Third option :)
1.
Seduce (optional) the big ocean creature with your fucked up info dumping, squeeze your way into its heart. Then once you’ve gotten it to fall for you/made it confused and interested in what in the seven seas is “wrong” with you, get it to bring you to shore.
2.
Once it’s brought you to shore, you tell it to complete either three, seven, or twelve (depending on where your from and your general preferences) impossible tasks. Thus leading to it going back to the ocean, or wherever else it might go, to - hopefully - try and complete the impossible tasks you’ve set for it.
3.
You get between some weeks, months, or even several years worth of time to just vibe around and chill in a world made up of a failing capitalistic, and slow dumpster fire. Then when it returns, for it will return no matter what you tasked it to do, it shall present you with whatever it was tasked with, claim you as its own and drag you down to the depths of long forgotten empires and cities.
4.
Here it may vary, you could marry it, simply be a confidant, die, travel, explore, become one with an unknown universe so far behind the human comprehension that your mind is ripped apart and put back together again, but something is wrong, you don’t know what but something is wrong. you can’t breathe, your clawing at your neck, you can’t breathe, your eyes are wide but all you see are the hollow depths of its dark eyes, that are somehow so much darker than the ocean around you, how it is possible, you don’t know, you can’t breathe, it surrounds you body and soul, trapping you, cradling you as a mother would an infant, you can’t breathe, please let me go home, you can’t breathe, it has consumed your very being, you and it are one in the same, it has always been this way, you can’t breathe, it has been searching for you child, you can’t breathe, your finally home, you can’t breathe, one and the same, you can’t breathe, whole once more, you can’t breathe, father and son, you can’t breathe, mother and daughter, you can’t breathe, parent and child, you can’t breathe, one from the other, you can’t breathe
You shall never leave me no more young beirn, for you have seen enough damage and horror to last several generations my child, you are safe here with me
You. Can’t. Breathe.
You try to escape, to run, but it holds fast - have I not done enough for you child - it doesn’t speak, but it’s in your bones, ripping your flesh off of them, half hazardously putting you back together, you, can’t, breathe.
You’ll be safe here, I’ve finally found you again my small beirn, I’ll keep you safe, no longer shall you ever come to harm
You - Can’t - Breathe
Safe, child in my arms you shall stay, till the stars take you from me again, and then I shall rip the cosmos apart, until the day I find you and hold you once more.
Water makes its way into your lungs, the pressure from the ocean flooding into them and crushing you, or maybe it’s the things grip on you that’s tightening.
You can’t breathe.
They shall never steal you from me again child, for I shall hold you close to me, and my chest and keep you safe, my darling love, my first creation, my child.
You can’t breathe - and soon everything turns to black.

I love that u gave crime wife!reader a butterfly obsession like deep down she’s secretly super nerdy but her shitty husband doesn’t let her indulge in those things anymore.
Personally feel like Ghost would swoon at seeing her get all excited over seeing a certain butterfly or moth, especially ones she rarely gets to see.
I hope u write more of them in the future!!!
not but seriously he would fall to his knees seeing a woman like her, someone kept hidden from the outside world, get this sparkle in her eyes when she sees something she adores.
ghost, much like his name, ceases to exist when your husband is home. at first, you thought maybe him being there at all was just a figment of your imagination; your mind conjuring up some fake entity so you'd feel less lonely in the prison you were supposed to call your home.
as it turns out though, ghost was not a hallucination. in fact, he was a very real man who came around more and more as time went on. he knew your husbands routine, knew when he would leave the house for extended periods of time, and that's when he would make his appearance.
in the beginning, you never spoke, and ghost never pushed you to. you had grown accustomed to the silence between you and your husband, only ever speaking if he was scolding you or flatly informing you that'd he'd be gone for a few days.
ghost simply watched you water your flowers, sitting beside you on the plaid grey and white blanket you always brought out to sit on while you read. he spoke here and there, asking questions about the flowers you grew, what it was you were reading, or what you ate for dinner the previous night. admittedly, you found his awkwardness…reassuring?
it was like talking to others was unfamiliar territory for him as well.
you felt bad that you gave him little to work with. he was coming from a good place after all, keeping you company all through the afternoon and even late into the evenings while your husband was away. the least you could do was meet him in the middle.
but the more you thought about it the more you doubted yourself. you hadn’t talked to anyone besides your husband in so long. what if you sounded stupid? what if your topic of conversation was dull to ghost? you had been your husband’s little secret for so long, shut off from society, that you didn’t know much about current events, what was popular, what would be interesting. so you kept yourself shut out, continuing to only meet his questions with simple nods and shakes of your head.
until one warm summer afternoon when you sat on a gardening chair, looking over a gardening magazine that youd read god only knows how many times.
ghost was situated in front of you, eyeing the magazine as well, not exactly interested but you supposed he was looking for something, anything to say. that was his usual way of driving the conversation and you didn’t mind it.
you flipped the page and he noticed a flower that looked awfully similar to a bed of flowers you had planted near the back door, to which he pointed at the page, and looked up at you.
“this where ya got the idea ta plant those?” he asked, gesturing with a nod of his head towards the pastel pink dahlia’s growing in the flower bed near the house. he looked over at the flowers, admiring the color of the petals and how well you had taken care of them until he noted how silent you had been. when he looked up, your eyes were practically bulging from your head, locked on something behind his shoulder.
however, when he made an attempt to turn around, your hands darted forward, keeping him in place before you placed your index finger over your lips, indicating for him to stay quiet.
ghost was beyond confused. even more so when you stood, shaking in your shoes as you tip toed to a large bush behind him.
“i can’t believe it…” a chill shot down his spine at the soft sound of your voice, a light rainfall trickling down during the spring.
he turned in his seat, being quiet like you had asked when his hooded whiskey eyes landed on you, hunched over, gazing at a butterfly that slowly flapped its wings together while it lay stationary on a leaf.
“wha’ is it?” he whispered back, and instead of answering with words, you beckoned him over. he didn’t hesitate to follow your command, a moth to a flame.
leaning forward, he consumed every last word you uttered to him, your voice music to his ears, a song he wanted to put on repeat.
“a purple emperor. i’ve never seen one before. they normally keep to the treetops in the woods. this one is probably a male, resting after his lunch.”
ghost felt his heart lurch forward at the sound of the giggle that left you, breathy and quiet, barely there, but there all the same.
“we should leave him be. i just couldn’t believe i got to see one. the purple on his wings was just too pretty to not want to get closer.”
when you turned to look at ghost, it took everything in him to keep himself from saying, “you’re too pretty.”

Wrong car Pt.2
Will prob rewrite but wanted to get this out so here you all go!
Info: Fem!Reader, cussing, cliff hanger (there will be a part 3)
——— 🚗 🏠 ———
Simon's left leg starts cramping when the headlights finally appear. Close enough for them to keep the car in sight but far enough that you don't question it. A particularly rough corner shifts Simon over, almost making him hit his head on the window. He's tempted to stretch his cramped leg but freezes when you glance toward the trunk.
There's no way you know he's back here right? Your music is loud enough to mute his shuffling and he's stayed crouched out of the mirror's view. So what the hell?
“I swear it feels like something weighing a thousand pounds is back there.” You mumble to yourself. Ghost was a tough man but those words brought a cold chill down his spine.
It's been five minutes since Gaz last texted, and the military truck is still not visible. He begins devising a plan. If the team can't trail you both before you get to wherever you are going, he's got to have a few options.
The first one is to just jump the gun and grab you. He won't even give you the chance to find him. He'll hold you and explain everything while covering your mouth so you can't scream. You might have roommates and he doesn't want to alert them of course. He'll tell you how he's a high military personnel and accidentally got into the wrong car. Mighteven ask you if you know the bastard he's hunting.
The second plan is the preferred one. For him to stay hidden and let you head into your house none the wiser. Wait for the team to show up and then just leave without so much as a trace. Judging by how deep into the country you're driving there's a good chance you won't lock the car so the alarm won't sound as he climbs out.
He glances around the car for the hundredth time, looking at the stupid plushes and blankets you have decorating the car. A flash catches his eye, when he turns he spots the truck headlights. The team has finally caught up, must have done at least double the limit to catch you both.
The car rumbles as it transfers from asphalt to gravel. Slightly fishtailing as it flies down the road. The team stays on your tail as you continue down the road. The glances you shoot at the rearview mirror tell Ghost that you've noticed the truck and will soon question it if they don't back off.
—----------------------------
(000)000-0000
-*Fall back a bit, she's starting to get nervous*
-Copy
—----------------------------
Only when you take a turn and the truck continues straight, not following, do your shoulders relax as you sink back into the seat. One more turn off the small dirt roads brings the car down a long driveway. Finally coming to a stop in front of a small farmhouse. After shifting into park, you sit there for a second before grabbing your bags and climbing out.
Holding his breath as you round the car, he watches you walk away, and just like he thought, you didn't lock the doors. He waits as you enter the house and the lights one by one shut off. Only then does he send the guys the all-clear to come and grab him.
The truck slowly pulls up the driveway without headlights on. Soap pops open the trunk and Ghost quite literally falls out, hitting the ground hard.
