A game of hide and seek involving a dog, a cat and their owner that went wrong has left the internet in stitches after she shared a video of the pets stomping all over her in the aftermath.

In the video, shared on TikTok on Saturday by the pets’ owner, under the username Cloeterare, her rottweiler appears to be excited to be playing a game of hide and seek, but as soon as she hides underneath a blanket, her cat comes out of nowhere and jumps on her, followed by the dog, and the game ends in laughter and chaos.

The viral clip comes with a caption that says: “I was just trying to have a nice innocent game of hide and seek with my dog…” And she also wrote: “This is why we can’t have nice things.”

According to WagWalking, dogs have abilities comparable to young children and that’s why they love games. Because hide and seek engages both the body and mind of your furbaby, they will have to exercise, think, and problem-solve in order to locate you, so the pack leader instinct breaks through once again, and it is only natural for them to go and find you.

Dogs will usually start the game using visual and voice cues. At some point, they will reverse their strategy and go back to their primal instinct, which is the scent. Some tips to teach your dog hide and seek include letting your dog see where you hide, talking to them excitedly while you go and hide behind a tree, bush, or piece of furniture; rewarding them for finding you, with praise and playing with a toy.

You can then make it harder, increasing the distance you hide from them, the complexity of the hiding spots, and not letting the dog see where you are hiding. You should also ignore your dog when he’s off track, and avoid punishing or interfering with them.

"Hi, Mechamaru senpai, Noritoshi senpai, have either of you seen my cellphone by any chance? I think I might have misplaced it." You asked your seniors politely.

"No, we haven't. Where did you last see it? We could help you look for it." Kamo replied. Mechamaru gave him the side-eye, knowing that if it were anyone else Kamo wouldn't have so easily offered his time to help.

All the students at Kyoto Jujutsu High knew that both of you were in love with each other, but were way too dull to notice it. It is true that love blinds the person. You thought you kept it a secret, but Mai and Momo have been trying to get you to say it to them for weeks.

"Ah I still can't remember. I've been trying my room all day, and now I'm going around the classrooms and training areas we usually use. Arata-kun hasn't seen it around either." You replied with worry. "I'm so sorry to bother you, but I appreciate your offer to help". You bowed to both of them.

"It's no worry at all y/n. I'll let you know as soon as I find it." Kamo replied, a small smile on his face to help ease your nerves. Mechamaru nodded "I have a bit of free time right now, don't worry about it." You thanked them again profusely before running off.

After you left, the two men walked down the corridors leading to the classrooms.

"..... So. Are you planning to confess to her?" Mechamaru asked Kamo. He too was getting tired of seeing you two prance around each other like idiots. He thought it was even more idiotic on your part, since Kamo straight up told you to call him by his first name and gives you special treatment, but you still haven't noticed.

"I'm still thinking about it." Kamo replied. "Her phone is a high priority as of now. Her BTS photos and videos are all in there."

"You're definitely head over heels for her." Mechamaru deadpanned. Kamo even knew and supported your fangirl tendencies. These idiots better hurry it up, he thought to himself.

You entered the shared common area for eating (location reference: Jujusanpo #17). Seeing Mai and Momo there fiddling with a gray stone in a box, you approached them, not knowing the events that were about to transpire.

"Mai senpai, Momo senpai! Hello, I'm sorry bother both of you at the moment. But have you seen my phone?" You asked them. "Haah? You're pretty forgetful aren't you. No I haven't seen it, but I'll let you know if I do." Mai replied. "Me too! Do you want help in looking for it?" Momo answered.

"Yes that would be great if you can!" You brightened. Mai motioned for you to come closer. "We'll help you out if you do us a favour first. We can look for your phone after this." She shot Momo a smirk. Momo quickly caught on. "Yes, we have a special item here today! It belongs to the Zenin Family. Mai is currently holding onto it and will bring it to her home this coming weekend."

Your curiosity was piqued. "What is that?" "It's a truth stone. They say that anyone who holds onto it is forced to speak the truth to any question asked." Mai replied. "Ahhh, perfect for interrogating prisoners of war you mean." You replied. They both looked at you weirdly.

"Hold the stone and answer our question." Momo said. "HAAAHH?! Wha-what are you gonna ask me about?? You know practically everything about me. I can tell you anything about Min Yoongi." You gave a weak laugh. (Internally you were screaming, because you've been fantasizing about Noritoshi senpai a lot. And not all of it was entirely decent. Whoops.)

"Nothing serious. We won't tell anyone else; your secret is safe with us." Momo confidently stated. Mai nodded, smirk still plastered on her face. You just sighed to yourself, wanting to rip off the band-aid quickly you consented. "Let's hurry before anyone comes." Momo jumped up and looked out the door, "The coast is clear girls! We are all good!". She walked back inside and sat down.

Holding onto the truth stone, you gulped and prepared your heart and mind. "Whose arms do you wanna be in?" Mai asked.

