's doing and they're trying to bend him to their will.

Cynthia winds up pregnant and a rumor starts that the cub isn't Lion-O's and that she cheated on Lion-O with another male (his valet named Singa). Now anyone who knew the couple well enough would know that she wouldn't cheat on Lion-O but the rumors are threatening to tear them apart further. And those same two princes would use that against Cynthia to force Lion-O to leave her and take a lioness as his wife.

This one spins off #2 in that the cub is Lion-O's but he won't ever learn of it as Cynthia was banished (likely to Boktor - home of humans) while she was pregnant and she delivers the cub there (gender to be determined). Lion-O will never know of the birth until much later when the cub is nearly grown as his mother passes after the birth from complications. (Sad, but it could happen).

The elders allow Lion-O and Cynthia to remain together as a couple but they find out after about three years that Cynthia is unable to conceive a cub and this throws the elders into an uproar and they try to force Lion-O to take a mistress to bear his heir. He won't of course and it's likely going to be after 10 years before they have a cub.

I'm gonna list the hierarchy here to help and i'll add more in another post later:

Lion-O = king of New ThunDera

Jaguarus = Lord of the Thundercats (passed to him from Lion-O when he got crowned)

High Elders = leaders of their particular cat clans: lion, tiger, jaguars, panther, cheetah, pumas, lynxes and so on. they're referred to as Elder or Prince

Lower elders = subclans under the clan elders and led by a prince usually

Senators = serve on Parliament which is part of the government and makes most of the laws which the king either approves or vetoes. comprises of about 200 men from each of the clans.

More will follow this later but for now that's the basics. The lower elders are part of the problem and they ran roughshod over King Claudus (Lion-O's father) and now they think they can run roughshod over Lion-O but he's proving be a bit difficult to handle.

I'm seriously debating cleaning out my files of old Thundercat stories as most are way out of date and haven't really seen the light of day anywhere as I was that embarrassed about most of them. Some feature Lion-O with a woman (namely me) but I'm slowly beginning to think that I don't want to go down that route anymore. It's hard enough to come up with decent ideas to finish those fics that I have already. The ones that are on Deviantart, fanfiction.net, Archive of our Own and Wattpad are a few favorites that I have and those I'm likely keeping. The rest are going to be dumped later after I decide if there's anything I can use in them in one of these fics I'm trying to finish.

Meet BØr1MŪ§ Gr1M (For those that cannot understand the way I type, it's written and pronounced Borimus Grim. Yep. That's it basically.)

Info about BØr1MŪ§:

This Character is a grim reaper who identifies as Nonbinary. they are at least over 2Ø years old but practically ageless and they have a mission to reap the world of evil people.

Anyways here is the street attire I gave BØr1MŪ§ even though it's like 2 years I had planned for them. The only thing I've changed is the shoes but still kept the wings horn and tail the same.

You can add the neck bolts to any outfits if you want but I've since removed them because... well I don't actually know why I just feel like they don't fit anymore but I might change my mind later. Freckles are optional but honestly I don't know whether I want BØr1MŪ§ to have them or not.

This is a prototype of my OC Borimus in December 24, 2022 even though the character wasn't really thought of until December 10th, 2022 but it was somewhere in 2022 so December might not be it. I could be wrong but who cares. I was also not happy with the succubus form so I'm just going to turn that succubus form into another character. I will also remove the witch/warlock and unknown creature since I've already felt comfortable with the character being a grim reaper.

There's more on my old Instagram account as well as my DeviantArt that doesn't have much on it but I'm still trying to work on posting more on there.

- I've danced in a West End production of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. There was an audience participation number and some of us got pulled up on stage. - I run a D&D game on Saturdays. We started out playing Curse of Strahd, but it's kind of mutated from there. The party pissed off a night hag who is now making two of the party members collect souls for her as reparations, adopted a gate guard, created a power vacuum by killing both major political leaders and started a peasant revolt in the main hub town, "rescued" a flesh golem and left her to her own devices in the forest, may or may not have lit an abbey on fire, melted a pack of werewolves with acid, lost a party member who they are now seeking (the irl player had other commitments lol), went into a Bag of Holding to fight the Bag Man, and are currently investigating a spider cult who are a splinter faction of the canonical demon cult they stopped before the plot could unfold. It's been a wild ride. - I always type "DRAFT" on replies I save for later in case I accidentally post them.

EXPERIENCE

HOW LONG - Since I was around 12-ish? So nearly 18 years.

WHAT PLATFORMS - Neopets, an ancient Nightmare Before Christmas fan site, GaiaOnline, Facebook DMs, DeviantArt, Skype, Tumblr, and Discord. Pretty much just those last two these days.