‘Ye a'richt LT? She sae bonny she knocked ye aff yer feet huh?’
‘Shut it, Johnny.’ Simon grumbles as he brushes himself off before adjusting his vest.
‘Lucky she didn’ notice you. Woulda been a headache en a half trying to clean up tha’ mess.’ Price says, slamming his hand on Simon's shoulder. Before turning back to the truck and climbing in the back, giving Simon the front seat to stretch out.
Gaz gives a nod of greeting as Simon climbs in. The other three begin discussing how they’re gonna catch the still loose target as Kyle shifts into drive. He lets off the break as the car begins to roll and sends one last glance towards the house. The rough stop of the car pulls the other three from their discussion with Soap shooting a ‘Whit th' fuck Gaz!’
When he doesn't reply to them they follow his line of sight.
‘Shit.’
Standing there in the window wide-eyed and watching them, in shorts and a tee-shirt, is you. Stood there frozen, having witnessed everything, locking eyes with each of the men before taking a step back and darting away from their view.
‘Dammit.’ Price mutters as he unbuckles quickly before running towards the front door and shoves his way in, his soldiers following him.

엔하이픈 제이크 ୨୧ swimming lessons with your neighbor don't go as planned , fem reader | 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 skinship, nicknames, death (mentions) ﹑(taglist)
✉️ ,, why is jaehyun in the military rn 😢
“That’s one hot scene.”
A voice called from behind you, shadowing the warmth on your body. Sunbathing had become one of your many habits during the summer, as well as trying to ignore your neighbor’s crude remarks. “Do you ever disappear?” You spoke, squinting through the sun to see his face.
“Only if you really want me to.” He leaned towards your ear, circulating more body heat than necessary. “But of course, that’ll only happen when you manage to get rid of me, which you never will.”
Shoving him away from your warming ears, you frowned in his direction. “Just do your job and go away.” Without waiting to hear his reply, you dived into the pool, drowning the heat in the cooling water.
He followed after you, using your inability to swim away from his body as an advantage. “Good attempt at trying to get rid of yourself, princess.” He gripped your waist, moving you to float on your stomach, steering you to the edge of the pool and letting your feet touch the steps. Placing your hands on top of his, you pried him away from you, shooting a look at his brash expression.
“Stop being so resistant.” He spoke, brushing wet strands of hair away from your shoulders. “Stop being so persistent.” You replied, shrugging him off and squinting from the sunlight shining directly above you.
Holding his gaze for what seemed like an age, you broke eye contact, staring at the bright blue water, swaying leisurely by the breeze. Motioning down the pool steps, you turned your head to look at him. “Aren’t you coming?”
Reluctantly, he moved towards you, slowly peeling off his semi-wet shirt, revealing a glistening built body, lightly coated by the water he was swimming in. In a daze, you stared at his tan figure closing the gap between you. Waving a hand in front of your face, he brought your attention back to him.
“Shall we start?” His expression radiated cocky, watching heat rush into your cheeks. Looking away from him, you advanced into the shallow part of the water, allowing your body to float lightly in his grip.
Beginning your practice of floating on the water, you were flipped over to your back, feeling the water encircling your head, freeing your hair from its put together position. Jake’s hand found the small of your back, supporting your body. He spoke out instructions, gently sustaining eye contact. The session remained professional for what was longer than his usual record, before he moved you to your stomach, making you practice stroking in the water.
“Good girl.” His voice sounded in your ear, leaving chills down your back despite the heat of the sun scorching it. You swallowed thickly, ignoring his remarks and busy hands.
“You look even better in water, you know.” His whisper startled you out of your focus, causing his grip to tighten on your waist for balance. “I didn’t ask for your input.” You spoke, shooting a glare at the boyish grin growing on his face.
“Sure you didn’t.” He spoke, moving you to float upright in the water, pulling you closer to his body. “I’m not interested in being another one of your toys, Jake” You spoke, pushing his face away from yours. “You’re not going to be one of my toys,” He replied, ignoring your sarcastic scoff.
“Prove it then.” You challenged, lingering in the depth of his eyes to read his true intention. Stillness washed over you as you bored holes into each other’s eyes, waiting for the other to give in. Watching him inch closer into you, you didn’t resist his movement, giving in to the temptation of his lips.
He steered your bodies to the rim of the pool, pressing your back against it. Pulling away, he pressed a kiss down your jawline, then moved to your ear, whispering against it lightly. “How about we ditch the swimming and do something else?”

A Knot Undone Spills Forth Tangled Possibilities
Very simple Monster Hybrid!König post today. I hope you enjoy, even if the post is very short!

Art from This Post
A Knot Undone Spills Forth Tangled Possibilities
Training with monster König did not go well. In fact, it went so far from well that you’d positively say it was horrible. You swore up and down as he chased you around the gymnasium, only stopping occasionally to loop through the rafters above like a big cat.
“König! Get down from there!” you yelled up overhead.
The monster only crawled around further, looking almost like a bat with how he used the talons on his big feathery wings to maneuver through the beams. His long furry tail trailed through a series of loops along the ceiling behind him.
“König!” you called again, your hazmat suit crinkling as you stomped your foot.
Finally, he snapped his head to look at you.
Even though you were his trainer, looking into the empty sockets of his eyes had chills crawling up your spine. He croaked out a small caw, then turned away to go back to playing with the metal beams in the ceiling.
You watched his massive body twist and turn as it wove amongst the beams above. On one hand, you were truly impressed that he was able to do it without getting stuck, but on the other hand you hadn’t even managed to get his control cage on his back before he had bounced away to do his own thing.
You muttered curses under your breath as you watched him playfully swing by his tail from side to side as he chirped happily.
“I need to clean you!” you whined.
König took a moment to stop swinging. He looked at the rake by your side, then at the massive sponge and bucket on the other. Without another word, he dropped down to the floor with a reverberating thud and scrambled to your side.
“Clean,” his voice sounded like a hoarse death rattle, “Clean!”
You sighed as you held up the rake, “If you stay still I can clean you.”
“Clean!” he parroted again before rolling onto his back and splaying out his tattered black wings, “Clean! Clean!”
You slowly trudged over to his side. You grimly noted that his feathers were rough and patchy and his black fur was tangled in thick knots. Evidently, he hadn’t been able to clean himself properly since his last trainer.
“Okay, so,” you sighed heavily, “you’ve got a lot of matts. I’m gonna need to go grab some scissors, okay?”
König whined and rolled on his back playfully.
“Just stay here,” you warned him before hurrying off to the handler equipment room.
You flicked on the lights and looked around the room haplessly. Evidently, whoever had been here before hadn’t had so much as a thought of consideration as they dumped everything into a mound. All the equipment had been haphazardly thrown around recklessly. To your horror, they’d completely jumbled all the organization of the room. What was normally a neat and tidy room had somehow turned into a muck room since you had gone to train König in the gym. How they’d manage to undo all the careful maintenance you and your cohorts had been practicing for ages was beyond you.
You scrambled to look through the ruins. You came across collars and chains and balls and more as you searched through the piles. You had the horrible feeling that you’d never find the trimmers. How could you when the room was like this? You worried that König would be off in the rafters again if you didn’t manage to find it soon.
Just as you were about to give up hope, you saw a glimmer of steel. You sighed in relief as you pushed a heating blanket aside to find the trimmers buried underneath. How you managed to find them was beyond you, a simple chance of fate, but you took it with both hands and lifted your hope and the trimmers from the pile.
You were used to making a mess by now, but something clattered to the floor when you brought the trimmers to your chest. You screwed your brows together and looked at the ground.
It was just a simple rope puzzle. It lay on the floor, tangled more than usual, but it was obviously meant for some of the more intelligent hybrids. It was just something to keep them busy. Something to keep them occupied.
Something to keep a hybrid like König occupied.
It clicked in your head. You no longer cursed whoever had wrecked the room before you. Instead, you’d bow and pray at their feet if they walked in that moment. Praise the bastard for giving you the answer to all your problems in the form of a simple puzzle.
You scurried out of the room with your new toy as quickly as you could, nearly forgetting the trimmer in your excitement.
When you made your way back to the gym, König was predictably up in the rafters again.
“Hey!” you yelled as loudly as you could, “hey König!”
You heard a low rumble up from behind you.
You slowly turned and looked up to see König hanging upside down like a bat from the rafters, his head just a few feet above the door. You wondered how long he’d been hanging there, almost like some winged opossum.
“You!” you yelled and held up the trimmers, “come down here so I can clean you!”
König chuffed and crawled up his body to get back into the rafters. You huffed and puffed as he weaseled his way through the beams to get away from you.
“Hey!” you yelled at his retreating form, “wait, get back here!”
“No.”
You ignored the shivers up your spine when he spoke, a natural side effect of the nachtkrappe voice, and charged after him. You crashed across the runway, your hazmat suit crinkling like a paper bag with each and every single one of your movements. You could probably be heard from the other side of the gym at this rate. You shoved the thought aside and pushed forward.
“Hey you ugly mutt, get down here!” you howled as you scrambled after him.
