Do you think Childe would get jealous is reader spent to much time with the kids or would he just appreciate her not being miserable 24/7?
Childe is jealous because HE can't spend lots of time with the kids. He's unreasonably happy that you and the children get along so well, but he hates that it comes at the cost of him not having a place to fit in.
Yandere! Childe x Fem! Reader
Forced Marriage AU
TW: Reader has children, yandere themes, general angst
It was a thought that lingered in his mind more than he wanted. Despite the fact that he was adamant that he wouldn't let it bother him, it still crept its way into his brain during moments of silence. It was eating away at him, the one thing that he couldn't fight off was going home every night and noticing it. Noticing the silence, the lack of toys splayed about, the lack of laughter, the mess.
When he was a child and even up until long past his teenage years, he remembered not being able to walk two steps in his home without stumbling over a toy or board game or even some mysterious mess. He's aware that he has significantly less adolescents in his own house now than he did as a kid, but it doesn't change the fact that his his kids are just so clean. and quiet. It's almost unnerving how little he sees of those existence in the home.
And when he returns, even if there is still sun beaming down on the packed snow of Snezhnaya, his son's will already be up in their rooms. Whether it's to nap or do some schoolwork, the second he steps foot into his own home, they become unavailable, shying away from him as if he were the monster under their bed.
“Why are the boy's always busy when I get home,” he asked over dinner. A quiet dinner of just you and him. He hadn't eaten a meal with his son's in months, almost as if you wanted him to forget their existence.
A look of fear crossed your face, then confusion, then a weak, fake smile. Those smiles of yours. Forced quivering lips and wide eyes, how much longer could you continue to smile at him like that? How much longer would he allow it?
“They're both still young, Ajax, they don't want to be under their parents constantly,” you tried to assure him, following your words up by filling your mouth with food to not have to say more.
“That's bullshit,” he slammed his fist down on the table, scaring you even more in the process. You could see that he was seething with rage, close to having an outburst before taking a deep breath to calm himself. Still, his words were slow and concise as he spoke against, a growl present in his voice, “You can't even sit Damon down for a minute without him crying till he's blue in the face.”
There was nothing you could say to disprove what he was saying. He was correct. Damon was typically glued to your hip, throwing fits whenever you let go of him. He was always a clingy child, vastly different to Adonis, who only wanted you around to show you a cool trick he'd learned or an art project he'd made. But both of them would grow pale when you said that their father would be returning home soon, and even if you wanted to, you couldn't make them leave the confines of their rooms, knowing that Childe was lurking around the corner.
“I want to see my sons,” he said without waiting for your response.
“They're probably long asleep by now,” another lie. You couldn't get Adonis to go to bed without a fight most nights. You knew he was still up, possibly playing with his action figures once again, but if he heard the sound of his father's footsteps coming up the stairs, he'd be in bed with no hesitation. You remember a night where he thought it was Childe instead of you opening the door to his bedroom. He was curled up in his comforter, with it pulled up to his eyes. Peeking at the door like he was expecting the Boogeyman.
“I won't go in tomorrow then. We'll have the whole day together,”
You had nothing to say back, but also no way of forcing the boys to spend time with him. Rather, you silently picked at your food, a lump starting to form in your throat. Dinner was eaten in silence, with you only occasionally stealing glances at your husband, who was still angrily eating. Your heart sank thinking of the ways the boys would cry, but knowing that there was nothing you could do for them. Except be there as he forced himself into their lives. He was doing to them as he'd done to you. And helplessly, all you could do was watch.

Sort of nsfw? part 2 coming 🙃
Dbsf! Miguel, shocked when you come home for spring break to announce you have a boyfriend, surprise and rage filling him in almost equal amounts. Just in New Year's, he'd had you looking at him like that, that sweet gaze, soft and full of an innocence you do not posses. But now that look comes across your eyes when you talk about him, this barely-adult boy who, Miguel is sure, doesn't have the faintest clue about how to take care of you.
He spends hours listening to you talking about this teenage boy, twenty-something, who's probably unaware of how lucky he is that a girl like you has even looked his way.
He grits his teeth the entire time, trying to contain the rage within him. It all goes to hell the moment you two are alone.
You'd been up in your bedroom for a while, and then your dad went to buy groceries and asked Miguel to keep you company.
Boy, did he.
He storms into your room, eyes dark with rage, chest heaving with each heavy breath. You look at him, surprised, eyes going wide.
“M-Miguel? Are you oka—?”
“Don't you dare ask me if I'm okay,” he snarls, slamming the door shut after himself. “You come here talking about some-some kid?! After New Year's?!”
New Year's. How the fuck could you ever forget? You'd come home from college to celebrate. At the party, before midnight, you and Miguel had run into each other on the balcony, away from the crowd. Both of you tipsy, the tension obvious, neither could resist the temptation.
As the ball dropped at midnight, Miguel was already balls-deep in your soaked, puffy cunt. He took you over and over again in that secluded room, your gorgeous body spread out on the bed as you screamed his name.
Neither of you would ever be the same again.
“Do you remember what you said?” he demands, something in his voice growing soft as he towers over you in your bedroom now. “Do you remember what you promised me?”
You swallow hard. You can still hear your own voice, broken by moans, as you swore, “I'm yours, Miguel.”
“Yes,” you say softly, holding his gaze.
He bites his tongue, sharp canines digging into the soft muscle as he tries to keep himself quiet. He says it anyway. “Was it a lie?”
“What?”
He hears the disbelief in your voice; he knows you heard him. He asks it again. “Did you lie about it?”
“No!” you immediately say, shaking your head as you stand from your bed. “No, of course not.”
“Then what the fuck are you doing with a boyfriend?” he snaps, glaring at you.
You sigh. “I...” You bite your lower lip. It was fucking ridiculous. How the fuck were you supposed to tell him that you'd seen this guy who had looked a little like Miguel and you'd already been head over heels?
You missed Miguel. Joey was just...a stand-in. Someone to warm your bed instead of leave you thinking about your dad's best friend.
But how are you going to say that?
“I just...” You sigh quietly. “He's nothing to me. When he fucks me, it...it means nothing.”
Miguel starts seeing red when he finds out this kid is fucking his Princesa. He's on you in seconds, huge hands grabbing your hips. He sits you on your bed and leans over you, bracing his hands on the mattress. His lips are inches from yours, breathing heavy.
“He's fucking you?” Miguel growls, making you shudder as you feel the anger emanating off of him.
You swallow thickly. “I—He—Yeah?”
That's the last straw for Miguel. He presses his mouth to yours, kissing you hard. Part of him is afraid—no, terrified, that you won't kiss back, that the same passion and need that was once there will be gone.
Instead, he finds you hungrier than ever. You kiss him back with almost as much want, desire pouring out of you.
You'd forgotten what it was like to kiss Miguel, to feel his mouth, taste him, the rough caress of his hands as he he starts tugging at your clothes.
You undress eagerly, needing him more than ever. His mouth waters at the sight of your bare skin, your perfect body all for him.
His cock is so hard, twitching in his pants as he aches to fuck you.
But first, he needs to taste you.
He gets on his knees in front of you and smirks. “I'm gonna give you a thousand different reasons to choose me over anyone else,” he promises, his mouth already inching towards your pussy.
You don't need him to give you any reasons for anything. You'll always choose him over everyone else.

birthday cake -quinn hughes-
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
summary: quinn believes everyone forgot his birthday in favor of thanksgiving. but that's simply not the case
word count: 2k
pairing: quinn hughes x reader
notes: in honor of the love of my life's birthday, i decided to cook up this little gem. hope everyone enjoys it. (should've been posted on his birthday but i got super busy because of thanksgiving & other projects i'm working on)
"hey quinn. do you have any plans for monday?"
"actually, yes." quinn looked up from his phone as brock entered the room. "why?"
"my sister wanted to invite you over to her place for thanksgiving. she said she gave you an invitation the other day but you just shoved it in your bag and that you haven't said anything to her since then."
"that's what that was? i thought she was just handing me some mail that was put in the wrong box."
"have you not seen her since tuesday? you live across the hall from each other."
"i know but our schedules haven't given us the time to chat. she's working when i'm home, and vice versa."
"you should text her and tell her you're going to be busy on monday. i think it would be best coming from you. maybe she won't be upset."
"i'll text her after practice." quinn set his phone in his bag and finished lacing up his skates.
during practice, everyone was talking about y/n's thanksgiving dinner. quinn was the only one who wouldn't be attending. and while he felt bad about it, seeing as she was one of his good friends, he also started to feel bad for himself.
monday was also his 25th birthday but it seemed like no one remembered.
practice went well. so when quinn walked to his car, he sent a text to y/n to let her know he wouldn't be able to show up to her dinner. he made up a lie and said he wouldn't be home.
his plan was to just stay home and watch game highlights while cooking his own meal.
when monday rolled around, y/n and brock were finishing up the food preparations when a thought occurred to y/n.
"oh my freaking god. it's the 14th today. how could i be so stupid?"
"i would love to object, or even agree, depending on what it's about." brock looked at his sister with a curious expression. he couldn't quite read her like he normally could. "care to let me know what you're talking about?"
"october 14th. quinn's birthday! how could i forget? i bake him a cake every year." y/n set her oven mitts back on the rack. "i am a terrible friend."
"i'm sure it's fine. quinn probably forgot about the cake anyway. pretty sure you're in the clear, y/n."
"brock, i've made the cake every single year since we've been friends. he loves it. you should see the way his face lights up when i deliver it to him."
"are you sure it's the cake he likes to see every year?" brock raised his eyebrow, earning a slap to the shoulder from his younger sister.
"brock, no."
"look, just bake him a cake today and give it to him tomorrow. i'm sure he won't mind."
"i don't have the time or oven space to bake a whole new cake." y/n shook her head. "i'm gonna run to the store and buy him one instead.
"people are going to be here any moment. i'm afraid it's gonna have to wait."
"can you please keep them company? i'll be back in 20 minutes."
"you're lucky you're my sister and i love you." brock smiled. "now go fix your friendship with your neighbor."
"love you, brocky." y/n kissed his forehead and went out to her car. she hated the idea of buying a cake from the store. it didn't have the personal touch that her homemade cake did and she knew it wouldn't live up to it either. but she was desperate.
when she got back to her apartment, brock was the only one there.
"nobody's here yet?"
"not yet. mom and steve are almost here. been getting location updates from steve."
"did he let mom drive?"
"yeah. that's probably why they're not here yet." brock chuckled and grabbed the cake from her hands. "this looks amazing. are you gonna try to pass it off as your own?"
"no. i could never lie to quinn." y/n smiled and took it back, setting it down in the fridge. "i'm just going to tell him the truth."
"that's new for you. are you that honest with everyone?"
"i don't think so. there's something different about quinn. he makes me want to be honest."
"have you ever lied to me?"
"no. of course not."
"okay. good." he looked at his sister. "i want you to answer a question then. i'm only gonna ask it once."
"alright. shoot."
"is there something going on between you quinn?"
"no, brock. that would be ridiculous."
"okay. i'm gonna ask it twice. is there something going on between you and quinn?"
"no. you told me he was off limits for dating, as well as the rest of your teammates. but i would be lying to you if i said i didn't think he was really good looking."
"you really think so?" brock's eyes widened at his sisters confession.
"mhm. i do. like, super insanely good looking."
"okay. well, thanks for the honesty." brock couldn't help but chuckle.
before y/n could respond, there was a knock at the door, followed by a few voices.
"sounds like your guests are here. i'll let them in." brock went to the door and opened it, letting their parents inside, along with a few other guests.
y/n spent the first half hour finishing up the meal before brock served it to everyone.
conversation flowed easily around the table, but y/n was stuck thinking about quinn. all his friends were with her and he was most likely alone.
when she stood up abruptly, it caught everyone's attention.
"are you okay?" brock asked.
"yeah. i just have something i really need to do." y/n walked over to the fridge and grabbed the cake. she left her apartment without another word and knocked on quinn's door.
"hey. what are you doing here?" quinn smiled when he answered the door.
"happy birthday." y/n handed him the cake and walked back towards her apartment.
quinn was left standing in his own doorway, staring at the cake. he was used to getting a cake from y/n every year. it was always homemade & this time, it was store bought. but he didn't care. someone actually remembered his birthday.
y/n walked back into her apartment and sat back down at the table. she ignored the looks everyone was giving her and continued eating. everyone went back to eating and talking with each other, quickly forgetting that y/n disappeared for a moment.
a few hours later, everyone was heading out. brock stayed behind to help y/n clean up.
"what did quinn say when you gave him the cake?"
"how did you know that's what i did?"
"you were beating yourself up over missing his birthday. and you left right after i told mom about quinn's goal the other night."
"i wasn't even paying attention to the conversations around me. all i could think about was how quinn's friends were here and nobody mentioned his birthday. i felt bad so i took the cake to him."
"and what did he say?"
"i have no idea. i came right back over here." y/n finished washing the last dish and handed it to brock so he could dry it.
"maybe you should go see him right now. i'm sure he would appreciate some company for the last little bit of his birthday. Oh, and take him some leftovers. dinner was delicious and i guarantee he'll love it." brock grabbed a plate and put all the food he could fit onto it. when he handed it to his sister, she hesitated. "take it to him, y/n. you can't keep beating yourself up over forgetting his birthday."
"you're right." she took the plate and walked to the door. "i'll be back."
"i'll be here." brock chuckled and started putting away the rest of the leftovers.
y/n knocked on quinn's door and waited patiently. when he opened it, she handed him the plate. he looked at her and smiled.
"what's this for?"
"thought you might like some leftovers from today."
"oh. well thank you. smells delicious." he set the plate on the table by the door. "would you like to come in? or do you still have company over there?"
"just brock." y/n smiled and walked into his apartment. "so, how was your birthday?"
"it was good. i got to have breakfast with my parents and then i went to the gym for a bit. then i got a cake delivered to me. it was amazing, by the way."
"really?" y/n smiled. "i'm sorry it wasn't homemade this year. i'm ashamed to admit that i briefly forgot about your birthday and i didn't have enough time to bake you a cake. but i can make up for it if you want."
"look, it doesn't matter to me whether it was homemade or store bought. all i care about is the company that comes with it each year." quinn smiled. "also, thank you for stopping by today. i thought everyone forgot my birthday."
"but quinn, i did forget."
"you remembered eventually. that's all that matters to me. things like that stand out and i appreciate it. more than you think." he sighed. "other than my parents, you're the only one who remembered. so, thank you."
"you're welcome. and i promise i'll make up for almost missing your 25th birthday."
"you don't have to. you're here now. and honestly, your company is the only thing i wanted this year."
"wait, really?"
"yeah. it's the one thing i look forward to for every birthday, no matter how brief it is."
"are you serious?"
"yes. very serious." quinn hesitantly reached for y/n's hand and when she didn't yank it away, he slowly intertwined his fingers with hers. "i'm not sure if you can tell but i like you. i've liked you since the first second i saw you move in across the hall. but unfortunately, i can't do anything about this."
"and why not?" y/n was confused. she liked quinn and it was becoming evident he liked her too. but she didn't understand why nothing could happen.
"you're brock's little sister. it wouldn't be right. it just-"
quinn was unable to finish his sentence. he was pulled forward and y/n's lips were placed on his, softly.
"what was that for?" he asked when y/n pulled away from the kiss.
"your birthday present, dummy." y/n smiled. "and because i like you, quinn."
"you....you do?"
"yes. i don't bake a cake for anyone else's birthday, you know."
"but what about brock?" quinn looked all over her face.
"i'm 24 years old, quinn. brock can't tell me who i can and can't have feelings for." y/n smiled and leaned closer. "besides, i think he actually wants us to be together."
"what makes you say that?"
"he kept encouraging me to come over here to see you. even gave me the plate so i'd have a reason to come over here." she glanced at quinn. "not that i didn't already have a really good reason to come and see you tonight anyway."
"i'm really glad you came over tonight. and kissed me." quinn smirked. "god, i sound like a freaking teenager when he gets his very first girlfriend."
"it's cute." y/n smiled and looked at where her leg touched his. "i think i know the answer to this, but are you enjoying your birthday?"
"i really am." he couldn't help the smile that came upon his face. "i'm still trying to get over the initial shock of you liking me back."
"it's the same for me. guess we can figure it out together, huh?"
"yeah. i guess we can." quinn held her hand and looked at her fingers. "is every part of you just perfect?"
"yes. i do believe every part of me is perfect. perfect in my own special way."
quinn chuckled at the girl he oh so admired. "would it be alright if i kissed you?"
"quinn, you know you don't have to ask." y/n smiled and gave quinn what he wanted. really, what they both wanted.

