Ace Modern AU Drabbles - Part Two
Drabbles which take place in a modern world, where you’re Ace’s best friend… until it turns into something more. Stories of times following that.
Warnings: Slightly suggestive at one point, but nothing explicit. Ace accidentally sees reader changing, leads to smut that is not written (aka insinuated)
Tumblr media
It had officially been a month since Ace asked you out, and a month since you officially became Luffy’s babysitter.
The boy would throw fits and scream whenever Sabo tried hiring anyone else. You’d heard through Ace that Luffy would demand to have you, crying and saying how much he missed you. After about three other failed babysitters (even one that resembled you!), Sabo called you last minute one evening, begging you to come watch Luffy. You gladly agreed.
On the other hand, you and Ace… it was awkward at first. But that smoothed over quickly, as you two had been friends for a long time now. In fact, due to this, the relationship might’ve moved quickly. You’d already shared many kisses with him, cuddled and shared a bed, and well… you hadn’t quite reached anything more intimate than that.
Ace insisted on doing something for the “anniversary”. You assumed it would’ve been something lighthearted as it was, after all, just one month. However, when Ace showed up to your apartment in a suit (of course, it wasn’t anything too over the top), that’s when you knew he was very serious about your relationship. You quickly went back into your closet and changed into a simple cocktail dress, and threw on some heels.
You weren’t sure where Ace was planning on taking you. Surely, it wasn’t something crazy, right? He couldn’t be that dumb. Well, maybe he could. This was Ace after all. He drove you both over to the coast, where there were many restaurants on the beach. Thankfully, the one he pulled into was more casual. “I didn’t want something too simple or too complicated, so uh… I figured this would be a good spot?”
“It’s fine, Ace. I’m just glad you care enough to go all out for our first month together,” you told him.
“I wouldn’t do anything less for you, (Name)! Especially when you take care of Luffy so well.”
“Ah, come on. I don’t deserve all this just for babysitting”, you joked.
Ace laughed, “but you do! Anyways, let’s head in. I got us a reservation.”
After dinner, the both of you headed back over to the boys’ apartment. Upon entering, you found it was silent. This meant both Sabo and Luffy were asleep. Despite knowing that, Ace creeped up to Sabo’s room, slightly opening the door and finding both of his brothers passed out. Luffy probably had a nightmare, then.
Good thing he had bothered Sabo, too. That gave you and Ace plenty of privacy.
Ace guided you to his room, which wasn’t all too shocking, you’d been inside plenty of times. But something just felt… different this time.
As soon as the door was shut, Ace tore his shirt off, kicking his shoes off all at the same time. He flopped down to his bed, looking at you with a waiting look.
You quickly removed your heels, and tried to lay with Ace… however, your dress was making that rather uncomfortable.
“I can’t lay down in this dress. Shit.”
“Hmmm,” Ace had a look on his face. He was clearly thinking hard about it.
“Ah!” He suddenly got up, walking over to his dresser and pulling out a t-shirt.
“You can wear this, no worries!”
You took the shirt from him, and he went straight back to his spot on the bed. You looked between him and the door for a moment, unsure if it was… appropriate to change in front of him. But then you decided fuck it, and turned around, beginning to take the dress off… until you realized you couldn’t unzip it.
You struggled for a moment, not wanting to call Ace for help… but… you had no choice.
“Ace, I can’t unzip this. Can you help?”
“H-huh? Oh, yeah…”
You couldn’t see it, but the face full of freckles had turned bright red. He gently placed his hands on the dress, slowly unzipping it. Somehow, you were so delicate to him.
“Th-thanks,” you mumbled, feeling shy all of a sudden.
You pulled the dress off, Ace unable to look away. He felt ashamed of doing so, but he simply couldn’t take his eyes off you. Although it was only for a split second, you were in nothing but your panties… which just so happened to be lacey and a nice orange color.
…Ace’s favorite color.
“Okay,” you announced, turning around. The shirt was a bit loose on you, but it didn’t hide much… especially without a bra.
Then you saw Ace’s face, which was purely awe, and also bright red.
“Ace?! Were you staring?!”
“Wh-what? N-no! Of course not!”
“You were!”
“I- okay, I was… but I didn’t mean to! You’re just so… beautiful,” he admitted, entirely embarrassed.
You paused, before you could continue yelling at him. Shaking your head, you just laid down with him.
“I can’t be mad at you for that. Besides… I purposefully wore those panties…”
Ace’s face only burned even more at your statement. “Y-you did?!”
Now you were embarrassed. “Uh, yeah… I just… dunno, thought that um…”
“Are you ready for that?” Ace asked, looking into your eyes now. “I didn’t want to ask before, I didn’t wanna pressure you…”
“Dammit Ace, I’ve… been wanting you to ask.”
Ace then smiled sweetly at you, and said;
“If you’re ready, then I am too.”
Since it was the weekend, Sabo was off work. Which meant he would take over most of Luffy’s care, since Ace did the majority while he worked. However… it was nearing three in the afternoon, and Ace had yet to emerge from his bedroom. Of course, the guy did love naps, but this was way too long to be just napping, even for him.
So, with a grin on his face, Sabo told Luffy to go jump into Ace’s bed and wake him up, and in return, Sabo would get him McDonald’s.
The little boy was instantly smiling, running down to Ace’s room and cheering the whole way there.
Bursting into the room, Luffy began yelling, “Ace! Ace! Wake up, Sabo’s getting McDonalds!”
Ace slowly sat up, rubbing his eyes. “Get outta my room, Luffy…”
Your sleep was suddenly disturbed, and you peeled over your shoulder to see the energetic boy, bouncing up and down on the mattress.
“Ace, come on! Get up! We’re gonna- huh?! What’s (Name) doing in your bed, Ace?!”
Ace then shoved Luffy off the bed, grumbling about how he shouldn’t intrude like that.
But you simply giggled, getting up to scoop the boy into your arms.
“We were just having a sleepover, right Ace?”
“What?!” Luffy shrieked, “without me?!”
“That’s right,” Ace said, sticking his tongue out at his younger brother, “without you, ‘cause (Name)’s all mine!”
“Nooo! She’s my babysitter, Ace, not yours!” Luffy cried.
You just giggled, shaking your head. “I can be both of your babysitters, how about that?”
“…Fine,” Luffy mumbled, mocking Ace and sticking his tongue out at him while looking over your shoulder.

Disability Aids: Where to buy
I’ve been getting a lot of questions about disability, sensory and mobility aids and where to buy one, so I’ve decided to just collect a global list of everywhere that I can find! I try and update this monthly. If there’s one you want me to add on or change, just say!
Links and information under the cut!
Updated: 12/10/2023
Disclaimer: Any link marked with (*) cannot deliver outside of their country of base/international shipping policies are unclear at the current moment of writing.
Follow this link to find a list of databases that have information on disability aids around the world.
Global:
The Active Hands Company: Based in the UK but operating globally, this company deals exclusively in grip aids that can help and be used by people with various disabilities- including limb differences, cerebral palsy, arthritis, brachial plexus injuries, stroke survivors, multiple sclerosis, nerve and spinal injuries, TBIs and much more. You can find their FAQ page here if you would like more information. They do ship internationally, but please be aware that they are currently warning of a potential delay to orders due to postal strikes. Some products they do include: angled knives, gym/sports grips, zip grips, cutlery grips, anti-spill aids, magnetic laces, openers, small item grippers, specialised mugs and hand splints, to name but a small few.
Handicare: I’m putting this one here as they have a global office, offering their services in 40+ companies, as well as offices in Belgium, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, UK, USA, and Spain, with their HQ located in Sweden. Their aim is to “provide solutions and support to increase the independence of the physically challenged or elderly people. They offer accessibility products (i.e. stairlifts and their installation), patient handling and care equipment, and vehicle accessibility solutions.
Invacare: This company is located in Ohio but has offices all over the globe so I’m putting it here. There’s a tool on this website that will direct you to the closest office/country to you. Products they offer include independent living aids i.e. shower and bathing aids, comfort aids i.e. bedding and furnishings, manual mobility aids, powered mobility aids, and patient transfer aids.
Karma: I believe this company is originally Taiwan based, but I am putting it here because of their extensive global service network, including supplying to the NHS! They offer a range of powered and manual chairs, as well as accessories, and have a tool on their site that allows you to locate your nearest seller.
Kuschall: I can’t find where exactly this company is situated, and all social media links take me to Invacare Europe so for this purpose I’m assuming they are at least partners. There is a tool to let you change to your country’s nearest site, and dealership locator. This site deals in specialised wheelchairs. They have a visualiser tool which I really like, which lets you see the wheelchair that you chose and refine its features i.e. handle colour, frame colour etc. etc.
Medline: This is a global institution dealing in delivering hospital grade supplies to patients around the world. Some products include: hospital grip/slipper socks, fall prevention equipment, skin health, maternity equipment, face masks and wound care! There’s a tool on the website as well that will link you to the site for/closest to your country.
MEYRA: **TW for flashing and eye strain** There is an option on this site to change the page language. Headquartered in Germany, MEYRA operates as a wheelchair manufacturer and rehabilitation aid supplier across 70 countries, and offers a range of manual wheelchairs, active and sport chairs, electric wheelchairs, children’s manual wheelchairs, Netti brand rehabilitation wheelchairs, as well as other rehab products and seating and ramp solutions. There are options on this site to change page language and font size.
Performance Health: To clarify, I’m not entirely sure on the overall delivery policies of this company, but they appear to have offices in America, Australia, Canada, France and the UK (there is a tool on the site to switch between each respective country). They sell podiatry, daily living, mobility, orthopaedic and therapy aids- e.g. braces, fall prevention, hot and cold therapy, tape, exercise tubing, mats, compression products, insoles, incontinence products, wheelchair, crutches and ramps, to name a few. You can search by category or brand.
---
Australia:
(All links in English in case translator needed)
(*)ActivTec: This is an equipment maintenance service, suggested by @hell-on-sticks. Last update they helpfully added:
“Adding to this that if you're in Australia, ActivTec is a national company that does disability and mobility equipment repair that can be done both privately or through the NDIS. They've got offices all over the place - mostly east coast, I guess you can't be disabled outside Perth on the west coast or something /s - but it's always a good idea to know where you'll go if your aid or equipment breaks.”
You can find the company’s FAQ page here for more information.
Gilani Engineering: Based in New South Wales and offering a range of mobility and living aids, disability vehicle and home modifications, Gilani also offers installation on select products, and international shipping. Their product lists are too extensive to list entirely, but items include: wheelchairs (including paediatrics), powerchairs and scooters, wheelchair ramps (and installation) and accessories, bathroom, bedroom and living aids, patient transfer aids, home lift and grab rail installation. They also sell a large array of vehicle modifications- such as dual pedal systems for driving instructors, steering lollipops, alternate braking and accelerating systems, access solutions and boot hoists, to name a few.
Incontinence Products: Caringbah based and supplying “washable, reusable and disposable incontinence products and continence aids”, this company aims to market towards men, women and children at an affordable price. They do deliver internationally! You can find shipping information here. Some products they offer include: diapers and diaper bags, wipes, clothing protectors, onesies and body suits, swimwear, beds and mattresses, chair, floor and mattress protectors, beamers, gloves, face masks, and many others.
(*)SwitchSticks Australia: A company specialising in luxury and engraved canes, as well as the seat cane (a cane that can be turned into a stool when needed) and accessories. The international shipping policies of this company are unclear.

