Every concert you have been present. You had jumped and screamed for every hard hitting songs and then sing along and cry every now and then for every slow and ballad songs. You have been there since the beginning. You had been and will be supporting your best friend's career.

Cheolie's career together with his group soared so high that they got busier and more focused on their careers than ever. You respected it and understood it. It's normal for his job.

But then, one day, something shifted between you two.

After getting home, I did some cleaning in the house, especially my room and then took a nice shower. I feel refreshed and calm now. What a nice way to end my friday night after a long week of work.

I was towel drying my hair in the living room while I'm watching a kdrama on the TV, when I suddenly heard the lock on my door beeps. I panicked a little as I am not expecting anyone but then a familiar figure appears.

"What are you doing?" He asks

"Shouldn't I be the one asking you that?" I remove the towel on my head. "What are you doing here Cheolie?"

He's wearing all black from pants, hoodie and beanie

"It's late." I glance at the time on my phone and then saw a bunch of missed calls from him.

"How long did you shower that you missed all my calls?" He finally makes his way where I am and throws off.

"I have it on silent mode. I cleaned and showered." I explain

He sits down beside me and throws his head back.

"You look tired..."

"A little."

"Where you guys practicing today?"

"We had a photoshoot today."

"Oh... I see..."

Then his eyes darts straight at me, " oh, I see?" He repeats

"What?"

"Are you not a fan of ours now?"

"What? I am!"

"Then, why aren't you present on my last two events?"

I'm a little surprised that he noticed it. He barely had time now to meet me personally and event call me so, how did he know?

"Where were you?" He asks

"Hmm... first event... I'm at work. Overtime."

"This weekend?"

"I was on a date."

"A date?"

"Yeah."

"Why?"

"Why... like, why didn't you told me? Shouldn't I know this? And since when did you had time to meet anyone and have a boyfriend?"

"No. But I don't care. You can't meet anyone." He throws the bottle water in the trash and comesback to sit beside me.

"You're being weird." I mumble. I throw the towel I have around my neck to the side and start to finger comb my damp dear.

We both became quiet for a while. I thought he was just focused on the show I was watching before he arrived.

"You smell different." He suddenly asks

I put my long hair to the side, still combing it with my fingers. "What does that mean?"

He pushes he's hood off, staring at me "Did you changed your shampoo?"

I scrunch my nose as I try to recall, "Not shampoo... I think it's the body lotion... My friend at work gave me one. She said she bought 2 bottles of it coz she liked the scent but I guess his husband and son didn't... so she gave me the other bottle.. then she can just finished the used one."

He then moves closers and gently reaches for my neck to smell. "It smells sweet." He mumbles. His breathe onto my skin tickled, making me jerk a little.

"It's vanilla, I think and some flower." I move a little away from him, which he notices.

"Why?" He asks

"It tickles." I run my fingers one last time through my hair. "You could've just asked me if you want to smell it. I can give you my hand..."

He smiles, "But you already touched you hair... so it will smell like your shampoo or conditioner too..."

"So does my neck! My hair touches my neck."

His smile grows. "Or maybe I just like to smell your neck."

"Weirdo." I shake my head, rolling my eyes at him.

"I missed you." He suddenly says and then proceeds to lay his whole body to me.

"Hey!" I protest. "You're heavy!"

"You're a strong woman. You can handle me."

"I'm not buff like you!" I try to push him away, with all my might but I fail. "Ugh! I give up."

"Just... let me..." he squirms more to get comfy until he reaches to the idea to actually embrace me. "I miss you..."

Crap! Why is he so clingy like this. Oh dear lord. My heart is beating out of my chest!

"Do I make you nervous?"

Should I answer him honestly? If I do, would it make things between us... awkward?

"N-no..."

"You're lying..." he nuzzles his face closer to my neck. "I can feel it..."

"Then why ask then..."

He chuckles, "you're so sassy..."

I suddenly became quiet after that. I just continued watching the show that is on right now. I just let him be. I slowly relaxed after a few more heart beats.

It's Seungcheol. It's not like a stranger is hugging me. Besides this is what he is, clingy and very affectionate. It does not mean anything.

But for me, as a weak girl, the things we used to do as young kids, now makes my heart flutter. I'm not sure if its because of him or I'm just that needy for affection since I haven't really had a boyfriend for quite awhile now.