Omg ok Jade my love can I request a princess soulmate au with Steve? Where reader is Prince Steve’s soulmate but maybe she’s not royal herself and is struggling a bit with being the future princess?
Almost like similar vibes to some of the loser gf with rockstar Sirius things you’ve done
thank you sm for your request! (sci-fi fairytale au) prince!steve
cw talk of losing weight to fit into a dress
Prince Steven sits across from you with a bowl of grapes and a pair of embroidery scissors. He's going to stab me, you think morosely. I'm wretched and boring and he's going to stab me and then the stars will give him another soulmate and he'll forget this whole misfortune.
He seems lost for words as you are, or uninterested. You think he's going to talk and he eats another grape instead, hair fluttering in the breeze that filters in from the balcony, his eyes trained on the holoscreen. He's pretty —soft face, softer hair, almond shaped eyes that seem perpetually amused— but more alarmingly, he's fit. Physically fit from years of sports. Royals do all manner of olympiad competition, evident in his toned shoulders and his sun-kissed skin.
"How's your embroidery?" he asks suddenly.
You startle, pretending you'd been attending to that rather than staring at him uselessly. "It's going well, Prince Steven," you lie. You've never embroidered before —you have practical sewing skills for darning scuffed trousers and patching elbows, but embroidery is a labour of time. Time is a luxury you haven't had.
"Steve," he corrects.
"Do I… Is it really okay for me to call you that? Won't people think I'm presumptuous?"
"Ten dollar word." He slides the bowl toward you, a beautifully glazed ceramic piece that likely cost more than your month's rent. "Well, they usually let me have whatever I want, and I want you to call me Steve. And to relax. And eat more."
"I can't. They said I need to fit into my wedding dress."
"The wedding dress needs to fit you," Steve says, the simple cut of his button down pulled snug to his chest as he leans back in his chair. "Not the other way around. Is that why you didn't eat much at breakfast? Or was it just gross?"
"It wasn't gross," you say softly.
"You don't have to do any of that stuff, either, if it's boring."
You run your finger down the creamy linen stretched between your bamboo hoops. "I don't know if it's boring. I can barely do it."
"You're too mean to yourself," he says.
Steve stands and puts his arm behind his head, pushing his elbow until something clicks. Embarrassed by his dismissal, you stare at your hands and fume at yourself when they begin to tremble.
It's too much. All of it. The cruel Palace attendants who know you're not good enough. Steve and his good nature. The wedding dress, the fine China, your wonky stitches.
Steve steps to your side. He holds out his hand, and you pass him your embroidery without meeting his eyes. Your mood worsens at the sharp slink of snipping, sure that Steve will cut your pattern from the sketch and tell you to start again.
"Sorry, your white knot at the back was bothering me. Pass me a slimmer needle? I'll tuck it behind your stitches."
Astonished, you pass Steve a smaller needle from the pin cushion. His brows creases gently as he works, rewiring the white thread with patience and efficiency.
"There. It looks really nice, honey. You're a fast learner." He passes you the hoop. You take it a beat too slow and he either doesn't notice or doesn't make a fuss, chucking you under the chin softly. "Don't worry so much. I'll talk to Cordelia about your wedding dress, the idea that you need to fit into it like it's one size fits all is dumb. It's made for you. Like, what are they expecting?"
"They're probably hoping this is all a big mistake."
"Did someone say that to you?"
"Nobody had to say it to me, I can tell from the way they look at…" Steve takes your face into his hand, effectively killing anything you'd been trying to say.
He seems royal, then. Used to getting his way, maybe, the disapproving lining of his otherwise sweet eyes. You get a flash of a memory, the morning you'd been presented, Steve in his finery with his platinum crown like a beacon in brown hair, you in your best dress, embarrassingly drab in comparison, your hand offered. He'd been meeting with eligible women all week.
You were there as a formality. Never for a second did you think your soul mark would react to his, lines of light around your opposite wrists.
To think you'd worried about touching him. You could never imagine how beautifully careful he is, how tender. You didn't know men were like this until Steve showed you, his niceness apparently bone deep and in everything he does.
"If people are being jerks, you have to tell me." You never imagined how casual and vulgar he'd be either. "What's the point in being a princess if people don't respect you?"
"I'm not a princess," you say. Your heart is a hummingbird as he turns his hand and strokes your cheeks with the backs of his fingers.
"You will be. Nothing can change that. You're going to be a princess, and you can do as much or as little as you want, because those dorks left me in charge and I say so. I can decree it, if that makes you feel better," he says, dropping his hand, the phantom of it lingering like static shock.
"What if I'm not meant for this?" you ask quietly, shy but terrified enough to ask.
"I was meant for you," he says, tone matching yours in timidity. His sleeves rolled up as they are, you can see the soft light of his soul mark taking a pink hue. "Right?"
Your soul mark glows a gentle pink to match his. Because you and Steve don't know one another well, not yet, but the feeling is there, thrumming under the skin like a pulse. Not love, not not love, a glowing desire. A want to know him.
There have been moments where you wished he wasn't a Prince, but then there's no guarantee you ever would have met.
"Right," you mouth, offering him a small smile.
"We were meant to be together…" Steve bends at the waist, meeting your eyes. He's yet to kiss you in the week since you met, but his touches come braver everyday, the unfamiliarity between you melding into butterflies. His smirk shakes them awake. "So let's be together the way we want to. Think of princess-ing as optional."
"And you as mandatory?"
"I'm also optional," he says with a warm laugh. "But dinner is not. I need to know what you like, if we're going to get married."
You practically gulp. Right. You're going to be his soulmate, his princess, and his wife.
"Don't be scared. I'm not cooking it, chef Joyce is." Steve brushes hair from his eyes like a model from the giant holo screens, unaware of his own attractiveness. "I'm a shitty cook. My talents lie in other things," he drawls grandly, "like lacrosse, and neck massages."
He winks. You laugh genuinely for the first time since you met him, and his face splits with glee.
if you want to request anything for this AU please do! steampunk princess soulmate and her smitten prince is my new fave thing

one year later
Blackwood Mountain was a gorgeous as you remember it to be. You had been there more times than you could count, more than anyone else in the group. Either with Hannah and Beth for a weekend of gossip and hot cocoa, the entire Washington family who treated you as one of their own, or just you and Josh who would insist on lighting every candle in the house to establish a "romantic atmosphere".
All those visits and none of them took place in the past year.
Hell you don't think anyone has been up to this lodge this whole year except for the police.
Josh had invited you up here two days before everyone else got here to "tidy it up" was his excuse. But really you think it's because he knew he wouldn't be able to handle the first few days here alone.
Ever since the incident you stuck by each other. Your parents knew what had happened had been traumatic for the both of you and more often than not let you sleep over at the Washington's house. On the nights when you didn't, you would often wake up to Josh crawling through your window to sleep with you close to him.
God, you would do anything for Josh, anything at all, but at the same time you were mourning your best friends as well. That's why the two of you clung so close to each other. Having been dating almost a year before the incident it drove your already close relationship even closer together instead of farther apart like most people thought it would. You know even if you hadn't been dating and still just friends you would have stayed with him through thick and thin.
Josh had a hard time, had moments of rage, where he's punch a wall till his knuckles bled and either you or his parents would have to patch him up. His moments of depression where he would scream and cry and tear at his skin and all you could do was hold him and sob with him. Bargaining where you would both sit up at night and ask the universe why? Why them? Why not anyone else?
Inseparable as you were you know Josh had his moments, where he needed a few hours, or a day or two alone. You did too. You always knew to keep an eye on him during those moments, sending him little texts that reminded him that you loved him, asking him how his day was. It worked, and you know no matter how long those moments were he will always greet you with a hug and kiss as well as whispers about how much he missed you and loves you.
You think therapy helped, Dr. Hill seemed like a nice man, and even though at first Josh just seemed worse after the sessions he gradually started to get more and more positive. You know even before the incident Josh had struggled with mental health but before it had been manageable with some therapy, coping strategies and a few pills. After the twin's death, he was prescribed a butt load of pills to take. Sometimes it baffled you how he could remember even the smallest detail about you but completely forget to take his pills for a week straight! You took to writing reminders around his and your room, setting reminders on yours or his phone or just reminding him when you were together, which was often. But in the past few months, he had really been improving. You would show up at his house and he would proudly exclaim he took all his medicine for the day without you even asking.
You were proud of the both of you. Josh hadn't talked to anyone but you and his parents for the first six months but after that, he slowly started to reach out to Chris again. Josh even told Chris a bit about his therapy which is a huge leap in the right direction! He even started talking to Matt again in recent months. He had texted all the girls recently as well! Just little things like a post that reminded him of them or a "how's your day?" As for Mike... you knew he had reached out but not as much as he did for the others. It counted, it was all steps toward healing.
As for you, well, it was hard to talk to them at first. Logically you knew it wasn't their fault but a part of you needed to blame something other than the cold weather so you lashed out on them. It was easy to forgive Sam and Chris, you can't remember much from that night but you know Chris had nothing to do with it and you're pretty sure Sam even stood up for Hannah. Everyone else, it took you a few months to be able to talk or text them more than small talk or a passing comment. Eventually, it got easier and things almost felt like they were before.
About 4 months after their death you walked into the nearest tattoo parlor and walked out with a new tattoo. A butterfly on your right arm, the exact same one Hannah had. You remember going with her the day she got hers and holding her hand through the pain of the needle. Since you had been a few months younger than her at the time and therefore still 17 she had looked at you, winked, and said.
"Y/n the second you turn 18 I am making you go through the same pain I just did. Don't worry I'll let you squeeze my hand this time."
You had laughed and Josh and Beth had laughed when you told them Hannah's promise. But when you showed Josh the tattoo this time he just hugged you and cried.
Since then life has been as close to good as it can get, you had started taking classes at the local community college and you and Josh had been talking about moving out from your parents to buy an apartment together. It was good, you were doing good. That's why it took you by complete shock when one night, as you lay on your side scrolling through your phone and Josh spooned you and watched over your shoulder, he announced he wanted to go back to the lodge.
"What?" You had exclaimed, turning the phone off, sitting up and turning to face him.
He lay on his back and made a noise of affirmation "Yeah, and I wanted to invite the whole group up too, the good ol' annual trip." As he talked his eyes slowly drifted from yours till he was staring at the corner of the room nervously.
"Josh... I want whatever you want you know that, but are you sure this is something you want or do you feel obligated?" You remember once Dr. Hill had told you that if Josh says something out of character you should ask him to clarify if it was him saying it or the grief.
"I-I think it would be nice. You know like a one year anniversary thing, to celebrate them and their lives." His eyes moved and met yours again, "I can't keep avoiding them forever, they are my friends, and even if we're not as close as we used to be I still want to see them. Besides I think Hannah and Beth would have wanted us to be happy at some point."
You stay quiet, shocked by his sudden vulnerablity. But Josh, being Josh, opens his mouth again in a poor attempt to crack a joke.
"Can't stay wallowing, swaddled in blankets forever can we?" He grins lightly.
You let out a groan and bend down to meet your lips with his. After a few seconds of kissing you drawing away, but only a bit so your face is still leaning over his.
"Josh I think it's a great idea, I'll help you plan it all, I love you."
He smiled and leaned up to meet your lips.
And so after helping him set up a quite dramatic video (on par for him) inviting all your friends up and arriving two days early, it is now the day everyone is set to arrive.
"Today is the one year anniversary of the dreadful tragedy that took place on Mount Washing-"
You turn off the small radio you had been listening to and sigh. You're standing in the kitchen with a glass of water in your hand wearing pants and one of Josh's various band t-shirts. At least Josh had seemed chipper this morning, you couldn't say the same for yourself but that might just be slight elevation sickness.
Speaking of Josh he had left a bit a go to see if anyone had arrived yet. You suppose you should go out and join him but it's sooo cold out there.
♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
Stay inside, stay warm
Try to find Josh

Fandom: MHA
Pairing: Reader x Katsuki Bakugo
Genre: Smut
POV: 1st Person
Additional Tags: Alcohol induced sex, ex sex, toxic relationship, toxic sex, name calling (bitch, slut, whore, Bastard), jealous sex, feral sex, public sex,
——————————————————————
I was dancing against a guy in the club, tipsy as hell. I used to be dating the one of the top two three heros, Katsuki Bakugo since our Junior year of high school, but later on I realized we were toxic. Even though we loved each other and we very much were attracted to each other, it was clear it wouldn't work in the long run. So… I left him and boy did it make me a mess. I mean, look at me.
For the most part, I drowned myself into my job as a pro hero and then drowned my sorrows in alcohol and other sex partners. But no one was as good as Katsuki Bakugo. No one could satisfy me the way he did, even when sex with him was rather intense. He would go for a long time, until I was sore and aching. I would cum multiple times before he would.
My eyes widened in surprise when I yanked from the guy I was currently buttering up. He was going to be my prey for the night. I was being dragged through the crowd but I couldn't quite make out with who it was. It wasn't until I was pushed up against the wall and came face to face with his jealous filled red eyes.
“So this is what you've been fucking doing since we broke up, huh bitch?” Bakugo demanded and I looked at him, still in a hit of a haze. I hadn't seen him face to face since our break up. Sure there were a few group missions but other than that we haven't seen each other, and we kept it professional.
“So what, Katsuki? I can do whatever the fuck I want, we aren't together anymore.”
“I don't give a fuck, I don't approve.”
“I don't need your approval, dad!” I shot back and his eyebrows deepened.
“Don't fucking act like that.”
“Like what?”
“Like I don't still make you feel something. Like your pussy isn't clenching right now because I'm the only man who can satisfy you. You were quite the whore when we were together. You were always asking for more.” My face flushed in embarrassment. “You still want me.”
“Like hell I do!”
“Oh really?” He asked as he gave a quick brush of his palm between my legs, feeling my drenched underwear. “Ha, look at that. Already wet.”
“Yeah, because I was dancing with someone who I was planning to fuck! And you just took me away from him!”
“Don't lie, you know you want me.”
“Not anymore.” I told him as I tried to walk away from him, he grabbed my wrist and pushed me back against the wall, this time my front against the wall. “If you really don't want me, tell me to stop them.” He breathed in my ear as he pressed his body against me. Just the feeling of him was making my body react and burn hot.
“Fuck you.”
“That isn't saying stop.” He replied as he reached under my skirt and pushed my underwear aside. I pressed my lips together as a soft gasp almost escaped my lips and he hadn't even really touched me yet. A moan quickly escapes when he pushes a finger inside me. “Fuck, it so wet and hot. Just for me.”
“I've been wet for plenty of other people.” I snapped at him but he quickly curled his finger, silencing me into a whimper.
“Not this wet though, I bet. Has anyone been able to satisfy you like me? Hmm?” He asked as he continued to brush that one spot that made me see stars. “Answer me.”
“No.”
“No, what? No, no one has been able to satisfy you like me? Or no, you won't answer?”
“Fuck!” I whimpered out as he thrusted a second finger in.
“You know, something I will never forget is your pretty legs…” He growled in my ear as I could hear the slippery wet sound his fingers were making, thrusting in and out of me. I gripped to the wall as my legs trembled. “Especially when they were wrapped around me, begging for more.”
“You won't get that now.” I growled and he just smirked.
“Whatever you say.” He replied as he sank his teeth into my neck. My body shuddered and released onto his fingers. “See, look at that.” He said smugly as he pulled his hand from between my legs and showed me his soaked hand. I bit my lip, angry with myself for wanting more. “This doesn't look like you don't want me anymore. Your mouth says one thing… but your body is certainly begging for more.”
“Stop it, you bastard.” I said as I tried to squirm away again. He flipped me with my back against the wall and our lips mere inches away. Our breath mingled before we went for a furious kiss. My hand tangled in his hair as we kissed against the wall.
“Are you sure?”
“Shut up.” I told him before kissing him again. He catches my bottom lip between his teeth and nics it. Pain welled up on my lip but he quickly licked it away. He always knew how to get me going. It was irritating because most of the time it made it hard for me to resist him. One of the reasons our relationship was so toxic. It's hard loving someone you fight with 23/7. He brushed his fingers against my pussy again and began to rub my clit. “K-Katsuki ~” I moaned and he smirked in satisfaction as I did so.
“I know you miss me. Stop pushing me away.” He told me as he pressed our foreheads together while my mouth was open in a silent moan. At this point, I couldn't deny it. I did miss him. Not just because of the sex but just being with him.
He cupped his hands behind the back of my knees and lifted me up against the wall. I gasped in surprise, not because I was surprised he lifted me, but because it was sudden.
“I miss you too, you know?” He panted as he reached down to unbuckle his belt. “I need to have you.” He growled in my ear as he pushed my skirt up. He pressed his tip against my entrance and I trembled at the feeling. He pushes in and I gasp at the stretch. My head slammed against the wall as a low moan escaped my lips. “Fuck, you feel as good as I remember.” His words cause me to shudder. “It almost feels better than I remember…” He groaned. He slowly picks up the pace until he was hitting the deepest part inside of me.
“Hnnn K-Katsuki~” I moaned out despite my best efforts. That made him snap his hips faster.
“Tell me you like it, whore.”
“I like it! So much!” I moaned out.
“Fuck yeah, you're sucking my cock in, I can barely pull out.” He growled. His hand moved between us and he began to finger my clit.
“Ah! Wait! I'm close!” I gasped out as my body trembled in pleasure.
“Cum for me then, come on bitch.” He smirked as he continued to thrust into me and rub my clit. “Cum!” He demanded and my body released the bodily fluids, wracking my body with an insane orgasm. He lets out a loud groan from my pussy gripping him, quickly making him bust. He proved once more that he was superior in every way compared to other men.
Once I recovered I quickly unwrapped myself from around him and got down. I quickly fixed my dress and smirked.
“Don't get the wrong idea. We aren't getting back together.” I said with a glare before turning away. I began to walk but stumbled a few times due to my quivering legs.
“Same time, same place?”
“Fuck no.”

