#aideen fire emblem #edain fire emblem #fire emblem #fire emblem 4 #fe4 #genealogy of the holy war #forever trying to capture the personality her face sprite has and failing #I'LL GET IT ONE DAY #there's something really like... unexpectedly sharp about her face. as in she looks gentle but kind of determined too #and (i think) it ties in nicely with what we hear about her in-game #she keeps her cool in most situations; she has a goal she never takes her sight off that she is willing to change her life for #i think she has a lot of willpower but it isn't used in an aggressive/individualistic way at all. she's just very focussed #anyway i feel like my interpretation of her character might be different from what others think of her #but. i'm the one doing the drawings so deal with it lol

was drawing & trying to figure out why my glasses were sitting weird & why my face was kind of aching and realised it's bc when i draw grace i start doing this REALLY intensely with my eyebrows

i always make the face i'm drawing a little but not this bad. mimicry. sympathetic eyebrows

#or maybe it's just bc he's hard to draw. i was trying to get his design down solidly again #his face changes Slightly everytime i draw him #i'll get it one day #even if i have to wrinkle my forehead to do it #ok i need to go to bed i was going to sleep early #fredspeaks

while I do not regret starting to learning Japanese, I hate that i am kinda a perfectionist and the existence of pitch accent just makes me wanna pluck my hair out

seriously have been thinking about this all night long. call me autistic but the fact that 90% of workplaces the point is not to get your work done and then be done doing it but to instead perform an elaborate social dance in which you find something to do even when you're done doing everything you need to do in order to show your fellow workers that you, too, are Working . because you are at Work . disgusting why cant we all agree that if there is no work immediately to be done. we just dont do anything

#i personally like to not be doing things constantly at all times. it stresses me out #i know there are ppl who thrive on cosntant activity #but me i like to chill out.#and the problem then becomes that i only ACTIVELY remember to do work and Find More Work To Do when im stressed #at the thought that others might want to see me working #if im ever relaxed i just dont look for stuff to do #catch 22 of modern work culture which permeates even ostensibly noncapitalist structures like public libraries #for instance: will it really kill anybody if the books get shelved by me now after a very busy day?#or shelved tomorrow morning by. well probably me since i'll be the one at the desk #not in the slightest #but it was work that wasnt being immediately done by me. therefore it was incorrect behavior #that i failed to identify because my instinct is to relax when not immediately presented with a Situation #this got me labeled as 'having no initiative' by my dad from a very early age #and even as an adult i still feel like im a child with no initiative
