Our two bands had a lot of respect for each other and a lot of fun together. Denny joined Wings at the outset. He was an outstanding vocalist and guitar player. His most famous performance is probably 'Go Now' an old Bessie Banks song which he would sing brilliantly. He and I wrote some songs together the most successful being 'Mull of Kintyre' which was a big hit in the Seventies. We had drifted apart but in recent years managed to reestablish our friendship and share memories of our times together. Denny was a great talent with a fine sense of humour and was always ready to help other people. He will be missed by all his fans and remembered with great fondness by his friends. Normally Sanji is the most put together person between him and Luffy. He’s probably the most put together person on the entire crew besides Robin. Meanwhile Luffy is a walking disaster, chaos is naturally drawn to him and he’s ALWAYS getting into trouble. When it comes to their actual romantic relationship tho. It’s COMPLETELY flipped lmao

Luffy will walk out on deck with his hair slightly tousled and his vest a bit askew but that’s normal for him. He looks smug as hell but that’s also normal for him. Nobody bats an eye. Then Sanji comes tumbling out of the galley. Shirt untucked and buttoned up the wrong way, hair thoroughly ruffled, clothes rumpled, looking utterly fucking disheveled. His nose is bleeding, he’s stumbling like he’s drunk and his neck is covered in hickies. Everyone on deck proceeds to lose their goddamn MINDS

Hear me out.

I 1000% agree that non-godhood, orb-free, romanced professor Gale is the best ending. He and Tav are SO happy and in love, Tara approves, Gale’s mom isn’t sad, it’s nothing but good things and I absolutely adore it and it will have a place in my heart forever.

I also agree that in the Godhood ending, while Gale retains aspects of his former self, he has changed. His most precious human qualities have been replaced with ambition and pride. And you can’t ignore the fact that Tara is now unhappy, Gale’s mother misses her son, Elminster is distraught and feels responsible for Gale having chosen this path, and there’s the possibility of looming disaster in the future as described by Raphael.

…and yet…

…seeing how much God Gale still loves Tav—and knowing they’ll get to spend an eternity together—is pretty damn wonderful, too.

I really like dragon!warriors, so here’s my two cents! More underneath >:)

My first draft of dragon warriors was more based on Volga since that’s literally his game, but I was soooo inspired by all the cool dragon Zelda art that I made this second draft instead!

My revision is more of a half dragon, half Hylian situation, so unfortunately Warriors does not have a full dragon form here like Volga!

I also made him a fire dragon since to me fire rod = affinity for fire = fire dragon lol (also arsonist Warriors rights!)

I also went for a more red color scheme for his scales since I wanted some contrast with the blue!

Some more lil hcs <3

• Warriors is fire proof! So any sort of fire attack doesn’t hurt him, he uses this to his advantage to protect the other Links

• His skin is also super durable, even the skin that is untouched by his scales! He can still get hurt but he does not bruise easily and can tank a hit

• love love loves warmth!! He loves taking naps in the sun like a cat

• however extreme cold temperatures are harmful towards him, he gets sluggish quickly in the cold and if in the cold for too long, it can start to harm him!

• I’m still trying to decide if I want him to be able to breathe fire or not >:))

• definitely has a love of gems and shiny things, but anything given to him from the other Links, like cool rocks or leaves, are insanely important to him and he keeps every single one!

• Dragons are super protective of their hoards and I like to think that Warriors is the type to consider his friends as apart of his Hoard, not in the ‘you are Mine’ way but more of a ‘you are incredibly important to me that I will do anything in my power to help and protect you’ sort of way! He loves this friends and brothers very dearly <3 and gets super fierce if anything harms them <3

• he does have a magic item that disguises his dragon attributes, as not everyone is fond or okay with dragons, so he does it to protect himself and not make others uncomfortable

• def kept it a secret from the other Links for awhile, not including Time (due to knowing each other beforehand) and Hyrule (fae and dragon immediately spotted each other and went, ‘I’ll keep ur secret if you keep mine’) but I think they’ll all be supportive if a little put off at times lol

I just watched 3:10 to Yuma and throughout the movie all I can think and focus is Russell’s tormenting hot, deep voice and his attractiveness that I keep pausing the movie to recollect myself and inhale deeply.