This company offers timing and medication aids, including diabetes equipment, pill organisers, talking watchers, help and SOS buttons, alarms and alerters, large clocks and talking reminders, to name a few. (*)Access Abilities: Claiming to be award winning and with stores in Oakville and Etobicoke, this company offers mobility equipment purchasing, rental and repair services. They also offer free in home assessment services, home delivery and set up, and aid in helping to find funding for equipment. According to the company, products they stock include “mobility scooters, wheelchairs, walkers, lift and recline chairs, stair lifts, CPAP and more. We stock the best brands, such as Pride, Invacare, Tena, Bruno and Maple Leaf Wheelchair.” -Access Abilities, Products. International delivery policies are unclear.
(*)Action Medical: The following text is from the “Service” page of the website:
We provide a full range of services on all the equipment we provide to you, and even the equipment you've purchased elsewhere. Services range from basic repairs and tune-ups of existing equipment such as walkers or lifts, to installations and set-up of new equipment in your home, such as grab bars, platform lifts, ramping systems, etc. We can even help you with home and vehicle adaptations to make your lift more accessible. Contact us for more information.
You can find the company product list here. International delivery policies are unclear.
Canes Canada: Thank you to @sugarsh0ts for the recommendation! This company ships “anywhere across North America”, and says that international deliveries may be subject to a holding policy, but you can contact them with any questions. They offer to deliver your canes uncut, or cut them for you if you send your measurements (and offer information on how to properly measure a cane!). A few examples of canes they offer include: standard canes, hiking canes, novelty canes, seat canes, folding canes, men’s canes, women’s canes, animal handle canes, extra tall canes, collector canes and umbrella canes, and many many more, including forearm crutches and accessories like cane holders! You can also browse by price, and there are separate sections to search by colour, handle style and material style!
FlappyHappy: A stim toy business for “autistic children, teens and adults”. You can find their tumblr here and a list of products here. I quite like that you can search for specific types of stim toy i.e. chewables or fidgets or tangles etc. They do offer international shipping; you can find more information on shipping here. If you need discreet packaging, you can ask for it.
(*)Independent Living: “Independent Living is a business dedicated to personal freedom and mobility. We have been a supplier of mobility aids and personal care products to the elderly and persons with disabilities since February of 1988.” -Independent Living, About. There is no pricing or delivery information on this website as I believe you have to contact them directly with any enquiries (their contact details are here, and the enquiry form is here), or visit their store, located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
(*)LifeSupply: LifeSupply sells to “patients, caregivers and medical professionals” within Canada, offering an extensive range of products that include but are not limited to: mobility aids, maternity equipment, IV equipment, acupuncture, catheters, baby and child care, incontinence care, veterinary and pet supplies, personal care equipment, orthopaedic equipment, respiratory care, and beauty and skincare products, to name a few. I’m unsure, but I think this company can deliver some products outside of Canada, and delivery prices would depend on the delivery weight. You can find more information here.
(*)The Mobility Market USA: A partner of The Mobility Market UK, this is essentially the same concept- second hand mobility aids sold and bought by mostly disabled people- but it delivers across the US and Canada instead. Again, you need to make an account to buy and sell items, and it is my understanding that you have to contact the sellers directly (there should be information on the advertisements) if you wish to make a purchase. There is an option to translate this website into other languages (besides English) if you require it.
(*)Senior Store: Though they can also deliver to the US, I’m not entirely sure on the international shipping policies of this company. The products they offer are too extensive to list individually, but the categories they fall in are: Covid 19 related products, lift chairs and recliners, bathroom safety, mobility, bedroom and livingroom, personal aids, incontinence products, kitchen & dining, pillows and seating, therapy products, bariatric products, foot, hand & elbow, alarms, special clothing, special phones & alarms and leisure products, They also offer rental on some products i.e. those of hospital grade.
Sidestix: Though they only (at the moment of writing) seem to offer two types of forearm crutches, they do offer a vast array of crutch accessories as well as this thing they call Fingrips which appears to be specialised handles, mainly for cycling. They ship internationally and have stores based in Canada, New Zealand, USA and Australia.
France:
(All links in French in case translator needed)
(*)CENOMY: A French supplier of AAC and communication equipment, and a redistributor of Liberator UK. You can find their products here, as well as a wider catalogue/shop here. As well as communication equipment, they also offer sensory aids- both in terms of sensory devices and objects to create a sensory environment. Other items offered include eye tracker and eye control equipment, supports,  adaptors and alarms, touch tablets, software and environment controls. The site crashed before I could find information on international delivery policies.
Hop’Toys: This company does deliver outside of France, however they do not deliver in the DOM-TOM or outside of the EU; for further delivery information and prices please see this link. They mainly deal in sensory aids, learning and education aids, and communication equipment (as a distributor of Liberator UK). They also offer items in relation to specific disabilities, such as Alzheimers, adhd, sensory issues, visual impairments and hearing impairments. Items offered included weighted bedding and clothing, school aids, daily and eating aids, sensory and motor games, occupational and speech therapy aids, and skill development aids (including behaviour management, social skills, facial expressions etc.).
Senior Boutique:  I couldn’t find much in terms of delivery information, but they claim to deliver all over France, and services in Belgium allow for international delivery, but please check this with them. They distribute a wide variety of disability and healthcare aids including hobby aids (i.e. gardening aids), daily living support (bathroom aids, eating aids, comfort aids etc.), clothing, mobility aids (including the Ta-Da Seat Cane) and incontinence aids, amongst a wide variety of others.
Germany/Deutschland:
(*)Mein Hilfsmittel: Parts of this site are in German and may need to be translated if you are unfamiliar. This company rents manual and electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, rollators, stair climbers and oxygen generators across Germany. You can find a list of the products they rent here, information on renting here, and contact details here.
(*)Prenkte Romich: A distributor of Liberator UK and seller of AAC equipment across Deutschland, Austria and Switzerland; they do not ship to other countries. You can find shipping information here. This page is in German so will need to be translated if you are unfamiliar.
Ossenberg: “One of the leading German manufacturers of forearm crutches, walking sticks and orthopedic aids.”- Ossenberg, About Us. There is an option to read this page in either Deutsch or English, so if you are unfamiliar with either it may need translating. To buy as a private customer, please follow this link. Personally, I like that certain products (like wrist straps, forearm crutches, walking sticks etc.) have their weights, basic sizes and materials stated in their product titles. On international shipping they say: “Of course we also ship our products abroad. However, the shipping costs vary depending on the country and region.”
Italy:
AllMobility: This company was founded by two disabled people. They created and now distribute the “Buffalo 150″ transfer board, selling it in 15 countries abroad. Disability aids that this company sell include: ergonomic aids, transfer and mobilisation aids, hygiene aids, daily living aids, positioning aids, and paediatric aids. I can’t find information on pricing on this site, it’s my understanding that you have to request the information from the company. Also, while they distribute all across Europe, I believe you have to contact them to find out if/how they can ship to your country. There is an option to change the language of the site between English and Italian.
(*)Bodytech: This page is in Italian so may need to be translated if you are unfamiliar. This company specialises in products such as ergonomic chairs, wheelchairs, cushioning and positioning aids. I cannot find information on international delivery, or pricing. It is my understanding that you must contact the company for a quote.
(*)Cambratech: This page is in Italian so may need to be translated if unfamiliar. Cambratech is a company that specialises in the creation of disability aids for people who are visually impaired. Their aid catalogue includes items such as sticks and stick accessories, alarms and clocks, tools, reading and writing aids, home and daily living aids, technology aids and sport and hobby aids. I don’t think this company offers delivery outside of Italy.
Japan:
Rakuten Ichiba: Naturally, this page is in Japanese so may need to be translated if you’re not familiar. I think this company offers international delivery- you can find delivery information here. The range of items they offer is extensive, including, but not limited to: braille (signs, guiders, paper etc.), contact lenses, medication management and assistance devices, communication aids, mobility aids, incontinence aids, treatment machines, body measuring devices (glucose monitors, weight monitors etc.), sanitary aids, first aid equipment, face masks, medical clothing, and much much more.
Malaysia:
(*)HomeCare Shop: I’m not sure on the international policies of this company, but you can find a list of store locations here. They sell items related to continence care, PPE, nursing care, orthopaedic support (including sport support), personal care equipment, foot care, nutrition and supplements, and mobility aids. There are also specific sections on their site in relation to being bedridden, childcare, stroke care, diabetes care, beauty and health, fall prevention, back pain and body pain solution, elderly care, post-surgery care, hypertension and sports injuries.
(*)Pinang Medical Supplies: The operator of HomeCare Shop, they work to supply medical and disability equipment to hospitals and clinics, with the HomeCare Shop geared towards the public. I am not entirely sure on the international delivery policies of this company, but they have 20+ stores across the nation (click here for store locations) and stock a significant number of global brands (click here for a list).
New Zealand:
(All links in English in case translator needed)
(*)Creative Living: **Potential warning for eye strain**. This company provides a range of products to ensure better kitchen and bathroom accessibility. I can’t find anything regarding delivery policies, but they are the sole provider in New Zealand of the UK based companies, “Nicholls and Clarke” and “Impey Showers”. There is no pricing information, though I think this is because you have to contact them about your specific needs in regard to product fitting. Their contact information is here.
(*)Mobility Centre: This company is a not for profit organisation that aims to deliver “a range of products from small daily living aids through to mobility scooters and wheelchairs” to allow customers to live an “independent and active lifestyle”. Options on the site allow you to shop by category (bedroom and seating equipment, braces, supports & rehabilitation, crutches and walking sticks, daily living & kitchen aids, grab rails and ramps, incontinence products, mobility scooters and power chairs, toileting and bathroom equipment, walkers & walking frames, and wheelchairs), or by condition/disability. You can also rent and/or hire some equipment from here. They only deliver within New Zealand, and do not deliver overseas or to PO boxes.
(*)Northable: Northable allows for the sale and hire of disability equipment, such as: mobility aids, daily living aids, home and bedroom aids, continence aids, and bathroom and toileting aids. They claim to be committed to ensuring “that we are providing you with the correct information and equipment suited for your individual needs.” -Northable, About Us. You can find contact information here.
Orthotic House: A company that “helps bridge the gap” of disabled and specialised footwear, including socks. They have men’s, women’s, children’s and unisex footwear ranges, and claim to be able to ship anywhere in the world, though the shipping rates on their website are created with Australia and New Zealand in mind. You can find shipping information here. There is an option on the website to change the pricing according to Australian, Canadian, British, New Zealand and US currency standards.
South Africa:
(All links in English in case translator needed)
(*)CareChamp: There are a couple of instances of heavy italics on this site, in case you struggle with that. Based in Cape Town, CareChamp aims to “set the highest standard of home care in South Africa”, providing comfortable care and services to clients across South Africa. As well as selling mobility aids, they also offer rental services on certain products, and home care services with trained nurses. They also aim to set up a college in the future. I do not believe this company delivers internationally. You can find their FAQ page here.
(*)Medop cc: “Leading manual and electric wheelchair suppliers in South Africa” -Medop cc, Homepage. Delivery policies of this company are unclear however, they have offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town that allow for operation across South Africa, as well as operating through dealer networks in Botswana and Namibia. And, though their speciality lies in the supply of quality manual and electric wheelchairs, Medop does also provide personal care equipment, such as canes, crutches and rollators, bathroom aids, patient lifts, pressure care, hospital beds, and much more. Personally, I like the FAQ page that gives quite extensive advice on choosing the right wheelchair.
(*)Prima Care: Prima Care supplies medical and mobility equipment across South Africa, with offices and showrooms in both Cape Town and Johannesburg. They also hire and rental services, and I do not believe they offer their services outside of South Africa. You can find rental information here, and product information here. For further information and contact details, see here.
(*)Pro Mobility: Originally dealing in adapted vehicles and hoists, the founders of this company opened their first concept shop in Cape Town in 2021! It is, and I quote, “a welcoming, wheelchair friendly space for any person with a disability or impaired mobility to come and see all the available items”. I don’t believe they ship internationally, and I think you have to contact them or visit the showroom if you’re interested in purchasing/renting their equipment. You can find their contact information here.
Spain:
(*)Eneso: I’m not entirely sure on the delivery policies of this company, and if you are not familiar with English and/or Spanish, this page may need translating. Eneso offers a range of sensory equipment, communication equipment, learning resources, adapted toys and activities (for children and older) and computer aids (including switches, buttons and mounts). They also offer items in relation to creating sensory environments.
INDESmed: This company is based in Madrid but claim to deliver all over the world. There is a handy tool on their website that lets you see if they have a store in your country as well. They offer a range of crutches, walking sticks, walkers, walking boots, compression socks and reading glasses, with a few accessories for each- like ice shoes for canes!
KMINA: Please be aware that this page may need to be translated if you visit it. I believe this company does ship internationally as they appear to have an active Amazon shop, as well as bases in Spain (to ship to Europe) and America. They provide an email on their website to arrange other shipping where possible as well. This company mainly deals in crutches, walkers, accessories and bathroom aids. It looks like you have to buy each crutch individually (if you’re wanting a pair) but I am not sure.
Taiwan:
Kymco: **Potential TW for flashing lights when you click the link***. This is a company headquartered in Taiwan but they do have global offices.  A motorcycle and ATV distributor that offers a range specialising in mobility scooters and powerchairs, I can’t find any price information but I believer there is an enquiry option for any item you are interested in.
(*)Step2Gold: Had an anon recently direct me to this company. They deal in a specialised seat cane called the Ta-Da chair. It seems to be more streamline than the average seat cane and is opened via a twist function, but the price is quite steep. They do not sell directly to individuals, but they do have distributors of the Ta-Da Chair in North America, Europe, Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Australia. They also have a distributor map (which you can find here) that allows you to pick your nearest distributor. Here is another link to a post with a few other distributors.
Thailand:
(*)Freedom Move: There’s an option on the site to change the language from Thai to English, but it may need to be translated if you do not speak either language. Also the prices for products were given as Baht so if you are unfamiliar you may need to use a currency converter. Freedom Move sell four main products/brands: the Ta-Da Chair, the EVOSS cushion (a specialised support cushion, that supposedly aids pressure distribution when sitting and promotes circulation), the HurryCane cane, and an electric scooter. But I also noticed neck and shoulder supports as well as a portable massager. You can find the products here. I am unsure on international delivery policy.
(*)Kaigo Sensei: I don’t know if this company delivers internationally. They sell electric wheelchairs- light and reclining, patient transfer chairs and the Ta-Da Chair. You can find their products here, and shipping information here. Parts of this page may need translated.
UK:
(All links in English in case translator needed)
Ability Superstore: A large UK distributor of mobility aids ranging from sensory items, pet care, mobility aids, kitchen aids (i.e. preparation boards, baking equipment, specialised utensils), bathing aids, toilet aids, clothing and grooming aids, skincare aids, hobby aids, accessible games and leisure items, and exercise equipment to name but a few. I think they deliver outside of the UK, but if you are ordering from outside of the UK (or from certain postcodes which you can find here), you will have to contact them for a quote.
(*)Age Co: This is an organisation owned and operated by Age UK, a registered UK charity that aims to help and provide a better quality of life for older people i.e. by combatting loneliness, dealing with the cost of living crisis, protecting against covid etc. Age Co claims that 100% of their profits go towards Age UK. Products that they offer include: car insurance, motor breakdown cover and care, funeral plans, legal services, stairlifts, homelifts, bathing equipment, incontinence aids and personal alarms. I cannot find any information on delivery outside of the UK.
(*)Aidapt: A UK based distributor of mobility and daily living aids. I’m not sure if they deliver overseas, and unfortunately it appears you have to make an account and login to see the prices, but their product range is extensive. Items they offer include, but are not limited to: mobility aids (crutches, canes, manual wheelchairs, rollators, ramps and accessories), adapted cutlery, gardening equipment, reclining living and lounge chairs, bathing, hygiene and bedroom aids, handlebars and rails, daily living aids (trays, footrests, cushions etc.) and many many others.
Careco: A UK based company that offers a variety of living and mobility aids, from mobility scooters to stair lifts, to car boot hoists to transfer aids. They also offer a range of refurbished mobility aids in different styles, for cheaper than you would expect. They do claim to deliver to an international client base, but please contact them with questions/for a quote.
Cool Crutches: As the name suggests, this is a UK company that, much like Neo-Walk, offers an incredibly colourful array of walking sticks and canes, as well as offering replacement parts! They are suitable, according to the FAQ page, for anyone between 5′ and 6′5″, and are height adjustable. The colours and patterns are varied (and there is even an option to design your own!), but the prices are quite steep. They do offer international delivery! You can find their delivery page here, which also contains a list of prices for delivery. Thank you to @disconnectivetissue for directing me to this one.
(*)CompleteCare Shop: This company delivers to both mainland and non-mainland UK, with delivery charges available on the website, however they are unfortunately not able to deliver internationally. I recently bought a rollator from here that came quite quickly and in excellent condition. They offer a large collection of mobility aids- rollators, walkers, wheelchairs, scooters etc.- and other disability aids for all aspects of life, including bedroom aids, daily living aids (seats and hygiene products, for example), kitchen aids, medical equipment (like crutches, rehabilitation equipment, hearing aids etc. ) and even disability aids for children. An enquiry form can be found on the site if you have any questions.
Disability Horizons: Disability Horizons was a lifestyle magazine ran by a selection of disabled writers, for the disabled community, exploring issues and stories relating to disability, that unfortunately closed in April of this year (2023). They also run a shop, sourcing and distributing a range of disability aids from across the UK, and they can arrange overseas shipping! Products offered include: adaptive clothing and t-shirts, art and cards, home aids, kitchen aids, books, mobility aids, living aids, wheelchair aids, bathroom aids, vitamins and car aids. You can find a link to the online magazine site here. The shop is still running, though may be rebranded in the coming months.
The Dyslexia Shop: This shop is UK based but it does deliver internationally! They do an incredibly amount of learning resources for neurodivergent people, but specifically people with dyslexia and dyscalculia, including, but not limited to, tinted paper and notepads, different types of specialised grip pens, overlays, educational games, sensory toys, teaching aids and software. And they also offer an incredible range of books, both childrens books i.e. teaching about disability, featuring disabled characters etc., and non-fictional books on the topics of dyslexia, ADHD, autism, dyscalculia, disability education etc.
(*)Essential Aids: They sell a vast array of disability, mobility, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, work and leisure aids, as well as offering a range of childrens disability aids, sensory aids and NHS aids as well. They have aids that help in hobby areas (i.e. writing, gardening, sewing) and exercising, they sell comfort aids and warmth aids. They have outdoor aids as well, like ramps and hand rails, which is just fantastic. I do not know if they deliver internationally but you can contact them to check, and they use Royal Mail services.
Feet Feet: A company dealing in “orthotic insoles to treat every major foot condition”, this site is organised so that you can sort by specific condition, product or seek advice regarding an ailment. Products offered include bunion correctors/splints, foot massagers, assistive sock aids, support braces, insoles, risers, lifts, shoe cushioning/padding and callus cutters and much more. They do deliver internationally! (I think) You can find delivery information here.
(*)HealthAndCare: Unfortunately this company cannot deliver outside of the UK at the moment, but all mainland UK deliveries are free, and the majority of products can also be delivered to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and offshore UK islands! Their product range is extensive. They offer a large array of braces and supports- from back supports to shoe insoles- general health and pain relief items, daily living aids (including but not limited to: hearing aids, bathroom aids, mobility aids, kitchen aids and medication storage), sports and rehabilitation equipment, education equipment, and even safety training!
(*)Healthcare PRO: So I’ve had a look and they don’t deliver overseas, but they do deliver to both mainland and offshore UK! Here you can find more delivery information. Healthcare PRO offers a range of health, living and mobility including telephone aids, reading and writing aids, walking aids, wheelchairs, bathroom aids, eating aids, bedroom equipment, hobby aids, games, alarms, reachers, monitors and sensory equipments etc, a long with a vast array of other items in all categories. They also offer a selection of childrens aids as well.
(*)Incontinence Choice: This is a UK company that specialises in incontinence products. They offer a range of items, including incontinence pads of varying sizes, bed and chair protection, adult nappies, washable and disposable incontinence pants, as well as a range of both female and male incontinence products. They also offer products from some specific brands, such as Age Co, TENA, Vivactive and Always, and have a discreet delivery process. Unfortunately they only offer shipping to mainland UK and certain non-mainland territories. There is no option for international delivery at this time, and there is a notice on the website that delivery services have been impacted by the Royal Mail strikes, but they are working around it. Here you can find more information on delivery, including the non-mainland territories they deliver to and prices.
Liberator: A UK supplier of extensive AAC equipment including switches, joysticks, apps and software, learning aids, adapted stylus’, controls, adaptors, cases, eye tracking and control software, pointers, and accessible computer equipment, as some examples. They have a large web of international redistributors which you can find here. They also offer training regarding some software and devices that they sell. You can find information regarding funding and assessment here. They also offer sensory aids.
(*)Manage @ Home: A company that deals in disability aids for a variety of every day activities, including mobility aids, eating aids, leisure aids, door handles and bathroom aids, amongst others. Currently they deliver to UK mainland, as well as UK islands and Northern Ireland, though if ordering from the latter two you are advised to contact the company about delivery. I’m not sure what their international shipping policies are or if they ship outside of the UK.
(*)The Mobility Aids Centre: I’m waiting to hear back about international delivery information but I’ll update when I do. They have a showroom in Peterborough, England if you wish to visit them in person. The Centre claims to pride themselves on offering mobility aids that “is more than just wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walking aids, bathroom equipment and small living aids”, providing things such as pushchairs, standing frames and bespoke wheelchairs as well. They also offer things like sensory loss aids, peddle exercisers, therapy equipment, medication aids, fall aids and specialised furniture, to name a few.
(*)The Mobility Market: I found the link to this on the website for Scope, a well known, registered disability charity in the UK, and I’ve had a little look around. It’s essentially like ebay for mobility aids; it’s people selling their mobility aids to others in need. There is no definitive amount of aids on here so if you’re looking for something specific, i.e. like a cane, it might not be there the first time you check. Objects are second/third hand, and, depending on how much the seller lists them for, can still be quite expensive, though noticeably less so than some other providers. You can also list your own mobility aids as well, but to both buy and sell you need to make an account. I do not know what shipping policies are like- I imagine it depends on the seller- but they do have a partner site that operates across the US and Canada.
MobilityPlus+: A UK based company that claims to ship worldwide. They deal in electric wheelchairs, rollators and accessories, and also include shipping costs for international shipping on their website if you are not from mainland UK. From personal experience, they’ve been excellent when it comes to replacement parts for my chair though obviously I don’t speak for everyone.
Mobility Smart: This company can arrange to deliver outside of the UK but to do so you have to call them. They have instructions for this on their website, as well as information on finding your country dialing code and a currency converter. If you’re in the UK, they have a showroom! As well as mobility aids, they offer items in categories such as paediatric care equipment, daily living aids, driving aids, continence aids, bathroom aids, ramps, specialised footwear and medical equipment, amongst others.I have been informed that there tends to be a markup with this company when it comes to continence aids, in comparison to stores like Age Co or Incontinence Choice, so please be aware of that.
Not Your Grandma’s: Do you find yourself wanting colourful compression socks but can’t find any designs you like? Do you struggle to find designs that fit? Maybe your disability has left you feeling overwhelmed and you’re just looking for advice. Well! This company (suggested by @cripplecore, so thank you for that) may just be what you’re looking for! They specialise in colourful compression socks, but also offer some disability stationary and accessories. Their founder also has a blog/handbook and podcast relating to all things disability, and is looking to release a range of larger sized products, and offer a waiting list for those interested. Personally, I think this site looks incredibly cute! (They also offer international shipping!). I have ordered from here and think it’s great, if not a but pricey.
Neo-Walk: You may have seen this company on Dragons Den. They offer an array of colourful and customisable walking sticks and accessories, as well as offering a 10% student discount (using a code that can be found on their FAQ page and with proof of student ID)! They also offer international shipping.
(*)Podiatry World: Podiatry supplies equipment for foot and leg care, and products they offer “arch supports, bunion protectors, gel socks and straps, impressions, instruments and packs, foams and felts, rotary tools (burs), treatment chairs, pain relief products, and much more.” You can find a list of their products here. I’m not sure on international delivery policies.
(*)Quingo Scooters: Quingo mobility pride themselves on their five wheel mobility scooters, which they claim to offer more stability and manoeuvrability than regular three and four wheel scooters. They offer a few different models, ranging in price, as well as a motorised wheelchair, accessories for all models, payment plans, and the option to test drive before you buy! I can’t find any information on international delivery, but they claim to deliver anywhere in mainland UK, and they have a “sister distributor” in the US by the name of Comfygo.
(*)RNIB: Or, the Royal National Institute of Blind People. An organisation in the UK dedicated to ensuring and providing accessibility for those who are blind, partially sighted, or otherwise visually impaired. I took this quote from the site directly: “We have a wide range of products for both adults and children who have sight loss or a vision impairment. All our devices and tools are designed to help you do more at home, work or at school. You’ll also find a range of book titles in audio, braille and large print, and leaflets on eye conditions and living with sight loss.“ This link will bring you to the organisations website (with information on dealing with sight loss, eye health, the aims of the organisation etc etc.), and this link will bring you to an interesting piece on their work in making video gaming more accessible!
(*)Sensory Direct: I’ve checked an unfortunately this company is unable to ship to PO boxes, or overseas unless you hold a trading account with them. You can find information on delivery, i.e. prices, locations etc. here. This company deals specifically in sensory aids, with tools on their website allowing you to sort by age category, condition and environment. They offer a vast array of items including, but not limited to, weighted blankets, sensory toys, classroom kits, educational aids, weighted clothing, puzzles, toys, games, chewys, seating, lighting etc. etc. They also sell products to aid with the development of skills, such as life skills, social skills, fine and gross motor skills, creative skills and sleeping.
Single Handed: @parafoxicalk introduced me to this company through this video, showing a member of the company reviewing a grip toggle, so you may have seen them doing the rounds! Single Handed aim to design carry technology of the “highest quality”, “for able-bodied and less able people alike”, allowing for “easier use [carrying] for those with balance, shaking, or disabilities which make carrying a traditional tray more difficult, dangerous or even impossible in some cases.” They’re eco-conscious in their designs, deliver internationally, and deal in anti-tip trays, grip toggles, glass collectors, and large double handed mugs.
(*)Skiggle: This is another site I found, courtesy of Scope. Skiggle is a registered disability charity, providing help to disabled people (adults, young people and children), their families and their carers by offering a place to rehome surplus disability aids. It’s like a more relaxed version of The Mobility Marketplace, in that it is a sellers community of disabled people, in which you can post ads selling your items, or ads asking for certain items. The majority of items that I have seen are free/relatively cheap, but there are certain items that may be priced (i.e. car seats, mobility scooters) and the site reviews these on a case-by-case basis. I quite like the look of this one to be honest. Here’s the FAQ page if you have any questions regarding the marketplace.
Smartcrutch: Thank you to @some-weird-queer-writer for pointing this one out to me. I have been informed that they are also available in America, Canada and potentially Australia, but there is a notice on the site to contact them if you have any questions so you can find that information here. I’ve dug a bit further and it appears they do deliver overseas. This site offers an array of colourful forearm crutches, in sizes XS, S, M and L (extra small, small, medium and large), as well as “spares” (a range of spare crutch parts i.e. pivot screws, ice shoes, replacement feet and straps). Prices on the XS crutches range between £74.99-£114.98, whilst prices on all other sizes range between £131.99-£227.98. I believe there is also the option to buy either a single crutch or a pair.
The Stick & Cane Shop: Walking sticks and accessories with a twist. Like a stick for all occassions type of deal, this company specialises in sticks for walking, for formal/fancy dress, for country walking, for collecting, and for doubling as an umbrella. They also offer accessories and adjustable sticks.
(*)WalkingSticks: At the time of writing this, this site cannot deliver outside of the UK due to courier issues, however if you are able to benefit from it it seems amazing. Despite the name, they sell everything from canes, to crutches, to walkers, to even mobility aid accessories. And you can search by specific requirements, features and prices!
(*)Whizz-Kidz: “The UK’s leading charity for young wheelchair users.” This company is a bit different to the others in that it is a charity and you, specifically, don’t buy the equipment; there is an application process instead, a waiting list and then they may or may not provide the equipment for the young person (under the age of 18) in question. Here is information on the application process (FAQs, eligibility criteria etc.),  and here is a link to wheelchair training workshops that they offer for people aged 2 to 25 years old, including workplace training, school training and sports. They are a charity so there is an option to donate as well, and they also offer youth group services, support for families and siblings, and work placement/employment opportunities.
USA:
(All links in English in case translator needed)
1800Wheelchair: Thank you to @cesium-sheep for directing me to this. They said, quote, “It was a mediocre experience and their branding is very senior-focused but they have a huge selection of all kinds of mobility aids.” I’ve had a look at that seems to be the case; they offer a vast array of wheelchairs included lightweight, heavy duty, beach, commercial, transport and bathroom wheelchairs, as well as accessories i.e. bags, cushions etc. As well as scooters, lifts, walkers, bathroom safety aids and accessories (including shower stools, hand held showers etc.),  furniture, pediatric aids (wheelchairs, furniture, bathroom care), accessories and parts. As well as distributors across America and UK, it appears they also have distributors in both France and Canada!
Advantage Medical: A supplier of rehab and physical therapy equipment, including hand therapy, mobility aids, exercise equipment, patient transfer equipment, tapes, daily living, CBD, PPE and much more. They can arrange for international delivery “nearly anywhere in the world”, though customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Here you can find more information on shipping.
(*)Comfygo Mobility: A “sister distributor” of Quingo Scooters, that deals in mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs and accessories for each. They offer a slightly wider ranger than their sister company, and also offer repayment schemes when purchasing. I’m not sure on their international delivery policy, but apparently, as well as their own stores, they may be found on Amazon, Ebay and sometimes Walmart.
(*)Comfy Splints: Exactly what it says- they sell adult and paediatric splints for the hand, elbow, knee, ankle and foot, with the goal of making them as comfortable as possible. I can’t find any explicit information on international delivery, although they are partnered with companies that do deliver globally, like Medline and Rehabmart, so I may be wrong. They have contact information listed here if you have questions.
Fettermans: A US based company that offers free shipping to continental US, Fettermans is also partnered with Amazon, Walkeasy and Sidestix. They deal in crutches (for adults and children), crutch hand grips and other accessories!
(*)HealthSmart International: HealthSmart provides a range of crutches, canes, walkers and wheelchairs (as well as accessories) as well as a number of other disability aids, including, but not limited to, blood pressure monitors, physical therapy aids, bedroom and bathroom aids, and professional medical equipment. They claim to deliver some products internationally, however upon further digging the website also says they are currently only shipping within the United States, so please contact them if you have any questions regarding this.
(*)ICS: This company deals in orthotic shoes, socks and insoles for those with diabetes, AFOs (ankle foot orthotics), arthritis, partial foot amputations, and general foot issues- promising a comfortable and “perfect” fit. They also offer a specialist fitting service, that I think allows you to find the perfect size and shoe for you. Shoes for both men and women are offered across a variety of brands, and when searching for shoes you can filter by gender, foot width, boot height, brand and shoe size. I can’t find any information in regards to international delivery.
(*)Mobility Warehouse: They mainly deal in mobility equipment- powerchairs, scooters, rollators and living chairs- but also offer a range of bath safety aids, mastectomy care, diabetic shoes, compression socks and hospital beds in store as well. They also offer replacements, repairs and servicing of the equipment you buy from them should you run into issue. International shipping policies of this company are unclear.
Pride Mobility Corporation: As well as the US and Latin America, this company has bases across the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, Middle East, Slovakia, Slovenia and Canada. They also offer a tool on the website to find your nearest dealer. They offer a wide range of mobility and power chairs, lift chairs and mobility scooters, as well as rehab equipment.
Rehabmart: I think this company ship internationally. It is founded and operated by qualified occupational and physical therapists, and sells a range of medical, mobility and rehabilitation equipment. They claim to sell over 18000 products, and there is an alphabetised list of the categories they deal in.
Sensory Tool House: They do deliver outside of North America! However some of their products may not allow them to so it’s best to check your order. They have an online chat function and typically get back to you within a day or two. This company offers a range of “products and services [to] specifically support those who are neurodivergent and/or have a disability”, as well as offering community events at some of their locations (i.e. sensory play and sensory rooms), teacher, student and carer resources, training (in workplace and educational environments), and the ability to create a wishlist/gift registry. At the moment of writing, they appear to offer 850+ products, ranging from such things as educational products, toys, guides, utensil supports, folding chairs and weighted bedding, to name just a few.
Therapy Shoppe: “If you're looking for innovative sensory products, fidget tools, educational toys, occupational therapy tools, autism or special needs toys for learning, play, self-regulation, sensory integration, handwriting, motor skills development, fidgeting, and much more... you've come to the right place!” -Therapy Shoppe. This is a US based company that deals in the supply of sensory products. You can find delivery information here, including shipping charges. They do deliver outside of the continental US, but there is a minimum delivery fee and prices are based on overall order weight. Again, refer to the delivery information for more details.
(*)SwitchSticks US: A partner of SwitchSticks Australia and HealthSmart International. They specialise in walking sticks, quad sticks and seat canes. International shipping policies are unclear.
WalkEasy: A partner of Fettermans Crutches, they work with crutches, canes, parts and accessories, and it is my understanding that they deliver internationally as well. Their selection seems to be somewhat varied, ranging from platform crutches to cane holders for walls, and they offer replacement parts for most of the items they stock.
TheWrightStuff: If you’re ordering from outside of the US they offer contact information to get a quote, which you can find here. They only offer English speaking customer service at the time of writing. Again, thank you to @cesium-sheep for the recommendation. As well as mobility aids (wheelchairs, walkers, ramps, etc.), this company also offers more generalised disability aids including, but not limited, to gardening and exercise equipment, writing aids, utensil grips, adaptive reading aids (i.e. magnifiers, lights), adjustable tables, gas cap removers, bedding, comfort accessories, bathroom aids and dressing aids, to name a few.