Without hesitation and thinking you straight up say "In Noritoshi Senpai's arms. Definitely." Then you freeze and start feeling your face heat up. "Ehhhh?!?!?!" Mai and Momo's eyes were glinting. "Do you like Kamo-kun??" Momo asked excitedly. You were still frozen from the first question making your mind blank, that you didn't think to put the stone down. "Yes I love him." You replied. Then realized what happened.

"You. Did. Not." You gasped. Mai and Momo were absolutely losing it. Holy shit. "It's pretty obvious. Momo and I already knew from the way you acted around him Y/N-chan". Mai laughed out loud. "You finally said it!! Just tell us earlier." Momo giggled.

"Seriously?! Ugh I thought I was doing a good job of hiding it even." You quickly set the stone back in the box. You were a done and gone person. Wait. Nobody did hear it right??? Right?? You quickly turned around and lo and behold. Like the world was telling you that it just wasn't your day.

Mechamaru senpai and Noritoshi senpai were standing just by the doorway of the common room, behind the three of you. Mai and Momo quieted down, suddenly realizing the situation. They weren't heartless, concern quickly replacing their excitement.

Momo swore quietly. "Terrible timing" Mai uttered under her breath. You heard both of them, but couldn't react. You were frozen. Staring into Noritoshi senpai's eyes. You have never seen them this wide open before. You found it cute, but then you mentally slapped yourself. Your brain was in a state of emergency. This is no time to drool over him.

"Well... we found your phone." Mechamaru muttered. Noritoshi stood still in his shock, staring at you, your phone still in his hand, with his face red, but expression slightly twitching, trying to remain nonchalant.

You quickly whipped your head away. This is it folks. You're packing your bags and moving to Norway. Maybe Greenland or a Scandinavian country would be good. Changing names, changing a family perhaps? Are adoptions open? Does the UK accept sudden transfer students? "You're not going anywhere y/n." Mai laughed out loud. That was then you realized you were muttering your thoughts out loud. You thought your face couldn't get any redder, it was positively burning right now.

"Hey-" Noritoshi started, but you didn't wanna face him right now with all your emotions all jumbled and messed up. You ran away as fast as you can, jumping out the window and soaring up to the sky. 'Anywhere is fine. Maybe the clearing for now'.

You muttered an incantation while forming your hand signs, putting an invisible cloak over you as you flew. As high and as fast as you could to your favorite spot.

All that was running in your mind was how utterly done you were at this very moment. 'So much for a proper confession.' You mourned to yourself.

You stretched out your arms and shielded your tired eyes from the morning sunlight peaking through the curtain. Upon sitting up you noticed the space in the bed next to you was empty. You wrapped the sheet closer around your almost naked body as it had gotten colder without another human lying next to you radiating warmth. You rubbed your eyes and yawned before grabbing your phone from the nightstand. An array of text messages were waiting for you.

7:34am From Jungkook: Hey y/n

7:34am From Jungkook: Sorry I’m not there, I had an early meeting

7:34am From Jungkook: Stay as long as you like

7:45am From Jungkook: Also I just want to say I had a good time talking with you last night

You locked the phone without responding and pulled off the covers. Then you got out of the bed and searched the floor for something to put on over your underwear. You only had jeans and a blouse, so you opted for Jungkook's oversized black t shirt from last night and a pair of his shorts. They were massive on you but you were comfy. You picked up your pants and shirt off the floor and folded them neatly on the bed as memories from the night before appeared in your mind;

8:10pm from Jungkook: I had such a rough day. Want to come over?

8:10pm to Jungkook: I’m at work

8:11pm from Jungkook: Ok, after?

8:11pm to Jungkook: Sure. I’m off at 10.

8:12pm from Jungkook: I’ll be at the dorm, text when you get here so I can buzz you in

You sighed and clicked off your phone. This was the third night this week he asked you to come over and it was only Wednesday. You weren't necessarily complaining, it was better than going to your own apartment where you lived alone, but you couldn't help but wonder why he was asking so much.

You guys kind of had an unspoken arrangement; to spend the night at each other's places when the other felt stressed or in need of companionship. You would have sex, of course, sometimes cuddle a little bit after, and then go on about your days the next morning.

You had met through one of your close friends, Kim Namjoon. He was in the same band as Jungkook, the famous k-pop group BTS. You had known Jungkook through RM for years now, you wouldn't have said you were friends, but you were always friendly and liked hanging out with him in a group. This part of your relationship with Jungkook however was relatively new.

It had all started one night when you were hanging out at their place with all of them, watching movies and drinking... maybe a little too much. All the other guys had gone to bed, leaving you and Jungkook alone and tipsy. Jungkook had always been shy, just like you, so when the two of you ended up kissing on the couch it took you both by surprise. One thing lead to another and before you knew it you were both naked in his bed. The sex was good, no great, so great in fact that you both knew you wanted to keep having it. And that's what lead you to this unspoken agreement you had. That first time was months ago now, and the two of you hadn't even talked about the future, nor the present for that matter. You were enjoying each other's company and not putting any kind of label on it... but you knew that always seemed to end up in a mess.