Soooo, Madara fan is here, thanks for your last head canon about him. ^^
Can I get "what if Madara falls in love with the girl who is much younger than him (let's say he is 35? And she is 18 or 19). 😔🙏
Hello my little Madara nymphomaniac 🥵🥰 I did not forget you!! ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🔥 Sometimes inspiration finds me at awkward times.
NSFW; mild grooming; age gap fuckery; consensual; he brings all the girls to the yard; obsessed.
— Madara is definitely the kind of man to go for green girls. The younger, the better. Though he won’t touch one that’s not an adult. He’s a pervert, not a pedophile.
— It’s not something he seeks out either, these types of situations work best if the girl comes to him. He is always accepting the warmth of a woman, especially if she’s fawning over him and such.
— Absolutely loves, loves, loves fucking them into stupid little babbling idiots. These are the kind of girls who just broke up with their first boyfriend and never had a real man inside of them. Probably never had an actual orgasm until he rearranges their pussy. H O L Y Mackerel, when he does lobotomize them with pleasure.
— Now this particular girl though, she’s fiesty and demanding. Knows what she wants. Rocks the boat just as much as he does. Actually has Madara on edge before he’s even ready to cum. And it’s not that she’s different from most girls her age, but damn if she isn't liquid katon in his palms and on his cock.
— Edging him to his heart and cocks content until he flips her over and fucks her rotten into his mattress. The sounds she makes are sweeter than any sakura tree in bloom. Filling her soft cunt to the brim until she’s panting his name over and over. With no end in sight, they fuck like they had been well acclimated to one another for years.
— At the end of their little tryst, Madara can't decide who is more desperate for more. Him or her? Several rounds ensue until the late early hours of the morning. By the time he wakes up she's gone, which is unusual. Madara will typically spent the next several hours coaxing these young girls out of his bed and off his cock. But her?
— She just door dashed his cock and slipped out under the radar. There's something arousingly unholy about this situation. That unregistered fear of missing out kicks in and, well, he's an Uchiha. They tend to fuck hard and fall fast—usually on their terms, but damn she got him good. How aggravating it is to Madara that the seemingly obtainable has slipped through his fingers. Its not that he really wants her, but he feels slighted by her ability to fuck now and talk later never.
— Ok, maybe he is a bit jaded. More than jaded, actually. Since feelings are like the common cold to an Uchiha, he goes about waiting it out...not today old man. For some reason, it's not his cock that aches for her return, but a deeper throb. One right underneath the ribcage that makes his throat lump up with a sense of forlorn and abandonment. So, with this...uncharacteristic and intrusive as hell mindset. Madara searches for her.
— Elicits the help of friends, under the guise that she stole something valuable of his (his poor Uchiha heart). Which, to him isn't necessarily a lie....but not the full truth. He's mad with lust, would be ignorant enough to call it love almost. But that's too soon. His corneas don't make this any easier, he replays their salacious night together over and over until he has every curve and speckle on her skin memorized. 10/10 jacks off to it.
— When they finally do cross paths again, the unfamiliar squeeze of his heartstrings is nearly as taut as when she had came all over his length those some nights ago. Madara will act as indifferent as he can, but fuck if he doesn't look like dog on the street. Eyes ravaging her fully clothed form as she stands before him.
— If falling into this sort of thing for her is something she will agree to, there is not a single place on this earth she can ever hide that Madara's affections won't follow and swallow her whole. She's basically going to be treated as acting Uchiha royalty, for as long as she is by his side. No other girl dare crosses paths with this woman and Madara is finding his feelings easier to accept than he initially imagined.

The years passed by, but the memory of that first night burned into your soul. One scar that time would never heal. Somehow, you survived. Letting the world forget you existed you learned to hide and to stay quiet.
The world tried to move on, focus on ending the nightmare, and find a cure or a way out. You felt differently. You didn’t want to stop it, but more to understand it. Why did it start? Why everything you loved had been torn away from you within an instant? Somewhere in the ruined world the truth was buried and you were determined to find it.
That’s what brought you to where you are now, inside the ruins of an old library. A place where knowledge may still be hidden beneath the dust and decay. It was silent, undisturbed, the only sounds from the building being that of age and neglected groans. Moving quickly, you traced your fingers along the spines of forgotten books, searching for hope and answers.
The scent of old paper and mildew filled the air as you moved through the dim aisles. The titles were barely visible beneath layers of grime. As you scan the shelves, you pull at a few books; covers worn and faded. You scanned for any mention of events that could have possibly led to the world’s collapse. Flipping through the pages, your mind raced. The silence was almost comforting as it contrasted against the constant danger outside. It felt like you had found a sanctuary, somewhere you could piece together the fragments of the past.
Groans began to echo through the library, shattering the silence as the undead emerged from the shadows. Their eyes locked onto you, and your heart leaped into your throat. Panic surged through you, grabbing whatever books you could reach, you shoved them into your bag as you began to move. Tugging at your shoulder, the weight of the bag slows you down, but you don’t stop and don’t look back. Narrow aisles and towering shelves became a labyrinth, but with desperate speed and ragged gasps, you navigated your way toward the exit.
As you brushed past them, the noise of tumbling books only spurred the undead closer. Your heavy footsteps thudded on the worn floor echoed. The scent of decay grew closer, and you could feel their presence gaining on you.
A sliver of light in the darkness was in sight– the exit, and you pushed yourself harder, willing your legs to go faster. And, just as you burst through the door, the harsh light warming your skin, the undead reached the spot where you stood moments before. Your mind was fixated on one thing at that moment– survival.
The streets were a blur as you ran, fear clawing at your throat. You didn’t see him at first, but a man sat in a car across the street, watching the chaos with annoyance and amusement. “What the fuck–” he muttered to himself, his hand reaching a gun that sat beside him. That was when he saw you– The terror in your eyes, and the desperation in your stride.
“Great…” he sighed with a roll of his eyes, stepping out of the car and raising his gun. “It’s always the pretty ones…”
With deadly precision, each shot hit its mark as if it were second nature to him, he effortlessly cleared a path through the horde. Breathless, you stumbled as the last of the undead fell to the ground. You struggled to process what had happened as your chest heaved.
Moving toward you, the man carried an air of calm that seemed unnatural in the fallen world– imposing, with broad shoulders and a muscular frame, easily over six foot, you thought. Each of his movements were controlled, and purposeful as his dark hair fell in messy waves framing his faintly stubbled face.
The sharpness of his gaze, a piercing shade of blue, cold, and assessing, contrasted with the weary lines etching into his face as he scanned the area. There was something you couldn’t place in his expression, irritation? A reluctant duty? It was as if saving strangers was not how he wanted to spend his time, but he’d do it anyway.
Dangling loosely at his side, the gun still smoked from the shot that had been fired. His red henley shirt, scuffed and worn, clung to his frame. As he glanced at you, his eyes narrowed as if he were assessing whether you were a threat or just another helpless survivor. Then, without a word, he holstered the gun and reached out his hand.
The gesture caught you off guard causing you to hesitate for a second before you reached out, your fingers wrapped around his large, calloused hand. Pulling you to your feet, with a surprising gentleness, he kept a firm grip on your hand as you steadied yourself. Up close, you could see the lines around his eyes and a faint scar along his jawline.
“Get in,” he commanded, his voice low and gravelly, no room left for argument. His order jolted you out of your daze, but he refused to wait for a response as he turned to open the car door for you. You hurriedly obeyed, scrambling into the passenger seat of his car. When you were inside, he released your hand and slammed the door shut, circling to the driver’s side.
He wasted no time, flooring the gas pedal the second the engine roared to life and sped away from the scene. Swerving around abandoned vehicles and debris, he navigated the town’s maze with unnerving skill.
Neither of you spoke, sitting in silence as the adrenaline coursed through your veins, and your heart raced. You watched the ruins of the town blur by as you stared out the window.
And then, when he finally spoke, his voice was more contemplative, softer. “What were you doing in there?”
Unsure of how much to reveal, you hesitated before taking a breath. “I’m looking for answers,” you admitted, keeping your voice small, barely audible. “I, um, I want to understand why this all started… why the world fell.”
Letting out a low, almost resigned sigh as he repeated, “Why this all started–” The words hung heavy in the air. “Not many people left who care about that.”
“I care,” you murmured. He glanced toward you, his knuckles turned white as his grip tightened on the steering wheel. There was a flicker of understanding that passed through his icy blue eyes. And, for a moment, it seemed like he was about to say something, but instead, he pressed his lips into a tight line and focused back on the road.
“You’re chasing ghosts,” he muttered after a while, almost to himself. “Whatever answers you’re looking for, they won’t bring back what you lost.”
You snapped your gaze toward him, surprised by the bitterness in his tone. “Maybe not,” you retorted, “but it’s the only thing that keeps me going.”
There was a long silence settling between you, only broken by the sound of the car’s engine and the occasional groan of the undead lurking by the side of the streets. Outside of the car, you watched as remnants of the world passed by– abandoned vehicles, shattered windows, and overgrown greenery reclaimed what was once civilization.
The man sighed heavily with a weariness that ran deeper than just the physical toll of survival. “I know some people,” he said, he kept his voice low, almost reluctant. “My group might be able to help you, or at least give you somewhere to rest.”
“Your group?” you echoed, unsure if you should feel weary or relieved.
“Yeah,” he replied in a stern tone. “They’re not exactly the most friendly to strangers, but they’re good at staying alive.”
Glancing at his side profile, you weighed his words carefully. He had an edge, a darkness, there was something about him that made you uneasy, but yet, at the same time, you could not deny the gravitational pull toward him. You had isolated yourself for so long in your search for answers, and the idea of finding others who may be able to help was almost too tempting to resist.
“Why are you helping me?” You asked in need to understand his motivations.
The silence stretched out, he didn’t answer as the car sped down a deserted road. Glancing over at you again, his expression was unreadable as he finally spoke. “Maybe I don’t want to be the kind of person who looks the other way anymore,” he said, his voice guarded.
As you searched for something– anything– that would give you a clue about who this man was, you stared at him. You wonder why he’d chosen to save you as his answer hung in the air, but his eyes, cold and piercing, gave nothing away.
An endless ribbon of cracked asphalt and faded yellow lines stretched over the road ahead of you. The car’s tires hummed a steady rhythm, calming the chaotic thoughts swirling in your mind as the remnants of the world you once knew lay in ruins.
As the time ticked by, you were unable to stay silent for any longer. “What’s your name?” you asked.
A flicker of surprise crossed his features as he glanced at you again before he turned his attention back to the road. “James,” he simply said.
You repeated his name, testing the word on your tongue. Strange, you thought, almost too normal for someone who brutally saved your life. But then, maybe this was the type of normalcy you craved.
~
The sun began to set as you drove further, the landscape growing more barren. The trees were sparse, and their branches gnarled, twisting like something out of a horror movie. A chill crept into the air as the sky above turned a bruised shade of purple.
Just then, as you were about to ask James if you were close to your destination, the car suddenly jerked to the side. A violent shudder came from the vehicle, and a loud thumping echoed from the rear.
“God damn it!” James cursed, his knuckles turning white as his grip on the steering wheel tightened, fighting to keep the car under control. Easing his foot off the gas, the car slowly came to a halt on the side of the road.
“What happened?” you asked, your heart racing from adrenaline.
“Flat tire,” James sighed, a lace of frustration in his voice. Killing the engine, he stepped out of the car. “Stay here,” he ordered, not waiting for a response before slamming the door shut behind him.
You watched as James circled to the back of the car before kneeling beside the rear tire. He mumbled curses under his breath as he inspected the damage. You suspected he drove over some hidden debris on the road, causing the tire to shred. He glanced around the deserted landscape as he stood, his hand instinctively resting on the gun tucked into his jeans.
Staying in the car, you nervously tapped your fingers on the armrest. The sun sank lower, and the shadows began to grow longer. The sense of was back and stronger than ever.
James rummaged through the trunk before pulling out a spare tire and jack. He worked quickly, with a sense of urgency in his movements. Glancing around now and then, scanning the horizon as if expecting someone, or something to emerge from the shadows.
You watched him work through the wind mirror, noticing something in the distance. It seemed like just a flicker of movement, barely noticeable in the fading like, until your eyes adjusted and you saw them– moving slowly but steadily towards the car, multiple undead.
“James,” you called out, trying to keep your voice steady and low. “We’ve got company.”
He looked around sharply before his gaze met theirs. His expression darkened as he recognized the approaching figures– At least a dozen of them stumbled toward the car.
“Get in the driver’s seat,” he ordered, his voice tense. “When I say go, floor it.”
Your heart sank as your eyes met his through the back window. “I-I don’t know how to drive.”
James froze for a second, disbelief flashed across his face. “What?”
“I never learned!” you confessed, a slight tremble in your voice.
“Fuck my life,” he muttered under his breath, narrowing his eyes as he glanced back at the nearing horde. “No time for this, just, get in the seat anyway.”
You hesitated before scrambling over the center console, and sliding into the driver’s seat. Your hands trembled as you gripped the steering wheel. Your mind raced as the undead drew closer, their groans growing louder. A smell of decay filled the air, a scent you’d have thought you’d grown accustomed to by now, but still made your stomach turn.
Tightening the last lug nut on the new tire, James’ movements became frantic, tossing the jack into the trunk and slamming it shut. He sprinted to the passenger side and yanked open the door.
“Okay, listen to me, Princess,” he said, his voice low and urgent, the nickname dripping from his lips with endearment as he slid into the seat beside you. “Put your foot on the brake– the left pedal.”
Your heart hammered in your chest as you listened to him, following his instructions. They were almost at the car now, rotting hands reached out as they closed in.
“Now, take the gearshift,” he instructed, nodding toward the lever between the seats as he rolled the passenger side window down. “Move it down to ‘D’ for drive.”
Your hands shook so much, you were barely able to grip the gearshift, but with a deep sigh, you managed to push it into position, just as James set his gun up out the window.
“Nice, now–”
James was interrupted by one of the undead slamming against the window, a grotesque mask of decay moaning into the glass. Screaming, your foot slipped off the brake, lurching the card forward. Instinctively, you slammed your foot on the gas pedal.
Tires screeched as the car shot forward, and you clung to the steering wheel. You could barely see as the vehicle swerved wildly.
“Ease up on the gas!” James shouted, his hand darting toward you, trying to steady the wheel. “You’re going too fast, princess!”
The fear had already taken over, keeping your foot pressed to the floor. Down the narrow highway, the car rocketed dangerously close to the edge.
“Let go of the gas! Now!” he barked, his voice managed to cut through your panic.
The car immediately began to slow down to a more manageable speed as you forced your foot to lift. The moment of relief was short-lived, as when you looked up ahead, the road began to narrow, flanked by thick forest on either side. Between the trees, there seemed to be more movement, and as you got closer, the car’s headlights revealed why– more undead, dozens of them, staggering toward the road.
“Oh my god, I-I can’t,” you whispered, gripping tighter on the wheel, your nails starting to dig into the leather.
“Just keep driving,” he ordered, his voice low but calm. “Don’t stop. Just go right through them.”
You looked at him, surprise and horror etched in your features. “You can’t be– what? We’ll crash!”
“We won’t if you hold steady,” he firmly said. “Trust me. Aim straight, and don't swerve. Just… trust me.”
The undead were closing in, their eyes hollow as they fixed on the car. You swallowed hard, forcing yourself to look straight ahead.
“Gas, now!” James shouted.
Slamming your foot back on the gas pedal, the car surged forward once again. The undead were everywhere, their bodies thudding against metal as you plowed through the horse. Cracking bones, groans, and the screech of metal filled your ears. You tried not to look at the blood smeared across the windshield, tried to think of anything other than what was happening, to not cringe at the sound of gunshots beside you.
Eventually, you made it through, somehow. The road cleared ahead, forest fading into the distance as you sped away from the chaos. Adrenaline and terror coursed through your veins, shaking you uncontrollably.
James reached over, gently loosening your hands from the steering wheel. “Ease up, princess,” he softly said. “You did it. You’re okay,” he continued reassuring you as you lifted off the gas again. His hands guided the car as its pace smoothed.
Your mind was numb with shock, and you barely registered his words. The only sounds now were the engine’s soft hum and your heart pounding in your ears. After another rough mile, and as the last remnants of daylight vanished, the tension in the car was palpable. James must have sensed it when he glanced over at you. Your nerves were frayed, hands trembling on the steering wheel.
His expression softened as he noticed the hardened lines begin to etch in your features. “Pull over, princess,” he quietly said. “I’ll take it from here.”
Too exhausted to protest, you nodded. You eased the car to the side of the road with shaky hands and switched off the engine. James shuffled in the passenger seat and leaned toward you, his movements were deliberate but gentle.
It was cramped inside the car, forcing you both to maneuver carefully. Sliding closer to you, his arm brushed against yours, a small shiver shooting down your spine. His scent caused your breath to hitch– earthy and warm– it filled the small space between you. You were acutely aware of the heat that radiated from his body.
You carefully lifted yourself from the driver’s seat and tried to give him room. Your leg brushed against his as you shifted, and your arm grazed his chest. The contact between you was brief but it was electric. Stilling for a moment, James’ eyes met yours and something unspoken passed between you before he moved under you, settling into the driver’s seat.
You climbed over the center console, slowly to avoid bumping into him again, yet it was almost impossible not to. Your bodies were too close, the space too tight and his hand lightly touched your waist as you slid into the passenger seat in a small gesture to help steady you. You tried to ignore the heat rising to your cheek as you settled into the passenger seat.
Adjusting himself in the driver’s seat, James’ demeanor changed. He was refocused, his gaze sharp as he pulled back onto the road. Now in his control, the car felt steadier and the tension in the air eased slightly.
The car’s headlights cut through the night, the road ahead and its surroundings were barely visible. Yet, somehow James navigated it all with ease, it was evident he was familiar with the area.
You couldn’t help but feel a pang of guilt for being such a liability, twice in less than twelve hours this man had saved your life. Shaking the thought out of your head, you knew there was no time to dwell on that now, the only thing that mattered was getting to safety.
“Where exactly is it we’re going?” you asked, trying to keep your voice steady.
“It’s not far now,” James replied, his eyes never left the road. “It’s a base camp– it’s secure and well fortified. There are people there, good people. You’ll be safe.”
He was so certain and reassuring in his tone, it made you want to believe him. But you hadn’t felt safe or secure since before that night. Too much had changed in the world, and even the thought of somewhere being ‘safe’ seemed almost impossible.
After what felt like hours, you fought to stay awake as your eyes grew heavy with fatigue. Just as it was about to take over, James slowed the car and a faint glow appeared ahead. A high chain-linked fence topped with barbed wire revealed itself as the road leveled out. You could make out the dim outlines of buildings beyond the fencing, and makeshift structures that looked like military barracks rather than homes. Illuminating the area, floodlights cast oppressive shadows on the ground.
“Here it is,” James murmured, caution laced in his tone. A lone figure stood waiting by the large gate at the camp’s entrance. His silhouette was stark against the floodlights, broad-shoulders, imposing and tall. It wasn’t until the car approached that he stepped forward, his features revealing in the light.
The man’s face was rugged and weathered, it spoke of years of hard living. Dark hair cropped short, and his strong jawline covered in a shadow of stubble. His eyes were cold and calculating as they locked on the car. There was command in his presence, a quiet authority that made it clear he wasn’t to be trifled with. He seemed the kind of man who would be ready for anything with a solid build, muscular concealed under a dark, well-worn jacket.
James slowed the car to a stop, rolling down the window. “Bucky,” the man called out toward James before landing his gaze on you. He looked irritated, setting his jaw tight as he assessed you. “Who’s this?” he asked, without any warmth in his tone, just a cold, scrutinizing edge.