Heyo, could i have some poly hcs for the hatzgang? Dw im a minor thats ross and roberts age
totally anon!! been waiting for this request honestly <3
Content: gn reader, might be a lil long but i can’t add a cut or anything rn (mobile)
forgor where i got this art from but credit is written on there.
(yea i’m trying to put art on my fics now 💀)
Tumblr media
Poly Hatzgang x Reader General HCs
You’re a transfer student to their school.
Your first day, this kid randomly seems to be walking up to you with a grin on his face.
He seemed pretty short, brown curly hair, and striped yellow and orange shirt plus a hat.
Two other dudes were following him around, which you assumed were his friends.
As he approached you, you tried greeting him, but he only seemed sarcastic during your conversation.
Then he decided to start making fun of you, trying to embarrass you and get under your skin.
You were just sitting there letting him spit insults at you, until one of the other kids following him around pushed Roy softly to the side and put a hand on your shoulder, telling you he could show you around.
He was tall with blonde curly hair, also with a hat on, and the other had a dark aesthetic to him, with a beanie on.
The tall one introduced himself as Robert, the other as Ross, and then Roy.
Ross waved and smiled softly, following you and Robert around while Roy stared in frustration.
Robert seemed nice - he showed you around and told you all the teacher’s names.
At lunch, he sat next to you along with Ross.
You noticed their friend Roy getting annoyed, so you told them they didn’t have to hang out with you.
They of course still stayed with you, talking with you and keeping you company.
A few weeks at the school and Robert and Ross were your friends. Roy was just warming up to you, but you knew he was a good kid inside.
Later on, of course, they all catch feelings for you, and ask you to join their relationship.
Now, on with hcs:
You better like metal.
I’m probably just adding this because I absolutely love metal (especially Metallica) but Ross really loves metal, and would probably hang out with the gang listening to Korn or something.
Roy tries to look neutral about it, but really he does like it.
Robert likes it too, as long as everyone’s happy he’s happy.
You all literally see each other almost every day. There’s no day you don’t ever see them.
Robert’s a big cuddler, so sometimes you will all just lay in a cuddle pile, basking in each other’s warmth as a song plays in the background, you all pretty much asleep.
You all love to play video games together too, so if you have a game console or something they all like to take turns playing different games and such.
Robert, Ross, and Roy are the most to least tolerant of PDA. Roy sees it as a weakness and likes to keep stuff private, while Ross just likes to keep things behind closed doors too. Robert isn’t overly affectionate but a quick hug is always nice.
Not much changes since you all got into a relationship except you guys are just more touchy and lovey.
Roy secretly loves it when you’re affectionate with him. He loves your cuddles and praise, but of course, Roy is Roy so he’ll almost never show it. Especially around others.
Roy’s love language is acts of service, he likes doing subtle things for you when you do something for him. Helped him beat a game? He’ll leave a small piece of chocolate in your bedroom.
Ross’ is words of affirmation. He likes to hear nice things from you, even if it’s just “Thank you.”
Robert’s is definitely physical affection. Like I said, big cuddler. Just give him one kiss on the cheek a day, please.
Like I said, Roy secretly loves those affectionate moments. He gets super flustered during them, though.
Just please don’t do it in public. It ruins his ego.
Ross just loves silent moments between you. Late night walks where you hold hands, walking in the moonlight, are the best.
Ross is definitely actually a night owl. Probably stays up really late on the weekends.
He’s almost never bothered by anything. He never gets annoyed and he’s super chill.
Robert’s more jumpy, but in a good way, like more excitable and all. He could probably go on hours rambling about anything.
He loves long hugs. Doesn’t really get embarrassed that easily either.
Robert loves letting you borrow his shirts and stuff, he loves how they smell like you when they come back.
If you have a pet, they’ll be all over it. Of course they’ll give it space if needed but they all definitely love animals.
I feel like Roy and Robert would be dog people. Ross just gives me black cat vibes.
Sleepovers all the time. Even on school days. You all go to the same school so whatever.
Ross probably tries putting makeup on you for fun.
Roy is super stubborn and won’t ask for help when needed, so you’ll probably have to give him help even when he says he doesn’t need it. Example : trying to beat a video game. He’ll thank you later, in his own way.
You all either go out to get fast food, watch Roy bully little kids, or chill st each other’s houses as dates together.
Your not really open about your relationship, I’d imagine. You don’t tell everyone but people that you trust would know.
But yeah, all loving boyfriends! Roy’s secretly soft, Ross is quiet and a lil shy, and Robert is a sweetheart <3
Maybe I’ll make more if I’ll feel up to it! Maybe I didn’t have much ideas rn but I wanted to get this done. Love them sm bro ❤️