“No!” König croaked back and swung from the rings hung from the ceiling. You couldn’t help but groan. Now that he found the rings there was no way he’d be coming down soon. Not unless…
“I have something for you!” you yelled as loudly as you could. Your lungs burned with the effort as you hung your other tools by your side.
König, to his credit, at least momentarily paused at your suggestion. However the flight rings proved to be too tempting and he was soon winding round and round the red and white plastic again.
“Come on!” you complained loudly, “we can do ringwork later, we need to clean you first!”
That got his attention, at least.
König lunged down directly at you. You squawked loudly as you threw yourself out of the way of his big grey talons. He thankfully didn’t baffle you with his wings and instead curled his long tail around your legs, tripping you in the process.
You pulled yourself to your feet and brushed yourself down. The rubber suit was thankfully durable enough to withstand a bit of wear and tear, but you still checked to make sure it was intact. You’d hate to get sick because of a small tear in the suit. Whatever nachtkrappe’s carried, you didn’t want to catch it.
“Okay, so,” you pulled yourself together, “I have an offer for you.”
“Offer, offer,” König parroted as he tilted his head back and forth, the fluorescent light glinting off his tusks and horns menacingly.
“So,” you held up the trimmers and he hissed, “stop that! Look, if you let me trim some of the matts, I’ll give you something fun.”
“Fun?” König thankfully perked up.
“Fun!” you repeated and held up the rope toy, “this is just a little rope puzzle. You think you can finish it before I finish trimming you?”
König snorted out a plume of putrid smoke, “Ja.”
“Ooo, confident!” you chuckled as stepped closer, “well, let’s see how well you do.”
You tossed him the rope. He struggled to catch it in his front claws on his wings, but he managed to carefully lace it through his fingers and settle on his front.
You flicked the trimmers open and sauntered over to him. You picked up the rake along the way with a smirk.
Finally, you had a way to make him sit still.

~{ So I was listening to “They’re only human” Death note the musical and this come out of the brain so here you gremlins go! }~
🌌🌙The Solar🌙🌌
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
If someone asked danny what he thought his life in the future would look like he would have said something like “Of course I will be an astronaut!” Or something to that effect
But what he did not expect was for him to have a protective and strong ass husband [Who is phantom and now the Ghost king and isn’t that something] with a little toddler who is 2 ( Dani who will be called dawn in this ) and a little protective toddler who is 4 (Dan who is called dusk) who he loves more than anything
And gain a ghost family who adores him (but for the price of another) who put up with his husband and adore him as well as spoil his Sun and Moon rotten
Now let’s see how this become as it has shall we?
====================================
Danny was having a bad day, first he almost miss class again [due to a mix of being to exhausted to get up on his on from fighting ghosts all night and with jazz being busy with college hunting so she couldn’t wake him up and his parents don’t even know what time he wakes up at for school]
Second Dash wouldn’t leave him alone and it was becoming hard to keep himself..well not really himself but recently he’s been feeling this that for a better word are not his to feel like when a ghost hit a bit to hard to feels rage and protectiveness wash over him anyway back to this.
Third Sam and Tucker were both out for separate reasons for Sam her parents had some kind of rich people thing to do and dragged her with them and tucker with his family were going to visit some relatives so yeah Danny had no one to hang out with.
Third apparently they had a test in English that nobody told Danny about so he knows he is going to fail that and some other things but it would get to long if we bought all that up but you get the point
So when Danny gets back home and all he wants to do is go to his room change into phantom and hug/chill himself out who is anyone to deny him [Like with the feeling feels that weren’t his, yeah he got the habit after a very bad day where his parents shot him in the back of the leg and it hurt bad so he hugged himself and apparently it was the right thing to do because he started to feel better! Not physically no it still hurt like a motherfucker but emotionally yes so he started to do that when ever he felt he needed comfort]
So Danny goes to his bedroom [not noticing the tall orange figure following him up] and closes the door [it was left ajar just enough for someone to look in] and changes into phantom but he hears the door open the door and he turns to see his dad looking at him
And the next thing he knows is a red hot pain coming from his side and blacks out
=====================================
It has been a week a long and painful week since his parents found out
After Jack [NEVER dad never again] he brought him down to the lab and tied him to a table and did…unspeakable things to him…have been doing this to him for a week
After two days Danny heard two more wails and he recognized the voices it was dan and Dani! [his children] and they were hurting them, Danny tired to get their attention to him to get them away from them but the damage was done and Dani and Dan went into their cores due to the damage but thank the ancients the cores were basically a undamageable and none of their weapons work on them
So that turns all their attention on him and how that would be their downfall [and the whole dimensions with them]
On day five is when Danny’s human “half” gives out due to no food or water and with the torture Maddie and Jack have inflicted on him it wasn’t really a surprise but what was when phantom and Danny unfazed and phantom was pissed they hurt Danny [his husband] they hurt Dani and Dan [his children] they weren’t getting of easy
So well they were fighting the now fully ghost Danny gets out from his restraints and grabs Dani and dans cores and pushes them inside him to heal them by essentially force feeding their cores clean ecto
Than phantom grabs him and pulls him fast to the portal and the go through and as they do they destroy the portal [not knowing that in doing that they let out all the built-up ecto and that essentially bombs the dimension taking everything with it]
And now that brings Danny here after healing and when the children cores got enough ecto that they could come out [as well as speed running a very loving relationship that is still going very strong]
And now Danny is very happy with his life now or well after-life
=====================================
~{ Now onto the DCU part! }~
When Damian got into a fight with father he expected to be benched as Robin for a few days or a week what he was not expecting was for father to assigned him to go and watch a warehouse that is known for not having been used for anything for longer than Damien himself has been alive [it’s due to a cult that hangs around there not that the bats know that]
So now here is Damien tide up in surprisingly good rope that he can not break free from in the middle of a summoning circle and waiting for the other to get here while the cultist surrounds the circle and start to speak in a language Damian does not understand and Damian doesn’t believe anything will happen
Until the summoning circle turns into a portal and Damian falls through as the others get there to help him
The last thing Damien remembers before he passes out is someone yelling after a while Damian wakes up in a bed…? A very soft large bed with a lot of space and as Damien takes in his surroundings he hears a door opening and as he turns his head to look he sees a tall man…? Woman? Person let’s go with that
They walk over to him and start cooing? At him and fretting over him [✨Mom instincts✨] and stuff a few days? [time is weird Damian has found] and the person has started to bring him with them as they walk around [Danny wants the little child to get some air and cleaner Ecto] and he has met the person’s children who are named dusk and dawn respectively and they have taken him as their older brother he believes this is due to the person [who he now knows his name is Solar, it’s not just everyone calls him that due to his space obsession] calls him his Stars much like how he calls this children his Sun and Moon
And with meeting Solar with Dawn and Dusk it is a guarantee that Damien was to meet Solar infamous husband Phantom [who he has heard about from the whispers of some of the working staff] and it goes pretty well [not that Phantom can do shit to this child his husband has already taken him in as his own] so he lets the child stay for how long as he likes
Meanwhile with the Batfam
The Batfam are freaking TF out about where Damian is and is he safe OMG-
=====================================
~{ And that’s all I can really do with the DCU part I am very tired if you can’t tell and now onto the details! }~

Hello! I'm not sure if you are taking requests right now, but I'd you are could you do something with a daughter of medusa who us almost or fully blind and everyone avoids her except for percy who has a crush on her? Can end however ypu would like :).
And remember to take of yourself and drink water!!! ❤️
thank u my lovely <3 hope u enjoy
i do have bad vision but i am not blind, so i apologise for inaccuracies,
-----------------------------
medusa was blessed with a daughter
gorgeously thick, curly hair, strong as hell, brought up by your mother as best she could
she was so happy when you opened your eyes as a baby and no one you looked at turned to stone
her curse was not yours!