Tumblr media
"Never...again..." you slightly panted, plopping onto your bed, stomach first, your arms landing on your sides.
Sam let out a hardly sounding laugh, taking a seat on the edge of the bed as he started to untie his sneakers. "I didn't go too hard on you did I?"
"A mile is way, way too much when you haven't jogged since high school," your words sounding almost completely muffled as you spoke into the pillow.
"Y/N, you graduated high school not even five years ago," he grinned. "And you were on the track team. You were the captain in fact. A mile should be like a walk in the park for you," he said, patting your leg.
You let out a small groan as he patted your leg. "Ugh. Well, tell that to my jell-o legs tomorrow," you said, finally looking at your boyfriend. "I can't believe you willingly run three to five miles everyday. Why do you torture yourself like that?"
"Because believe it or not, it's good for you," he said, kissing your forehead before taking his sneakers and placing them into the closet.
"Okay, but at what cost Sam? Cause I feel like my lungs are bleeding," you said, switching positions to lying down on your back now.
He simply smirked at you. "I can assure you that you're going to be fine."
"You don't know that. I could die just like that," you snapped your fingers, and spoke in a very exaggerated like voice.
"Y/N, I've seen you get shot and stabbed in your vital organs more than once and you didn't die. You're not going to die from running a mile." He sat back down on the edge of the bed again, looking at you with one of those soft smiles of his. "Wanna go take a shower with me?"
"Can we take a little nap first?" You asked.
"And get our bed all sweaty?" He half chuckled.
"Wouldn't be the first time, and certainty won't be the last," you smirked, and switched back to your stomach again. "Now lie down Sasquatch," you said, patting the empty spot next to you.
"Yes ma'am," he smiled, deciding to lie down in the exact same positions as you currently were in: on his stomach with his arms underneath the pillow.
"I'll do the sheets after we take our shower," you mumbled; eyes shut. "Good night, Sammy."
"Good night, Y/N," he said, before shutting his eyes.

You suddenly halt in your steps and take a deep breath, feeling a sense of relief. You notice that the sound of footsteps behind you is slow and steady, instead of the expected rush to stop you from leaving. This further confirms your decision to move on.
But this wasn't the last day.
Both of you knew that. But still, you cling on to your suitcase and place your hand on the door handle. You know he won't stop you, you know he never loved you enough to care about you other than what you could provide for him but still you want to see him on his knees begging for you like his ex-girlfriend used to beg him when you first had started seeing him.
But you were one of the many. Anytime, any day. Just another notch in his belt.
Until you weren't.
Somehow a one-night stand in a local bar turned into a year and you almost forgot how you met him. You almost forgot how much he loved treating people like toys. His light is engulfing and his smile draws you in and makes you forget. Makes you neglect yourself. And you're vulnerable. You always have been.
And even now the fights were constant, and lips crushed and crushed again until your bones were bleeding, the final straw came only last month.
"I know you want me gone." He said waving his fingers in front of his nose as if he wasn't believing his own bullshit anymore.
"I never said anything like that." You scoffed crossing your arms, you knew, right there you knew, it was time for him to move in on his next victim, maybe he got bored of you, or maybe she was smarter.
"I heard you." He slurred his words as if speaking was such a bother to him. Late October, yet early winter inside your heart.
"When you were talking to your friend the other day... on the phone." He turns to look at you. He was waiting for a moment like that, a complaint so he could justify his actions.
But you were smarter than that. You could hurt me where it would pain him the most.
His pride.
"Sorry, Tony was back in town and I must have gotten hella drunk." You spew a little lie over a concrete truth and you know it's enough to keep the wheels turning. You won't go down without a fight anyway.
He seems surprised even for a quick second that you can only tell only by observing him so much through the crowd. You knew he was talking about last week when you mentioned to your best friend Kate, how much you missed your old town and how much you couldn't stand this city anymore.
A vague thing, he loved grasping at straws.
He didn't inquire much just wished you on your merry way but when he came back to his apartment in the middle of the night he pushed you behind the door and devoured your body in a way that you feel like a masterpiece.
He always kept a score in his mind, any good thing you did for him and he'd reward you in bed, close to bed, anywhere but the bed. He never forgot.
"I've left some money in the envelope on the bed table for the next bills."
"You didn't have to do that. I can afford it all by myself."
"I know but I'm not a user." You retort and open the door, it's either freedom in the air or a deciding step at this point.
"I never said you were." He mumbles and somehow you wonder what you ever saw in him other than pretty eyes and a broken boy?
"I never said you did." You step out and you can tell he is confused, but he never paid enough attention to realize anything or to understand you. You were three steps ahead of the game always.
"Where will you stay?" His words escape him before he can control them and you know he is hurting inside.
"Somewhere." You smile and close the door. And you know It won't be long before he runs to the street to stop you, just like he did before.
But this time around you will leave cause you love doing anything he asked of you. And you'd remain the winner of the game for a long time.

LETTERS (Wolfstar Oneshot)
Summary: Letters from Sirius Black to Remus Lupin from Azkaban. He isn’t allowed to send the letters so they’re only one sided, which definitely makes it sad. There are a few mentions of fun past Marauders moments/pranks!:) Harry Potter Marauders Fandom
Note: I do not support the views of the author (I am a trans person so....no🤬) but I love these very gay characters so much that I had to write about them!
Word Count: 1k
Warnings: Hints of mental instability, losing memories because of dementors, definite angst, mentions of Lily and James’ death, brief mentions of sex, swearing, Sirius’ hate for Peter Pettigrew, death threats towards Peter Pettigrew, and overall kind tragic because Sirius is stuck in Azkaban.  Let me know if I missed any!!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Moons
I'm not sure why I'm writing to you--we're not allowed to send or receive post from Azkaban, but you know that already. You always seem to know everything, you're smart as hell.
I'm not going to waste parchment explaining everything, I already spend too much time rehearsing what I'm going to say. Lily and James, Remus. I still can't make myself believe it, I'm not sure I want to.
I want to ask you not to forget about me, not to believe I'm a traitor. No, that's a lie. I want to ask you to wait for me. I'll come back to you one day, I promise. It’s selfish of me, to hope you won't move on. But I've always been a selfish bastard, you know that too.
I can't remember your eyes, Remus. Or your laugh. I try, every day to conjure you up from my memories, but the Dementors are slowly sucking you from my mind, one day at a time. I'm terrified of losing you--our years at Hogwarts, for good. I'm scared that one day I won't remember what you taste like, your oversized jumpers, the sounds you make when you come. I love you, Remus, and the Dementors prey on love, it's a feast to them.
But they can't take away my hate, my need for revenge. I fucking hate him, I hate him I hate himIhatehimIhate--

Moony
Do you remember the time we shagged on the big couch in the common room and James found out? He was so disgusted he didn't sit there till Christmas.
Do you remember the time that we all got drunk and played Seven Minutes In Heaven and I charmed the spinner so I'd get you? That was our first kiss. I remember.
Then there was that time that we slipped Snivellus a potion that turned his hair pink for a week. We thought it was the most brilliant thing we'd ever done. Did he retaliate? I'm not sure anymore.
Remember when we snuck out to Hogsmeade through the secret passage and almost ran into Professor McGonagall? Did we get caught? I don't remember.
I'm trying to remember. I have to remember
Padfoot

Rem
Half my bloody family is in here, you know. It makes for a wonderful reunion, lots of cursing and threats of murder-- just like old times!
I wonder if my parents are proud of me now, after what they think I did. After what everyone thinks I did.
I'm sorry. I'm so damned sorry for all of it, for the way I must have hurt you. I wish I could actually send these letters and wish I could talk to you again. Just for a few minutes.
There are so many things I should have done differently. So many things.
Sirius
*
Remus
I wonder where you are, now? What you're doing?
It's been five years now, for all I know you could be dead or married or finally realized you're better off without me. I wouldn't blame you for the last one.
That thought haunts me every day, that I'll get out of here and I'll find you and you'll say that you've moved on and none of it matters now.
Cause I will find you. I'm getting out of here, one day.
Sirius
*
This will be my last letter, I'm almost out of parchment and there's no way in hell they'll bring me more. Maybe I'll write on the walls to keep myself from going mad.
I'm so sorry for everything that I did. For everything that I failed to do. I never told you enough how much I loved you and now it's too late.
I'm going to get out of here, I promise. I have to.
I'm going to kill him, fucking rip him apart with my bare hands, damn my wand.
And then I'm going to find you. And everything is going to be alright because then I'll be in your arms.