After work, you drove straight to the boy's dorm, notifying Jungkook of your arrival via text. You pressed the call box and waited for the front door to open. Jungkook answered after just a few seconds. He was wearing an oversized black t shirt and boxers, his long black hair was tousled about his head, and his dark brown eyes looked tired, his cherubic face slightly puffy. You had to admit, he looked very sexy, yet also adorable, and it caused you to feel butterflies in your stomach. You ignored them.

  "y/n..." his big smile and your name in his soft voice made your knees weak, "I'm glad you're here."

You smiled at him slightly.

  "Is anyone else home?" you asked quietly.

  "Jimin and Namjoon-hyung, but they're asleep."

You nodded in response and he stepped closer to you, pinning you against the now closed front door. He wrapped his long arms around your waist and buried his face in your neck, kissing your weak spot. It made you moan. How could he do that so quickly? You felt him smile against your skin and it sent a shiver down your spine.

  He took your hand and lead you down the hallway to his bedroom. It was basically a routine now. As soon as he shut the door, you were pulling off each other's clothes, kissing passionately between each layer removed. You never got tired of looking at him naked; his perfectly toned arms and thighs, his six pack and deep v hip muscles, the sleeve of tattoos that lined his hand and arm. He had a beautiful body, and that was something you had no problem admitting to yourself.

For being the youngest member in the group, he sure knew what he was doing. He was extremely shy on the surface, but that all disappeared in bed.

When you both had finished (you multiple times thanks to Jungkook), he laid down behind you and wrapped an arm around your waist and the other under your head, like a big spoon and little spoon. He lazily ran his fingertips along your bare side and it gave you goosebumps.

  "You've asked me here a lot this week," you stated matter-of-factually.

You felt him sigh softly.

   "Yeah, work's been kind of tough."

You traced the purple heart tattoo on his hand with your finger gently, then moved to the ARMY symbol to do the same.

   "I'm sorry."

You wanted to know more, but you didn't want to pry.

He sighed again and buried his face in your messy hair.

   "Your hair smells so nice." he said muffled.

You smiled.

  "Thanks."

There was a pause before he spoke again.

"Plus, I like having you here. In my bed."

That made your heart skip a beat, but you had to ignore it.

"I like being in your bed." you replied shyly.

He scooted himself closer to you, if that was even possible, so close that you could feel his pounding heart in the middle of your back.

"Um.. h-how was your day?" he questioned.

The two of you didn't usually talk much after, hardly at all actually, but this was nice.

"It was okay. Just went to work. Pretty uneventful," you shrugged, "How was yours?"

Jungkook removed his arm from under you and turned so he was lying on his back, his arm resting under his head. You did the same.

"Aishh, it was okay. It's been a little stressful lately. It's different with everything that's been going on. We haven't even really experienced anything like it, obviously."

You nodded in understanding.

"But.. you still enjoy it?" you couldn't help but wonder out loud.

He ran a hand through his messy hair.

   "Yes, I love it. I get to work with my 6 hyungs every day. But..." he paused, "It's hard sometimes, too. We are constantly busy, constantly booked. Album after album, performance after performance, always filming something, doing press, shooting videos... it can be a lot. We're coming out with a new album in a few weeks, as I'm sure Namjoon-hyung has mentioned, so we've been trying to put on the finishing touches. It's a great album, I was able to write a lot of it and share my ideas and we're really proud. But there are other things I want to do, too."

  "Like what?"

He scrunched his face in thought for a moment.

  "Release my solo mixtape. I've been working on for literally years. It hasn't felt good enough, but maybe I'm also too picky. And direct more videos. I like directing a lot. I love taking photos and videos, especially of the people and things I love. So I don't know... stuff like that."

He shrugged.

  "I'm sure you will find time," you tried reassuring him.

  "Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough time in the world."

He paused before turning his head to you.

  "Sorry, for ranting about it," he blushed shyly, but gave you a shy smile.

You smiled back.

  "I don't mind."

He stretched out his arm, creating in opening between his shoulder and upper arm. He patted the space above the pit of his arm with his other hand.

"Do you... want to lay your head here?" he asked cautiously, hoping it wasn't too bold of a move to ask.

You nodded slowly and moved closer to him, resting your head in the nook he had made, laying your arm across his chest. You felt nervous, as this wasn't a position you two had ever laid in before. You couldn't believe how well you seemed to fit together, and how warm and comfortable he was. You closed your eyes and felt the rise and fall of his chest with every breath he took. It made you sleepy.

"Thank you for coming over tonight." he mumbled, kissing your forehead softly.

"Mmmhmm..." you responded sleepily.

He caressed your hair gently over and over, lulling you to dreamland.

Before you were completely out however, you heard him say,

"I wish you'd just stay over every night..."