it only took a moment for her to realise her curse had a different effect on you
you were not cursed, but as a side effect of being medusa's child, you were almost completely blind
growing up, you never realised there was anything too different about you
why would you? your mother raised you and she kept her eyes covered most of the time, she knew how to live as a blind woman in a seeing world
things got worse as you got older, and around 10 years old is when it got really bad
the monsters were relentless, and even medusa hiding you away didn't seem to help with the nightmares
so, when you were 12, she brought you to the camp
chiron was hesitant, but knew you meant no harm - you were a scared, lonely kid, like so many others before you
kinda for the first time, you were interacting with people who could see
it wasn't hard to guess who your mother was, and apparently that was enough for the other kids to reject you immediately
you learned to wear sunglasses or some kind of fabric over your eyes, otherwise some kid would start screaming
the first couple years of teenhood were rough
of course. you learned to live with it
you learned to become incredibly spacially aware, to be able to walk into a room and know exactly how many people there were and where they were standing
there were some kids who were alright, some from the athena cabin were civil despite their mom being the one who cursed yours
occasionally, though, there was a kid called percy
a son of posiden, who you were suitably wary enough of (again, considering the story)
he came to camp a little before you did, and was off on a quest when you actually arrived
it was an odd introduction
"hi, i'm percy, i kinda killed your mom"
you had shrugged, fingers still trailing over the book in front of you
"i know. she sent me an iris message from the underworld. it's not the first time someone's killed her, she'll be back in a few days"
the silence that followed was one of awkward expectation, and you snorted a laugh. "dude, chill out, i don't care anymore"
he'd hesitantly accepted your acceptance and had left, and you'd thought that would be the end of it
to your surprise, he would come back and talk
a friendship blossomed over the next couple years, something that was new to you
you genuinely liked him
he didn't ask questions about being blind all the time, he didn't scream when your sunglasses slipped down your nose, he seemed to automatically let you know what he was doing and where he was in your space
with him came grover, the somewhat nervous satyr who calmed down once annabeth, percy's other friend, slapped the back of his head when he asked if your hair was just a bunch very thin snakes
this was more friends than you'd had in your life, and it was kind of incredible
annabeth got some books in greek braille, and together you discovered that it was easier for you to read - the ancient greek hardwire was still very much present in your brain, even if you couldn't see the letters
percy, however, went the extra mile every time
every activity you were hesitant about, he was right there with you, describing the new areas, offering to help but never touching you or giving advice unless you asked first
any time something changed with the camp, whether it was a part of the forest or the layout of the camp itself, he'd go with you to explore the differences to change the mental map you had in your head
late nights were reserved for sitting together around a campfire, maybe with grover and annabeth, maybe not
but they were a time for you to ask questions instead
what colour were the new swords? what does bronze look like? is the red of the strawberries as sweet as they taste?
he would answer as best he can, trying to explain from every angle, like trying not to use other colours to explain another colour
one night, in your fourth year of camp, you got up the courage to ask him the question you'd been wanting to ask him forever
"percy? what do i look like?"
there was a pause, and you knew he had turned to look at you by the rustling of his hair
...a minute passes, and you shift in your seat
"you don't have to tell me, it's fine, forget i asked-"
"no!"
he interrupts you, blurting out a protest a little louder than he intended
he continues, clearing his throat
"no, i just- would it be okay if you took your sunglasses off? so i can give you the best description?"
in answer, you slipped off your sunglasses, hanging them in the neck of your t-shirt
all you could see was a faint warm, orange-yellow glow from the fire
percy takes a breath
"okay, here goes- you're beautiful. i-i know that isn't much but... you look warm. like the feeling of coming back to our cabin at the end of a really good day, tired but happy, and everything is quiet and calm and cosy and you know you're gonna sleep so good. you look like sunsets over the sea, like someone has managed to set the horizon on fire but, y'know. less dangerous than setting fire to things."
you laugh, subconsciously leaning against his shoulder with your heart trying to keep pace with the butterflies in your stomach
"yeah? i look warm?"
his voice is almost a whisper
"right now, yeah. the firelight is reaching out over the grass to touch you, preferring to have you warm than the trees around us. if we were regular teenagers, we could be telling scary stories"
i rest my hand, palm up, on his knee, a silent way of telling him to give me his hand
he does so, and i link our fingers together tightly, a 'thank you' that we don't need to hear
"percy?"
"yeah?"
"what do you look like right now?"
another pause, and he squeezes my fingers gently
"i think... right now, i look like i'm completely in love with you"
my head lifts from his shoulder, head turned to him as if i need to hear him better, like we aren't side to side, holding hands
"you... what?"
he breathes a shaky laugh, and i feel his hand move to pause just over my cheek
"sorry, that wasn't a great description, but i couldn't think of anything else to say. can i put my hand on your cheek?"
slowly, i nod, feeling his warm palm settle against my skin, his thumb brushing over my cheek
"please say no if you don't want me to," he whispers, voice nervous but also filled with hope
"but can i please kiss you?"
i don't need to be able to see to know how big he smiles when i say "yes"
------------------------
i hope that was okay? i tried my best, if anyone has an issue with it or wants me to correct something, let me know!

Chills Right to the Marrow part 47
ao3 link| part 1 . . . part 44, part 45, part 46
The days pass by in a blur. Each day, the calendar marks a day closer to the fourth. Closer to the day that haunts him. The day that marks his mistake. His harmless curiosity that was so far from that, harmless. It was harmful. Where he dragged two people who didn’t need to know the secrets of Hawkins into his mess. And one person who jumps in front of danger like it can’t hurt him back into it again.
Dustin was fated to this life. When Will went missing, there was no question about it. He would always be involved in this. But Steve, Robin, Erica, they didn’t deserve to be dragged down with him.
There’s a letter on his desk from Susie, currently thriving at Camp Nowhere. Angry at him for breaking his promised return. Deciding to stay here instead of going back and spending time with her. He gave her the excuse he could, that something happened, and he couldn’t go. There was too much he needed to do here. People he couldn’t leave.
He couldn’t tell her why. She was far enough away that she never needed to know about this. Finally, Dustin could keep someone safe. Ignorant. Innocent. She didn’t have to know the darkest part of his life. He loved that for her.
It didn’t feel good, to keep a secret from her. But it was necessary.
The doorbell rings. Dustin stares at the ceiling for a few moments, hoping they’ll just go away. But the bell persists. Whoever is there pressing the button so fast, it doesn’t even stop ringing before getting cut off and starting over again.
Dustin groans. Standing and going to the door.
“Finally,” Max complains when she pushes herself through the door, Lucas following after her. “What took you so long?”
He rolls his eyes. “I didn’t think anyone was coming over today.” The annoyance is clear in his tone.
Really, he didn’t want to do anything today. His bed was so comfortable when he woke up this morning, he barely wanted to leave it. Eyes fixed to the ceiling when they weren’t closed, feigning sleep. Body feeling weighed down. Impossible to move.
Max wheels herself into his living room, transferring to the couch. Clear that she isn’t leaving. Lucas looks at Dustin expectantly. Like he’s waiting for him to move.
Moving takes too much energy. All he wants to do is lie back down.
“We brought a movie,” Lucas finally says. “Raiders of the Lost Ark.”
“I thought Max hated that movie.”
“I’m open to changing my opinion,” She calls out from the couch.
Lucas continues to look at him, with that worry sitting in his eyes. He’s trying to hide it, but fails. Dustin hates that look. He doesn’t deserve it. He can take care of himself, he has for this long. They didn’t need to do it for him.
His face must give away something he doesn’t realize, because Lucas nods and goes to put the movie in before Dustin can protest. Gesturing for him to sit on the couch next to Max. Refusing to start play, or God forbid sit down, before Dustin complies.
Like he’s waiting for Dustin to protest enough he’ll have to do something.
Dustin doesn’t give him a chance. Huffing out a breath before sitting on the middle of the couch. Only then does Lucas sit down next to him. Finding the remote on the coffee table and pressing play.
The opening credits roll, and Dustin forgets when the last time he’s watched this movie. It was one of his favorites since it came out. Replaying it so much he wore a hole into the VHS. It’s probably since then, he figures. Not having replaced it yet.
But the scenes play just as he remembers them. Like a comforting hug. Familiar warmth fills him, he didn’t realize how cold he was.
For some reason, he doesn’t know, tears start to form in his eyes. As the last scene of the movie ends, they start to roll down his cheeks.
He doesn’t hide it well; Max’s arms wrap around his shoulders in a hug. Her head leaning on his shoulder. Lucas mirrors her in his own way.
It hits him all at once why they’re here. With the movie he’s loved for years. Days away from one of the worst days of Dustin’s life. Of their lives. He hears Max sniffle. Hears Lucas’ breath hitch. They were all suffering from this in their own way, but they still showed up for him. They knew he needed this, even if he didn’t know that himself.
The sob breaks out of his chest without permission. Shaking his lungs. Their arms tightened around him.
“I’m sorry,” falls out of his mouth with a cry. “I’m so sorry.”
“I am too,” Lucas whispers.
Max sniffles again. “Me too.”
They sit there until the air calms. A light weight lifting off of Dustin’s chest. Letting him breathe just a little easier now.
He clears his throat, getting rid of the residual sobs. “Why are you guys sorry?”
Lucas shifts, pulling away from their hug. “Last summer, when you came back from camp, we were all wrapped up in our own shit. We didn’t know what you found, what you were doing. If we had just stayed on that hill longer, you wouldn’t have been the only one who heard the message. We could have gone through it together.”
Dustin was glad that they left him on the hill that day, in hindsight. That way it was just the four of them in that bunker. Less people to lose. But he’s right. It was the first time Dustin went through something completely without them. The core group. It was just him, Steve, a girl he barely knew, and a child who didn’t need to be brought into this.
“You’ve been really quiet lately,” Max whispers, sitting back upright. “I’ve noticed you pulling away, but I didn’t do anything about it. I should have made sure you were ok. So you didn’t isolate like I did. I should have let you know that I was here for you, no matter what. That you could talk to me.”
He didn’t realize he was pulling away. Or being quiet. Now that she says it, he knows what she means. The conversations he missed while sitting in the middle of them. The want to just lie down and stay there. Nothing even playing in the background. Just silence.