BEST EXPERIENCE - If I could be sappy for a moment, it was probably meeting my partner (and many friends besides!) through Tumblr RP. But if we want something more specific, I was part of that giant vampire story that @dreamsofalife mentioned in her meme (x); I was the guy whose head got cut off and came back as a robot. Also worth mentioning was a big thread I did with an old pal, where their muse was turned into a swan via Magic Anon, and they decided the anon (now known as Greyfellow) would take his place as his doppelganger and try to take over the kingdom. Shenanigans ensued, a parrot trapped my muse in a pantry and lit the kitchen on fire, the Queen almost had her soul sucked out-- good times.

MUSE TYPE

FEMALE OR MALE - Any and all.

FLUFF, ANGST, OR SMUT - Honestly? Too much fluff or too much angst becomes stale and one-note after a while, and smut's something I tend to do sparingly since it rarely adds to the plot. They're seasonings, not the main dish. I CRAVE VARIETY AND NUANCE, BABY!

PLOT OR MEMES - I'm good with both! Although I admit I default to memes if I'm feeling low energy or if I don't know my partner well.

LONG OR SHORT REPLIES - Either! Sometimes you need multiple paragraphs to set your scene, and other times a simple "Oh, fuck." will suffice. As long as the other person has enough to work with, everything's fair game.

BEST TIME TO WRITE - Honestly I do my best writing either right when I wake up (whatever time that may be) or after dinner, when I get my second wind. Sometimes I get random spurts throughout the day, though.

ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSES? - Some of them are aspirational, and some of them are just me in a hat. For the most part, though, I try to find a good balance of how much of myself I allow to slip through. Hello There

Welcome the new FNAF AU affinity blog! What do I mean by new? Well it's a blog that will be remaking the story of Mobox87's FNAF AU due to her controversy, inconsistent story telling and content she made for the wrong targeted audience she grew.

I'll be writing down the story of this FNAF remake from its character origins such as William x Renata and to FNAF Simulator.

The reason why I won't be doing any FNAF titles after pizzeria simulator is because I'm not yet fully familiar with the later entries. FNAF VR I still have to get through along with the FNAF Security Breach.

Now you all probably have some questions about this remake of FNAF AU affinity.

Will it be dark and gritty like the old one?

Yeah it will be dark and gritty like it's predecessor but there will be a warning for readers about certain content that isn't suitable for all audiences.

How graphic are you going to make this series?

In terms of gore, violence, nudity, trauma or anything that touches into taboos will be shown in the origins of characters that are introduced. The story within each character going through traumatic events will basically be holding your hand the rest of the way till they meet their fate. So, mind you I'll be directing this series to a more mature audience but still keeping cautious of what should be shown or told less graphically.

Will there be Q and A?

Honestly this had been a hard one to think about considering the old series Mobox87 runs are carried over by Q and A which made the series go all over the place which is why it never was a consistent story. I'll still consider it for the time being since I know you guys would love to engage with characters. I might treat it as characters being offset from their roles so it doesn't intervene with the story but I'll allow fanon ideas in this offset Q and A idea.

Will there be NSFW?

Not in this blog lol. Mind you, "Not in this blog". So... It won't be here and no it will not be on Tumblr (maybe). That kind of content is something you won't get from me directly.

What will be different about this Remake compared to the original?

I told Kevonica on Discord and Cagney in our Tumblr DMs about what I'll be doing differently in the story that peaked their interests on how I wanted to make it about Michael being the lead protagonist that gets adopted by the Afton family after a tragedy that happened to him. I won't specifically get into details about it at this moment cause I actually want everyone to experience reading a story once I drop a chapter.

hey null! i was wondering how you edit bases? i want to make some of my own edits, but i have no clue how

Hihi! I usually look for bases on DeviantArt, and download them from there. Then I'll open them up on Medibang, and add a layer above the base layer. I sketch on that base, and then add another layer above that one for lineart. Then, I hide my sketch base and lineart base and make a layer in between the base layer and sketch layer, where I fill in the base lines with the bucket tool. Then I do a separate one above that for the eye lines. After that I basically just delete the sketch layer and erase all the unneeded lines, and put the color later at the bottom and fill in the body colors, and make separate layers for the eye colors and another one for the hair colors. I make a clipping layer above my hair color layer and set the blending setting to Add. Then I color with the base hair color over the areas and erase to make hair shine. And that's it I think (?) Idk I'm not very good at explaining, maybe I'll make a step by step tutorial some time !! I hope this helps somewhat though