You left Jungkook's room and was met with the bright sunlight coming in through the large windows that looked over the city of Seoul. You desperately needed some coffee so you made your way into the large kitchen.

"I thought I saw your car here when I left for my bike ride this morning!"

Namjoon's back was turned toward you upon you entering the kitchen, but he still noticed your sudden presence. He was pouring coffee grounds into the machine preparing to make a pot.

"Good morning, Joonie," you responded groggily.

You pulled out a stool from under the kitchen island and sat down, leaning your arms on the countertop.

"And how was your night with our golden boy JK?" he asked teasingly.

You blushed. You had told Namjoon when you guys had first started hooking up, but it was still kind of embarrassing having everyone know about it.

"It was fine..." you mumbled back, fiddling with your fingers.

Namjoon turned around and you were met with his dimpled smile.

"Ahhh, I can't believe our maknae is all grown up... and with one of my best friends nonetheless!" he chuckled, "Life sure is weird."

You rolled your eyes at him.

"I wouldn't say he's with me exactly," you corrected him.

He cocked his head.

"No? Then what would you call it?"

You shrugged, avoiding eye contact with your friend.

"I'm not sure..."

He stared at you in disbelief.

"You guys have talked about it at least, right?"

Your silence was all the response he needed.

"Oh my god, (y/n), come on!" he threw his hand up to his forehead and ran it through his brown hair.

"What, Joonie?" you protested, "It's not exactly an easy conversation to have."

"Well of course not, but it's a conversation you should have."

You sighed. You knew he was right.

He leaned in front of you, placing his elbows in his palms.

"He likes you, (y/n)."

You scoffed.

"No, no," you waved your hands in disagreement, "he doesn't. Not like that."

He raised his eyebrows.

"He's constantly asking me about you, (y/n). Wondering what you're up to, what things you like, how he should respond to you."

You looked at him in surprise.

"He is?"

Your heart started racing.

"Yes," he continued, "You're older than him so it's intimidating. I think he's worried about saying the wrong thing, or coming off too strong towards you."

Prompt Pointers!

You plan to sign up, just as soon as you sort out your prompts. We hear you. Some of us ARE you. You just… don’t know what to prompt. It’s a tricky decision, after all.

Well, we’re here today with a cup of tea, a lot of sympathy, and a few pointers.

What makes a good prompt?

A prompt is meant as a jumping off point for your writer, to help them write a fic you want to read! Maybe it’s an idea you want to see explored, or a song that makes you think of the characters, or an image that sparks your imagination. This can be as vague or specific as you want, but we recommend trying to provide enough information to give them direction and not so much information that it’s treating the writer like a personal fic dispenser.

What does that mean? That looks different for everyone, so try to think of what you’d like to get. Prompting “Tarth” might leave your writer feeling adrift amongst a sea of options, so a little more direction might be advisable! “A day on Tarth” or “Jaime and Brienne go to Tarth to discuss their betrothal with Selwyn Tarth, who has his doubts” give them a starting point that they can build upon. Giving a beat-by-beat outline of the fic is… probably not so great, because it gives them little room to follow the story.

Okay, I see the point of prompts, but that doesn’t help me figure out what kind of things have been prompted. Can you give examples?

Sure! All of the below have been used as prompts in this or previous exchanges:

moodboards or images like artwork, photos, or even memes

quotes (from books, films, song lyrics, or other sources)

songs

tropes

AU settings

what-if scenarios--what if canon diverged here? What if X was different?

music playlists--one that suggests a story, or just a collection of vibes

premises

instructional YouTube videos on topics like medieval dancing or clothing

So as you can see, there's a huge variety!

We also recommend varying the specificity and types of your prompts so that your writer has options! Some prompts might be easier to write as a shorter fic than others, and you don’t know exactly how wordy your writer will be. For example, one prompt can be a general trope like “bed-sharing”, one prompt can be--as mentioned above--“Jaime and Brienne go to Tarth to discuss their betrothal with Selwyn Tarth, who has his doubts”, and the last prompt can be a song or a quote. That provides a good range of options for your writer, and they can even combine two or all three of the prompts into one fic if they wish to do so!

What purpose does the additional information on the signup serve?

Unlike squicks and triggers, which must be respected at all costs, the additional information entry is optional and your writer does not have to follow it to a tee. However, they are encouraged to consider this, and it also helps the organisers when matching writers with the recipients. It’s the perfect place to tell your writer all those things that might not fit into your prompts or squicks and triggers, but will give them an idea of what kind of things you like to read.

For example, do you prefer reading a more shy or a more confident Brienne? What kind of feels do you look for when reading a fic? Angst, yay or nay? Do you like unhinged crackfic? Can’t get enough cuddles? Really love fics that lean into the age gap? Adore canon callbacks in AUs? You can include things you prefer to avoid as well, though overall we’ve found that likes give more insight for writers than dislikes.

But what if my prompts suck?