“We’re worried about you, dude.” The concern in Lucas’ voice is ripe. “We wanted to make sure you were ok.”
Dustin’s not ok. Not right now. Physically, he’s fine. But mentally, he’s all over the place. Flashbacks come in waves, nightmares keeping him from sleep that’s worth anything. He’s more terrified now than he was the entirety of that week. No adrenaline to mask the fear this time.
“How much has Erica told you about the bunker?” he asks, voice hollow.
“All of it. What she knew, anyway. I can’t imagine what it was like to be there.”
“It was awful.” Dustin’s never said that out loud before. After it happened, they all wanted to get away from it as fast as they could. They barely talked about it. There were other things to focus on. “I don’t even know what really happened to Steve and Robin. They never told me, but I could guess.”
“We’re making plans to get together that night,” Max says. “So we can be together for the fireworks.”
“I think that would be a really good idea.”
I feel odd posting this today, and I debated waiting until tomorrow to post it. But, this chapter I'm writing is giving me a lot of comfort, in a weird way. Seeing the community these guys have support each other, it reminds me of my friends, and we do the same. It is almost therapeutic to know that I am not alone in so many way. How, even in the darkest of times, there are people out there that love me, and we can walk through this together. I hope this brings you some much needed comfort, as it did to me.

𝐹𝒶𝓇𝓂𝑒𝓇 𝒜𝒷𝒷𝓎 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝑅𝒶𝓃𝒸𝒽 o𝓌𝓃𝑒𝓇𝓈 𝒹𝒶𝓊𝑔𝒽𝓉𝑒𝓇
Part 1: If you guys like it I can write part 2 (with smut)
@osteologistimpostor
@mitski-lovesems
A/N: Despite my VERY frequent Abby x female reader stories, I actually write original pieces too. This one isn’t an original piece- the character is still Abby, but I’m pushing outside of my comfort zone and I’m doing Abby x OC. It's also modern(ish) day Abby
So without further adieu:
Light drifted across the room, pouring onto the table where a rather unimpressed and not-very awake girl was seated. She chased the letters of the paper in her hand, paying more attention to the lack of colour more than how interesting- or rather, uninteresting- the words were.
The view from the balcony was gorgeous, it’s serenity drifting through the house and offering enough “fresh air” to cure a lifetime of hangovers. And still, it was lonely. Not the cleansing kind people often searched for when investing in large areas of land just to have 5 unneeded bathrooms with pretty tiles to be admired; but the desolate and painfully boring kind that was becoming all the more prominent to a woman new to adulthood with her whole life worth of dreams and ambitions with no aim or prospects to go about pursuing them.
Of course any talk of leaving the nest was disregarded as swiftly as it was brought up by her rather reserved, single father, who was more protective of her than anything. This was unsurprising of course. She had great beauty and wit who would be sure to have people swooning over her had she been raised in the city, and this prospect was what scared him the most.
“Good morning Clara.” Spoke a tall, scrawny brunette who grabbed the paper off of the table and sat beside her. “Anything interesting?” He questions, more to the paper than to her. The girl shrugs, using just as much energy to remain neutral as she did to bury the rather obvious deep seated resentment she held towards him. With most guilt, of course.
“Nope.” She replies quietly, getting back up from the table and walking over to the kitchen.
“Coffee, dad?” The man is unresponsive, eyes drifting happily over the page. Clara rolls her eyes.
“Coffee-“
“Huh? Oh yes, yes thank you sweetie.” Clara nods, walking over to the machine and pressing a button, the espresso machine pouring out the rich smelling liquid with a loud and familiar noise.
“Oh, I hired a new ranch hand…by the way.” Explains her father in an awkward mutter. Clara turns her head with a force which very nearly gave her whiplash.
“A ranch hand?” She exclaims, already forcing herself to believe it was just her mishearing over the sound of the coffee. Her father sighs.
“Why don’t you bring that over here?” With a pounding heart, she obeys, bringing the coffee to him and sitting in the chair in front, fiddling with her hands and noting how the two textures feel as she rubs her hand on one another. The man takes a deep breath.
“I figured we could use the help just in case you…end up going to college. Sometime soon, maybe. And I saw this girls ad so I thought…” Clara doesn’t say anything, partly due to her state of disbelief but mostly because she believes saying something will break this reality in two, and that her dad would instead, change her mind and ask her to stay forever.
“Anyway, it’s just a trial run-“ Clara leaps over and hugs him.
“Thank you dad. When does she start?” The man lets out a short laugh.
“Tomorrow.”
***
Clara had spent the morning cleaning the dishes she had put off doing last night, watching TV in her bed and chilling on her balcony naked. She had been painting something out there and had lost motivation for it recently. As for the lack of clothes, she had a tendency of spilling paint on her clothes to a point she had decided just not to wear them since she was home alone. Or at least she thought that until she heard a loud thud in the barn.
Flinching so high she almost saw the heavens, she knocks the painting, causing the stranger to reveal themself at the noise.
There she was. A beautiful, unfamiliar woman with long blonde hair braided ever so nicely down her back, black tank top revealing arms bigger than on any man she had seen, and a face so stunning Clara was blushing even before returning to the realisation that she was butt naked.
The woman immediately covers her eyes with her hand and turns away from her.
“I…I…am sorry-“
“Who the fuck are you?!” Demands Clara, picking the painting back up and hiding as best she could behind the frame.
“Uh…I’m Abby. I think your dad hired me. I take it you’re…Clara?”
“Fuck.” She says, taking a stabilising breath. “No, the new hire is coming tomorrow.”
“I decided to drive in early, I was going to start organising the barn to make it easier for myself when I start tomorrow. I’m sorry I didn’t mean to look.”
“No…No it’s my fault, I’m sorry Abby.”
“I can come back if you want to…keep painting.” She clears her throat awkwardly. “Naked.” she adds. Clara laughs softly.
“No I uh, think I’m done with that. Let me put some clothes on and I’ll come down.” Abby blushes, head still glued to the floor like the most interesting object she could fathom was there. “There’s no need for that miss-“ Abby blurted out, but Clara had already returned to her room.
The second those doors are closed, Clara is hitting her hand over her head in dismay. Of course this would happen to her. Her first god damn impression with some tank, godess-of-a-woman stranger was that she’s some sort of farmer hippie who paints in the nude. It was only somewhat true, but regardless it made her want to move out and start a life as an actual hippie some place where no one will find her. In a scramble, she grabs a dress from one of her clothes piles on the ground. She couldn’t be sure it was clean, but it certainly looked better than her other shit. Thankfully she spotted a coat on the rack behind her door. Mind you, mildly clashy, but better than nothing.
“Abby?” She asks warily. Abby steps out of the barn, face bright red.
“Still here Ma’am.”
“Oh. Yes…good.” Clara says, mentally kicking herself at each word. Abby nods, words failing her too.
“My…dad said he saw your ad. That…you stayed with two seperate families from a young age.” Abbys expression bears much interest, allowing Clara to take her time with what she's saying.
“They kept you on for years so you must be pretty good at what you do. Why’d you decide to take this job instead?”
“Change of pace. Mr and Mrs Harkin are lovely people but, both well into retirement. It was their families farm and they had a lovely house up their when they were newly weds. Had their own jobs on the farm. I guess now that they’re older, they’re less able to enjoy the space. Plus Mrs Harkins has a lot of medicine she needs to refill and…well there ain't many hospitals nearby and if I do it every day the sheep don’t get fed and…well they’re movin in to their sons house.”
“Must have been a shame…” Clara offers, eyes drifting up and down the taller woman. Abby nods.
“Yeah. You know, I’m surprised you live out here. Most of em’ farmers are old folk or entrepreneurs.”
“My dad’s an entrepreneur. Sort of. He sells like IT to big companies. He leaves often for work trips.”
“Leaves you here? I can’t imagine many babysitters being willing to drive all the way out here when you were younger. Did you go with him?” Claras eyes soften and she shakes her head.
“My mum stayed with me. When she was alive.”
“Oh…Miss I’m so sorry.”
“Ah, don’t be. And yeah it is pretty lonely but, on the plus side, I can’t imagine painting in the nude being appropriate in whatever city you come from.” Abby laughs.
“Utah.” Claras eyes widen.
“Utah?” She nods with a smile that makes Claras whole body tingle.
“Salt lake city.” She explains. Clara nods.
Each breath that left the muscular woman seemed to ripple in the space between them, and Claras own breathing mirrored it, as if they’d fallen into a rhythm only the two of them understood.
“I hope the painting can still be salvaged.” Abby spoke after some time. Claras eyes widen.
“What?”
“Well, you kinda knocked it when you…”
“Yeah.” Clara interrupts, not needing the memory of her naked body being exposed to be rehashed. “Though I wouldn’t care if it was ruined. I’ve never been much into art. Too impatient. I paint when something drives me to. A feeling or something inspiring but, I’ve felt that less and less of late.”
“Hm.” Abby responds, examining Clara as if to squint in between the lines she had placed.
“If not art, then what? Surely a sweet thing like you has some big ambition. Art school maybe?”