🪼 Michael 🪼
Remember my theory on Michael/Celestial Realm being the antagonist(s)?
About Michael’s goal being to find a way to get the brothers back to the CR?
Here are the links to my previous theories:
Well I’ll be damned! Lesson 17 dropped a bombshell that puts some credence to these theories. Spoilers/screens below the cut!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Michael, you…you fucking jellyfish!
I highly suspect Michael is behind MC’s trip to the past. I’ve theorized before that even if he is not NB, he could have called upon Solomon to use his pact with Barbatos or Michael could have even done it himself since he does have some time travel capabilities.
The only reason I think maybe he made Solomon do something is because he did give him the Ring of Wisdom. He likely can utilize whatever agreement he has with Sol to make Sol do something like that. In religious texts, when Solomon pissed Abrahamic God off, Michael allowed Solomon to lose his ring and let Asmodeus yeet him to the ocean. Solomon likely wouldn’t deny a request from Michael after that happened given his dislike of the ocean.
There’s also a possibility that Michael is simply aware of the timeline getting skewed and is taking advantage or that he was planning this in the OG timeline so now he has a better opportunity.
So Yandere!Michael? “If I can’t have the brothers back, no one can have them!” Because that is yandere behavior right there. Though let’s be real, he probably just wants Lucifer back. We all know about his creepy Lucifer shrine.
Let me bring up some facts that lead me to believe Michael could be NB:
1. Nightbringer is preceded by the sound of trumpets. Trumpets are associated with angels, not demons.
2. Nightbringer accepted the human’s offer to pray to him in return for helping them. Demons do pacts. Humans are more likely to pray to angels. Humans have prayed to Michael for protection.
3. Michael goes by a few different names in some transcripts. Metatron is one which is similar to the Lucifer/Satan debate where the names are sometimes interchangeable or they’re two separate beings.
4. Michael has an elusive way of talking which NB also has.
5. Michael sent MC back to the future when Solomon’s cooking had sent them to pre Celestial War days.
6. Michael has motive. He wants to change the past to get the brothers back.
7. MC yells at NB to show themselves. MC doesn’t recognize their voice. MC has only spoken with Michael a few times so they prob wouldn’t recognize his voice. (NB could disguise their voice so take this one as you see fit.)
8. If this truly is the past, why is Michael suddenly doing things differently? What changed the timeline that could make him act this way…probably nothing unless he is fully aware of the timeline change or caused it himself.
There are other reasons too and I do have a table made up with characters and tallies for possible NB identities and Michael was one of the top contenders. If I can find a way to screen it and upload it via mobile I will post it soon.
I may also add to this post later because wow. That bombshell. I had a feeling but at the same time I’m still shook Solmare went with it.

