The problem with working night shift for the past 5 years is I now have a set sleepy time, like 7-8am I am Sleepy and it is bedtime and I can easily fall asleep. BUT if I stay awake past that time, my brain hard resets back to daylight. I am no longer Sleepy. I cannot fall asleep because it is now noon and we are Awake. It will now cost a total of 30 Awake hours to become Sleepy again.