Ahhh, the question we always ask ourselves. And the answer to that is that we’re fretting too much. If you supply ideas for things that you’d like to read, give extra guidance if you have strong preferences, and are open, there is no such thing as a bad prompt.

Hey guys, some updates. (And face reveal lol)

My name is Hayden. I’m 20yo and I have just recently come out as a trans male. (Pre T). I’ve still got lots of figuring out to do when it comes to medical and legal transitioning, but so far I’m in the process of socially transitioning. I’ve come out to close friends, old coworkers, and all my social media. I’ve quit my job and am in the process of looking for a new one. I will be applying as male. Here are some photos and videos to document my progress so far. It breaks my heart that anybody in this world views me as something I’m not. I have always been a boy, I always will be. For my own health sake, and life, I can’t keep suppressing my identity. I am not happy in a female body and I refuse to settle for anything less than who I am. I’m very thankful for the support I’ve received so far. Unfortunately I don’t have many trans friends, and my family is not supportive. Being a legal adult, I’m free to go through transitioning without their permission or approval. But it’s hard when you have no idea what you’re really doing or where to start. Ahhh... anyway, here we go!

I finally buy my own binder from GC2B, a half tank Black binder in the size 3X. I was worried it wouldn’t fit because I am a bigger guy and couldn’t find a way to measure myself so I took an educated guess based off bra size. Honestly? Even after working for 6-7 months, the reason I held off buying one for sooo long was because the size chart stressed me out. I don’t have measuring tape and I was just anxious lol. Eventually after purchasing it, I got impatient and did something that’s strongly advised against. Please don’t ever do this, it’s harmful to yourself and your body. But I bought ace bandaging. I only wore it one time (no longer than 30mins), never left the house with it, took a picture and took it off never to put it back on. But I just wanted to feel flat for once. My dysphoria was hurting me mentally and I needed that reassurance. But it’s still wrong to do, don’t use bandages guys. Here’s the picture I took.

April 8, 2021.

Definitely not the most flat, but it was a major improvement compared to my natural chest. Plus I felt confident in my new “Over My Dad Body” shirt. I took the bandages off, threw them on the floor of my bedroom and laid down on my bed for hours. Just thinking. Feeling. Hurting. My chest hurts me, it’s mental torture. Little did I know that the very next day...

April 9, 2021.

I was getting ready to leave the house, when I heard my text tone go off. I signed up for FedEx update texts, so I didn’t think much of it as I went to read the text. But it said my package was in my mailbox, and I snatched it sooo fast and ran to the bathroom. Without thinking about it, I tore the package open and wiggled my way into the binder. I couldn’t wait another second. I was amazed with it on its own, but as soon as I put my shirt back on all emotions took over me. I couldn’t stop crying, I went to Snapchat to share my excitement and this is that video. It’s so comfortable, and most importantly... it fit. I was ecstatic! I wanted to try every shirt I owned, as they all fit differently with the binder on. I looked amazing.

Like I said, I am a bigger guy. This binder pic was taken yesterday (April 22, 2021) because I didn’t feel comfortable yet to show my big body lol, but as you can see, I feel much more comfortable with my binder. Thanks, GC2B!

To sum it all up, I’m choosing to live openly and freely as myself now. I’m trying to get into Facebook groups and such to find more transgender friends, and hopefully find some guidance along the way. I fully instend on transitioning medically and legally along the way. I would like nothing more than to start testosterone (HRT). I’ve dreamed of taking testosterone for as long as I can remember. Well, thank you all for reading this thread. Swan Boats + a Picnic in the Park

ITS PERFECT FOR US!

We agreed to get together on a Saturday for a picnic in the park

Spring just started, so everyone is everywhere and the park is beautiful, buzzing even with the nice spring breeze

It’s the perfect neutral weather where it’s not too hot and not too cold, so it’s perfect for us to plan the BEST ~aesthetic~ outfits to wear

We make the boys try a little harder than normal too just so we can take pictures ☺️

When we get to the park we choose a spot on a hill overlooking the lake and the big flower garden in the middle- simply gorgeous and soaked with the perfect amount of sun

We had a potluck style picnic, so we each teamed up to make something to eat!

You and Daichi made mini bentos with chicken katsu and you also made brownies bc you’re cuties like that 💕

While we were eating, we noticed that there were tons of people out on the lake fishing and playing on row boats

I snapped a few photos with my Polaroid and noticed the swan boats- yes I yelled very loud about it and suggested we do it

Suga agreed and got chaotic, no surprise there- taking my wrist and leading me to run down the hill .... we almost fell and ended up rolling down it yikes

Being the parent friends™️ you and Daichi thought it was a great idea, but also stopped to pack up the picnic we almost forgot about (we ran back up the hill to help I swear)

We trekked to the lakeside to the little boat kiosk and rented them for an hour

Paddling along the lake was harder than expected- because I have baby legs lol

You and Daichi had like NO problem and took off without us bc thick thighs save lives I guess and both of you are safe in that department god I wish that was me

Paddling around the lake, we took pictures and raced each other back and forth, blowing kisses to the losing team at the moment to tease them

Daichi dropped his phone in the water trying to take a video of us all RIP him but it’s okay Suga got good enough videos to share with all of us

When we finished up on the boats, we were gonna go get a new phone for Daichi- but you and I saw a playground and couldn’t pass up the invitation to feed our inner children

We dragged our boyfriends with us, making them take even more pictures of us on the swings and monkey bars

I fell off the monkey bars- yikes game over time to leave.

