Morning smoothie: 1 cup vanilla flavored almond milk 1 cup ice 1 cup frozen chopped up kale 1 banana 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter 1 scoop (2 tbsp?) vanilla flavored protein powder 1 tbsp hemp hearts 1 tsp white chia seeds = 1 happy camper! 👍🏻

This is a repost from a while back... Happy Easter weekend, everyone!

Lunch #136 - “Two Tweet Chicks One Crazy Rabbit”.  Got the idea for the chicks from one of my flickr groups, "Bento Boxes".  Lots of great ideas there.  The rabbit is based on the “Monkey DJ" post (Lunch #127) that I did using sliced oranges.  The rabbit ears and teeth are cut from pears, and the eyes are red grapes with mini chocolate chips in them.  The chicks are sitting on some sliced cucumber, with some steamed mandu (or Korean dumplings) to complete the lunch.  Oh… the little eggs at the top are boiled baby quail eggs with yellow peppers cut out.  (The girls don’t really like the yellow part of the egg that much).  Happy Monday, everyone! : )