negativity incoming, re: hazbin hotel (i tried to add a cut but its not working fsr, maybe cuz im on mobile)
————
watching the fuckin…. trailer they recently posted. the happy day in hell one. i keep wanting to stay as level-headed and neutral as possible, there ARE elements of HH that i like, i’m against bad faith criticism so i try to balance good with bad, but….
oh my god this looks so bad. and i do mean LOOKS. im talking entirely about the visuals here. the animation is stiff and awkward, the camerawork is erratic, charlie goes off-model so often i can barely even tell what she’s supposed to look like… some shots have really heavy gradient lighting and others are basically flat color, though thats admittedly a more minor thing…. the pilot looked less “polished” but it had a charm to it, and the animation looked like people were putting effort into it….
ugh i feel awful being so critical of indie animation but considering everything else about this production, i’m stuck between feeling upset and being thoroughly unsurprised. i had hopes, yknow.
and i haven’t even listened to it with audio yet. i can’t bring myself to.

Hey, um, I don't mean to seem rude or anything, but, could you explain this thread of posts here? You don't have to, of course. That's your choice. But this left me confused.
I will do my best.
1) the way “free Palestine” is used has shifted since I made that post (although I still stand by the idea that most people saying it have no idea what the fuck they’re talking about). At the time it was being used almost entirely by people claiming Jews are not indigenous to the Levant, and sometimes as a threat. People would reblog the dumbest shit and add “free Palestine” if they were reblogging from a Jew. Jews on Instagram posting things like Chanukkah candles and challah recipes were being harassed relentlessly by people spamming it in their comments. That’s mostly died down as people have found new ways to be horrible, but at the time it was A Whole Thing.
2) I repeated this person’s bio back to them after not just this post, but a series of them and their followers sending me nasty messages and a couple of them implying I should suffer and/or die for using the word “junkies.” What conveniently gets left out of this every time is that I was pissed off on the first post (not shown here, it was a post about why addicts SHOULD TOO be allowed to shoot up in public bathrooms) because I had just dealt with an addict high to the fucking sky trapping my 16-year-old coworker in a hallway and masturbating in front of her. If that’s how you react to someone being pissed off, yeah, that person is going to be rude to you back. And I still say you can’t call it “doxxing” WHEN YOU POSTED THE INFORMATION RIGHT AT THE TOP OF YOUR BLOG. That’d be like me freaking out every time someone mentions my age (although it is outdated now, I really need to update it). If you put so much personal information in your bio that seeing it repeated back to you freaks you out, you need better infosec, not to wail about being “doxxed.”
3) you’ll notice a significant amount of the second post was cut off. I’m on mobile and going back and forth for links is not a thing I’m able to do without losing what I’ve already typed here, but you can still find the post on my blog, and to paraphrase what I said then: it would have made sense if it was strategic to push people into a safe area. It would have been shitty, but made sense. But that is not what happened, and what happened is wrong on levels I couldn’t, still can’t, wrap my head around. (Note how conveniently they cut it off right at the part where I said THIS ISN’T OKAY?)

So I finished listening to Puppetshade Chronicles 1 a while ago but I thought I’d do a post displaying my reactions to various moments throughout the songs (continues below the cut)
L3x and the Merchant
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(this is said in a joking context, when I get emotional about stuff I tend to call it stupid or dumb)
Now L3x was already my favorite character, but this made it even better. I just felt so bad for him, I don’t do drugs but I do know what it’s like to berate and beat yourself up when you make a mistake (probably didn’t explain this right but you know what I mean)
Rainu & Mir 2
Tumblr media
From the first Rainu & Mir song I was rooting for both the teams to win, I knew it was too good to be true though.
Tumblr media
As you can see I was very excited to hear that Bunker23 had the chance to prepare for this attack.
Crimson Rose is a very interesting character, in fact none of these characters are bad in this album. Sure I may not enjoy Jenna or CR as much as L3x or the Messianic Twins but I can’t not like them, they’re all so well written.
A Flame in the Darkness
Tumblr media
As you will see my dilemma of wanting everyone to win gets worse with this song, I get very emotional as this album comes to an end.
Tumblr media
I love the overlapping parts that Paul has put in here (although some parts are a bit louder and harder to hear than others) with each of the characters parts being a chorus or a certain line of their song that they get to sing in their.
The Extermination of Bunker 23
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(at this point you may notice that I’m in a group chat with some friends, I first listened to the album in a call with them so this was my attempt at finishing the album with them)
Tumblr media
(yes I know that I got TNARH and TGTAC mixed up, I realize this later)
Tumblr media
this last song (the whole album really) was a rollercoaster of twists and turns, and I loved every second of it!
I will continue this post sometime soon, because I am on mobile I can only add 10 photos at a time :(
Stay tuned until then!