But all in all, we had THE best day, and I ended up making a scrapbook page for us both to have as a keepsake

Telling him the Gender of your baby:

You laid on the uncomfortable bed at the doctors office while the nurse doing your Ultrasound moved the transducer around to see the Growing baby inside. This was the Ultrasound that were to tell what the gender of Jesse and yours baby is.

Nerves and mostly excitement were running through your body watching every move the little baby did on the screen and the occasional glance to the nurse seeing her facial expressions helping you relax as everything with the baby was perfect as it could be.

The unfortunate part of today’s Ultrasound was Jesse could not attend. He was out with Walt and Mike doing some magnet business. It was not to much of a big deal him not being there because either way you’d tell him the gender and he’s been at most of the other appointments you had. You know he loves this baby like crazy and you just as much. You couldn’t be more thrilled to find out what you two would be having and share the wonderful news with your gorgeous man.

The nurse had made sure to take a great amount of photos of the baby for you to take home and show the amazing father of your baby. She had told you the gender and you teared up feeling your self fill with so much joy and love. It didn’t matter to either you or Jesse what the gender would be you’d both love this baby unconditionally. But luck was on your sides as the gender you two were slightly mostly wanting infact is what it is.

You couldn’t wait any second longer to tell Jesse so as you got into your vehicle you pulled out your phone typing away and smiling from ear to ear with again glistening eyes of happiness and sent him a text. Not wanting to call him and possibly interrupt anything important in his line of work. Never know how bad something so simple as a phone call can be in many situations. Driving back to your shared house with Jesse feeling anxious for his respond.

Jesse stood up from infront of the brown box set on the ground grabbing the laptop while the old man helping them out with there magnetic idea for getting rid of highly dangerous and important videos on Gus’s laptop.

“Necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets..” the elder man said to Jesse Walt and Mike intending for them to take any and all of those items off.

“Gold. These are nonferrous” Walter said to the man.

“Better hope. What about the stuff you young guys wear on the end of your pricks?” The old man was looking to Jesse. Jesse looked a little weirded out by the thought of anything on his junk.

Jesse looked around seeing Walter and Mike both looking at him as well.

“What are you looking at me for?” Jesse asks as his eyebrows are furrowed down.

“Alright, guns, knifes.. tools, keys, plates in your head.. uh artificial hips” the old man continued listing down items to let him know about before starting this experiment. Walter turned to Mike seeing if he had anything to respond to. Which he did not he only stayed silent confirming that in his own way.

“Check your pockets one more time please”.

Everything was set in motion to test their magnet out, Jesse was walking closer slowly to the vehicle and the laptop glitched out turning off and swung out of his hands towards the vehicle. Everyone seems very pleased with the outcome.

“Yeah Bitch!.. Magnets!” Jesse yelled throwing his arms up.

Jesse got to the car opening the door and grabbing his cellular phone. He opens it seeing a text message from his beautiful girlfriend. Jesse feels he knows what it’s about knowing her she isn’t patient and would definitely be one to text him the gender of their baby. Especially in such an exciting state nothing could stop her from doing so.

He felt nerves major nerves and hesitated for a brief second to click on the message. Jesse clicked to open it and it had read..

Instantly Jesse matches his earlier actions of excitement only this time it was a thousand times more excitement “Yeah Bitch!” He jumped up throwing his arms in the air as well.

Walt and Mike looked at Jesse, Walt with a confused look on his face at his at the younger man, and Mike with his normally no expression facial features.

“Wha-“ Walter started asking until Jesse cut him off I’m still an excited state

“I’m having a boy! It’s a fucking boy yo!” He shared to the two males clenching his fists together pounding them in the air near his head.

“Well let’s hope he takes after (Y/N)” Mike said nonchalant.

“Congratulations Jesse” Walter says and pats jesse on the back.

“Yaya thanks man let’s get going I got my girl to see” Jesse tells them jumping into the car In a hurry to go home to his girlfriend so he can hug her and kiss her and love her so he can celebrate their baby boy together.

“Hey babe I’ll be home soon I can’t wait to see you yo! I’m so fucking happy! Shit babe a boy man today’s a good day, I fucking love you” Jesse spoke into his phone talking to you.

“I love you pinkman, we sure gonna have our hands full if he is anything like you” you laugh.

“I hope he’s like his mother, so fucking smart, and kind and of course gorgeous” Jesse smiles into the phone.

Your heart feels warm full of love for this man and for the family you both have created and the family you shall raise to be.