Azul 26
Summary: Dinner with Azul was done. You have caught up with what he's been doing over the years, and now it's time for you to be off on your travels. You stop yourself to say one final thing, just so he knows.
(I'll be skipping around because I have scenes in the head and I don't want to write in chronological order. That and I have no clue what the meetings should be like. Brain is empty!)
Tumblr media
Haa, alright, it's now or never. If you walk through that door now without saying a thing, you know you'll just leave without a trace once more.
So, you turn around. You can't allow yourself to be coward like this.
"Hey, Azul," you still had his attention, but you had to call to him again, just to focus yourself, "when I leave again, I'm not going to be coming back."
Your tongue almost added 'probably,' at the end, but you won't lie to him.
"Well, I can hardly blame you at all," Azul shook his head, a tired smile waning on his face, threatening to disappear, "stay here and abandon those you've risked so much to get back home to, or go back and let all this drift off into a gentle dream. The choices you've made, I know you to never go back on them."
You didn't move as Azul approached your side. You hate the thought of wavering in any capacity, so you kept your focus on Azul's face, even as it became harder to take in that gentle smile.
"…I won't be able to attend any of your parties, or diners, you know?" It took too much time for Malleus to even get his invitation to you. He was waiting every day by that mirror for ten odd years in hopes you'd respond. And it's a miracle that you did.
A fluke, probably, that it only took ten years. Who's to say it won't be more next time? Who's to say that Malleus will be able to reach you at all? Well, perhaps he'll be able to figure it out and get invitations and letters through in a shorter period of time. You'll still be late, no matter how fast they're sent, because you lived in a different time-axis than the people here.
This world is beautiful, as well as the world back home, but… you don't think you can stand the thought of coming back to world that will always forget you. Where, so many years pass by that your existence just… faded away while you're still alive and living.
Azul nodded, "A shame you won't be able to attend my funeral when it comes. I was planning on having some delectable snacks there too."
The lightness he treated the subject kept you calm, but you didn't like the way your stomach gained more weight at the thought. But, well, you suppose the thought of death and what comes afterward comes when you see the changes in the mirror, see the way the eyes start sinking just the slightest bit deeper, and the way your face gains more lines with time, and the annoying pains in places you didn't expect them to be.
"…yeah," you had to push the word out. You put your hands in your pockets, "Guess I'll miss that too. I'll miss a lot of things."
You missed too many things already, so what's a lot more? May as well not have come here at all if this was what's going to greet you.
A younger Azul probably would have bargained or negotiated his way into getting you to stay. He tried to do so the minute he found out the way home was one-way only. You didn't like it then, the way he was scrambling for something that'll entice you to stay just a few more minutes longer, until he reaches a far away milestone or until his name reaches the ears of those famous and lofty. But, as Azul said, you've always been one to stick with your decisions.
Like weeds, you make sure to get everything out before they dig deeper. Half-assing everything, with anything regarding your life, was simply something you could never do, especially not when you know yourself to leave things until the last minute if you allow yourself.
That's what a younger Azul was hoping for, almost begging for even.
But, not this one.
This Azul's hands were on his custom made cane, drumming his fingers on the hilt as he hummed a familiar tune and tapped with his good foot.
"…you know," may as well get it off your chest while you're here, "it's kind of unfair, for me at least. Everything is still so fresh in my mind," The younger faces, the weird little habits and childish antics, the word tics, "and I came here just to have a little fun, like back in college. But…"
But…
"But we're not the same as we once were," nothing about Azul's composure was lost. It was weird, seeing his smile capable of this type of experienced gentleness, originating from pain he has probably long since come to terms with. He held a hand out towards you, inviting you to take it, "While I can't say I'm a better version than the one you remember, I am different. And I will be different tomorrow and the days onward. If you don't intend to come back once you go home, then let us at least have some fun like you wanted to. Nothing wrong with making more memories, is there? Or do you intend to leave this older gentleman such as I alone on the dance floor?"
You stared at his hand, then his face, and let out an airy chuckle. "Alright, alright old man. Quit it with the Crowley-isms."
You walked past the curtains that gave you two all the privacy you needed, and pulled Azul into a dance you're familiar with. But, it seems he wasn't ready. Poor man stumbled into you.
This time, Azul had to laugh as his hat fell off. "Be careful with me, don't you know how delicate and soft I am? Leave a bruise on me and I'll demand compensation from you."
"With what money?" You barely brought anything.
"Not money, time. I'll demand another dance." Azul is still as cheeky as ever.
"Aren't you gonna pick up your hat?" You can see it getting kicked around by the more drunken folks around here.
"Leave it. It's doesn't matter when I'm having fun. Let the world see my graying hairs."
That's… you were not focused on that. Besides…
"Isn't your hair already gray?"
"Oh come on. Don't tell me you can't see the difference? Look, see? Right there."
And you couldn't. Because you both were still moving and twirling around. It's awkward.
"Azul, we're dancing. I can't really focus on it."
Then, Azul sighed. "I really do have to be more blunt with you, don't I? I'm asking you to touch my hair. So touch it. There won't be a fee, I promise. The feeling alone is it's own reward."
"Should've started off with that Azul."

fratboy!gojo official chapter 1.5 ;) rewritten to hell and back!!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
cw: fem! afab reader, cheating boyfriend, mini panic attack, sub reader, unprotected sex, gojo aint shit, reader is has low self esteem
"C'mon babe, just give me one more chance. I love you. She was just a mistake!"
"You slept with her 8 times."
"I'm sorry. Who's talking to you?"
You don't know what to do. You have half of a mind to ask him 'why' before you feel Max’s arms around you.
“You have some fucking nerve even showing your face to her. go slip into some other bitch, loser.”
“How about you let her speak for herself, huh? This doesn’t involve you.”
“Andrew I,” It’s pathetic the way you’re shaking, but when you lift from your friend's arms and see the reassuring nod she gives you, your heartbeat slows. “I just- I won't take you back. Please, just go.” you’re shaking like a leaf in the wind and you almost wince when you see his mouth open again. But he doesn’t speak. For a second you think you see a flash of remorse, but then anger is so hot on his face you don't even recognize him.
“Whatever, not even worth the trouble.” and then he’s just stalking off.
You should feel relieved, happy even. But you don't. in fact, ou feel you’re gonna throw up at any moment. Your arm is wrapped around your chest as you try to ground yourself.
Concrete. breathe in. grass. Breathe out.
There's concrete, grass, and people. Breathe in.
There's concrete, grass, people, and trees. Breathe out.
“-Hey! Did you hear me?”
Vision clearing, you blink up at the voice. You almost forgot Max was here. Her hazel eyes are full of worry, and you think for a second that you’ve died and are being held by an angel.
Her wine-red hair is in pretty beach waves and her tan skin glows under the fall sun. When your eyes focus on her glossed lips, you realize again that she’s talking.
“Huh? 'm sorry, what was that?”
she’s stroking your hair out of your face with a pout.
“Nena, you look so drained already. 'Was just saying that I can miss this one lecture and we can go home, just for today.”
you appreciate the concern, so much so you hug deeper into the crook of her neck.
“'m okay. Plus, we are already here.”
You can feel her sigh into the crown of your head. “Alright, but if you ever want to leave-”
“I know.” You still have a sickly feeling in your gut, but her embrace makes the weight lighter. “I’ll tell you, promise.”
“Ok, Nena. Let’s go.”
...
you should’ve gone home.
Actually, that’s a lie. If you did you would miss the lecture on what you need to focus on for your next midterm. But as you gaze at the familiar blue in front of your eyes, you think about how if you were maybe a second faster to leave you wouldn’t be frozen like how you are now. You’re sweating out your cardigan for sure.
“Remember me?"
He knows the answer to that question.
...
"Your uber is almost here! Make sure you call me once you get there, and text me quarterly!"
"I will, don't worry!" you know why she's so nervous to let you go to a party alone and as much as you would prefer her there with you, she has to study. You've spent the past 3 weeks crying, eating, and crying some more. Getting cheated on is horrible. But getting cheated on by your high school sweetheart, who you've been with for 3 years, with his friend's sister? It's all you've been thinking about despite all of yo ur efforts to make it stop. Today is about you. Today has to be about you, because you’re losing yourself. You're gonna go to this party, let loose, have fun, and forget about him. Even if you have your qualms about going to parties alone.
You pull out your shortest dress, wear your hair how you like, and put on your favorite perfume. When Max sees you, she smiles.
"What a bad girl!"
"Yeah?"
"Yeah!"
It's enough of a reassurance that you smile and turn to look for shoes to wear. You're just about to pull out heels when she stops you.
"Short platforms, Hermana. You'll get sores on your feet with anything higher."
you let her pull down heels for you and, with one last tight hug, she goes over everything in your purse.
"Phone?"
"Yup."
"Portable charger?"
"Yup."
"Cash?"
"Always."
"Pepper spray?"
"mhm."
"Keys." instead of speaking, you curl your finger around the jump ring and twirl them around your fingers.
"Okay. okay, yeah, you're set," she says, mostly to herself.
"Max?"
"Yeah?"
"I'm nervous."
"Don't be," she hums, smoothing your hair and then the neckline of your dress. "You‘ll knock ‘em dead. Just be safe."
"Thank you, I dunno what I'd do without you," you coo, kissing her cheek.
"I know! Have fun!"
...
The party sucks. Not because of food, music, or drinks. Not because of the conversation you’ve been making with familiar faces, or the occasional eyes that fall from your eyes to your chest and legs, and shy question of if you’re open to a date after ‘what happened with that guy.’” And then you’re reminded why you came here before saying “you’re not interested in anything serious at the moment.” Then as you’re on your way to the bathroom, you see him. And when you see him, you see her. And suddenly the fruity drinks turned to shots, and slight swaying turned into tipsy grinding, and then you’re dragging somebody to the couch in tears.
"That piece of shit had the nerve to show his face around here after what he did! I never deserved that! I was there for him it his lowest, then that- that son of a bitch threw it all in my face!"
"Aww baby, what a dick."
"And- and he even," you're sniffling when a hand cups your cheek, wiping away stray tears as you talk the exact thing you were supposed to forget about. "He even gave her the sweater I bought for him! It has our initials on it, not theirs!"
"that's horrible!" it comes out in a gasp, and suddenly you're being pulled against someone's chest. You forget how you got here, nor do you know who’s crystal blue eyes you're looking into, but they sure are pretty. You're just about rolling off his chest to fill your cup again before he reaches into his jean pocket and dangles something in your face.
"Do ya smoke, sweetheart?" he says with a wicked smile and you just nod. Part of you recognizes the man in front of you, so you rationalize that as a good enough excuse. You've seen his white hair somewhere; you just can't place your finger on it.
You don't dwell on it much longer when you see his pink tongue peek from his lips and lick the backwood shut. It's not inherently dirty, but it is enough to make your thighs clench. His hand disappears back into his pocket as he fishes out a lighter, and you're so enamored that your hands find his chest and you gasp. He's ripped. But all he does is smile, take a long drag from his blunt, and then your senses are clouded with smoke.
"Hey!" you're telling him off, but when the smoke clears, he's smirking. You swat his chest in response, but then you're only reminded of how firm he feels under his white tee. And now he’s poking at your sides.
"What's wrong?"
"Quit it!"
"Quit what?" His fingers only speed up, and you're pouting at him to hold back the laugh threatening to escape from you. Heat blooms everywhere he touches, and he keeps it up until your hands trap around his wrist. Seeming bored, he sets his hand on your thigh and brings the blunt to your lips. The next immeasurable amount of minutes is spent rotating it without a word, and the more you smoke, the lighter you feel, and the more your thighs seem to rub together. The heat pooling between your legs only gets worse when his hand squeezes your thigh, and the whine you let out is hard to decider if it was in your head or not.
"Are you apart of this?"
He hums a question, but when you gesture to the surrounding party, he 'ahs' in understanding.
"You don't know? I'm a part of this fraternity."
"I don't even know your name."
Now he genuinely looks surprised, "It's Satoru."
Satoru...? The name sends a pang of recognition through your head, but you can't place it completely. No doubt that he's popular, though. When you tell him your name, he grins.
"That's a pretty name, sweetheart. Fits a pretty girl like you."
And despite your better judgment, you bask in the compliment. The heat between your thighs has turned into slick and there’s no doubt that this party is proving to be beneficial.
“So, you're a jock?" you try to ask it in a steady voice, but with how hazy you're feeling from the weed you doubt it comes out stable.
"Something like that." he laughs, but it's all too vague.
"Is that why you joined?" he takes another long drag and passes the blunt to you, this time blowing the smoke out of your face.
"I joined for a friend," and when that answer doesn't please you, he goes on. "I have a friend, I'm really close to him so I joined the same fraternity as him when he asked. I don't mind it, being in a fraternity has its props, i.e; this party."
His voice is so nice. "You seem like the party type."
He just shrugs and puts the blunt out on a random coaster. "I just like fun, sweetheart. Plus, the desserts are always the best part."
That catches your attention. "Right!" you gush, practically jumping up. You think you hear him groan, but you are faded.
"I never would've thought a frat party would carry the best desserts I've ever had.
"Glad you like it. Especially since I put the word in for it."
"Shut up!"
"I'm serious!”
you open your mouth to speak, but something buzzes in the purse next to you and you suddenly remember you haven't texted Max in almost an hour.
"Hey girl u good?"
"???"
"If you're dead I'll kill u,"
"Imsosorryimokaydontworry! 1,"
"K stay safe"
"Did you hear me?"
You snap your head up and see eyes that were icy blue, now a clouded cerulean. "What?"
"I said, it's getting crowded. Do you wanna go upstairs?"
You look around. It looks about the same to you. When you look back at him and his pretty face, you can't find it in you to say no, so you just nod and slide off his lap. Standing up, you get a bit dizzy off your high and grip Satoru's hand to keep from falling flat on your face. And that’s when you realize he's much, much taller than you.
He doesn't seem to mind how tightly you’re holding onto him, even smiling down at you before leading you somewhere up a flight of stairs. Your heart feels like it may beat out of your chest when he pushes past a door that you can just tell isn't his. The room is small, just a bed, closet, and dresser, and none of the trophies on it have his name on them.
“You know, your ex is an idiot.”
You can feel his hands run over your arms when he says it and you’re sighing into him, with your head falling weakly over his shoulder. You know what he wants, and you can't bring yourself to push off him when you feel how his breath fans over your ear and his rock-hard erection brushes against your back.
“You want me to show you better? Give you what you deserve?”
all you do is whine and then he’s kissing down your shoulders and sliding the straps of your dress off.
“Give me an answer, baby. Let me hear you say it.”
And you do. In a breathy gasp, you ask, “Please,” and feel him smile into the crook of your neck before pulling back. You know what he wants, and you can’t bring yourself to push his off, because you want it too.
“Then how about you show me just how pretty you are under that dress, hmm?”
And again, as if on a spell, you do. In slow and shaky hands, you remove your dress, mentally cursing yourself for not choosing a cuter set to have worn under. You sit on the bed to take off your shoes. Your heart doubles when you look up at him through heavy eyes from where you sit to see him mirroring your expression.
“Knew you’d be so pretty. You’re a real sight, sweetheart,” he groans, rolling his palm over his erection with a shiver.
You’re dripping from the praise. Blame it on your destroyed self-esteem, but you haven’t felt this desire in a while. You want to shy away from it, but his fingers run down your clothed slit and you lose yourself. He doesn’t waste time once he feels how wet you are already, just huffs out a laugh and peels your underwear and bra from your sweaty body and groans.
Your eyes are glued to the way he strips his shirt off, showing his defined stature, but when he kicks off his pants, your mouth practically waters at the sight of his cock on full display. He's much bigger than your ex.
“I’ll fuck him out of your head, baby. Don’t bother thinkin’ about anything but my dick.”
You couldn’t think of anything else if you tried. He’s bullied himself so deep inside you, you can barely cover your cries with your palm. Satoru rams into you with so much fervor that the bed is squeaking. And when he hits the spot that has you seeing stars, all you can get out is ‘Thank you,’ repeatedly, gripping onto anything you can for a sense of stability.
One hand closes around your throat while the other draws circles on your clit and tears stream down your face as your back arches into him in the bliss of your orgasm washing over you.
“Fuck- so pretty like that. Tell me who fucks you this good. Who makes your pretty pussy cum the hardest?"
"You do! Jus' you Satoru!" that seems to do it, because his bottom lip is sucked between his teeth and his hips are stuttering.
‘m close- fuck tell me where you want it. Want me to come over those pretty tits, babe? Or maybe all over that face, hmm?” on a whim, your thighs close around him.
“Inside. I want you inside. 'm- ahh- ahn the pill, promise,”
And he doesn’t even get another thrust in before you feel him fill you up in airy groans. He rides out his orgasm inside you in frenzied thrust, so when he pulls out you both shudder at the loss of contact. He gathers your clothes up and helps you shimmy back into them, not bothering to hide how pleased he is when you pull your underwear up, trapping the seed that’s dripped out of you. You watch him dress while you run your hand through his hair, laying down the tufts that have fluffed up. You look up at him, to see him already looking at you. And this time it’s not at your lips or tits, but you, and you feel so embarrassed you back away.
buzz!
A chill runs down your spine at the ringing “Oh shit!”
“what’s wrong?”
“M-my roommate!” You say, hands frantically rummaging through the sheets before hearing your bag drop into the floor and pulling your phone out. “Shit! I should’ve been there 30 minutes ago!”
“Hey, it’s alright. I can take you home.”
“No, no, it’s okay, I’ll just get an Uber.” but he’s already picking your bag up and walking out of the room through a group of boys who recognize what happened by the way their eyes widen when they see you stumble after Satoru but say nothing.
When you plop into the passenger seat of his car, you don't know what to think. Should you have done that? At a party at that? He didn't even take you to his room. It's not long until you're simultaneously fighting the urge to puke and fall asleep, but you can’t tell if it’s regret or alcohol. The drive to your dorm is short, and when he reaches the building he rounds the car, opening the door and holding his hand out to you with a boyish expression, you smile to yourself
"What’s got you smilin’ like that?" he mused, easily lifting you from where you sat and steading you with another hand on your lower back.
"Nothing in particular . Just happy," he doesn’t respond to that, just squeezes your hand a bit.
...
"Is that who you were talking to? Oh, my- did you guys fuck?"
"Max, let me sleep." You know she heard that through the pillow you have over your face, but she doesn't pay it any mind.
"The QB, huh? He's a total upgrade from ese cabrón."
QB?
"QB! That's how I knew him! He's the fucking quarterback!"
"Did you seriously not remember... he's has an article written every other day."
"It blanked on me, I guess. I just kept thinking he looked so familiar."
"That's like when girls used to read at concerts to seem mysterious." She's giggling at first, but when your pillow hits her square in her face, she's practically rolling on the floor.
"So, what now? Gonna be a cheerleader to live out that cliche?"
You roll your eyes at her, but a part of you feels disappointed when you think about how things will be now.
"Doesn't matter. Not like it meant anything."
...
“Remember me?"
Of course, you do.
"No."
He knows you're lying. You can tell by the way his smile deepens despite your words. His head dips to yours, just a nudge away from your lips.
"Oh~ Satoru! Thank you! Thank y-" You slap your hands over his mouth and frantically look around the halls to see if anyone noticed. Thankfully, most people are more focused on Satoru as they walk by and not on your flustered expression.
"Why are you here, Gojo?" it's not that the sight of him doesn't make you nervous, much less his proximity. But you genuinely do not know why he's talking to you.
"Oh, so we're on a last names basis now? ‘ts not fair, though. I don't even know your last name, sweetheart. Should I just use mine?" he hums, obviously not worried about your apprehension.
"Wait? No? Wh-"
"No?" He pouts, batting his eyelashes. You know it's a joke, but your heart still drops.
"I don't mean 'no' like 'no,' I just- I don't know why you're talking to me. Or how you knew how to find me."
He just shrugs, grinning. “I would love to answer all of those questions… preferably over a nice meal.” his hand falls to his stomach and his head falls to his shoulder. “‘m just so hungry, sweetheart.”
You know what he’s getting at. And maybe if he wasn’t so damn cute, you’d say no. but you can’t ignore that airy feeling floating around you as he smiles at your meek nod. As shallow as it may be, you can’t help the validation you feel at just the idea of someone like Gojo would even give you the time of day. You find that he at least acts like a gentleman. Opening the car door for you. Walking on the side closest to the street. Opening the door to the diner for you.
It’s a homey thing. black-and-white checkered tiles, red walls with tons of polaroids and framed pictures of food and happy families, and a shiny red jukebox that steals your attention.
“Hello, how may I- why are you here?”
“I missed u too, Hime,” he cooed, batting his eyelashes toward a very unamused girl. “Don’t be shy~ I know you missed your favorite customer.”
“Missed you like the plague.” She sneers with a creased brow. Her hand taps on the screen in front of her before flipping her navy-blue pigtails over her shoulders, revealing a name tag that reads “Utahime.”
“Let me show you to your table,” she says, and you don’t miss the way she shoves Gojo out of the way with her shoulder when she walks past him. She guides you two to a booth in the diner's corner with seats the same shade as the walls and tells you that someone ‘will be with you shortly’ after walking away, not without throwing another nasty look at Gojo, and a simple nod to you.
“I’m her best friend , she just has a hard time showing it,” he says, readjusting himself on the leather seats.
“You woulda had me fooled…” you mumble, a little startled when he laughs in response. It’s oh-so warm and you let yourself bask in it quietly, forgetting what you came here for.
but after a bit of conversation over the menu and your orders, you build up enough courage to ask.
“So, what did you need?”
“Hmm?” and the way he tilts his head at the question makes your face warm.
“You took the effort to find my class, must need something important from me.” you say, listening to the buzz from the large overhead fan above you, and the smooth jazz coming from somewhere behind you.
“you’re right,” he says, turning at the same time to thank the server for your food s. “there actually is something important that I need.”
oh?
“You know,” he says, picking around his food with his head resting on his palm. “Ever since we slept together, I can't stop thinking about you.”
oh?
“It’s only been a night!” you squeak, quieting down when you see a server walk by.
“I know. I can’t get you off my mind.”
“So?”
“Don't you wanna get over your stupid ex-boyfriend? he's a real sight for sore eyes, and by that, I mean painful to look at. Especially compared to my looks.”
“I'm not interested!” you whine through your teeth, crushing your straw.
“But then, how else should I calm my heart?”
“What are you talking about?”
“Don't you get it, doll?” he asks, waving his fork in a circle toward you. “I'm mad for you.”
You almost choke on your drink. Gojo Satoru, mad for you. It’s either a fairytale come true or a sick joke. “But then, what is it you want from me?”
“A chance. A fair one. Let me prove to you that your ex is an idiot.”