Sweet thing like you. Repeated the voice in Claras head. Each word lingered in the air, thickening the atmosphere between them, drawing her in closer as if to shield her from the world. It was a delicate label, yet it bore an unexpected weight, making her feel seen in a way that both thrilled and unsettled her, like stepping into the sun after a long winter.
“Have I said something…?” Abby asks, her own nervousness becoming obvious as she talks. In truth she hadn’t expected such beauty. An old man and an already married daughter was what she had expected when Claras father had accepted the ad, not a scrawny, decently young man and his perfect fucking daughter. One who, from what Abby had seen on the balcony, had a physique that mirrored that of an angel itself.
Fuck. Thought Clara at the realisation that she had no recollection of what Abby possibly could have asked her.
“No…sorry I, what did you ask?” Abby smiles reassuringly.
“I was just asking about your plans for the future, but…well I should probably get back to work. I’ve already wasted enough time as is just gettin’ you out here and…well I shouldn’t waste your time any longer.” Clara nodded shortly.
“I’ll be in the house…my rooms just there if you need me.” She offers, stepping away from Abby this time.
***
It had been days without contact from her. Or at least, face-to-face contact. Clara had found herself on that balcony more often than ever. Waking up at dawn to the sound of tools being russled in the barn and the sheep making happy “baas” in response to Abby feeding them. She would look out and see her tending to the crops, sweat on her skin illuminated by the morning sun and bringing a colour that painted her like one of the finest artworks in creation. She had Claras mind coursing in ways that she would warrant was unhealthy. Daydreaming. Fantasising. There was a yearning that words couldn’t describe.
She wouldn’t face her though. Their first conversation had an unspoken definitiveness to it. Like they would speak only as formalities when situations required them to. Plus it’s not like Clara had that kind of confidence. No, that kind of confidence was only discovered at the bottom of a bottle of alcohol most of the time, and thankfully her dad was away for yet another weekend trip, leaving his stash of expensive bourbon unattended to.
There was some point into her night where she had stumbled her way into the barn. It was her hiding spot when she was younger. Nothing much to do on a farm as a kid other than force your parents to play games, and now Clara found it offered her some comfort. She wasn’t sure exactly what she was looking for when she opened up those barn doors. A quiet place to chill out that wasn’t the same four walls of her room? Or was it Abby? She couldn’t be sure.
Clara climbed up the ladder to the top level of the barn, heading over near the small window where a desk and a beanbag was. She clambered onto the beanbag, forming a small ball and closing her eyes. That was till the a haybale dropped, pulling an audible noise of shock from Clara. Abby gasped.
“Shit, fuck Clara?? Are you in here?” Clara simply laughs at the reaction.
“Calling me by my first name? Not very professional-profess?” She asks, continuing to stumble around. “I profess myself in banqueting to all the rout…”
“I…Miss I don’t-“
“It’s Shakespeare ‘Miss’ Anderson. You know, Cassius? Othello?”
“Oh.”
Clara’s voice, playful and teasing, had an ease about it that left Abby feeling unmoored and unsteady. She could barely keep up with what Clara was saying, but the mystery of it, the way her name sounded from Clara’s mouth, filled Abby with a raw, delicate ache.
“What are you doing in here?” Abby asks gently, walking over to the ladder. Clara shrugs.
“I live here. What are you doing in here? You know my dads away right? What if you were like a burglar who…burgled.”
“Are you drunk?” She asks, though the tone lacks any sort of accusation. Clara sighs.
“Come, look at the stars with me.” She hums. Abby sratches the back of her neck.
“Uh….well I really shouldn’t be…”
“Oh come on. You gonna leave a ’sweet thing like me’ up here by herself?” Abby laughs at her words, giving in and climbing effortlessly up the ladder.
“You can do that one handed? That’s hot.” Clara remarks. Abby just tilts her head with confusion.
“What did you just say?”
“I said that out loud?” Clara asks with a tone of genuine confusion. “Oops.” Abby blushes as she sits on the floor beside her.
“You usually get drunk like this? Just you?” Abby inquires. Clara shrugs, her smile fading a little.
“That over there, that’s Saturn.” Clara explains, shifting a lot in the beanbag. Abby looks at her, surprised.
“Saturn? You sure it’s not a star?”
“Nope. Saturn is m’most….mmm” Abby laughs, using her middle finger to push some hair out of your face.
“You’re so drunk.”
“Do you like me?” Clara asks, a rather sudden and drastic shift in both emotions and conversation.
“Well, sure Miss you seem uh, real nice.” Abby says simply.
“No I mean…you saw me. Naked. Did you like what you saw?”
“Wh- I…I wasn’t looking. Honest.” She states, parting the wisps of her blonde hair framing her face away from her eyes.
“Oh.” Clara replies, feeling the drunken urge to start bawling appear.
“Why do you care what I think anyway?” Abby asks, noting her expression and relaxing her tone as she spoke. Clara shrugged.
“I’ve been alone a lot. Thought I liked it, but…I watch all’em mmm….romances and the sit coms…never once been desired like that. Or desired…” Her words trail off, as if Clara is on the verge of sleep. She quickly snaps back into it.
“Anyway…I don’t know why I’m sayinallthis t’you. You’re…big…muscly…pretty. Sure you’ve had your fair sure of desir-ara-bles?” Abby laughs harshly at this.
“I think we should get you some water…”
“You didn’t answer my question.” Abby’s gaze softens, confusion clear.
“My apologies, Miss. What did you ask?”
“Don’t give me that. You saw me, even if you said you didn’t “look.” what’s wrong? Y’don’t like girls? Or do you just not like me??”
“Clara, it’s simply something I don’t want to talk about while you’re not sober enough to know what you’re saying. I think you’re very beautiful, but I don’t feel comfortable talking about how I…looked at your body without your consent.”
“Fine.” Clara says, unbuttoning her comfy red flannel. Abby gasps, immediately covering her eyes with her hands.
“Jesus, Miss-“
“I consent now, just look.”
“I’m not gonna-“ Abby starts to say, the corner of her eye betraying her as she sees the outline of a lace, purple bra.
“Wanna see something else?”
“NO- no just…wait here, I’m gonna get you a blanket mkay?” Abby stammers, getting up in a rush. A solid grip quickly stops her.
“I’m sorry.” Clara says. Abby smiles softly, turning to look at her face, (as well as she could) with reassurance.
“Don’t be. Being drunk alone is…well, I’ve done that once or twice should we say.” Abby says, kind blue eyes staring into Claras green. “Tomorrow morning we can talk as long as you like.”
“You’r staying here?” Clara asks, bewildered. Abby shrugs.
“If you’ll have me.”
“Yes.” Clara responds at an embarassing speed.“Though we are in a barn, don’t you want to go to my room?”
“Miss, I’ve worked here less than two weeks. What would your father think if he finds me on your bed with you?” Clara rolls her eyes.
“Fine, but you better grab me that blanket.”
“Be right back, your highness.” Abby teased.
Claras eyes drift closed in Abbys absence, hearing faintly the sound of her heading down the ladder. Even while in a state of almost sleep, she can still sense Abbys presence return beside her—the steady rise and fall of a chest, the delicate sigh of a muscular and yet still soft form settling in. A stray strand of hair slips across her cheek, stirring as she breathes, and she reaches up with barely a thought, brushing it aside before realising she’s also touched the woman beside her. Their hands meet, fingers resting in a quiet, unplanned tangle.
That’s how they wake up, too. Clara, who is usually as opposite to a morning person as one could fathom, wakes up before Abby, feeling dehydrated and disorientated. She moves to get up before feeling a body. A muscular body that builds her with the fear of the reality that she hadn’t simply dreamt of coming onto Abby while in the comfort of her bed, but rather that she had done that, and that it was rather thick, barn air she was smelling.
“Fuck.” Clara cursed under her breath, waking the other girl who calmly rubbed her eyes.
“Morning.” Abby says.
Fuck.

The sun was starting its slow descent, painting the sky in soft hues of pink and lavender, the kind of colors that only showed up during those fleeting moments before dusk. There was a chill in the autumn air, gentle enough to be refreshing but sharp enough to remind you that fall was nearly over was here, with its promise of longer nights and cooler days. The park was nearly empty, just a few distant figures walking their dogs, and a breeze rustling through the trees.
You had spent the afternoon setting up a small picnic, knowing that Jason would appreciate the gesture even if he pretended otherwise (he has a fear of gun shots going off at the park randomly.) The plaid blanket was laid out on the grass, anchored at the corners with smooth stones. A few candles, placed carefully in glass jars, flickered with warm light, casting a soft glow over the spread you had prepared. You had brought everything he liked simple sandwiches, fresh fruit, a thermos of hot cocoa. There was even a little bouquet of wildflowers, arranged haphazardly but with care, because you knew he’d like that kind of thoughtful imperfection.
Jason arrived quietly, as he often did, a shadow that melted into your line of sight as if he’d always been there. You saw the flicker of a smile when he spotted you, his eyes lighting up in that way that made your heart feel warm and full. He walked over, hands stuffed into the pockets of his leather jacket, looking like he belonged somewhere between a dream and reality, with the way the dimming light hit his features.
