quick personal update -- i've been in chinaaaa for the past few weeks! plus a few days of layover in tokyo, so i got to visit japan for the first time! good experiences good food all around \(^_^)/

I love a bait dog dynamic. I love finding some cute pathetic thing that wants nothing more than to be loved and adored and tossing it into a pit with something so much bigger and meaner than it. I love to sit back and watch it cry, never having a chance at what comforts it desired.

This is never what you wanted, is it puppy. You just wanted to have a loving owner with a firm hand when needed. You didn't want to be like this, Face down in the dirt with another dog's teeth in your throat. You didn't want a knot forced into your hole before you were ready, didn't want to taste your own blood like this. Didn't want to watch me get such enjoyment from your pain.

Poor bait dog beaten and fucked, lucky to live, while I praise and ruffle the fur of my prized hound and tell it what a good job it did being so cruel to something so soft. My precious hound will get the reward of being beaten by my hand. Of getting to be inside me while it wears its muzzle to keep me safe, all while you're thrown back into a cage to lick your wounds.

Reader and Jake’s na’vi partners bonding over their baby fever once they see their little humans taking care of Spider. I can imagine Tsu’tey looking at her looking at Jake with that hungry look and being like “haha she’s WHIPPED. got baby fever for a HUMAN HA” and then his ears flatten as his head snaps to his own partner, realizing “oh, shit. I have baby fever. I am whipped. oh no. do I want a baby??”

This! This is their entire dynamic! Just ribbing each other like the children they are, only to turn out to be complete hypocrites. And whilst Tsu'tey has his realisation, I just know Neytiri is laughing her ass off at him.

Just Jake and Reader's confusion as they tend to Miles (Spider), whilst Neytiri loudly cackles and Tsu'tey sits there with his head in his hands looking like he's having a breakdown over a maths problem.

Baby Miles (Spider) is too powerful for any of them to resist.

can't stop thinking about Dmitri choosing what Sergei wears for the birthday dinner; especially because he does it in a manner that is so indescribably hot to me. (the way he looks him up and down, smiles almost condescendingly, but is clearly excited, tells him off for wearing what he does and wanting to stay in, almost whining about how it's his birthday and so obviously Sergei has to comply, already having a fitting suit ready at hand, etc.)

and so I'm just over here and absolutely running with that because nobody can tell me that Dmitri wouldn't do that with his partner, as well.

just- Dmitri choosing your outfit when he's going out with you (or for other occasions, or even generally), and you're both loving it because it's casual yet intimate, and it's also a great act of love and affection because in order to dress somebody in a way that makes them comfortable and happy you have to know them so deeply that it's transcending.