Last time —Joao Felix
warning: +18. break up, angst, smut, cheating.
worlds: +1.8k.
#sexynote: English is not my first language so there may be errors.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
London, England.
Here you were. Devastated as you held the tears in your eyes, trying to deny it.
You couldn't accept it. You didn't want to accept it.
Your heart was broken into a thousand pieces as your mind replayed those images over and over again in your mind.
Joao was cheating on you.
The person you trusted and loved the most was having an affair with another woman.
How could he do this to you? After everything you had been through together? After promising you his undying love and protection? Was this how he was protecting you?
Thoughts flooded your mind as time went by and you still couldn't believe it. Were you so worthless to Joao? Were you so unimportant to him? Because he didn't seem to care about you at all.
Your heart didn't stop aching since you read those messages, since you followed him to that motel, since you saw him enter with that woman. A beautiful young woman who looked like a model, blonde hair and slender body, sweet laugh and perfect face.
Why? why you? why him?
Your head was spinning trying to figure out what was wrong with them. You wanted to be able to get angry, throw his things and walk away from him, but your body refused.
You loved him so much. Like you had never loved anyone before.
Your love for Joao was too much, you couldn't just stop loving him from one moment to the next. Not after having been together for almost four years, supporting and loving each other.
"Hello sweetheart," Joao entered the room, seeing you at your dressing table, brushing your straight hair.
He reached out to you, taking you by the shoulders. Stroking you a little, massaging your skin as he gave you a smile through the mirror.
Tears gathered in your eyes, burning to come out. But you held on.
"I'm sorry, the training took longer than I thought" he kissed your neck. Your whole body trembled.
A lie. He was lying and you knew it perfectly well.
You knew that his hands had touched another body, that his lips had kissed someone else, that his body had felt someone else. Yet, why did you still feel that way? As safe and protected as the first time he touched you or kissed you.
As if nothing had happened.
"You won't say anything?" he asked, lowering his kisses.
"I have nothing to say, Joao" it came out of your mouth, so slowly that even he didn't hear it.
His hands reached your chest, caressing over your fine silk nightgown, pulling the thin straps open until your shoulders were bare.
Your boyfriend's lips clung to your flesh, tugging and licking at it. Your tears couldn't hold back and began to fall, thinking of Joao and his other woman.
Joao noticed your tense body, your lack of emotion and thought that maybe you had had a bad day or were tired. So he would take care of you himself.
He took your hand, stopping you from your place, to pull you closer to him, pressing your body against his, taking you by the waist.
He searched your gaze, lifting your chin a little, meeting your deep, tear-filled eyes.
"Baby" he worried. "Are you all right?"
You nodded slowly.
"Why are you crying, did something happen?" he insisted.
"Because I love you," you whispered in pain.
Joao smiled, cupping your cheek against his palm, wiping away the tear.
"And so do I, honey. I love you so much"
You forced yourself to believe in him, stopped your useless heart, enjoying his voice, his touch, his words for the last time.
The last time. It echoed in your head.
Allow yourself for one last time to love him as you always have. Allow yourself to finish breaking your heart and then walk away. Hopefully, you will forget and heal. You will.
"I love you" you repeated again. His eyes connected to yours, his smile widened and his hands took yours.
His lips touched yours and even though you felt disgust, you had to enjoy it.
It was like the last puff of a cigarette or the last bite of a delicious meal. You knew it was wrong, but still, it couldn't help but feel delicious, tasty and addictive.
Your body lay on the white sheets, Joao between your legs taking care of your breasts, taking the tops of them in his mouth, abusing your aching nipples.
A slight touch between you and you were both moaning, feeling your heats throbbing even without touching each other.
Joao grabbed the side of your panties and pulled them all the way down, now admiring your naked body hungrily. He left a wet trail of kisses along your belly and hips, biting a little to mark with that reddish color he loves so much on your skin.
You grabbed him by his neck, lifting him to you so he could get close to your face. In an instant, your tongues were again touching and your hands were pulling down the only fabric covering Joao.
The sooner this was over, the more time you would have to heal. So you were eager to feel him one last time.
His lined up at your wet entrance, touching your center a little before, playing with his fingers, pushing them in a little and then pulling them out, dragging them down to your clit.
Your moans became louder and louder and the pleasure more intense.
Once he slowly went in, after a gasp from Joao, he brought his mouth close to yours again.
His thrusts hard and precise, hitting just where you needed them, making you arch your back with each stroke. His ruined moans silenced by his kisses.
You thought only of pleasure. You only enjoyed the moment. Nothing made sense anymore. Your life without Joao was nothing.
Why? echoed in your head again.
Didn't you love him enough that he needed love from someone else? Were you so bad in bed that he had to look for another pleasure? Were you so boring that he had to resort to another kind of fun? Was his love for you over?
And once again, your tears filled your eyes. Those tears that had once been tears of pleasure or laughter of amusement, today, they were tears of pain.
Tears of a broken heart. Tears of a goodbye.
Tears of one last time.
Joao's lips in your ear as he said dirty things, made you regain your sanity. Invading you again with pleasure.
His strokes were erratic and unattractive, both your bodies sweaty and trembling, your breasts together rubbing. A pressure in your lower belly built up at the same time as Joao began to go faster, making him squeal.
At the same moment you bottomed out, tears began to flow loudly. The sobs and moans mingled, tears streaming down your face as you felt the over stimulation.
You grabbed him by the nape of his neck, fitting his lips, feeling the wetness of your tears and his mouth joining. His lips that you loved so much to be kissed, to be bitten, to be caressed. They had kissed someone else's lips, that idea made your chest ache, cutting off your air.
Joao lowered his intensity, now stopping completely, to leave your body. Lying down next to you, one hand still on your body, regulating his breathing.
You couldn't even look him in the face, not without completely falling apart.
You rolled over and sat on the bed, grabbing your clothes, wiping off some of his footprints, then quickly put them on.
"What are you doing?" asked Joao, surprised to see you covering yourself with your clothes.
You refused to leave him. But you couldn't stay. Not if you loved yourself.
Jack sat on the bed, confused, trying to get your attention.
A puff of air filled your lungs, slowly rolling over you, until you were looking at him face to face.
For the first time, Joao saw that pain in your dark eyes of betrayal and the sharp pain in your heart. The tears adorning your cheeks and neck as you watched him with an expression of disappointment.
Then, he knew. He knew that you knew.
But you had already made the decision. You couldn't allow it. Even though you loved him more than you knew and it hurt so much more to leave him than his deception.
The sooner you got away from this house, the better it would be for you. Less suffering.
Hopeless and a mess, you walked away from him and everyone. Maybe someday your heart would heal but nothing was going to take away the fact that you loved that man and just as you loved him, you also lost him.
You lost the love of your life and you lost yoursef for that love.