“Hey,” he said, his voice low and familiar, as he sat down next to you on the blanket. “This is nice.”
You smiled, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear. “I thought you’d like it. Figured you could use a break.”
He nodded, a little stiffly, but there was a softness in his gaze that he didn’t bother hiding. “You thought right.”
For a while, the two of you just sat there, sharing quiet conversation and comfortable silence, with only the gentle rustle of leaves and the occasional distant bark of a dog breaking the stillness. He leaned back on his hands, his posture relaxed, and you couldn’t help but watch him. The way the fading light caught in his eyes, the way his hair fell across his forehead he looked at peace.
“I always forget how pretty it is out here,” Jason said, breaking the silence, his eyes fixed on the sky, which had deepened to a rich indigo. “Gotham doesn’t look like this.”
“Gotham doesn’t get to see you like this,” you replied softly, your voice almost swallowed by the night. He turned to you, a little surprised by the quiet honesty in your tone. “Calm, not on edge. Just… here.”
He chuckled, but it was a gentle sound, devoid of the usual sarcasm. “I guess you bring out the best in me.”
You reached over, grabbing the thermos, and poured him a cup of hot cocoa, the steam curling up between you. “I just want you to have moments like this,” you said, handing him the cup. “You deserve them.”
Jason took the cup, but his attention was on you, his gaze lingering, as if he was trying to commit every detail to memory. “You know, I don’t think I ever really thanked you,” he said, his voice a little rough, like he was trying to find the right words. “For all of this. For you.”
You shook your head, a small smile tugging at your lips. “You don’t have to thank me, Jason.”
But he shook his head, more insistent. “No, I do. You make everything feel less… heavy. Like there’s more to life than just fighting and surviving. And I know I’m not the easiest person to care about, but… I’m glad you do.”
The words hung between you, heavy and light at the same time, as if they carried a weight but also set something free. You didn’t know what to say, so you leaned in closer, closing the distance between you. He put his arm around your shoulders, pulling you closer, and you nestled into his warmth, breathing in the familiar scent of his jacket.
The stars were starting to come out, tiny pinpricks of light scattered across the sky. You looked up at them, feeling the world slow down around you, and for a moment, it was just the two of you, suspended in this soft, glowing bubble of time.
“Stay,” you whispered, your voice barely audible. “Just like this.”
He tightened his hold on you, resting his chin atop your head. “I’m not going anywhere babe.”
The world could be cruel and chaotic, but here, under the stars with Jason’s arm around you and the scent of wildflowers mingling with the crisp night air, everything felt achingly beautiful, like a song that played softly in the background, lulling you into a moment you wished could last forever.

Bad Luck
Yan!Mahito x Reader
Description: You bring home a blue worm, what could go wrong?
TW: Mahito (that’s literally the only one you need), Noncon/dubcon, brief lactation kink, Yandere behaviors - just obsession, threatening to disfigure people, Somnophilia, overstim, teeny-tiny piss mention (listen I would piss myself if I saw Mahito’s creations), praise (towards mahito)
MDNI
WC: 2.3k
A/n: I literally despise Mahito, but I just feel like he would be such a good horror yandere. The dude is spooky. Fair warning, I am not the most comfortable with writing smut, especially dark stuff like this, so it could be actually terrible, but I figured I would test the waters. There may be errors, as I got to shy to read my own smut.
Today was not the day. Everything seemed to unravel at once. First, you lost your job at that trendy new café—a small but lively spot you had started to actually enjoy—all because you spilled a drink on your now ex-boyfriend. He’d walked in holding hands with your best friend, their shared laughter and kissing had…struck a nerve with you, and before you knew it, your world tilted. Your scholarship? Gone, revoked due to an anonymous tip accusing you of plagiarism in your senior project. You were lucky they didn’t expel you, but the word “lucky” felt like a cruel joke.
The streets of Tokyo buzzed around you, a dizzying blend of neon lights and the chatter of hurried crowds. The rain started, cold and sudden, soaking through your clothes and chilling you to the bone. Great. No umbrella, no clear memory of where you’d left your bike. You shuffled through the rain, each step heavier than the last. The absurd thought flitted through your mind: maybe you should have reshared that Facebook post you saw years ago, the one that said, “Share if you love Jesus or ignore for ten years of bad luck.” Perhaps ignoring it had been your downfall. You’ll make a note for next time.
After several minutes, you found your bike, its metal frame slick with rainwater. Just as you were about to sit down, you noticed something small and peculiar resting on the seat—a grayish-blue caterpillar, fuzzy and oddly mesmerizing with what seemed like patchwork markings. You’d never seen one like that before. Your first instinct was unexpected: maybe you should bring it home. If you left it here, it might get crushed by a passerby or snatched up by a bird. Or worse—maybe it was poisonous and someone else’s day would become just as disastrous as yours.
Carefully, you opened your empty bento box and placed the little creature inside. It seemed to squirm contentedly, almost as if it understood your intention. You opted not to close the lid, fearful it might suffocate. Gently, you set the box in the small basket of your bicycle and began the short ride home. Your apartment was only a few miles away, nestled in the heart of Kabukicho, Tokyo’s vibrant and infamous entertainment district. It wasn’t ideal—the clamor of nearby bars, the Yakuza lurking in shadowed alleys, piles of trash and drunks lining the streets—but it was the only place you could afford. And on most days, it felt safe enough.
You climbed the eight flights of stairs, each step more taxing than the last, breath hitching as you struggled to catch it. Maintenance had promised to fix the elevator months ago. By the time you reached your door, you were gasping, sweat and rain mixing on your skin. You looked down at the caterpillar. Or was it a worm now? Its form seemed more elongated, less distinct. It stared back at you, almost knowingly. The hairs on the back of your neck stood up. Perhaps the rain was already starting to give you a fever. You should have brought a jacket today.
You blinked, shaking off the thought. You were exhausted. It had been a day of too many shocks, and your mind was playing tricks on you. That had to be it. Right?
You found an old tank from that one fish you tried keeping alive, setting the worm, caterpillar, thing—whatever it was—inside. You placed a few leaves from your plants that were barely living. Perhaps a reflection of you in a sense, starting so bright in life only to wallow in self-deprecation. You placed the cover of the tank, giving the worm thing one last look before scrounging through your fridge for something besides leftovers.
You could always move back home.
Go back to your little small rural town, tend to the rice fields just like your parents. Marry some local boy.
You tried to wipe the tears before they could fall into your sad bowl of ramen, the running snot and the wails of your cries. Was this pack of ramen always this salty or was it your tears adding to it? You weren’t sure if you cared or not.
After your good little cry session, you passed out in bed. Unaware that you had made a huge mistake bringing home that silly little caterpillar.
You awoke in the middle of the night to a heavy weight on your waist. Was your stuffed animal always this heavy? You blearily looked up, eyes adjusting to the darkness of the room. Your heart nearly stopped in your chest when your gaze was met with a cruel smile, teeth white and unsettlingly human, glistening in the dim light.
Cold terror seeped into your veins. The figure looming over you was not human. Its eyes were black voids, bottomless pits reflecting nothing but curiosity. The skin, pale and stitched together like a mangled corpse.
Was this how you die? At the hands of some nightmare made flesh? Maybe you should have reblogged that post. Maybe you should have sent that money to that Nigerian prince you thought was a spam email.
“Hello,” the voice giggled, a mockery of warmth twisted by an unnatural echo. The creature tilted its head, gray hair that was partially braided spilling to the side. Its markings, dark and jagged like stitches. You suddenly remembered the caterpillar, and your stomach roiled with dread.
“Did you bring me home to play?” it whispered, voice lilting with a sickening glee. The grin widened impossibly, the teeth remaining unsettlingly human. The creature’s eyes glistened with delight as it fed on the raw, unfiltered terror etched across your face.
“I’m so glad you did,” it cooed, fingers like talons skimming across your cheek with a touch too cold, too calculated. Suddenly, it giggled again—a sound both childlike and unsettling, as if a child were delighted by their favorite toy—and clapped its hands. “We’re going to have so much fun! Let’s see how long you can scream,” it said, eyes sparkling with manic glee.
Suddenly, Mahito’s expression softened, taking on an eerie, almost affectionate look. He traced your jawline with a gentler touch, tilting his head with an unsettling innocence. “But you’re special,” he murmured, as if sharing a secret. “You brought me here, after all. Maybe, just maybe, I’ll keep you.”
The room spun as confusion and fear filled your mind. The monster’s gaze shifted from playful to possessive, a twisted sort of fondness darkening his features. He pressed his forehead against yours, the unnatural coldness of his skin seeping into you.
“You’re mine now,” Mahito whispered, a mockery of affection that sent chills racing down your spine. “And I protect what’s mine.”
The next few months were hell. You found out that only you could see Mahito. Something about him being a curse or something. At times, he would remind you that you were lucky that he liked you. He’d remind you by dragging you to witness his “experiments,” humans grotesquely twisted into unrecognizable forms, clawing at the damp walls of a forgotten sewer.