YES HE IS. So glad you got to watch it! 3:10 to Yuma is such an interesting movie and Russell is top notch in it. I agree — no matter how gorgeous he is visually it’s his voice in 3:10 to Yuma that really sends me over the edge. But! I'd really like to know what sparked Chuusday's interest in technology and how did she get so good with it?! ♡

N..nobodies ever asked that before 🫣💦 So I’ll hammer some of the details out for you RIGHT MEOW! A 2sday-Wednesday special :3

Actually we’re gonna cover a lot of ground I haven’t talked about openly before so settle in

Chuu’s fascination with Machines n the like started REAL early, early when she was small. She wanted to…. Disassemble things. Crates, shelves, alchemist tools of the trade, Mammets… carts… she wanted to lay it all out. See how it fit together. And then MAYBE put it all back together again. And she lived on an island, in a port town, with her mom (an actual Viera) who was continuously unwell and kept getting worse every time she got better and sick again, and the sunseeker chirurgeon who was trying to treat her condition, and his partner, another sunseeker who if I recall correctly, was an alchemist. So. The house she was staying in had no shortage of things a Viera with curious + grabbing destructive hands shouldn’t be grabbing.

It takes coaxing to get her to start putting stuff back together again all the time, and by that point at least she’d stopped trying to pry nails out of things (wooden objects were a pain, she found, to take apart, and piece back together, the wood sometimes was old and slightly rotted, the nails came out unkindly, the shapes were often simple.)… things with screws and bolts were… fun. Her dads (in her mind, they were her dads, but out loud, it was sir, and mister) kept trying to send her out on Missions (chores; your mom isn’t doing well, we don’t want you to have to keep hanging around the house while her every breath rattles and her every cough is harsh and wet. Chuu knew. She was 14. It wasn’t hard to figure out…) for, small stuff. Fetch quests; go pick up ingredients for dinner, or hunt down this one small herb on the cliff side above town for this tincture I’m trying to make to help alleviate the cough symptoms. I have enough for now but having more to replenish what I’m using isn’t bad.. low stakes, yknow.

And when her Mom finally passed from her illness the pair kept Chuu on (Chuu herself will not comment on the her mom and the dads’ relationship, but I CAN and I’ll tell you those fuckers were poly. They might never have slapped a label on it but the love was there. It didn’t start that way, but it certainly was that way by the end.)

This ended up wildly off track didnt it. (Let me get it back on track, and in so doing gracefully gloss over the chunk of history I’m unclear on 💖)

She gets REALLY good at what she’s doing when she signs on with the Garlean Empire. It wasn’t… a hard choice. There was nothing left tying her down where she had been by that point; they’d offered direction, room, board… and, well… her current skills were enough to get placed under Midas’ guidance.

And she found that. Magitek is incredibly interesting compared to whatever she’s had her hands on before and she loves it. Purpose. Drive. She learns how to build things that she’d never dreamed of before under Midas’ guidance. She helps refine designs for two legged heavy artillery a lone person can pilot. To deal with the enemy. She does not think about who the enemy is. The enemy is a problem, and the Machine, glorious, flawless, violent, is the answer.

And then they blow up Bozja. Midas with it. An entire city, wiped off the map. She finds that the numbers- subjects- on the sheet that they’d been running experiments on have faces. Haunted, tired faces, with dull eyes and drawn cheeks and small hands. Children. You can’t just quit, but Midas was gone. Cid was missing. Nero was a thorn in her side and she didn’t want to continue work under someone less competent, or pursue someone else’s dreams. So …. She went missing too. Crashed an airship into Thavnair and stripped the wreckage to the bones for coin. Went into temporary hiding in Kugane, then Ul’Dah, and finally fell in with the slightly sketchy free company she’s with now. She maintains their airships and submersibles and they don’t ask where she came from 💖

I think I got a lil lost in the reeds and I was supposed to go to sleep like 4 hours ago but I kept turning this question over in my mind like a rubrix cube despite my best efforts >v>; The Long And Short Is; she’s always wanted to know how stuff worked, and falling in with Garlemald for (cautiously estimating her time there at about 30+ years) helped her understanding grow in great leaps. Around the start of 2.0 she awakens the Echo (Thrice damned Migraine Creator) and doesn’t realize it’s use until her next encounter with Allagan tech (where she interfaces on a personal level and. It kicks her new obsession up. And… allagans did quite a bit of soul research… it is, somewhat, why there is a Tuesday.)