Tumblr media
"It's been a year, move on." Your father sat down with a cup of tea in his left hand. "I love you, you're my daughter and I'm aware you loved him deeply. We all are. I mean, you can't ruin your life, because your husband got killed. I'm not saying you should forget him, I'm saying you should move on, Y/N. Please."
Seems like it's about 100th time your father brings the topic. Not even mentioning other people in your life. They could never understand the pain you feel. They could never understand how does it feel to lose person you've loved for so many years.
"How am I supposed to move on, dad? Tell me, how? I can't sleep at night, I have to go to therapy and take these pills that makes me weak as a bitch, and I don't even have an energy to talk with you, yet you're here telling me to move on?" Telling him all that felt relieving. Made you feel lighter. "You don't have any idea how it is. None of you! I don't want to see you or mom, coming here and acting as if y'all are my therapist."
"We're trying to help you, you're our daughter. We mean only the best for you, okay? Honey, you can't freeze in time and griev your whole life. Jaehyun wouldn't want that."
"Don't speak about it. You didn't even know him. Leave it, please."
Jaehyun was married to you for almost four years, and these were the best years of your life. You met at high school, then started dating at your senior year at college, and get married two years later. The job he had made your life harder. He was working for Korean Secret Forces, as an agent. High rank, excellent skills and results.
He was supposed to be go on a trip to Japan, when he got shot and killed. No one knows why, nor how did it happened.
"Y/N, you have still a lot to live. Being mean towards us won't change a thing. I'm leaving, if you need something, call us."
Cementary felt like your second home. A year ago, you used to come here everyday for two months, then lesser and now you're doing it once a week. Always brining candles or flowers with you. Your husband deserves to never be forgotten.
Crossing path, you spotted a man sitting by your husband's grave. Walking slowly to see who is it, you saw a face you've never seen before.
"Mind asking, who you are?"
Man turned around, and looked into your eyes. He was about 10cm highter than you, and had white, medium lenght hair. His gaze was strong, and gave you chills.
"You're his wife, right?" You nodded. "Jaehyun was a great man. I've never had a chance to meet you, and talk because of work, but I used to work with your husband. We were pretty close, I guess." He seems to be saying the truth, but you were bit taken aback. You knew majority of Jaehyun friends, but not him. "Jaehyun probably never mentioned my name, I am Yuta."
"Nice to meet you. My name is Y/N." You two shake your hands. "Is there a reason why he didn't meniton you?"
"Listen Y/N, I can't tell you much-"
"He was killed by Secret Forces, wasn't he? It wasn't an accident." You claimed while blankly staring at Yuta.
"How-"
"Jaehyun was too good for a rookie mistake, I'm sure he would dodge the bullet. Answer me honestly."
Yuta sighed. People way above him, or Jaehyun, made an awesome narrative. Most skilled and talented man of Secret Forces got shot by unknown man on his off duty. Unbeliveable lie.
"It for sure wasn't an accident. As I said, I can't tell you much. But I want you to be careful, it's dangerous. Jaehyun found something and it got him killed. I don't want you to die or to suffer, because of that. I promised Jaehyun to keep an eye on you."
Your heart almost stopped, and your vission was blurry. Of course, you had some theories on why did Jaehyun die, but mostly it was his postion in work. Many would kill for his job, and it'd be good reason to kill him. But now, as you're aware it wasn't it, you felt sick.
"What are you talking about? What did he find?"
"I can't tell you, because I'm not aware of everything. I'd suggest for you to not dig into it. Live your life, and don't look for anything, Y/N."
"My husband was killed, because he found something. He was killed, while we have expected the baby! He left me alone, hearbroken and lonely. Don't you think, I deserve at least the reason?"
"Baby? You're mother?"
Yuta was surprised, because he has been following you for months, since Jaehyun knew he was in trouble, yet he had never seen you with a child.
"I had a misscariage. It was thrid month, when Jaehyun died. Due to stress and everything, my body gave up. Awful times." You tried to laugh, but you failed. "I don't want to complain about my life, there's no point. I want the truth."
"Just leave it. Jaehyun died because of your co-called 'truth', so you better move on. Forget about me, and forget we met." Yuta made his way out of the grave, but he turned quickly. "I'm sorry for your loss. About Jaehyun, and your baby. Good luck, Y/N."
The first thing that came to your mind to call Jungwoo and Johnny to meet. Two of them were best buddies with Jaehyun, they had to know something. You demand answers.
"Do any of you know Yuta?"
Jungwoo and Johnny looked at each other, which was obvious for you - they do.
"Why you're asking?" Jungwoo chuckled. "I thought we were supposed to hang out and talk shit."
"I met him today. At cementary, at Jaehyun's grave to be exact." Johnny chocked on his saliva. "Why I had no clue about him?"
"What did he say?"
"Johnny, don't fuckin do it. Answer me, you two, now. I've been gaslighted for a year. Is it some joke to you? To play dumb around me?"
"Relax, it's not that deep."
"Answers."
"Yuta was working with Jaehyun for few months." Jungwoo stated as he was taking a sip of his beer. "He's japanese member of the crew. Yuta Nakamoto was working with Jaehyun on some project, extra secretive thing. We don't know what were they doing, though."
"So, what did he say?"
"Jaehyun found something that got him killed. I told y'all it wasn't an accident. I've known it was a murder. I knew."
"Y/N, you can't just believe in every word he says. We don't know him well, he migh've been lyin-"
"I believe him. Please." You rolled your eyes. "My husband wasn't some kind of a rookie, nope. He was the captain of his crew, soon to be officer. How couldn't he dodge the bullet? In the daylight? And the suspect have never been found. Sounds weird to me."
"There was an open investigation, and we were working hard-"
"Don't bullshit me, right now."
"Even if it's true, stay out of this. It's clearly something he wasn't supposed to know, and look. He's six feet under, now, sniffing the flowers from the other side." Johnny said firmly. The tone was suspicious, and you realize he was nervous. "Can we change the subject?"
Agony. You got rid of agony. In your life there's a new mission. To find the truth. You won't rest easy until you get to know what happened. Why did your husband had to die.
The lock of the attic opened. After Jaehyun's death, police came and took some of his personal stuff. You didn't give them everything, though. There must be something in his stuff.
After an hour, you didn't find much. Some rapports, evidence on minor crimes, suspects, scratches of something, to-do lists, and notes he used to make for you. As when you were about to give up, you found small piece of paper with a phone number on.
"What?" Male voice came from the other side. A bit cold, you'd say. "Who are you?"
"Hey, I am Y/N. Jung Y/N." Silence. "Jaehyun's wife."
"How did you get my phone number?"
"I found it. May I ask, who are you?"
"No, you're not going to ask me questions." Cold tone made you annoyed. "Jaehyun is dead, and here you are calling me. Why?"
"I know Jaehyun got murdered by his company. Please, I need to find the truth. I was looking for clues in his stuff, so I came across this phone number. I need help."
"I can't help you. I-"
"Please. I'll do everything."
Short silence made you believe, he's about to hang up.
"Meet me at 10. I'll send you adress. Alone." He sighed. "If you're from police, you're dead. See ya."
The adress seems sketchy as fuck, but you had to risk it. You felt like throwing up, because of the stress and everything that's about to happen. You were working as a private math teacher, not as a detective.
Area you're in, was abandomen long ago. There were only empty and destroyed buildings around, and not a sound of life around. Suddenly, you felt hands around you and on your mouth. Someone grab you, and took you in one of the building.
In front of you, were two men. One, black hair and bunny-like face, and the other one looked like a character straight from the anime.
"Are you a plug? Police? FBI? CIA? Secret Forces? SWAT?" You remember the voice, it's a guy who you've spoken to this morning. The guy with a black hair. "Answer us, now."
"No? The fuck! I told you, I'm Jaehyun's wife. I swear to God, I'm working as a private math teacher. I have no connection to police, besides my late husband."
"Taeyoung, check her ID."
They took your documents, and in fact, you wasn't lying.
"She's not lying. She's really Jaehyun's wife."
"Fuck." The other male sighed. "I told him to burn my phone number, dumb fucker. Why did you call? What do you want?"
"I want to know what happened to Jaehyun. I met Yuta today, I guess you must know him." They nodded. "I don't know if you're from Secret Forces, but you knew Jaehyun. The note wasn't in his offical case, why? Who are you?"
"I'm Kim Doyoung. I'm a hacker, and old friend of Jaehyun. We got few classes together back in college."
"And you?"
"Lee Taeyong. I'm his best friend, roommate and I used to be Jaehyun's plug."
"Jaehyun had a plug? Why? What?"
"I see you're confused." Doyoung softened. "Yuta must told you to stay out of this case, right? Why don't you listen? You need adrenaline? If yes, go to Bunjee jump. You want to get yourself killed?"
The way him, Taeyong and Yuta were so secretive made your blood boil. Also, the fact you had no idea Jaehyun knew them was even more annoying.
"If your wife got killed, wouldn't she want to know what happened? I demand answers. They can't get away with killing an innocent person."
"As if it was that easy." Taeyong sat down with a gun in his hand.
"You want answers?" You nodded. "Alright. But I don't guarante, you're going to be safe later. I can't promise that." You agreed without a word. "Jaehyun was a right man. He had his morals, and let's say, he didn't agree with few things with his boss and other assholes."
"He was in China, right?" Taeyong asked. "It all started there. During his stay there, and mission an innocent men got killed. He was chinese-korean, living with his wife and two kids. Provider of the family, and taxi driver. Jaehyun got told, he was super dangerous killer who killed around 10 korean soldiers in X Zone. The mission was easy. Get rid of the target."
"So he did. He and his people, including Jungwoo and Johnny. They had no idea, he was completly innocent guy. He was just a taxi driver, who wouldn't hurt a fly. The above wanted to get rid of him to show chinese mob, they don't care. Jaehyun got to know by accident, because he overheard his boss talking about it."
"It turned out, they killed more innocent people. He found corruption, and more evidence on illegal cases in the company. Doyoung hacked the system, and I asked the right people." Your brain was trying to process what they were saying. "There was a case of files tittled with his last name. They planned to get rid of evidence, and frame Jaehyun to become a hitman. Cruel killer, who killed innocent guys."
"What?"
"Jaehyun told them to turn themselfs in. To go to a trial court. Before he even told them, someone snitched on him. We don't know who, but they knew. The above ordered to kill him as soon as possible. I believe it must've been someone from his team. They can't be trusted, Y/N." Doyoung sighed. "Not even Jungwoo, or Johnny. We have no idea how much they know."
Your world was spinning around, and many more questions come with it. It felt as if your life got ruined in seconds. Your husband was always someone, who people looked up to. He hated discrimination, and lack of justice. He knew too much.
"But Yuta is alive."
"Jaehyun never mentioned Yuta. We're sure, they tortured him before getting on that street and shooting him. Someone was supposed to tell the truth, but Yuta can't be another one killed."
"Jungwoo and Johnny, they know?"
"They have to know." Taeyong said with a smile. "Think. They were close, if they didn't then Jaehyun wouldn't trust them. Who knows. Maybe they killed him."
There's no way. Jungwoo and Johnny were best friends with Jaehyun for years. They could never hurt him, not saying about killing him. They weren't capable, were they?
"I need to find the killer, and the evidence. I'll end what Jaehyun has started. I don't care, I have nothing to lose." You stood up, still overwhelmed by all the informations. "Even if it means, I'm going to die. Jaehyun didn't deserve to die."
"Y/N, it's danegrous. You can't put yourself into danger, because of grief and rage. Think about it. You can still get your life together-"
"No. I need to do it for him. And I need your help."
That night, you couldn't sleep. All you was thinking about was your hsuband and guys he was working with. There is no turning back now, you're going to get your revenge. No matter what. But the only thing couldn't let go. Yuta was keeping an eye on you for months, and yes, you had theory someone was following you, or stalking. Few times, you've spotted a shadow in your house. Some car passing your house three times a day. But you could swear to God, the shadow or sillhouete you've spotted was taller than Yuta. Yuta was about 5'10, while the person you saw so many times was for sure taller. Could Jaehyun sent someone else too?
After you left, Doyoung and Taeyong looked at each other sending signal.
"Y/N found us." Doyoung was gripping his phone hard, while waiting until the other person say something. "She called me earlier today. I am sure, she's going to find the killer."
"Don't let her. Keep her safe, Doyoung."
"It's too late now."
"Understood."
Taeyoung looked at his friend stressed. They nodded at each other, and went to their places waiting for next things coming.
"I'm so happy, you're moving on!" Your mother hugged you. "Are you sure about moving out part? It's your house, after all."
"Living here reminds me of Jaehyun too much. I found nice apartament in the centre of city, and I'm going to live closer to the company. Only prons."
"Jungwoo is picking you up?"
"He's already there." Your friend honked. "I gotta go. Let's go. I'm starting new chapter."
"We're proud of you." Your dad kissed your cheek. "Call us when you're in your new place. We're happy for you."
Drive to your new place was really comfortable, Jungwoo was cracking jokes all the time and he was expressing how happy he was for you.
"By the way, thank you. I really appreciate you recommended me for the company and you're driving me to my new place."
"Please, don't. It's just a pleasure to help you, Y/N. I am here for you anytime." He smiled at you. "You know, we are buddies now."
"Yes, dude."
"You sound like Mark now."
"Is it a bad thing?"
"Duh. He overuse 'dude'. Don't be like Mark."
Jungwoo wasn't right. Dude is literally Mark. Mark is dude. There's no Mark Lee without a 'dude' every few seconds. Almost like a comma.
After a month of working in Secret Forces as analyst, you were secured in your spot. No one suspected you of anything. Not many knew you were widow and Jaehyun's wife. Only the above knew, and Johnny, Jungwoo and Mark. You were lowkey about your business, and never mentioned anything harmful to you.
"We're going to hang out and drink sojuu, you're coming?" Mark asked with sparkling eyes. "Please, you always decline. Only me, Johnny, Jungwoo and Taeil. He went to the same University as you, I believe."
"Mark, I have a work to do. I need to do research, and write a raport."
"And you have a weekend for that. Just this once. We're not that bad, after all. Boys wants you to come. C'mon."
"Bet."
Mark left happy, because after 5th time asking, you agreed. By the time he was gone, you could check your other phone. You saw notification popping up on your homescreen.
dy: i need u to go and find login to y'all system dy: asap dy: don't get caught tho
Every single worker have own login, but login of people with high ranks are different each. With a sigh, you left your office and went towards the lift. You waved to few people, you got to know, and went to 14th floor. There must be the office of your boss.
There was no one in sight, so you just went in carefully. He was gettin his daily coffee on 4th floor with his friends, so he won't be there any time soon. You knew there were cameras, but Doyoung took care of that long time ago.
"Fuck. Where's the damn laptop."
As far as you know, they don't use their logins on official PC's, but have their own laptops with a base of every file possible.
Finally, you spotted black laptop on the pile of books in the corner. Looking around, you put USB cable in laptop. Thanks to that, Doyoung can hack everything from the laptop.
dy: i need 2 minutes dy: ok take the cable off, and meet me in your smoking spot behind the building
"I'm going out with boys tonight. After the work. In an hour."
"Be careful, though. Remember, we don't know how much do they know."
"They were best friends with Jaehyun. They couldn't be harmful."
"Maybe you're right, but there's no harm in being careful." He sighed. "I'll check everything, and tell you what we found. For now, be sure no one saw you."
The restaurant was really comfy, and have it's vibe. You felt as you were a kid again with your parents on Sunday's dinner. Nostalgic place.
"The owner is my uncle." Taeil laughed. "He opened the restaurant like 5 years ago? It's one of the best, I swear to God."
"Your uncle?" You were in disbelief. "The food is amazing. I love their dumplings."
"My uncle is the same person as Gordon Ramsey."
"Maybe let's not go there." Johnny cut off laughing. "You're lying."
"Ya, do you doubt me!"
"Gentlemen, stop."
The conversation went smoothly. You got to know, Taeil was your senior while you were freshman in the University.
"I remember the time we were training, and we were supposed to get all 10s with shooting, but Jungwoo missed every single one."
"Ya, really! I got 6, it's not bad."
"You're classified as blind, Woo. Don't you know?" Taeil laughed with Johnny. "He's really fit, but the guns and him aren't good couple."
"I have hidden talent with guns."
"And it stays hidden, Jungwoo." Johnny rolled his eyes. "And you Y/N? Have you ever held a gun?"
"Not really. I am clueless about all the weapons. Even knives. The only knife I've ever came across, was the one to peel the apples. Really."
"Then why did you join us? I mean, our job is almost like American CIA or FBI. I know your analyst, but why here?"
Taeil asked you question, and you froze for a minute. Jungwoo noticed your confused expression, and get you out of the awkward situation.
"Discrimination? Just because she wasn't trained like us means, she can't work with us? Ya, Moon Taeil, I thought you wasn't a jerk."
All of you were laughing, and you were thankful for him saving you.
"No! Sorry, I just-"
"I was bored. Math teacher isn't exciting, right? I found there was a need for analyst, so I applied. I need adrenaline in my life."
"Don't we all?" Mark sighed. "But our job is kinda boring. We don't do much nowadays."
"And nice. We should rest." Johnny took a sip of sojuu. "Let's drink and have a blast before coming back to that shithole in two days."
Two hours passed, and you were ready to come back home. Boys seems to have fun, and they planned to go Taeil's place to have more sojuu and watch movies.
"I really gotta go. I had fun, and I really like you, but it's getting darker." You claimed, while taking your coat on. "Bye."
They waved you goodbye, but Mark stopped you.
"Wait! Jungwoo is totally wasted, and he's asking if you could drive him home. I mean, you're the only one who wasn't drinking." He held his neck. "If no, then we can call the cab."
"No need for that." You smiled. "I'll get his drunk ass and get him to his place. Where's he?"
Jungwoo was sitting on the passenger seat, and he was white as ghost.