I got a request for this to be made in one of my social groups. The art (signature in the corner, centerpiece (man with cane), & “trans” bubble letters) is all made by me, and the text was added via Canva (Garamond font). (photo ID in alt text included)
((I am willing to make similar ones for trans masc nonbinary, trans fem nonbinary...I just want to include as many people as possible, so nonbinary options may be more narrow labels and a less thorough umbrella one. I myself am masc nonbinary (boyflux), so I’d love to include nonbinary people as well. Let me know if y’all like this & want more (& if so, which labels/umbrellas) 💜.))
The centerpiece (4h17m) and signature (½ hour / 30 ish mins) I had already made for other reasons, but I knew the centerpiece fit with what I wanted to share here. (Yes, he is missing a face on purpose; the original piece was about how being disabled, especially with an invisible illness, will make some people only see your disability and/or mobility aid and not even look at your face.) The bubble letters I made on the spot (1h37m).
I love the process of making art, and also enjoy using Canva to add text or combine multiple images (in this case, adding art, signature, bubble letters together & then adding text), so this was a very enjoyable process for me. It’s not super complicated, but I’m still happy I made it & willing to share with y’all.
I wish all trans men a very supportive, safe, and loving life with a good support network.
Whether you plan to medically transition (to whatever degree is best for you) or don't need to or can’t medically transition; whether you plan to acquire or use (or already have and use) a chest binder, or don’t want or need to use a chest binder, or can’t use a chest binder (including but not limited to medical reasons or chest size); whether you dress and express yourself with ‘girly’/‘feminine’ clothes or outfits, ‘masculine’/‘manly’ clothes or outfits, otherwise binary-categorized clothes or outfits, androgynous clothes or outfits, homemade clothes or outfits, another clothing or outfit option, or some combination of those; whatever stage of your social transition (closeted for safety, partially closeted, publicly out; binding vs not binding; packing vs not packing) you’re in, &/or (if you want & plan to) whatever medical transition stage you’re in (pre/post top surgery, pre/post bottom surgery, pre/post testosterone or hormone blockers)— all of you are valid, deserve love and support, and deserve to live safe, authentic, and fulfilling lives.
((Okay to repost with credit, & reblogs very welcome 💜))
Tumblr definitely has bigots as well, but I’m going to share this and just block anyone who decides to be transphobic, a TERF, or otherwise a bigot.
~Nico
((Full centerpiece and trans bubble letters underneath the cut— also welcome to repost or share with credit))

Fate and Phantasms #308: Mysterious Idol X (Alter)
Tumblr media
today on Fate and Phantasms we’re putting together the hottest idol act this side of the apocalypse, Mysterious Idol X (Alter)! let’s see, she’s got to be good enough with an instrument to wow a crowd, have supereffective attacks against robots, and pull a giant glowing sword out of nowhere to end fights. yeah, that’s a Glamour Bard alright. but just to spice things up, we’ll still give her some Psi Warrior Fighter levels to keep things star-warsy.
check out her build breakdown below the cut, or her character sheet over here!
next up: who’s a good girl? who’s a good girl? who’s a good beast of calamity? it’s you! yes, it’s you! aboojiboojiboo!
Race and Background
it’s been a while since MHX Alter, and I’m pretty sure we went with custom lineage for servantverse servants once or twice, but it’s easier to just stick with Variant Human and call it a day. that gives you +1 Dexterity and Charisma, proficiency in Acrobatics for more involved dance routines, and the Mobile feat for ten feet of movement each turn plus the ability to ignore triggering reaction attacks after you attack someone first. long before any idol goes on stage, you have to put in time for your footwork.
you’re still a Far Traveler though, so you get Insight and Perception proficiency.
Ability Scores
now that you’re hopped up on idolium, your Charisma is through the roof! you’re still from a science fiction-based universe, so your Intelligence is still a lot higher than most people’s. your Dexterity too, since you need to be acrobatic for some of your dance routines. all this does mean your Constitution has taken a serious hit since last time, though you’re still with a positive modifier. the same can’t be said for your Strength though, since this time you mostly deal damage through rocking out. and of course, we’re dumping Wisdom. you were a berserker, and you’re now a foreigner. neither of those classes are great when it comes to sanity.
Class Levels
1. Fighter 1: yes, most of your levels are in bard, but we need to get some physical training in before we start performing, which is why your Fighting Style is the Superior Technique, Evasive Footwork. with this, you can add a d6 to your AC once per short rest when you start to move, ending when you stop. dance fucker dance, they never had a chance. to hit you.
you also learn how to catch a Second Wind as a bonus action for some quick self-healing.
finally, you’re proficient in Strength and Constitution saves, as well as Athletics and Intimidation checks. have you seen how nervous those nerds get at meet n greets? this is why.
2. Fighter 2: sometimes you need to play an encore, and for those times you need an Action Surge to keep your turn going for an extra action. you can do this once per short rest as well.
3. Bard 1: okay, that’s enough training, it’s time for the big leagues! just being a bard gives you proficiency with Performance, because… duh. you can also use Bardic Inspiration Charisma Modifier times per short rest, giving an ally a d6 they can use on any attack roll, save, or ability check in the next minute.
on top of that, you can cast spells! using your charisma! and your spell slots! spells like, dancing lights to dance with lights, and friends to enrapture the crowd for a couple seconds. you can also disguise self for some quick costume changes, faerie fire to light up the stage and make other attacks more accurate, and of course thunderwave to blast enemies with the power… of MUSIC!
4. bard 2: second level bards are jacks of all trades, giving you at least half proficiency on all ability checks. you can also sing a song of rest as part of your short rest, adding another d6 to your party’s healing if they use hit dice! and we finally don’t have to reflavor this one.
you also get Magical Inspiration, so your bandmates can add your inspiration dice to their magical damage or healing as well! now that’s some king singing!
speaking of healing, we might as well have some for ourselves, right? grab Healing Word so we can heal and still leave our action open.
5. Bard 3: honestly MIX(A) is so plain vanilla bard you could probably make her without a subclass at all. but we still need one, and if you’re going to be an idol the college of Glamour is just a no-brainer. with her Mantle of Inspiration, you can spend a bonus action and one inspiration use to suit up for a show. you can pick up to Charisma Modifier creatures, giving them temporary HP and they can use their reaction to move without provoking opportunity attacks. idols have to be good at weaving through crowds, and it’s just not a show without the whole crew!
once you’re on stage, you can put on an Enthralling Performance. if you sing for a minute, you can choose Charisma Modifier creatures that have to make a wisdom save or they become charmed for 1 hour. while charmed, they idolize you, but they won’t commit violence on your behalf if they weren’t already inclined to do so. they won’t notice anything if they succeed on the save, and you can do this once per short rest.
you’ll get a lot more chances to perform when people find out about your Expertise in performance and acrobatics, doubling your proficiency bonus with those checks.
you can also Shatter robots now. we’re still like, a month and a half out from your event so I don’t know why that’s important, but boy howdy you don’t like robots, and this spell gives them disadvantage on their save against getting blown up by your speakers.
6. Bard 4: use your first Ability Score Improvement to bump up your Charisma for stronger spells and more inspiration. speaking of spells, Minor Illusion will add some flair to your show, and Kinetic Jaunt helps you get through larger crowds without having to worry about any grapples.
7. Bard 5: fifth level bards not only get stronger inspiration dice, but they also become a Font of Inspiration, letting them regain inspiration on short rests as well as long ones. you can also use third level spells like Mass Healing Word now for a full-party heal.
8. Fighter 3: With most of our basic stuff out of the way, it’s time for some force powers. as a Psi Warrior you have Psionic Power, represented by psionic dice. you get to use these dice 2x your proficiency bonus each day, and you can also spend a bonus action to regain a die once per short rest. If that wasn’t needlessly complicated enough, you can use them in three different ways. Your Protective Field can shield yourself or another creature as a reaction. You spend the die, roll it, and reduce the damage by the roll and your intelligence modifier. Your Psionic Strike adds extra damage to your attack once per turn, again by spending a die and rolling it. Finally, your Telekinetic Movement lets you move objects with your mind, either moving it to an unoccupied space 30’ away, or straight to your hand if it would fit. You can do this one for free once a short rest, or by spending a die.
9. Fighter 4: Because we’re working with actual weapons again, it’s a good idea to get your Dexterity higher so you can actually use them.
10. Fighter 5: Fifth level fighters can attack twice each action. Your spells are still stronger, but it’s good to have something to fall back on.
11. Bard 6: back in bard, you can spend your action to Countercharm, giving nearby allies advantage on their checks against being charmed or frightened. or you can do something better and put on your Mantle of Majesty. now for the next minute, you can use the Command spell as a bonus action, including the one you use to transform. these don’t use spell slots, and charmed creatures automatically fail their save against these spells. it’s powerful, but it only works once a day. now that’s star power!
of course your targets have to understand you to follow you, so that’s why we’re grabbing Tongues this level. all the good idols come with subtitles, right?
12. Bard 7: seventh level bards get fourth level spells, like Freedom of Movement. we’ve already gotten pretty much everything we need, now it’s just about getting bigger spell slots. and your NP, of course, but that comes later.
13. Bard 8: at level 8 you get another ASI, and this time instead of raw stats we’re grabbing some more force powers. with the Gift of the Gem Dragon, you get one more point of Charisma, and you can toss people around with your brain after they attack you. you force a strength save on them, and if they fail they take force damage and get pushed. you can do this proficiency times per day.
you can also make a Hypnotic Pattern for a sick lightshow on stage.
14. Bard 9: ninth level bards get a stronger song of rest, as well as fifth level spells like Legend Lore. If it’s important enough to count as a “legend”, you can learn more about it, getting more info the more you already know. if we’re going back to the servantverse, you’re probably going to be the one doing the exposition dumps.
15. Bard 10: tenth level bards get a d10 inspiration die, as well as Expertise with two more skills like perception and athletics. even without being a berserker, you’ve still got that madness enhancement to pahmp *clap* you ahp!
you also get some Magical Secrets, two spells you can pick without worrying about class restrictions, alongside your cantrip Thunderclap. if you want a song with more punch, Destructive Wave has just what you’re looking for, dealing damage all around you that is both thunder and either radiant or necrotic, while also knocking creatures prone if they fail a constitution save. Steel Wind Strike is more to give you actual sword skills, dealing damage to a couple creatures and teleporting behind them like the chuuni you are. don’t worry though, it’s nothing personnel.
16. Bard 11: eleventh level bards get sixth level spells like Otto’s Irresistible Dance. it’s technically in character, since your NP starts with making the enemy party dance a lil. still, what other spell could I give an idol bard?
17. Bard 12: you’re still a jedi though, so we also gotta get you a little Telekinetic. that rounds up your Charisma, and you learn the mage hand cantrip, which you can cast silently and invisibly. you can even use the hand to shove people around as a bonus action. with this, you’re now fully stocked up on charisma, giving you the most inspiration and spell power possible.
18. Bard 13: thirteenth level bards get a bigger song of rest as well as your NP, Mordenkainen’s Sword. summon a sword as an action, then you can spend up to a minute using your bonus action to swing it around. it’s not coming out of your guitar, but we allow for upgrades here.
19. Bard 14: a fourteenth level idol has some unbreakable majesty, making you prettier overall as well as giving you another minute-long transformation. with this one, the first time a creature attacks you each turn they need to make a charisma save or be forced to pick on someone else. even if they pass that one, they get disadvantage on all saves against your spells next turn. and you can even use this one every short rest, sweet!
if that’s not enough you also get two more Magical Secrets! pick up Project Image so you can give concerts throughout the galaxy and Heroes’ Feast. you’re still the same berserker we know and love under all that fame, after all.
20. Bard 15: your final level comes with a bigger inspiration die, as well as an eighth level spell. Prismatic Spray feels like a good way to end the build. it’s flashy, it’s powerful, and it’s flashy!
Pros and Cons
Pros:
with MIX’s mobility and unbreakable majesty, she’s great at avoiding combat altogether, or at least avoiding getting hit. waltz through the crowd and get out of the concert before anyone even realizes your set is over!
speaking of parties, you’ve got maxed out charisma and half proficiency on everything, so of course you’re a good party face. the costume changes aren’t mandatory, but they certainly don’t hurt, either.
let’s be honest, intelligence is usually most people’s dump stat, so the fact that you have a positive modifier and half proficiency puts you well above most characters when it comes to finding stuff out, which means your Legend Lore info dumps will be all the more useful.
Cons:
a lot of your subclass is still heavily charm based, so higher level creatures will be a pain. at least you can keep their flunkies away.
you also don’t have great physical stats, so while you can fall back on your swordplay to save spell slots, it’s not ideal.
you’ve still got low wisdom and no boost to your wisdom saves, so ironically you could easily get charmed yourself, leading to a charm-chain that takes out half your party.