"Cheolie... why are you here?" I ask, breaking the silence. "It's almost midnight... the members or your manager would be worried."

"I'm an adult." He mumbles, he's eyes were closed all this time. Though he's not technically sleeping coz he moves a lot.

"Of course I know that. What I meant is---"

He abruptly moves, raising his head up. We are eyes to eye. "Do you?"

"Huh?"

"Do you really know... that I am an adult?"

"What are you talking about? Of course I know. We are the same age. 27 years old."

His gaze slowly goes down from my eyes down to my lips. "When I say, I miss you.. what do you feel?" He asks

"Let me sleep over."

"No!"

"Why not? I always do... when I visit you."

"Well... this time its different." I let his hand go and sit on the chair across him.

"Don't worry, Y/N... I will not do anything..." he smiles, reassuring me.

"Okay... but atleast inform your members and manager..." he nods "and sleep in the couch...."

"Okay." He smiles and then spreads both his arms wide open. "A kiss and a hug before you grab me a pillow and blanket."

"Fine." I kiss and hug him tightly before I went into my room to grab pillows and blanket for him.

"I love you." He whispers as I walk back out.

Caratland 2023 ~ Day 3 Highlights

Evelyn’s Slogan: “Carats are the reason for my everything ❤️”

Intro Vcr: Evelyn peeked through the curtains and came in carrying a milk crate full of spray paint

Intro ment:

The camera panned onto Evelyn as she adjusted her glasses dramatically to the carats screaming, breaking out into a huge smile, “Hello, I’m Seventeen’s elegant main vocalist, Eunji! Unfortunately it’s the last day but we’re spending it together so lets have the most fun today!” She waved around the venue.

“Wah, Eunji-ah introduced herself just like she did during the first world tour concert,” Hoshi gasped into his mic.

“That was such a long time ago,” Seungkwan nodded, “It’s really crazy how the time flies.”

“Our first concert with Evie is one we’ll never forget that’s for sure,” Seungcheol stepped forward out of his spot to smile down towards the end Evelyn was at.

“Eunji-ah cut her hair for caratland!” ~ “She has bangs now!”

2nd Vcr: When the camera got to her, she winked at the camera with a smirk

She was placed on ‘Team T’ as she hadn’t performed the song that doesn’t fit her during Day 1 or Day 2

During each question, Evelyn was holding onto Wonwoo’s hand because they both didn’t want to perform their songs

After Evelyn finished her dance, the crowd burst out into cheers. Her face flushed in embarrassment, covering her face with her hands.

“Eunji-ah, this song fits you too well.” Dokyeom gasped into his mic, others nodding in agreement.

“This is a side of Evelyn we haven’t seen in a while.”

“Go do it down on the thrust-stage too,” Hoshi motioned downstage, “Carats in the back need to see this up close.”

Evelyn’s Grandmother’s message:

No matter what obstacles stood in your way, mountains you’ve had to climb, struggles you’ve had to face, you managed to pushed through and overcome all of them. At her grandmother’s message, Evelyn fell to her knees and her head dropped down as she couldn’t help but cry. Even though they talk almost every day, not being able to see her all the time gets harder and harder.

Mingyu squatted down next to her and wrapped his arms around her as she cried, wiping away her tears when she finally looked up at the LED screen again

Jeonghan came by and patted her on top of the head; Joshua ran and grabbed her tissues

Evelyn’s Ending Ment:

“Carats did you have fun today?” She smiled around the venue as everyone cheered, sitting up on the riser a little more, “Online Carats, you aren’t here physically but did you have fun as well?” She held her mic out towards the camera as the fans cheered lightly to act as the online fans. She cleared her throat quickly before starting again.

“It’s crazy how fast these day have went by and it feels like we just started. I’m sure I speak for everyone up here but it’s an honor to be able to perform for you all,” She stopped to pause as the venue cheered, “Every time that Seventeen and Carats meet, I always get so warm and happy inside because we really are like a giant family. We can lean on each other when we need to and while we can’t always tell you everything, we know you’re always right there for us. The same goes for Carats, even if we aren’t physically there in person, we are always there for you through the music we put out. I really want you to know that. I hope today we were able to take away any struggles you’ve been facing, at least for a little while. Today has definitely been a rollercoaster of emotions, but one thing’s for certain is that it was filled with love.”