"Woo, are you alright?"
"I think Imma throw up." The mumble wasn't clear, and it took you a second to understand.
"Shit, wait. We're going to my place, it's closer. You look like you're about to pass out. You can stay the night."
"Can I?"
"Oh, shut up."
Taking Jungwoo into your place wasn't an easy task. He was 6ft, and his ass wouldn't hurry up, which made you go to the door for about 10 minutes.
"Here, sit down and drink some water." You passed him the glass. "Are you going to throw up?"
"I am not sure."
"Sit there, I'll take a shower. If you need to throw up, there's a bowl under the sink."
Jungwoo saluted, and you chuckled. You must admit, he was kinda cute. You slapped yourself mentally for that thought. You can't think about him in that way, after all he's your dead husband friend.
You came back to Jungwoo laying on the couch with his eyes closed, thinking he was sleeping, you was walking on your tippy toes.
"I'm not sleeping, Y/N. Can you come here?" He opened his arm. "C'mon. Please. I am so drunk, I can't. I need a hug."
"Jungwoo, I don't think-"
"Just lay down, and relax. I'm not going to touch you, c'mon."
Jungwoo made space for you. Being this close to him, made you nervous. It's been a while since you was this close to a man.
"Why aren't you sleeping, dumbass? You look like a ghost.
"Ah, really. I still have a time. You know what, I really respect you, Y/N. I admire how strong you are, and how smart you are. Really. I'm always surprised because of you."
"Jungwoo, don't sugarcoat me." You chuckled. "You're drunk."
"I mean it. I really, really mean it. I'm happy you're moving on with your life. Jaehyun was lucky to have you, you know. I've been jealous of him." You chuckled, because drunk Jungwoo was funny and he wasn't aware of his words. "Don't laugh. We all were jealous of you two."
"Woo, please. There's other couples like that. It's a past. I need to move on, and I did, to be honest. I'm not thinking about Jaehyun that much." There was a bit of truth in that. You couldn't tell others about your plan, so it was better to make them think you really moved on, but at the other hand. You missed being loved. "I think I should date again."
"Ya, that's what I'm saying!" He said confidently with a pout. "I agree. But Y/N. I really like you. We've been hanging out a lot past weeks, and I really like you. I found you pretty and I'd like to kiss you."
Before you could answer, surprised with his confession he was long asleep on his back. Your heart skipped a beat, because you had no clue someone have a crush on you. Someone like Kim Jungwoo. You knew Jaehyun would like you to date one of his friends, instead of complete stranger.
"If I ever pass away, please. Y/N date either Johnny or Jungwoo." He was caressing your cheek. "I know they would take great care of you. I trust them. If you'd date a stranger, they know to kill him, you know."
"Jaehyun don't even say that. Only person I'm going to date is you. Don't talk about your dead, you're not going to die."
"You never know. In this line of work, you gotta be ready for everything. I told them the same thing. Personally, I'd took Jungwoo. He isn't going to work the same job as long as he thought."
"Honey, you're my husband talking about dating your best friend. Let's not."
He chuckled and kissed you. Little did you know, Jaehyun was aware he didn't have much left to live.
"I like you too." You whispered, and fall asleep.
'I left to work. Sorry for the trouble! I don't even remember how did I end up at your place! Not mentioning, sleeping next to you. LOL. I was wasted as fuck. Sorry again! I made you breakfast, hope you like scrambled eggs with kimchi and toast. See ya at work! Jungwoo~'
Smile crept on your face, because it was lovely. It's been a long time since someone made you breakfast. You shook your head, and reminded yourself to not get distracted.
"I found something interesting." Doyoung said while eating cookies, Taeyoung bought. "Look."
He passed you his laptop, and there was files named after Jaehyun and they were marked as top secret. You opened them, and there were synopsis of him and his life. You were also mentioned there as his wife, but not much.
"What's interesting in there?"
"Look at the date of his death. 12th February. He was killed five days later. We have a direct evidence his death was planned."
"I knew it. Who else can open these?"
"Not many. Bosses and officers. There's many suspects, Y/N. I saw someone deleted some files, and I tried to recover them. I'm not sure if it's possible."
"Do your best, please. I am sure, Johnny and Jungwoo don't know exactly what happened with Jaehyun."
"How?"
You could tell he wasn't convinced.
"I just know. They must been suspicious of Yuta, that's why they were nervous."
"Remember, you can't be sure of anything."
"I know them longer than I do you. I can tell when something is off."
"Don't let your feelings take control of you."
"I don't."
Taeyong laughed.
"You're not as trained as we are. No one can be trusted. We're partners, we can trust each other, but them? I'm not sure."
"I shouldn't trust you, since I don't know you. But guess what. I'm doing my best, so please. Shut up." You got up. "I'm going to the company. If you have something, let me know."
As soon as you left, Doyoung called.
"Yuta, keep an eye on her in the company. Especially on Jaehyun's buddies."
"Fuck. I told you to get this idea out of her mind."
"Was I supposed to let her do it on her own, and get her killed? Jaehyun wouldn't be happy."
"She's getting too comfortable. We can't let her know everything, Doyoung. You deleted the files?"
"I did. I sent them."
"Good. Bye."
Kim Doyoung told you, he wasn't able to find the deleted files. You couldn't blame him for his failed mission, since he was doing already a lot. At the other hand, you tried asking people. Mentioning Jaehyun, but no a single soul had any idea about him, or his death.
Boys and you hang out again. This time, you got drunk. You didn't have to do much for work, since you got everything done before deadline. Jungwoo drive you home.
"Ah, Y/N. You're cute when you're drunk."
"I feel sarcasm, idiot."
"It's not." He laughed. "You look pretty. Here we are." He parked in front of your building. "Dummy."
"Kiss me then."
"What?"
"You said I'm pretty. Kiss me or you're lying."
You were way too drunk to care, or to be aware of your words.
"You're drunk-"
"Do it."
Jungwoo was looking into your eyes, the next second his hands cuped your cheeks and he was kissing you. The kiss lasted for few seconds, and it got you warmed up.
"Y/N-"
"Wanna come in?"
On your way to your place, both of you were kissing, not giving a damn about people passing you. It felt as if you two were waiting for this moment to come for the longest time ever. As you were kissing Jungwoo, you couldn't put the key in.
"Let me do it."
Next thing you remember, was the two of you undressing in your bedroom. Jungwoo didn't break the kiss, when he was getting your clothes off.
"I've been waiting for this moment for such a long time." He whined. "You really turn me the fuck on."
"Kim Jungwoo, just fuck me."
Both of you, too busy with each other, failed to notice tall silhouete standing in the dark corner of your place watching you. The man clenched his fists hard, feeling his blood boil. Jaehyun was watching his best friend fuckin his wife. He wanted to get out the shadow, and kill Jungwoo for it. He wanted to scream, but he knew he couldn't. Officialy, he's dead.
"I'll kill him." He whispered, and left as quiet as he entered.
Jung Jaehyun is very alive, and healthy.
Past days were peacful and relaxed, something you couldn't feel for a while. Jungwoo and you weren't dating yet. You wanted to take things slow, because at the back of your head, you could see Jaehyun.
Peace was broken, when Yuta paid you a visit.
"Listen, I don't care what you're doing with who, but I can't agree for you to lose your mind over someone." He sighed. "There's no one you can trust, especially Jaehyun's ex friends."
"The only person I shouldn't trust is you, Yuta. I don't know you at all, Doyoung and Taeyong don't talk about you, nor Jaehyun did. It's logical for me to trust them, not you."
Yuta felt as he was talking to a child. You were stubborn, way too much for Yuta's liking. His Japanese temper was getting real bad with you. He felt hopeless, because no matter how many times, he's telling you to stay away from Jaehyun ex co-workers, you don't listen.
"How do you know they didn't get their hands dirty with Jaehyun? What if they're involved but you don't know? You don't know them, Y/N. You have this pov of them as your husband's co-workers, not as actual people."
"Wait." You paused. "Don't you and boys know somethind I don't? Doyoung also told me to stay away from them. Why?"
"You know I don't." His body tensed up. "For some reason, as you claim, your husband didn't tell anything to them. I know, I know." He rolled his eyes. "It was dangerous, but they were friends for years, Y/N, years. Not even a word?"
Doyoung was walking down the woods, hidden from the city. Not many people visited the woods, because they weren't fameous as other one.
"You're alone?" Doyoung nodded as he entered small house. "What's up."
"You're not going to do anything with Jungwoo? He's fuckin your wife, Jaehyun. It's so painfully obvious. She likes him."
Jaehyun clenched his jaw.
"Not now. I can't just kill him out of the blue. For now, it's alright as long as he's not putting her in danger. I sent Yuta to talk to her, but she's not interested in his advice."
"Y/N is independant. I mean, she left the theraphy long ago, and her main goal is to find your killer."
"Only if she knew what really happened."
"Are you going to reveal yourself?"
"No. It's better if I'm away from her."
Finding a killer of your late husband was draining. Jungwoo didn't have a clue what you're up to. He found you looking through multiple files at night, but he never dared to ask what's that.
Taeyong tried his best at finding answers to your questions, but there were none. He felt like giving up, together with Doyoung. It was complicated to find people, who know something. It was like a never ending task.
"Jaehyun body was never found. I think I'd cry out of happines if he would be alive somehow." You admited to Doyoung, who was sipping on his coffee. "Sometimes I feel like he's still with me. His presence."
"Even after dating Jungwoo?"
"Yes. I can't explain that feeling, but he's there. His ghost, at least."
Doyoung made a mental note to inform Jaehyun to keep it lowkey, since you probably could tell something is off. Maybe Jaehyun wasn't doing great job with following you? It could ruin a lot.
"Ghosts aren't real. You miss him, so your imagination makes you feel like he's here. Simple."
"Yes, I know. Still, I'd like to hang out with him for the last time. Do you know what's last thing we did?"
"Tell us." Yuta said, and you rolled your eyes at him. "I'm just asking, I swear to God."
"We had a fight. Cliche, yes. We had a fight about him not being at home much, because of work. I even thought he was cheating on me, because none of his friends spent so much time at the company as he did." You chuckled. "Then I realized how stupid it sounds, and I apologized. The next morning we were supposed to go to our favorite cafe, but as y'all know. He vanished and got shot."
"Were you supposed to tell him about pregnancy?"
"Of course. I planned to talk with him at our favorite place, and let him know he's about to become a father."
"Life's a bitch."
"Exactly. But for you it's past. Paniful past, but past. Now you're living new life, maybe you really should give up on finding Jaehyun's killer."
And maybe Yuta was right.
"I think I should. I have no clues, and no one knows anything. I am tired. One day I will know the truth, but not now."
"Facts. You have Jungwoo, right? You're in love and-"
"I am not." You cut Doyoung off. "I like him, and he's my boyfriend, but I can't say I'm in love with him. It's far from that."
"Understood, miss."
Your apartament was empty when you come. Jungwoo would hang out with you after work, but today he had to leave to Busan with Johnny. As you were walking around, you heard noise. The first thing you did, was to run for a knife.
"I'll kill you, if you step any further." You hissed.
To your surprise, Taeyong came out of shadow. He was wearing all black, and had a sad smile on his face.
"Easy. I'm not here to kill you, Y/N. I'm leaving Korea tonight." He got the knife out of your hand, and put it down on the counter. "I'm here to tell you what I know."
"What's going on? Did something happened? Someone's after you?"
"Not yet." He sighed. "I got the informations from secret documents, that Doyoung blocked. I don't know why, probably for you to feel safer. I recovered them, and I found something disturbing. The messages from a week ago. The man who killed Jaehyun is about to kill you."
Your vision became blurry, and you felt your throat tightening, making it hard to breathe.
"Do you know who sent them?"
"I don't. They were between two people, they're anonymous. No one can know, but one of them is going to try to kill you anytime soon. Probably this week. Please, stay safe. Be ready for anything, buy a gun, whatever. You can't trust no one, Y/N. I gotta go. It'd be better for you to have security or don't leave your place at night. Don't stay alone, okay?"
"Taeyong, why-"
"I have to, Y/N. I could be in trouble for warning you, plus I don't want Doyoung to get hurt. I'll get in touch as soon as possible, but for now." He turned around. "Lock the door, and find a weapon."
You did as Taeyong said. No one knew about the plan of killing you. No one can be trusted, especially after what Taeyong told you. Not even Jungwoo knew, besides the fact he was sleeping next to you every night. He was keeping you close, but it wasn't enough. You felt scared.
Past days, you didn't notice anyone following you. Mark, and Taeil would drop you off from work since you told them your car is gettin repaired, even though it wasn't true. Yuta and Doyoung didn't sense your odd behaviour. They thought you have tough days with work, since you told them you're giving up at finding Jaehyun's killer. Well, seems like he found you.
"Y/N, dinner's ready." Jungwoo smiled at you warmly. "I made your favorite, and bought wine on my way home. Is that fine?"
"Jungwoo, you didn't have to do all of this. I am thankfull, I appreciate that. You're the best."
"Today is special day. I want us to have the best dinner, and most magical time ever."
"Why?" You chuckled surprised. "Did something happend?"
"No reason, just 7th sense."
Odd. Jungwoo was really happy today, as if something happened. You thought maybe it was because of a promotion, since he was about to level up at the Secret Forces.
"Oh, I think someone is calling me." Doyoung's name popped up on your screen, but Jungwoo was quick to take your phone out of your hands. "Jungwoo."
"Please. Tonight is about us, not about your friends. It's probably not that important anywas. Can we move on?"
Jungwoo was right. Doyoung was calling you pretty often, and you had no idea why. Sometimes he was asking about you, or sometimes he was bragging about some bullshit you had no interest in.
As you were sitting on your bed, you felt kind of dizzy. Your head was spinning, and Jungwoo's voice was hard to hear. You tried to stand up, but you couldn't.
"Jungwoo, what's going on?"
"What do you mean? Nothing."
"I feel-"
You got cut off by sudden banging on the door. Before you process what happened, there was a tall man in your bedroom. Both you and Jungwoo couldn't believe your own eyes.
"Ya, really." Jungwoo hissed. "You're fuckin kidding me, right."
"You wish, motherfucker." Jaehyun's voice made you weak. He was there. Alive. "Leave her, the fuck, alone."
"I thought I killed you, didn't I?" Jungwoo was cocky, and you were shocked. Kim Jungwoo? Your cute Kim Jungwoo, who doesn't even know how to hold a gun was Jaehyun's killer? And Jaehyun's alive? "You're tough cookie, Jaehyun."
"It's not that easy to get rid of me. Now, leave my wife alone and step back before I'll slit your throat open."
"Wow, easy there, superman. I thought you were dead, but turnes out I missed? Fuck. I'll try better now."
"What is going on?" You asked still dizzy. "Jaehyun, you're alive. What happened? Please, tell me." Your eyes got wattery.
"Y/N, I need you to leave the bedroom. Leave the place, and call Doyoung and Yuta. Now."
"Nope, please."
Before you could do anything else, Jungwoo was coming at you with a knife, but Jaehyun pushed you away. You were on all four, creeping out of the bedroom. Seems like Jungwoo gave something in your drink or food. You lost balance, and you were laying down on the floor in the kitchen. Only banging, and grunts were heard from your bedroom. You were losing conciousness, while trying hard to not and to hear what's going on.
"Your wife is good in bed, huh. You have no clue how satisfied I was, knowing I was fuckin what belonged to you, Jaehyun." Jungwoo spitted blood out of his mouth. "I felt glory."
"You sick fucker." He punched his enemy in the face. "Don't mention my wife again. You fucked up our life. I thought you were my best friend. You're a traitor, Jungwoo and you'll pay for it."
"I don't think anyone would believe you." Jungwoo smirked.
"Doyoung have everything on you. Yuta too. They did nothing, because you picked to get close to Y/N. She couldn't know what happened. Not then."
"I knew I should've killed her sooner."
Without any word, Jaehyun got his gun and shot Jungwoo in his head. Bullet went through his brain, making a mess in your bedroom. Jungwoo's liveless body dropped on the floor, on the pool of blood.
You opened your eyes, and closed them right after. It was too light for you, and it was painful. You tried the second time, and you could feel shift on the surface you were on.
"Y/N? Oh, thank God you woke up." Jaehyun took your hand in his, and you felt overwhelmed with emotions. Your husband. Your true love was alive. "I am so sorry for everything, darling. I fucked up, but I am here again. This time forever."
"You're alive. Why did you do it to me? Why did you leave me and didn't come back?" You were crying, while Jaehyun was holding his tears in. "I was waiting for you to come back. Deep down I wasn't done with the fact you're dead. You have no idea what you put me through."
"I did it all to keep you safe. I couldn't risk your life, because of me, Y/N. I couldn't lose you, that's why. I was keeping an eye on you from afar. Doyoung, Taeyong and Yuta helped me. They tried to keep you away from Jungwoo."
"Jungwoo." You whispered. "Is he dead?" He nodded. "You killed him."
"I mean, he tried to kill me first. He was involved in case with taxi driver, and corruption. He was money laundering with our boss, and got big check for 'killing' me. Thankfully, he missed my heart by inches. Doyoung helped me."
"You could've told me. At least warn me. I missed you so much for past year. I thought I'm going to die, because of your loss. Do you have any idea how it is?"
"I don't and I'm sorry. I know your life was turned upside down, but I love you. I always been and I always will. Now, I'll gotta do my best for world to see what happened. I have proof of every illegal thing they've done."
You nodded, and tried to stop sobbing.
"Why didn't you kill Jungwoo back then?"
"Because they said, they're watching you. Before they tried to kill me, they blackmailed me. They had soldiers stalking you, and told me if something goes wrong, you're dead. Then everything is history. Listen, I love you too much. I had to do it for us." He kissed your hand. "I am sorry about pregnancy, I had no idea you were pregnant. Maybe if I knew, I'd stop and-"
"Jaehyun, no." You cut him off mid sentence. "No. It's not our fault. Shit happenes. I got over it a year ago. It's our past. Now I understand your motives. I am not mad anymore, but please. Let's move out from here, and let's start new life somewhere else."
"I've always wanted to live in Switzerland."
"Sounds great."
Jaehyun chuckled, and leant in to kiss you. After all the dark times, you could kiss your lover. Jaehyun was finally with you. Maybe there's still a chance for better days.