I typed an extremely long post and tumblr’s tried to delete it twice so now i’m just angry and going to make this brief. I’m going on a trip to visit my best friend on this upcoming Saturday (May 20th) and staying there a week. I’ve had this trip booked since January, but i’m unfortunately dealing with an extremely bad fibromyalgia flareup as of right now, even after doubling my dose of cymbalta. This is partially brought on by stress, partially from the heat making my pain worse. I’m going to be flying there by myself and i’m worried about dealing with airport lines and everything else… It’s my first time ever flying and i seriously worry that the stress of a new crazy experience like that will make my pain worse >_<.
TL;DR but basically all of this has made me finally consider investing in a proper cane, and i’m considering opening a commission slot or 2 to save up for it. the worst of my pain isnt really in my knees though and is moreso in my back which prevents me from walking long distances without sitting at least some of the time, so I want to invest in a folding cane/chair rather than your standard walking cane... A decent one of these starts at ~50 USD, but can go up to 100 USD. I really don’t want to be a cheapskate when it comes to a mobility aid i need to help me live comfortably. However Since most of my money is being put towards the trip i can’t afford to take that big of a cut without income coming in to make up for it. I’d also need this before Saturday, so that adds to it.
Type 1 Small examples:

Type 1 large example:

Type 2 example:

The turnaround time for either of these would either be this week OR some time after the 27th.

Thunder
Spoilers for Case 60 of the conspiracy (?) underneath the cut
▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃
“ you see? You’re doing better!” Zoe exclaims, with a bright smile as her fingers are interlocked alongside their arms with David’s as they walk. She looks away as she feels a col droplet fall onto her neck where the collar of her vest failed to conceal her skin. The weatherman had said it was likely going to rain.
Zoe feels David slightly pulling away and he cranes his neck noticing the steady stream of droplets starting to fall and the clouds forming in the sky as it darkened. “We better get heading home,” Zoe suggested, as the droplets begin to make everything damp. “I think it’s supposed to storm anyways.” She adds as she diverts the direction she and David were walking towards their home.
As the detour continues the pace of the rain and weather began to amp up the clouds covered the sky and it was no longer sprinkling. Lighting followed by thunder, a loud booming sound in the distance, and David flinched. His eyes scan around, brows furrowing and he feels A lump form in his throat. He could’ve sworn he’d heard - “Oh, it’s just thunder,” Zoe assured, a hand to the man’s shoulder.
“We should get inside.” Zoe squeezed David’s hand to encourage him to keep walking. They continue walking despite the insistent rain and the growling of the thunder. The sound grows louder with each strike and the lump in his throat grows and making it difficult to keep deep breaths.
He wasn’t a child anymore. So, it didn’t make sense to be overreacting to such a little thing as thunder. He saw it all the time. Small children are afraid of thunder and lightning. He was one of those children but he’d grown out of it. And now here he is again. So much for kicking that.
Thunder was harmless, he knows this. It couldn’t hurt him. But it was certainly loud … loud enough and he’s seen the damages — he’d experienced those. Hell, he was just beginning to be able to be somewhat mobile again. It was exhausting and he’d almost given up because it hurt and was useless. Why was he doing this? He’d heard all the stories from war veterans and things. But even so, most of the ones he met seemed okay, outwardly so at least. That’s what he tells himself.
David shuts his eyes and opens them again and he doesn’t notice when they enter the house and Zoe’s footsteps stop as well. “David?” Her voice is soft, a hand pressing to his shoulder squeezing it. “You alright, Darling?” Her words seemingly fall on deaf ears with no response. “David?” Zoe questions again.
David turns to her, a hand on his neck scratching at it and he gives her a weak smile. “Yeah, yeah, I’m okay.” He forced out.
“Do you need to sit down or — I told you not to force it if you weren’t feeling up to it.” Zoe’s words go silent as she quickly ushers him to sit down. That was supposed to help but things still seemed odd.
David’s attention turned to the window with the curtains parted to reveal the window the rain pounding on the window furiously. “Is it going to be like that all day?” He questions, voice barely above a scratchy whisper.
“It should clear up later on,” says Zoe her voice calm and her brows furrowed as her eyes fill with concern. “Is something wrong? Somethings bothering you and it isn’t walking.” She takes a seat beside him resting a gentle hand on his knee with all of her efforts to keep still and she offers a smile.
“What is it? You’re a bad liar. And It’s not good to keep things to yourself if it’s bothering you. We all have our secrets but don’t you think we can clear the air? I wanna help but I can’t if you don’t talk to -“Another crack of thunder interrupted Zoe’s sentences and it seems to click into place at this as David averts his gaze from the window, squeezing his eyes shut. He scoots closer to Zoe and he blinks feeling his eyes burning.
The skin underneath his eyes are damp but nothing is coming out if he’s gonna let it, he’d be damned if he was crying over thunder. One of his arms hesitantly shoots out around himself in a manner to attempt to soothe but it doesn’t help or quell the burning in his eyes or elsewhere as his throat closed up. If he wanted to say anything he was certainly unable to now. The steady pace of thumping against his chest increases and he can hear it and feel the blood pumping. He’s shaking now and he can’t stop.
“Is it the thunder?” Zoe asks her voice soft. “It’s okay, it’s okay if it is… it’s loud, I agree…but it can’t hurt you.” Her arms wrap around David and she feels the thumping as she presses him against her chest and her fingers rub circles into his back. “It’s pretty loud right now, right?” She asks placing both of her hands on David’s cheeks and pulling his face to look up at her as hot tears raced down his cheeks in heaps. “The louder it is, the farther away.” She says. “It’s raining… and thundering. But… water makes everything wet it’s wet and cool.”
David chokes back a sob, but he’s unable to pull it back down and it’s evident as each sob wracks his body harder than the last time. Zoe leans back as she pulls David even closer, his head to her chest. “Can you look at me, Darling? That’s all I need you to do. Just look at me.”
Zoe’s voice does manage to cut through everything and David looks up hesitantly, his vision blurring as he sniffles attempting to keep back the heavy flow of tears readying to surface as they well in his glassy-looking eyes. “Do you feel that? We’re inside and it’s cool. The rain can’t even get on you and it wouldn’t hurt… because it’s cool… do you know where we are now? Where are you?”
“Inside.” David croaks as another sob wracks his body and the tears spill downwards and his throat constricts once more as his shoulders heave.
“What do you see?” Zoe asks simple questions.
“You. The couch… the table.” He utters weakly in response.
“That’s good.” Zoe praises. “That’s really good, Darling. Can you take a deep breath with me? You’re breathing really hard…”
David gives a weak nod and at first, it’s just a few rapid intakes of breath as Zoe’s fingers stroke his chest gently. And then it slows, and he exhales. “you almost died, it’s alright to be scared. You have every right. It’s barely after it, that’s reason enough. You’d have reason years later.” She explains. Zoe offers a gentle smile as she goes to stroke David’s hair. “can I show you something?” she whispers.
David gives a hesitant nod and Zoe pulls away just slightly and moves to open the window above the sofa slightly. David backs away. The wind stirs outsiders and Zoe sticks her hand out the raindrops falling onto her skin, dispersing as it hits her skin and spilling into little cool streams of damp skin. “You see? It’s wet?” She reaches for David’s hand with her other and gently pulls it to the window with her own.
“I used to go out in the rain a lot when I was little, it’s fun besides the mud and thunder and lightning,” Zoe says as she watches David feel the cool droplets hit his hand. “It’s safe and cool.” She assures gently.
“I had no clue thunder was going to be an issue but I get it…” Zoe trails off as she shuts the window once David pulls his hand away seemingly in thought and she pulls him back into the position they were feeling him tense up every time a particularly loud crack of thunder strikes. Her fingers run up and down his shoulders in the back attempting to ease the tension and pressure and it seems to wash away with her touch.
“Do you think headphones would help?” She questioned. “For example, when the fireworks are going off, they work then. Would they be helpful? We don’t have to go outside.” Says Zoe. “I just want to have something to help when we expect a storm.”
“I wouldn’t hear it with them, would … I?”
“No, that is what got me thinking.”
David’s head sinks into Zoe’s chest as he takes a deeper breath, taking a moment before releasing it. “I think that would help.” He says hesitantly. “I would like that.” He admits.
“There’s.. no shame in it if it helps,” Zoe adds as her hand brushed strands of hair behind his ear. “We can stay here as long as you need. I’ll be here if you want me and if not, that’s okay too.”
David feels His chest tighten again this time but it doesn’t hurt this time, he can breathe. He’s unsure what to say, at a loss. All of this is just because he got scared and she isn’t judging.
Maybe the therapist wasn’t exaggerating when the topic of PTSD was brought up. Post-traumatic stress disorder as it was deemed medically. It wasn’t something just military personnel and people developed and certainly, he still needed time to adjust and learn that.
But a plan and understanding were more than a start. David was more than happy just to stay here until the storm cleared or… longer.