“Hurry home Mr pinkman”

“Yes my future Mrs. Pinkman!.. I mean yes babe” Jesse chuckles

“Wait now marriage is an option to for us soon?” You chuckle to through his phone.

“Anything to be with you forever, anything to have our family forever, your my forever” he speaks seriously yet so sweetly into his phone to you.

“when will you be home? =3= i miss you so much.”

“I’m on my way. I’ll be here in half an hour.”

“that’s so long.”

“I’m sorry Nini, should I drive as fast as possible?”

“noooo!! you must drive safely & come back to me in one piece!”

“Be patient, I’ll be there soon. And I can’t talk anymore. I’m in the car.”

“i can’t wait. i made chicken!!”

“Ordering chicken isn’t ‘making’ chicken, Jongin-ah...”

“shut up, drive, & stop teasing me. get your ass back to me.”

Taemin is laughing out loud in his car. He puts his phone away & leaves the parking lot to drive to their apartment.

It’s bigger than the one he used to share with Jinki, back in the days. Taemin likes it even more because they chose it together, decorated it together & most importantly, live there together. Taemin still feels overwhelmed with warmth every day when he comes home to the place he shares with Jongin & their dogs. When Jongin is there to welcome him & hold him close, it’s even better. But even when Jongin is away, for concerts, galas, or other work responsibilities, Taemin still likes to push the door open & see Jongin’s shoes in the entrance. He likes seeing Jongin’s mug in the kitchen sink. He likes laying on Jongin’s side of their bed.

It took them a while to be able to move in together. Taemin remembers how careful Jongin was at first... how nervous he was when he first told his fans that Taemin was his friend… how they had spent countless nights sharing their fears and comforting each other.

“so, it’s tomorrow.”

“Yes, Jongin, I know,” Taemin tries to keep the anxiety out of his voice. No matter how many times he has reassured Jongin that everything will be fine, he can���t help but feel nervous about tomorrow’s announcement.

“how long do you think it will take them to recognize you?”

“I don’t know. For those who follow me too, maybe an hour…”

“are you sure you’re okay with that? once they know who you are, we can never take it back.” Though he tries to sound casual, Taemin can tell that this worries Jongin more than anything else, but he knows, even if Jongin doesn’t, that he will never regret this decision. He turns around in Jongin’s arms and brushes his fingers against the other’s cheek until his boyfriend meets his gaze. He holds it for a long moment before putting as much conviction into his voice as he possibly can.

“Yes, Nini. I’m sure.”

They took baby steps after that, each carefully planned by Jongin. They never came out publicly, but Taemin is practically certain that most of Jongin’s fans have figured things out. Jongin always says that Taemin is a friend, a very close friend, his very best friend, but Taemin knows that they’ve been reckless in public more than once.

“What are you going to do?”

“nothing,” Jongin answers calmly. “if someone asks, i’ll tell them we’re friends, just as i always have.”

“We don’t look like friends.” Taemin gestures to the picture lying in front of them, a clear photo of them locked in a tight embrace.

“friends hug. i hug my members all the time & no one says anything. well, they do, but no one takes them seriously. the same will happen with us.” Jongin sounds more confident than he feels, but he knows that Taemin isn’t used to the press like he is & he doesn’t want him to worry. It’s not as though they can take it back so the best thing to do now is continue denying the rumors until the reporters get bored and leave them alone.

And they did. Eventually. Sometimes Taemin gets tired of being careful, of making sure never to kiss Jongin in public, but he knows it’s for the best. He also knows better than to complain about it to his boyfriend because no matter how reassuring he tries to be, Jongin still worries sometimes.

“they know, you know…most of them, at least”

“Of course they know, Nini. They’re not stupid.” Taemin sighs as he prepares to repeat a conversation that he swears they’ve had a thousand times.

“maybe we should just tell them.”

“Jonginnie. You know we can’t. It wouldn’t just affect you. Think of your members.”

“i know,” Jongin sighs in frustration. “i just feel like such a liar sometimes.”

“Hey,” Taemin keeps his voice soft as he runs his fingers through Jongin’s hair. “It’s not like you hide me completely... & you know it’s easier this way. You don’t have to worry about it hurting your career or your dreams, & we get to be us.”

Jongin smiles at those words but keeps his eyes on their intertwined fingers. “it’s not fair to you though…”

And Taemin knows that this is what he’s really worried about. He knows that his opinion matters more to Jongin than anyone else’s. He turns Jongin’s head gently towards his to make sure that his boyfriend knows that he means what he’s about to say.

“I am perfectly fine with the way things are, Nini. Do I wish that I could touch you and kiss you in public? Sure. Do I wish that we could be open and not have to worry about being accepted? Of course I do. But this is the way things are right now, & I’m okay with that. I would rather have this life that I live with you, secrets and all, than have our relationship be the thing that takes away your dream. I love you. And as long as we’re together, I’m happy.”