The crowd erupted into loud cheers as Evelyn blinked back tears. She had cried once already today and was trying her best to not do it a second time.

“And to my members, I’m so happy to be a member of Seventeen alongside of you. I love creating unforgettable memories with you and Carats. I know I lack in some areas but I will do my best to be someone that you can be proud of! I love you guys.”

Evelyn looked over at Mingyu during Wonwoo’s ment, take notice of a single tear traveling down his cheek. She used her knuckle to wipe it away, smiling at him when they made eye contact

She walked up the risers after making sure Mingyu was okay, and sat with Wonwoo and held onto his hand while the rest of the group said their ments

During Us, Again, she blinked back tears and used her sleeve to wipe at the ones that decided to fall anyway; just admiring the fans singing

She had her own satchel for Day 3 filled with little snacks for Carats after Day 1 & 2 she was running to Jeonghan to steal from his snack stash

After he found out the gate was unlocked, Mingyu grabbed Evelyn’s hand and they ran through the crowd together with the security and cameramen chasing after them

A carat gave her a sign with the saying “Evie if you are pretty blow a kiss to the camera” in which she blew a bunch of kisses to the camera zoom in on her

As she walked around, she ended up collecting three bouquets of flowers given to her by Carats

During Aju Nice, Mingyu and Evelyn had a water fight where she almost slipped on the stage

Seungcheol scolded them from the main stage with saying that they didn’t need any more injured members

Hiiii Rid, I had another dream again. Yes hi it’s me dreamgirl. I swear they just happen??? So I wanted to tell you before I forgot it.

So I go to my classes (I guess the scene switched lmao) and continue this shitty mood and sit next to my classmate Park Jimin and his super smart and stuff and suddenly we’re having a quiz on food safety??????? Hello when did I start studying food related modules? I remember panicking because they wanted us to calculate the sodium content of a chicken breast. Like WHY DO I REMEMBER THAT SPECIFIC QUESTION FROM MY DREAM QUIZ.

And Jimin, my lovely seatmate Jimin is sitting in a way so I can’t copy his damn work, like dude is covering is work with his whole body smh and the kid opposite me is just highlighting their entire sheet so I’m panicking because I don’t want to fail but then all hell breaks lose in the class and we get a power cut and the lecturer is standing on a desk yelling about notebooks and I’m so upset because what a shitty day AND THEN everyone goes quiet and coos because

He had a jeans and Prada boots) and the youngest baby is dressed like him except his shoes were silver? idk idk. And the slightly older but still cute and adorable son is wearing like this floral overalls with a matching bucket hat but he’s cute as heck and they’re all waiting for me with their big doe eyes and the babies with their chubby cheeks and my day feels so much better and then I guess I woke up but suddenly I miss my dream babies that I had with my husband Jeon Jungkook😔😔😔

After pigging out myself over the weekend and last week of "low vibes on cardio", I went back to the gym to hit a full legs day yesterday and three sets of abs workout (milestone) today.

Proud of myself because I sense some difference in my bun recently (Especially when I shower my own butt) :D

Tomorrow is a big day for me so I popped in 2 night burn extreme pills tonight because I really need to calm myself down in order to sleep.

okay so i made this post last night when i was in my feels, and seventeen (the kpop band) have been together for over a decade now with 13 members (more than any groups, and with no one leaving since they’ve debuted). so for over ten years, svt has been through hell and back, producing their own albums, being traumatized as a trainee at a poor company, sticking through thick and thin in basically everything. theyve never given up—so, i cant remember which member started it, but i do remember dokyeom (my ultimate bias) saying it at a concert of “until seventeen becomes seventy” or aka they will stick together even in old age. its a promise to their fans, but, more importantly, its a promise to themselves that there will always be seventeen in the world—whether members are off doing their own things or going into the military.

i wrote that post bc we found out that second oldest member is being enlisted the second half of this year and another member is going back to china for acting. it was a bit of a bombshell put together (and i won’t say i didnt cry lololo), especially since i think most of us thought some of them were going enlist early next year, not so soon😭

anyways. am sad again because ill miss all 13 together, but the promise that they will always fight together will never leave, yaknow? and it’s a comfort to see how much theyve achieved and will continue to achieve.