“This could be you,” he cooed so playfully, pressing a few light kisses to your neck as your eyes widened in horror at the sight before you. You trembled, unable to look away from the writhing, desperate figures.
“But you’re so pretty, I just… I just love you,” Mahito giggled, an almost boyish smile splitting his face as he looked at you, eyes brimming with a twisted sincerity. His arms wrapped around your waist, a possessive embrace that felt more like a shackle.
“You take such good care of me, y/n,” he whispered, the words sending shivers down your spine as the grotesque chorus of agony continued around you. The contrast between his gentle tone and the grotesque scene made your stomach churn. You knew there was no escaping him—not now, not ever
“Mahito... can we go home?” you rasped, voice trembling as his teeth grazed your neck, leaving a stinging mark in their wake. The sensation sent a shiver down your spine, but you bit back a cry.
“Go home...?” His voice took on a mocking, airy tone as he nuzzled against your skin. “I was going to join you at the university today. I need a few more shrunken experiments, you know? I was thinking about picking that one girl who sits next to you. The one who always compliments your outfits.” His hand slipped under your shirt, his touch cold and insistent as he left another bruising kiss on your collarbone.
“She should’ve known you were mine,” he giggled, the sound innocent and jarring as he toyed with your vulnerability. His hand made its way to your chest, and a shocked, playful laugh escaped his lips. “No bra? My, my, you spoil me…”
His eyes glistened with delight, a twisted mix of childlike excitement and sadistic pleasure. “Remember when you used to run away? I miss those days... I miss scaring you with my experiments. But I also love when you let me touch…”
Mahito’s lips quivered in a deranged smile, as his fingers found your nipples. Twisting and pulling until milk begins to dampen your shirt. The tips of his fingers becoming sticky with your milk. A giggle escaped his lips “I was so lucky this alteration to your body took…I was nearly worried it was going to kill you in the process….messing with brains can be hard” he whined the past few words as he continued to milk you, staining your poor blouse with each tug and pull. The only thing that filled the room was the sound of your sweet moans and the horrors that were monsters clawing the walls. You felt sick as slick began to coat your thighs, something that could be mixed with piss from the sight around you and the arousal building up from your sensitive buds being toyed with, to the point where they ached.
You practically whimpered in his grip. Clawing at the arm that held you to his chest.
“I love you,” he continued, his voice dripping with twisted delight, the words flowing out in a sing-song manner. “Say it back and we’ll go home…okay?” His smile, stretched wide and near-manic, sent a chill down your spine as he watched you wither under his touch.
“Hah…I…” The words caught in your throat, lodged behind the growing bile threatening to choke you. You forced them out, pushing past the terror and the nausea that gripped you as your eyes darted to his grotesque creations, their hands clawing desperately at the walls of the forgotten sewer. “I love…you…” The phrase broke into fractured sobs, each one echoing in your mind, barely masking the sound of Mahito’s gleeful laughter as he swept you up into his arms.
“That’s my girl! See? That wasn’t so hard, was it?” he chirped, the cheerfulness in his voice a sickening contrast to the horror around you. Your body tensed, but you forced yourself to relax, leaning into his chest. They were once people, weren’t they?
As your vision blurred, exhaustion pulled you under, your mind swirling with nightmares of those poor, wretched things clawing and pleading in the darkness.
You weren’t sure how long you were out for, your mind hazy, you felt like you had a fever as you panted. You blinked away the sleep, feeling a pool of heat between your legs and you could hear…moans? Everything felt so hot…so messy.
“Give…give me one…more” Mahito whined with each and every breath. Has he been?…The soreness hit you first, you felt so raw. You watched at the pale creature pathetically humped the bed like a bitch in heat. “I was a good boy…right? Right? I waited…so that way you could enjoy it too…” His dead eyes looked up at you, expecting some sort of praise for his deranged actions. You hoped that you could mask the horror on your face, right before, he curled his fingers deep inside you causing you to squirm.
“Hah…I memorized your body…while you were asleep…if I touch you here” you nearly screamed out of pleasure, your body compulsing as you saw stars, your eyes rolling back of your skull, You were just so overstimulated. “It will make you climax within seconds…so I figured I would keep hitting that spot until you wake up” He smiled as he licked your clit, circling his long tongue around the sensitive nub that caused a guttural moan to slip out of your lips. “Then this little thing causes your legs to shake…must feel good right? All red and puffy” he continued licking up and down, side to side. Spelling out his name until you were spilling out curses from your lips. His fingers kept curling around that sweet spot that was located deep inside of you. The sounds that filled the room, made your stomach tighten in knots. You shouldn’t be feeling this….good.
You peeked down at him, the way he looked up at you like a lovesick bitch in heat. He enjoyed this a little too much you could tell.
“Tell me, I’m a good boy, please…please” He moaned as he continued to fuck himself against your bed. “Y/n…I’m your good boy…” he whined in between licks. “I cleaned you up and everything…hah…you were just so messy…couldn’t…help myself.”
You forced the words out in between labored breaths.
“You’re…a good….boy” After that final word, pleasure clashed into you. Your hips moved involuntarily as you squirted on his face, earning a large, cruel smile from his lips as he licked at the sweet juices in between muttering Thank you and I love you. You were thankful you passed out. Not wanting to know what else he had in store for you tonight.
Perhaps hell would be better than this.

Hi!! Could you write a fluff of Viktor and the reader having a chill day in his lab, just casual romantics? :)
Viktor had an unhealthy habit of overworking himself to the point where he can barely stand upright, only for the wave of fatigue caught up to him, forcing him to sit back down and attempt to will the feeling of uttermost weakness away before he went back to work as though he wasn’t constantly on the verge of passing out every second.
However there was a bright light in all this; you. Viktor might be awkward in the romance aspect of things but he he knew and valued how important you were to him, and sometime he found himself staring at the door of his lab; waiting for you to walk through it like you always did. Almost as if you knew he needed your presence as you nursed a cup of coffee between your hands made specially for him and only him. It warmed his heart at your considerate and sweet nature that it only made the doubt within his mind double as he wonders whether you’ll stay as long as you promised, much like how you promised him that you’d stay by his side when he first voiced these concerns to you late one night together.
However those thoughts were pushed aside when he saw the door open from the corner of his eye, mouth twitching in a fond smile as he watched you walk through, nursing a cup of coffee as per usual as you smiled that sweet and tender smile towards him. ‘Hey sweetie.’ You greeted him with a kiss to his temple, making Viktor lean into your lips and engrossing himself in the feeling a familiar warmth spread throughout his chest brought forth as he soaked in your affection through your kiss, as though he was reminding himself of your love for him.
‘Hello my dear.’ Viktor greeted back as he took the coffee from you and setting it aside before reaching for your hand, just as he then pressed a soft kiss to the back of it in appreciation. ‘Come to join me?’ He adds and innocently gestures to the chair he intentionally placed beside him, which made you chuckle at how well he knew you to the point he knew that you’ll always say yes to staying with him while he worked. You raised an eyebrow at him ‘is that an invitation or an instance for me to keep you company?’ You teased as you sat in the chair regardless.
‘It’s common courtesy after all the times you came into my lab, unannounced and making yourself at home.’ Viktor retorts playfully as he watched you pout and cross your arms over your chest. You looked beautiful and adorable when you did that and Viktor couldn’t help but thank you for bringing life and light into his rather dull life. He couldn’t help but live in this moment forever with no worries, no heavy load of work that left him with little to no time with you unless it was to sleep in your shared bed at night, he just wanted to shower you in the same warmth and affection that you had given to him unprovoked.
‘I’m just making sure you’re in good company.’ You defended yourself as Viktor only looked at you with an eyebrow raised, his beautiful eyes which were the colour of whiskey, looking right through you like they always did. You sighed, knowing you could never lie to him. ‘That and make sure you haven’t passed out due to constantly overworking yourself to near death.’ You add as you rest your head gently on Viktor’s shoulder, feeling his tense for a brief moment before relaxing the next as he gingerly rest his head atop of yours, letting out a deep sigh as he melted against you.
‘And I appreciate you for doing so,’ Viktor began as he grabbed your hand in his, intertwining your fingers as his thumb stroked against yours, ‘I wouldn’t know what I’d do without you being my rock, my sense of reason and my peace amongst the chaos.’ He adds as you both sat in relative peace, drinking in the other in without the need to say anything, for the other’s presence was enough to bring calm and quiet to your unified heart and souls that beat in tandem with one another.
‘I’ll gladly continue to do so for as long as you’ll need me.’ You said genuinely.
‘Then I think I’ll always need you.’ Viktor replied without an ounce of hesitation.
You smiled as you kiss his cheek. ‘Then by your side I shall stay because I love you and if i have to show you how much I love you by coming here and making sure you are taking care of yourself, then I’ll gladly do so everyday for the rest of our lives.’ Viktor chuckled softly as he felt tears well up in his eyes at your declaration, moving his head so it was buried in the side of yours as he pressed a few kisses to your temple. ‘Thank you.’ He whispered. ‘Thank you so much for loving me.’
You squeeze his hand. ‘It comes to me as easy as breathing.’ You tell him, wanting to be nowhere else but by his side.