Jongin trembles a little as he tries to hold back the tears threatening to escape his eyelids. He wants so badly to respond, but he doesn’t know what to say so he pulls Taemin closer and presses their lips together with as much passion as he possesses, hoping that it’s enough.

Taemin smiles to himself as he gets off at the right exit, bringing him closer to the home he shares with Jongin. Having already let his mind wander to memories of their relationship, he can’t help but think about when they first moved in together, smiling again when he remembers the first time Jongin saw his office.

A soft knock at the door brings Taemin’s attention to the man standing in the doorway with a mischievous grin on his face.

“looks like someone has a favorite…” Jongin smirks as his eyes scan over the multitude of things with his face on them currently set around the room (he doesn’t yet realize that his boyfriend has another box to unpack). Taemin blushes a deep red and looks down at the Jongin poster he had been about to hang up.

“Like you didn’t already know,” he mutters without looking up.

“mhmm,” Jongin agrees, “but i like to be reminded.” His smile is more genuine now as he enters the room fully. “wait, isn’t this from this year?” he asks, holding up a piece of merch from the newest line.

“I can’t help it.” Taemin pouts as his blush deepens, but his boyfriend just giggles.

“ahhh, you’re so cute, taeminnie! the fans will love it when i make the apartment tour!”

“Yah! I’m not leaving this stuff up when you show your fans our place! We don’t want them thinking your ‘roommate’ is a creep.”

Jongin just laughs, thinking about how happy he is. Finally, he gets to live with Taemin. He’ll get to see him more and take care of him better. Everything is working out for them. He was a little worried that Taemin would be annoyed at pretending that they were just roommates, but he’s been nothing but understanding, even borrowing Jinki’s spare bed to put up for the video everyone said they had to make. Minseok did it when he left the dorm so now it’s Jongin’s turn.

“Do you think anyone believes that we're actually just roommates?” Taemin’s teasing voice pulls Jongin from his thoughts. He’s long since stopped worrying about scandals, but he also knows how obvious they sometimes are.

“of course not,” Jongin scoffs. “but it doesn’t matter. at least things stay under control this way.”

Taemin hums in agreement as he feels strong arms wrap around his waist. He tilts his head up to look his boyfriend in the eyes and smiles contentedly. He’s happy to be home.

As soon as Taemin gets home, Jongin has to fight their dogs to get to his boyfriend. But he likes it. They kiss & hug & Taemin showers while Jongin gets the chicken & prepares everything for a movie night. They end up snuggling together on their couch, talking about their days through half of the first movie.

Then Jongin hands Taemin an envelope. He’s smiling like a kid & Taemin raises one eyebrow.

“What’s this about?”

“a surprise.”

Taemin opens the envelope to find two concert tickets & he grins & then kisses Jongin.

“YESSS!!! Damn, I feel like the last tour was forever ago!!”

“it was just last year...”

“It felt like forever anyway. I don’t need your opinion, Jonghyun’s going to agree with me.”

Jongin laughs loudly & Taemin shifts closer to him.

“Jonginniiiiiie~”

“hmmm?”

“Is there any news about your next solo album? I’ve also been waiting forever for thaaaat~”

“it’s a secret.”

Taemin freezes & suddenly pushes Jongin away to look at him with wide eyes.

“What?!”

Jongin stays silent & wiggles his eyebrows & Taemin looks offended.

“Tell me! Tell me everything! Right now!”

Jongin laughs loudly & gets up to take their dirty dishes to the kitchen. They’ve both completely forgotten that the movie is still playing.

“i can’t, it’s a secret~~~”

“If it’s a secret, then that means it’s happening, right? FUCKING FINALLY! There’s something to be secretive about!”

“i don’t knoooow~”

“Jonginnie! Stop teasing me!” Taemin yells & follows Jongin to the kitchen. “Last time I asked, you said your solo comeback wasn’t happening yet... so if you say it’s a secret now, then you know SOMETHING!”

“who knoooows~~~?”

Taemin presses himself against Jongin’s back, wrapping his arms tightly around his waist, & presses his face to his boyfriend’s shoulder blade & starts whining.

“Nini, I’m your sweet, lovely boyfriend. I deserve to know! Tell me everything!! What do we know already?”

“we know that it’s confidential & even taeminnie can’t have any information!” Jongin teases with a snort.

“Oh my god, it’s really happening!”

Jongin chuckles & turns around to bump Taemin’s nose.

“i really can’t say anything.”

His voice is soft this time & Taemin tilts his head with a small smile that looks cute at first but turns mischievous very quickly.

“We both know I’m going to get you to tell me everything. I have ways. You know it; I know it; everyone at SM knows it.”

“yeah, i’m counting on that...” Jongin whispers against Taemin’s lips.

He kisses him quickly & breaks their hug to turn and walk back to the living room, humming a soft melody that Taemin doesn’t recognize. Taemin quickly follows, his eyes shining with intent at all the evil thoughts forming in his mind.