Note
what are you looking forward to the most in season 2? any hopes, expectations, etc.
i’m most excited for BLOOD & CHEESE and whatever psychological torture alys is putting daemon through at harrenhal <3 <3 also very curious about how they will handle rhaenyra’s reaction to b&c—i think that’s a key moment that will give insight into how exactly they plan to develop her character throughout the rest of the show.
also inexpressibly excited for the dragonseeds! i don’t think nettles will be in this season, but i can’t wait for her and sheepstealer. i know people theorize she’ll be cut from the show, but i can’t even fathom it????she’s too important. there’s no way to do it without gutting the themes of the story? if they do you’ll see me on the news though.
aside from that i’m really interested to see how they handle the classism inherent in the concept of dragonseeds. (though tbh i’ll cry laughing if it leads to people who are obsessed with presenting the hightowers as persecuted servants instead of an ancient house of powerful nobles saying shit like, “the hightowers and the dragonseeds have so much in common actually, both striving for upward mobility. it really adds context to the defection of ulf the white and hugh hammer!!” 😭😭)
with that, i’m sooo curious to see if we get a scene with corlys and rhaenys discussing addam and alyn. like i can’t imagine they would skip that—it’s too crucial and too messy. like is that man seriously going to try to tell her they are her dead gay son’s bastards. can’t wait. weirdly nervous to see how they’re going to handle addam claiming seasmoke when laenor is still alive? i’m a fantasy girlie at heart so dragon/rider bond is very interesting to me.
my main hope for the season though is that the tb kids get more development, particularly baela and rhaena. they were so underused last season and it’s inexplicable to me why so many small moments with them were cut when just a little bit more could’ve added so much. like with all the heavy handedness re: aemond and lucerys/aemond and daemon, they couldn’t have done more with baela and aegon? in theory i understand that it was the actions of the greens driving the plot at the end of s1, so it makes sense to spend more time learning their characters and motivations, but if the baela, rhaena, and jace don’t get that same level of investment in s2 then what’s the point.
the other thing i’m really hoping for is of course that we see daemon and rhaenyra being unhinged together in a fun sexy way this season before things start to really crack. i have no idea how their relationship will be handled, but my main hope is that they continue to show the complexity of it and of rhaenyra’s feelings in particular without infantilizing her. literally my only requirement and i can work with anything else.
other things i’m looking forward to: sunfyre the prettiest baby and whatever is going on with alicent and aegon—like we love a perpetuated cycle you know? also i guess i’ll admit to being excited to see the starks again. fine, i am. and jace with no wig! baela on moondancer! just seeing these characters again, i love them all so much. what are you excited about??

PGR S Lee Character Profile
Hello! Here's S Lee's character profile. Over the next few days, I'll also be posting Qu's and Changyu's character profile plus the first chapter of Amplifier Selena's Interlude Story. I will eventually post Roland's Interlude Story, I apologize if it's taking a bit longer than it should be. As for the voice lines of the characters released in the bili servers, I'll be doing a tester with Fire Lee that'd be marked as "Beta" since most of the JP audio is transcribed by ear. That's it for now, I hope everyone enjoys the translations. You can learn more about him on the cut down below ♪(^∇^*)

Structure Documentation
Document Detail 1
A new model designed to utilize Lee's outstanding calculation abilities efficiently. It was produced in the same production lot as Kamui's model.
Document Detail 2
With his perception modules completely remodeled, he can control the bullet trajectory at will. His ranged attack's precision capabilities have improved compared to his previous model.
Document Detail 3
An anchor lock-on function has also been added. If paired with Lee's precise calculational prowess, it is possible to rapidly mark and track different enemies.
Document Detail 4
In any case, Lee's newer model was designed to prioritize reinforcing its calculation module's efficiency. Because of this, Lee could currently calculate even the most intricate data down to just microseconds.
Document Detail 5
Lee's manufacturing abilities as well as repairing abilities have immensely blossomed—he successfully remodeled a Structure once.
Document Detail 6
Lee once made a miniature robot for the Commander. Moreover, the said robot is being updated every single day. It's said that the Gray Raven's Commander has been using the robot's alarm function to wake up on time.[2]
Rumors and Secrets
Secret 1 Highly sensitive when it comes to numbers.
Secret 2 He insists that there is a problem with the model's automatic heat energy circulation system. However, there aren't any signs of a request to get it fixed.
Secret 3 Lee's win rate against Kamui in a verbal argument is 50%.
Secret 4 His favorite color is blue. The color of his circulation fluid is also blue.
Secret 5 His hair quality is stiffer compared to other Structures.
Secret 6 Although Lee frequently gets requests for his contact details from female humans more than female Structures, he rejects all of them.
Secret 7 He is more knowledgeable about internal framework than external appearance.
Secret 8 Had a logical and objective conversation with the Commander about the functional importance of designing a Structure. The conversation also included the cushion on Bianca's chest.
Secret 9 Lee once did a research on Kamui's vocal device and was able to shut it down.
Secret 10 He has managed to develop and install a quasi-version of an Inverse Device in the robot he made.
Secret 11 He was almost forced to crossdress by Kamui and his friends after a certain incident[3], but Lee manages to avoid it.
Secret 12 Lee has the Commander's consent in turning his series of observations and comprehended material of the person in question into data and compiled them for safekeeping.
Spoken dialogue is different from the one that's written.
A callback reference to A Lee's Affection Story.
The incident in question happened in Main Story Chapter 11 (Nona Ouroboros)

Ok so as someone who started using this website right before Elon announced taking Twitter, I just want to talk about my take on (some of) the changes since then because, in theory, they should be targeted towards my demographic.
Blazing: I think this was new when I joined, but I didn’t think it seemed bad. You can pay to make your post reach more people, probably to attract brand accounts to the site. I can’t say I’ve seen a lot of brand accounts since then on my dash but I’ve seen a lot of blazed posts for photography. Didn’t really mess with how I had used tumblr at the time, doesn’t change anything now. It’s cool
Buying Checkmarks: taking the piss on twitter, which was funny at the time. However I’ve noticed people with more checkmarks will often have posts on my dash that are kinda cut off? I assume the checkmarks reached a second row and pushed the text out of the post but it’s kinda annoying. This has really only happened to me on mobile and is a pretty rare occasion, but i just don’t understand how this kinda thing happened in the first place? Was it not accounted for that some users would have ridiculous amounts of checkmarks?
Tumblr live: I’m gonna be honest, I thought this was a gaslighting thing from the community. Fucking never showed up for me, but from what I understand nobody liked it. My rule of thumb is if your feature is “opt out” for no reason, you never had confidence in it in the first place.
Side bar: why is it there? Isn’t all the stuff it shows already available on the top of the screen in the desktop application? And why? I honestly liked how tumblr payed out there stuff compared to other social media because it just felt different. It just seems like tumblr is trying to become new twitter, which is not a good look bestie.
Icon hiding: this is the newest one and I hate it so much. Why do I even have a pfp if nobody is gonna ever see it? Why am I able to display stupid checkmarks and badges if they don’t show when I reblog a post? A lot of these changes just feel needless, and this one by far is the stupidest.
Now, for a change of pace, what would be some changes I would actually LIKE to see as a newer user?
Tagging presets: when I reblog a post, or hell even post my own, wether I tag it at all or not depends purely on how I feel at the moment. For me rebloging feels like it should be able to be done quick. To remedy this, I think you should be able to have custom presets near the tag button. Like say I wanna reblog some art, I could click my “art” preset to automatically put down all the tags I would want when reblogging a post like that (Art, Not Mine, Fandom, ect). From there I can add or remove tags if I feel like it, but the point is to just make it more intuitive to reblog with tags. Especially because, from what I understand, that’s the only way a post will get traction.
Likes doing something: I don’t know what the point of likes are for. I think they contribute to your For You page, but I don’t look at that as often as my main dash. Maybe if likes had an effect on the main dash it could also help the problem with reblogging. Though I have no fucking clue what they would do extra if im being honest. Maybe just get rid of them entirely. They are, to say the least, pointless.
If I have any other thoughts I will just add them to this post.

>Discuss vampires with Bunny Paulson.
She is already inside your apartment.
You sigh, and pinch the bridge of your nose.
“Okay. Okay, okay fine. Just take your shoes off, please,” you say.
Bunny gives you a thumbs-up and begins untying her big stupid boots.
You invite her to have a seat at your kitchen table.
“Would you like any coffee?” you ask.
“Sure!” says Bunny.
You pour two cups of coffee.
Neither of you add any cream or sugar.
“So… I read your website. About the Yellowknife murder, and the other cases.”
Bunny claps her hands together.
“Yes! It’s fascinating stuff, isn’t it?”
You shake your head.
“I don’t have any …academic, or whatever, interest in vampires. I’m just trying to stay safe.”
Bunny is undeterred.
“Of course! And knowledge is power. And! There’s a whole lot more stuff about them that I haven’t even put on my website! I just need to get it in the correct format–“
You cut her off.
“Is any of it, uh, immediately actionable information, about how to avoid them?”
“But of course!” she says. “For instance, their social structures! Vampires have a very hierarchical society where they are always competing with each other for rank, always trying to amass more thralls and grow older and more powerful.”
“Uh huh,” you say.
“And they see the whole world through this hierarchy! Humans included! But ALL humans are at the bottom of the hierarchy. You could even say that the most powerful human is seen as lower ‘rank’ than the weakest vampire!”
“That's pretty conceited,” you say, “especially given the fact that they used to BE human.”
“But about this hierarchy!” she goes on, “There’s one thing that doesn’t exist in it whatsoever: A human who has survived a vampire’s bite!”
She’s looking at the bandage on your neck. You are feeling a bit self-conscious. You put your hand over it and take a sip of coffee.
“You see, all my research indicates that being bitten by a vampire starts a biological change in a human!”
You’re feeling nervous.
“A vampire can direct those changes by using their powers to turn the bitten human into a thrall or a vampire! But to let the changes occur undirected? There’s no record of it whatsoever!”
You are sweating a little.
“No record whatsoever? What’s going to happen to me?”
Bunny still has an excited smile on her face.
“Even with all my years of vampire research, all I can say is that I honestly have no idea!”
You think for a moment.
“What about expelling cold black slime out of my eyes? Does that have any connection?”
Bunny stands up in excitement.
“WOAH! When was that?!”
“Um, this morning. It happened right as I was waking up. And I was bitten the day before yesterday.”
“Hell yeah that’s gotta be connected! Cold black slime?! That sounds exactly like vampire blood!“
She sits down, whips out a notebook, and starts writing furiously.
“I hope you don’t see me as some kind of science experiment,” you say dryly.
“Huh? No, of course not. You are a unique being and your life belongs to you,” she says without looking up from her notepad.
“…So… if killing a vampire is so difficult, and they can’t be repelled with garlic or whatever, how am I supposed to protect myself from them?”
“Gun,” she says, still without looking up.
“What?” you say.
Bunny closes her notebook.
“To fight a vampire, which is the worst case scenario, you’ll want to cause them a lot of bodily injury in a short amount of time before staking their heart. Best way to do that in the 21st century is to shoot them a bunch of times.”
You balk. It sounds so barbaric. But if that’s what it takes, you suppose you’ll have to at least consider it.
Bunny starts unloading items from her backpack.
She takes out a metal stake, a container of lighter fluid, and a box of 9mm hollow point rounds.
“These are for you,” she says, seriously.
“If you don’t have a gun yet, get one.”
You tell her that won’t be a problem.
You take the items and add them to your INVENTORY.
“I guess shooting them would be a lot more effective than punching them in the face,” you remark.
Bunny laughs.
“Punching a vampire in the face! Now that’s a good one!”
She slaps her knee.
She notes the lack of humor in your expression and her face drops.
“Wait. Did you ACTUALLY punch a vampire in the face?! Is that why you were bitten?!”
You sigh, and tell her the whole story.
“Ah, that makes… more sense? Less sense? I’m not sure. My condolences on missing out on the they/them vampire p-“
The door opens and Louisiana Avalanchè walks in.
“Hey you. Who’s your friend?” she says.
“This is Bunny-“
Bunny cuts you off.
“Bunny Paulson, vampire expert!” she says, shaking Louisiana’s hand enthusiastically.
“I’ve come to lend a hand to your current predicament!”
“Oh, I see!” says Louisiana, clearly a bit amused.
“We’ve been discussing vampires,” you explain.
You check your phone. It’s very late. You’re tired.
